Stan was finally aloud to visit Kyle the following week but after his recent fight with Kenny he could still hear Kennys crule voice calling the redhead a zombie Stan hated thinking thise but Kyle did act Zombie like maybe Kenny had a point but he'd never tell Kyle that or about Kenny and the others he had to lie to Kyle tell him everyone was worried about him even if they weren't and didn't care if Kyle lived or died

Again Kyle was heavily sedated but maybe not as much now as he had been in the last but he still wasent talking but seemed to be listening and the only noise he made was a coughing noise and he sneezed a couple of times as it seemed he'd caught a slight cold but he never spoke

Stan along with Kyles parents stayed About 3 hours then left but Kyle didn't notice them really infact they might as well not been their Kyle was locked in a world of his own and unreachable

Kyle had a way of telling everyone he was fed up he just sighed and rolled onto his side facing the wall with his back to everyone and that's what he did that day but what no one seen was a tear roll down Kyles face would he ever be normal again to go home or would he spend years like thise locked away for the rest of his life Stan didn't want to be visiting him in 10 or 20 or more years he wanted Kyle to get better so he could come home

Also Kyle never touched the chocolate and it sat on the nightstand till it practically melted and eventually it had to be thrown out and he. Ever looked at the magazine

Kyles parents visited again 3 days later but as ushal he never looked or spoke to them yet as ushal they chatted away to him about everything and anything really but not one word from Kyle Kyles parents really worried about him and before and after their visits with him they always had long talks with the the doctor caring for Kyle on what treatment Kyle was receiving for his mentle state as the physical scars could wait just now but his mentle problems were their main worries

Easter also came and went it was late thise year and Kyle was visited in hospital as normal but it was just Kyle his parents and a Jewish doctor who worked at the hospital ao they celebrated Passover at the hospital but sadly stan didn't visit he was caught up with Easter and his family so now the next thing on thr agenda was Kyles birthday but Kyle didn't care if he celebrated it or not he was still in hospital with no signe of release

Like preciouse years Sheila made lots of invites to Kyles freinds remebering the guest who came to his parties in the past Kyle used to invite Stan Kenny Cartman Butters Clyde Tweek Craig Token Jason Bradly Timmy and Jimmy and a few of the girls too he liked it be the party of the year so to say and normally they'd all goto Kyles favrioute restrant a theme restrant called Casa bonitos and one year they even went to a theme park and sometimes other real cool places like the Cinima or bowling and everyone loved Kyles parties and talk about it for ages afterwards but thise year theird be no cool places the party was to be held in the hospital a room was to be set aside for them and decorated with streamers balloons and a banner saying Happy Bierthday Kyle also Kyles family had all be invited even his boring cousion also called Kyle and Ike could bring his 2 closest freinds and also Karen McCormick had been invited it sounded a great party but who'd turn up would be a different story as every one had been avoiding Kyle like the Plauge and Stan knew theird be no point in asking pepole if they were going as he knew what their awnsers would be

As suspected on the big day itself all the pepole who'd been invited didn't turn up but only Kyles Parents his brother Ike Stan and his parents even Shelly avoided the party making her excuses and Kyles parents tried to delay the party as long as possible to see who else would turn up thinking they might have got lost but no one came so they had to press on with the party

Well isn't thise really cosy Sharon smilled as they all sat round a table shame the others can't come but least the staff managed to come sharon added smilling and glancing at the doctor and 2 nurses who cared for Kyle

As the cake was placed in front of Kyle by a nurse and Gerald lit the candles and the other nurse drew the Curtians so the room was now dark

Sadly Kyles party was a total disaster and ended really early Kyle never cominicated once with anyone and it was really them celebrating his birthday not him he may as well not even been in the same room to Kyle it was just another day really and all days samed the same and blended into each other as Kyle was lost in his own world

Oh yeah defenetly probelly next week dunno yet it's down to his parents really I will have to find out how he's doing from them but I'm hoping next week sometime why do you wanna come all of a sudden Stan asked actully surprised by Kenny being nice to him when only a few weeks ago he was gonna beat the shit outta Stan

But Stan was worried as a couple of days later it was now the first anniversary since Kyle had been taken by apple a whole year had now passed but luckily Kyle didn't really know what day it was so no one told him and that day just passed as normal
