36. The Twelfth Doctor's companion
To whom this may concern:
I regret to inform you that my companion and charge Harry James Potter won't be attending Hogwarts at this time due to the state that I found him that night you and your Kingmaker of a headmaster left him on the doorstep of Vernon and Petunia Dursley, and while I know for a fact you objected to the idea you still stood by let it happen.
I also know that after this conversation that you'll take it to Dumbledore who will ask why and if he does just give him the stone that been placed in the letter and tell him to seek out the other pieces and inform him that his plans for my charge die to save his reputation as the leader of the light are canceled since I also took the liberty to have the soul piece in his head removed by the Cursebreaking Specialist who work for your Gringotts Wizarding Bank which I find to be an enigma in how you and your fellow isolationist trust to do your banking to goblins but refuse to see as equals.
I find it qute disgusting along with young Harry and three guest who I convinced to join us on our adventures.
The First being one a young lord of black who I prevented from enjoying the harsh experience prison life in Azkaban by bumping into him before he was blamed for killing 11 mundane humans. ((Note: I refused to use the M word you use for them by the by )
The second I met also knew his parents but unlike the Lord of Black I sent him to a universe where they learned to tame his inner beast within, so he could one day teach others instead of taking that swill you call a deterrent for Lycanthropy.
The third is Wizard who became a mercenary after receiving SAS and did all he could do within his power to stop a female version of Harry from following the dark path laid out for her after being betrayed by your Headmaster when he was forced to release a certain innocent lord of the most noble house of black. While he was with us for a time taught harry everything he knows about your wizarding world one of them was not to send him until 17... the age a magical guardian wouldn't be required.
We also met another version of myself who was traveling with a woman in beetle like battle armor who also convinced us not to send him after interviewing various versions of young Harry both men and women who told us their life stories...
Some of them who lived better lives not being under your Headmaster's thumb some of them who despise you more than him because of your bias favoritism for your house like your opposite number who wear the silver and emerald green has done and killed you for it.
Others version of Harry became the traveling companion of another travel like me but her intentions toward the world were more malevolent until they married in Paris.
So with that said he is much safer outside of Hogwarts than within it's hallowed halls bitterly cursing the name of Dumbledore who even after confiding in him about his treatment with the guardians said headmaster selected against the parents wishes which was noted in thier last will and testament in bold lettering Do Not Send it's tends to be something you obey instead of following your ideology of the greater good ... More so if it's magically binding contract you stepped into.
So with that said we decline your offer and will see to it that he gets a private tutor in the meantime we also ask that you send the following notes to who is listed to before giving Dumbledore the rejection letter.
Perhaps it will change their futures for the better, and convince a few of them to use their heads.

The fourth year After the rejection letter...
The Wizarding world went though a major upheaval after Minerva delivered the letters to their intended destinations the first was to Amelia Bones the head of DMLE who not did a full purge of Death Eaters in the ministry but she also found out where to find the true traitor of the Potters and the Longbottoms being Peter "Wormtail" Pettigrew a Gryffindor animagus who hid in the form of a rat and was familiar to Percy Weasley and would have been his younger brother Ronald's if that letter had not reached her hands. It was a upset to the Gryffindor house and proved that darkness can even creep into the most noblest of houses.
When Gringotts Bank President gotten the letter he was grinning like a madman when he found looked at the locations of the other Horcruxes he had already removed one form a baby before it fully took hold due to a client who gaved them 16 bags of gold dust not only to keep the identity of the Child he knew was Harry Potter secret but also to reclaim his Key for him which appeared with an two extra keys.
- Main key was in Dumbledore's hands who had given money to the Dursleys for Harry's care and to fund the Order of the phoenix, and to bribe Minister Cornelius Fudge and he was forced to return the funds or face the wrath of both the Goblin Nation and the Wizengamot who didn't like their assets frozen until he did.
- Second key was in the hands of Molly Weasley nee Prewett who was using it to pay off her children's Hogwarts admission fees which she was forced to work off as caterer for the Goblins until the debt was paid her husband was except due to her keeping the money in a separate account.
- But the it would be the Last key that would anger them most since it was in Severus Snape's but he was excused since he made a deal with the Doctor and was allowed to use the funds to research a cure for Lycanthrope rage that allowed them to transform at will without pain or loss of their mind and was allowed to keep half the profits if he agreed to allow Gringotts bank be his partners which also offered a job opportunity to Lycanthropes who were hired as security guards for their banks vaults and Private Security Contractors who were also hired by Director Bone which was welcomed by all Magical countries except in Magical Britain who were outraged by this especially one Delores Umbridge who tired to have a law passed to prevent their use.
Key word was tried since her body was found among many other by Torchwood's Soldiers when the Daleks attacked London due to being called to the royal palace with Minister Fudge who only managed to survive when they were sent a letter about his predicted assassination.
Another letter went to Narcissa Black-Malfoy who had been told she would be welcomed back into House black if she found the Dairy of Tom Marvolo Riddle and took it to Gringotts who quickly contacted the DMLE who quickly called for Lucius Malfoy's arrest and couldn't ask for Fudge's help since he was arrested for treason along with Bartemius Crouch Sr. for framing Sirius Black with only for Albus Dumbledore to escape capture and was currently at large and was allowed to become the new Headmistress of Hogwarts and used her newfound power stop the Tri-Wizard Tournament until new games that were no lethal to the participant could be thought up.
She was currently grooming Professor Aurora Sinistra to be her successor since she was planning to enjoy her retirement soon and wished nothing but the best for Harry and his new life.
Earth# The World of Naga
Continent of Ylisse
It's been year since Harry decided to stay in the World of Naga when the Doctor found various Anomalies from from the planet and wanted to shut them or at least prevent the Daleks and other known temporal threats from finding the world or worse unleash something much worse on the universe.
During his adventures with Robin and Chrom then he met a young woman named Tharja and after getting her to her obsession with Robin which he found very unhealthy and she taught him how to use Tome magic they began to become quite the pair and after the last battle professed her love to him.
He didn't know what to do until Severus Snape who had already decided to stay for reasons of his own after saving Emmeryn from her would be suicidal fall due to Apparition and kicked Gangrel in the nuts before he teleported her to safety which earned him a kill on sight order by the mad King of Plegia with a 5000 bounty on his head and later Valldar when he used his service revolver on his knee and made it 9000 with an extra 10000 if the weapon was recovered.
When things were over he admitted his past sins in his home realm to Emmeryn who didn't agree with what he did but understood why he did what he did it and told him to forgive himself. After the fall of the Fell Dragon Grima he decided to go on a journey of self discovery only to find himself traveling with the former Exalt of Ylisse who refused to leave him alone to make the same mistake he did in his old world and after a year reported that they eloped and was musing over how many times he saw the old wizarding solider blush at the regal woman's gaze.
"...hey Harry what are you still doing in here you're going to be late for your won wedding!" Aversa, the Dark Flyer and Wife of Robin said a the doorway to get his attention as he was staring into the mirror of his Quarters.
"Oh sorry I was just thinking about how things turned out for me, and my past adventures which brought me to this point." he explained before he asked himself "I left wondering if my parents would have been proud of me?" he asked only to see Adversa could only sigh as she remembered what Sirius told him of his past before returning to his world with Remus to put their affairs in order and decided to live up to her promise to them and speak on their behalf.
"Harry I may not have known your parents but from your deed on this world and the deeds told of your adventures with the Doctor by Remus and Sirius would be proud of you and so is your waiting bride so leave the mirror and come with me your future awaits.
With that said Harry walked out the room with Aversa who was once a sworn enemy of the hand he now called his home he also had to live knowing that his Twin Daughter who both he and Tharja would want to be happy knowing the future is bright.
A/N: Figured I would indulge myself with request from a guest who asked about a Dr. Who Rejection Letter and also added an easter egg with a game I'm currently playing Fire Emblem: Awakening for the Nintendo DS3 ((Which is great by the way))

It seem there are lots of people online who seem to love picking on people who have handicaps like Dyslexia out there so instead of putting them on blast feel free to look for them. I'll admit it did pain me to read the insults but I'll thank the person for at least having the bravery to say what's on their mind using thier Avatar names unlike the trollish dullards who decided to misuse the guest function on this sight to cyber bully and who take joy in making other miserable and why you ask...
Because it all they could do since they don't have the drive to write stories themselves or have writer's block and decided to get their jollies off by insulting other being Cyberbullies ...
Last time I checked it was called FanFiction. net not Troll and CyberBully on Writers .Net and yes I'll admit have problem with run on sentences I have a learning disability here's a little secret to those who think they are perfect writers even publishing companies have proof readers... Its also why we have the beta reader function on this site too.
So instead of insulting writers and thinking all one need for you to offer tips on writing and grammar you may want to rethink your choice and ask if them if they need a Beta Reader. I've seen too many writers get insulted on this site in ways that are wrong from hearing words like "You should kill yourself" to "Where did you learn the English language" only to be heartbroken and loose their passion to write and close thier accounts because a bunch of Coward forgotten the phrase "Do on to others as others do on to you." because some people have long memories and may just do the same to you.
As for the Guest I understand why some of you don't open accounts here while other I've seen here seem to love for putting people down for the seer heck of it not care if the person has a handicap or not. To them I say at least I'm putting an effort into something instead of running my mouth and insulting writers like cowards online!
With that I'd normally say cheers but this is a serious matter.
