So, I was originally going to put this chapter up yesterday but I was so busy helping my Aunt move into her new apartment. Sorry about that. Anyways, this chapter is kind of like a filler I guess. I included some FourTris fluff :) and Never Have I ever, but it's kind of crappy. No one gave me any ideas but I tried lol. Anyways, there will be an Author's Note at the bottom, just giving you a heads up. Please read, lol.

Recap:

So far on The Kidnapping Tris has been kidnapped by David and is being used to experiment on. A year later Tobias still hasn't stopped looking for Tris. He now shares an apartment with his mother Evelyn. The faction system is still in place. Cara gets a letter from David. They figure out that Tris is being held captive by David in the Amity. Zeke, Cara, Tobias and Johanna make a plan to get Tris out. David puts a knife to Zeke's throat. Tobias shoots david and David dies. Tobias and Tris see each other. Tris is forced under the truth serum, Tobias is forced under a simulation. Zeke is being held captive like Tris and Tobias. Amy is Zeke's aunt. Amy killed Zeke's dad when Zeke was only 12. Zeke is put under a simulation. Cara escapes. Cara goes and gets help from Shauna, Christina, Caleb and Matthew. They break into the building and find Zeke, Tobias and Tris. They escape but Tris gets shot in the shoulder. Evelyn still hates Tris and she moves out. Tris becomes a Dauntless leader, and Zeke throws a party for her, which Tris gets drunk. Tris gets a letter from Amy saying that she kidnapped Christina. They are supposed to meet Amy at the Hancock building, if they want to see Christina again. Tobias and Tris go to the Hancock building to get Christina. Christina gets rescued. Tris punches Amy. Evelyn shoots Tobias and Tris intervenes so the bullet only hits his arm instead of his heart. Tobias zip lines to get off of the Hancock building. Amy and Evelyn created a serum that when your injected, they can control everything you do and say. Evelyn injects Tobias but since he's part Divergent it doesn't work but he plays along acting like it did. Cara, Zeke, Shauna and Christina were injected. Tris, Caleb and Matthew go looking for them. They end up in The Fringe, where Evelyn used to live. Tris, Caleb and Matthew meet a guy named James who wants to help them. They also meet a guy named Adam who helps them. James offers them a place to stay so that they can rest. Tris wants to sacrifice herself but Caleb won't let her. Tobias, Cara, Christina, Zeke and Shauna are put under their fear landscapes. Tris, Caleb and Matthew sneak into Evelyn's apartment. Tris holds a knife to Evelyn's throat and Amy is held at gunpoint by Caleb. Amy is shot in the foot and Matthew shoots Evelyn. Tobias, Zeke, Christina, Shauna and Cara are freed. Tris throws a knife at Amy and hits her in the chest. She shoots Tris in the leg. They escape Evelyn's apartment. They get back to Chicago and back to Dauntless. There is something wrong with Tris's leg. Tobias takes Tris to the infirmary where she's put in surgery. They find out that she's in a coma and she has a 45% chance of never waking up. She was taken to the Erudite because they have better equipment. Tris wakes up from her Coma a day later. Her 'Doctor' basically began to rape Tris but Tobias came to the rescue. Tris was released from the hospital and everyone played candor or Dauntless. Tris and Tobias become the initiate instructors for the transfers. They think that Liz (Abnegation transfer) and Mason (Erudite transfer) are Divergent. Nick (transfer) is like another version of Peter. Tris and Tobias go on a date :) Evelyn and Amy are alive and Evelyn asked for Tobias's forgiveness but he refused. She let on that Amy might be planning on killing Tris. Liz and Hunter have to fight each other. Mason is beaten unconscious. Nicole (transfer) flirts with Tobias and Tris becomes jealous. Zeke throws a small party and the gang play Candor or Dauntless. Tobias wakes up the next morning to find Tris gone and note saying that he'll never see her again and that this was all his fault. Tris is basically being tortured by Amy with tests that Amy is making Tris go through. Tobias and the gang search for Tris in the Amity and The Fringe but she's not there. Evelyn left Tobias a note saying that they're going to kill Tris. Adam tells the gang places that Evelyn and Amy might be hiding and one of them is Candor. Adam and Evelyn were lovers at one time but Evelyn left him for the Factionless. Tobias and the gang find Tris at the Candor building. James used the gang to get to Tris and was working for Evelyn and Amy the whole time. That's also how Amy and Evelyn are still alive. the gang find and help Tris escape from Candor. James and Amy are both dead and Tobias was shot and possibly died. Evelyn is probably plotting her revenge against Tris. Tobias is unconscious so basically in a coma and there's a 50 percent chance that he might die or may never wake up. Tobias wakes up about a week later :) We also find out that Tobias is fully Divergent with the 3 factions of Dauntless, Abnegation and Erudite.

Chapter 35:

Tris's POV:

3 days later:

"Good morning, beautiful," Tobias says as my eyes flutter open.

I smile and place a kiss on his lips. "Good morning," I say, pulling back. "What time is it?"

"6:30," he replies.

"We have have to train initiates today don't we," I say, rolling over in the bed. It feels so nice to finally be in the comfort of my own bed.

"Yup. Come on. Get up," he says, swing his legs over the edge of the bed.

I just lay there and groan, not bothering to move.

"Tris," he says.

"Hmmmm," I mumble.

"Beatrice Prior. Get your ass up," he says, his voice full of seriousness with a hint of laughter.

Before I can respond, I'm being lifted off the bed and I shriek with laughter. "Tobias! Put me down!" I say through the giggles.

I'm put back down on the ground but not before he tickles me causing me to shriek with laughter again. "Okay. I'm up. I'm up," I say, putting my hands up in fake surrender. This causes us both to laugh again.

Time Lapse

Tobias and I walk down the halls of the Dauntless compound hand in hand as we make our way to the training room. Today is the last day of the physical part of initiation. Today is the day some people will become Factionless.

We stand in front of the doors of the training room and he looks at me. "Ready?" he asks.

"Let's do it," I say with a smile. The doors open and we're met with loud chatter and excitement. Everything becomes silent as we walk through the doors and into the room. People start to whisper as we make our way to the center of the room where the board of rankings stand.

I catch snippets of people conversations as we pass.

"Kidnapped."

"Shot."

"Coma."

"Murder."

Tobias clears his throat to get everyone's attention and all eyes are on us. "I know that we've been absent for a while but we're back now. Which means that initiation still continues. Today you'll find out your final rankings for stage 1. Those of you who are below the line will become Factionless," he says, turning to me.

I pull the sheet off the board to reveal their rankings. Almost everyone lets out a sigh of relief or they give high-five's to their friends but a couple people look like they're about to cry. Those couple people were cut.

"Those of you who are below the line, go pack your bags. Dauntless guards will escort you to the factionless," Tobias says, his voice firm. You can see sadness swimming in his eyes but he tries his best to hide it.

"For the rest of you, tomorrow we'll have the war games. Don't be late otherwise the train will leave without you," I say, turning back to the other initiates. "Next week, we'll start stage 2 of initiation. We will be combing you with the Dauntless-borns."

'What time are the war games?" I believe a former Erudite asks and I mentally roll my eyes.

"7," I reply before heading out of the room with Tobias trailing behind me. As we pass the dorm room for the initiates, I get this pang of sadness in my gut. The initiates who were cut have such sad looks on their faces, some even crying. The Abnegation in me wants so badly to go up and comfort them but I know I shouldn't. I hurry past the room and towards the cafeteria before I do something stupid.

"Tris!" Christina shouts from across the cafeteria.

A smile makes its way onto my face as I see my best friend and I hurry over to her. "Chris!" I say as we hug each other.

"Guys!" Zeke shouts at us, even though we're right next to him. "Party at my house tonight! It's gonna be epic!"

We look at each other, grins appearing on our faces. This is going to be fun.

I look over at Tobias to see him already looking at me. I squeeze our already interlocked hands and smile at him.

"Ready?" I ask and he nods his head. I haven't really been eating much these past few weeks. I don't know why but I haven't really had an appetite.

"See you guys tonight," I say before walking away with Tobias next to me.

I open the door to our apartment and as soon as I walk in, I'm being pushed against the wall. A pair of lips find mine and I instantly realize that it's Tobias's by feel. I smile into the kiss and my hands travel up his chest. I never get tired of the feeling of his abs or any part of him for that matter.

My hands continue to travel up and down his chest and soon his shirt comes off, revealing his bare, defined chest.

"You're so sexy," I mumble. I didn't even mean to say that out loud. Oops.

He laughs and soon my shirt comes off too. "I could say the same about you," he says, a hint of lust in his eyes. I look down at my chest to see the smallest resemblance of a six pack starting to form.

I return my lips to his, a smile on my face. I push off the wall and a few minutes later we end up in the bedroom. Somehow our pants come off in the midst of our heated make out session and we end up laying on the bed. He places kisses down my neck and onto my chest. Slowly going down farther and farther. I push his head back up to my face and he lets out a small chuckle as do I.

Our tongues connect at an attempt to deepen the kiss and we fight for dominance as our hands travel each other's bodies.

"I...love you...so...frickin...much," he says, between kisses.

"I...love...you more," I say back, not bothering to hide the wide grin on my face.

"I don't think...you understand...you're my one and only...I love you more than anything," he says between breaths, resting his forehead on mine.

"I didn't think I could ever feel this way about someone. You showed me what it's like to feel this way about someone and I'm glad it was you," I say before bringing our lips back together. I can't enough of him. His feel. His scent. His touch. My hands travel down his back as I trace all of his scars, causing him to shudder.

Soon all of our clothes are laying somewhere on the floor and we're trying to get as close as possible. I love the feel of him and I wish that this could last forever. At one point it's like we're one person, moving and thinking the same things at the same time.

Awhile later, we're laying side by side on the bed, slightly panting with smiles on our faces. I tilt my head slightly and look over at him. I see a white bandage and guilt replaces my earlier happy mood. That probably hurt him. He was shot.

"What's wrong?" He asks, noticing my sudden change in mood.

"Your wound...It probably hurt...I'm so sorry," I say, avoiding his gaze.

"Tris," he says, trying to get me to look at him.

"Tris," he says firmly.

I finally look over at him and he says, "I barely noticed the pain. Besides, it was worth it. I love you and that's all that matters. No matter the cost."

I force a smile onto my face but he sees right through it. He leans over and kisses me, putting all of his love into it. All of my doubts and worries gone or at least forgotten.

"Now come on. We have to get ready," he says before gathering his clothes from the floor.

I do the same and get ready for Zeke's party, thoughts of Tobias swimming through my mind. My heart fluttering.

Time Lapse

I open the door to Zeke's apartment, not bothering to knock, knowing that no one will answer. Alcohol and loud blasting music hits me like a wave and I have to force myself to keep walking.

"Trissy!" Someone shouts over the loud music. I turn my head to see Christina waving at me like a mad man, a grin like the Cheshire Cat plastered on her face.

"Trissy!" She yells again.

I walk over to her, a smile slowly making its way on my face. "I'm here...finally," I say once I'm in front of her.

"What took you so long?" She slurs.

"Oh...um...uh," I say, blush creeping into my cheeks. "I had some stuff to do," I lie.

"Oh my gosh! You had sex with Four!" She yells.

I instantly cover her mouth with my hand, muffling whatever she was about to say next. Luckily, I don't think anyone heard. She licks my hand and I let go, wiping her spit on my hands.

"Gross," I say, laughing.

"What did we do?" Tobias says as he walks up to me, a cup in one hand.

"Oh, nothing," I say casually.

"Tris," he says, raising his eyebrows.

"What?" I ask innocently.

"You know what," he says, a hint of a smile on his lips.

"You guys did 'it'," she says, using air quotes around the word it. She giggles at her own joke.

He turns towards me, his cheeks a slight red color.

"Care to explain?"

"Uh...I didn't tell her. She just guessed," I say, distracted by Christina's uncontrollable giggles.

"Four! Tris!" Zeke yells as he staggers over to us, interrupting whatever Tobias was about to say.

They fist bump each other as Zeke reaches us. "Is this party awesome or what?" He shouts, holding out his arms.

I grin at his goofy but drunk state. It's nice to see someone so happy and carefree after everything that's happened, even if it is alcohol induced.

"You have to try this," Zeke says, handing me a cup of what I suspect to be some sort of alcohol.

I swirl the murky looking liquid around in the cup before I cautiously take a drink. It has the normal bitter taste like normal alcohol has but yet there's a little bit of sweetness to it. I take a few more drinks and I start to feel myself become more relaxed and happy.

"What's in it?" I ask after a few more drinks.

"Just the normal stuff but we added more peace serum," he says, taking a swig from the cup.

My brain is too clouded with the peace serum that what he just said, doesn't really register in mind. It goes in one ear and out the other. I smile and keep drinking until my cup's empty. Another cup is put in my hand and I don't think anything about it and keep drinking.

"Never have I ever!" A drunken Shauna shouts over the crowd.

We all agree and sit in a sloppy circle in the corner of the room as the party rages around us.

"I'll go first," Christina says, drunkenly setting her cup on the floor, sloshing some liquid on the floor. "Never have I ever, had sex," she says, pointedly looking at me.

I shrug and take a swig from cup. I see Tobias, Zeke and Shauna take drinks also. Caleb and Cara stare at us incredulously.

"Beatrice?" Caleb whispers quietly.

"What? We're Dauntless," I say shrugging my shoulders. Normally I would have responded differently but the peace serum in the alcohol is clouding up my mind so much that I can't think clearly. Am I going to regret this in the morning?

"Never have I ever, eaten a whole Dauntless cake," I say, scanning our small but happy group.

Zeke takes a drink and so does Four. I look at them, nearly choking on my own laughter. "Seriously?"

"It was dare and we Dauntless never turn down dares...well, at least the crazy people don't," he says laughing.

I look over at Four and he shrugs his shoulders, a smile on his face.

"Never have I ever, drank more than 11 cups of alcohol," Four says.

I take a drink, smiling to myself at the memory. My first ever party at Dauntless and I drink 15 cups of alcohol. The embarrassment and morning afterwards was horrible but I still laugh about it. I'm the only one to take a drink but I don't care.

"Never have I ever, been shot," Caleb blurts out.

Tobias takes a drink, hurt shining in his eyes. I run a hand over his arm and he offers me a fake smile. Shauna, Zeke and I also take a drink, giving Caleb the best glare we can manage in our drunken state.

He shrinks back a little in his chair and I try to hide a smile. Classic Caleb.

"Never have I ever, been Divergent," Cara says, her voice almost lost in the music.

I take a drink, my cup now empty and so does Tobias. Everyone just stares at us, in shock.

"What?" I ask.

They don't answer and I just let it go, the peace serum kicking in. I listen to the music and soon find myself humming along. I giggle when I realize that everyone is watching me.

"Hey Four," Christina says, taking the attention off of me. "Did you ever talk to the Faction leaders?"

"No. Everything kind of just happened. I didn't really have time…...I'll do after initiation," he says, finishing his drink. "Speaking of which, we should get going. Come on Tris."

"Do we have to?" I whine.

"Yes," he says, the corners of his mouth turned upward.

I hold out my hand and he takes it, pulling me up and drags me away from the party, the music growing quieter with every step. We reach our apartment and I attempt to kiss Tobias but he pushes me away, leading me toward the bedroom.

"Please?" I ask, batting my eyelashes.

"You're drunk," he says, before softly pushing me onto the bed. He pulls the covers over me and then gets underneath the covers on the other side of the bed.

I give him my best pouty face and he sighs. He kisses me on the forehead and then pushes me back down so that my head is resting on the pillow.

"Now go to sleep," he says before dropping an arm over my waist. I snuggle closer into his chest and let the darkness overtake me. I don't know what I would do without him.

So, I wanted to let you peeps know that the next several chapters or so will mostly be about initiation and the faction leaders initiation. Don't worry tho, after I finish that, the story will get back on track and stuff. Also, did I do okay with the FourTris fluff? Feedback please. Oh and I think I'm going to rewrite the recap because it's getting super long but I'm not sure how and if I should. Please give me feedback on that too. Greatly appreciated.
