Ok, you guys. I'm sorry but rushing me to write one story isn't going to push me any faster. I let my feelings and mood swings determine what I should write. I've been going through serious bouts of depression and because of that, the only story I can write is Beauty and the Beast. I'm sorry that this and my other stories aren't as popular as my Buttercup/Cinderella story and I feel kinda sad about that.

Please read and reivew, it would cheer me up.

Miss Monster: You've made me laugh

Blossom's POV

"Who is this girl anyways?" I asked myself as I followed this strange girl.

Mini Flashback

I found myself in bed this morning, completely confused...I don't even remember how I got in the bed.

"Hello."

"AAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" I screamed, falling right out of the bed. There was strange girl with black hair that was tied up into two cute little buns, a dark red rose clip that was pinned to her left bun, bangs hung on both sides of her face...she was just sitting in a chair, slamming a book shut with just one hand.

"Noise Maker Huh?" She sighed, standing up with a blank expression on her face. She was wearing a black gown with straps on her shoulders but other than that it was completely exposed, but the gown was long, covering her legs, her sleeves looked detachable as they started right above her elbows, but they were long and wide, the corners almost touching the floor. A thin red veil was over her corset and sleeves with the design of lovely roses sewed on to it.

"Eh...sorry...where am I?" I asked, looking around, nothing looked familiar and I can't seem to remember anything except...being carried...I was carried, "Where is everyone? What's going on here?"

"Come. Your things..." She just answered, leaving the room, but she came back when I didn't follow her. I wasn't going to just follow some weirdo, she stared at me, "Come."

The creepy stare she was giving me would have normally made me froze, but my body just obeyed and followed. She gave me my basket and I just carried it, hurrying along.

End of Mini Flashback (Basically what happened just a few minutes ago)

I sighed again, still following this strange girl, she barely answers any of my questions. The hallway was just so dark, even with the curtains opened...outside just looked terrible...with the sky rumbling, the castle was shook but it just didn't seem to bother her, she would sometimes just stop and look out of the window.

The last time she stopped, I said, "Such a lovely day huh?"

"Lovely..." She didn't stop, it sounded like a question, she even stopped and looked out the window, "Think so?"

I don't understand what she meant as she continued walking and calling me to follow her, "Excuse me, what exactly am I doing here?" I asked again.

"Work." She just answered in that emotionless tune.

"Where are the others?" I asked, I kind of figure that I was wasting my time asking but...

"Others?"

"Yes, like my Cousin...my friends?"

She paused and just stared out one of the windows, looking up at the skies...the sky rumbled like there was another storm on the way. It was small, but I noticed that the girl's tensed up. She seemed frozen...she wouldn't respond, not even as I stood in front of her waving my hand.

"Are you ok?" I asked, but she was staring at the floor, with even rumble caused her body to tense even more, she was clenching her hands until they were pale.

"HELLO!" A voice called out, I saw a figure just popped out of nowhere and covered the girl's eyes, "I've been looking everywhere for you."

"Kiva."

"That's right, Milady...and who do we have here?" He move until he stood right in front of me, I knew that look anyone...looking at me up and down...checking me out, "Not bad...not bad at all." He had this long, spiky black hair that covered his neck, tied in a ponytail towards the end. He dressed in a white shirt with puffy long sleeves, a brown leather vest, he wore black tights and brown hunter boots. He suddenly pulled out three balls and started jiggling right in front of me.

I clapped...I was impressed as he jiggled with one hand and bowed to me.

"And who might the name of this fine rose be?" He even kissed my hand. He's kinda cute...I giggled.

"I'm Blossom." I smiled and I heard this low groan. I think it was from the girl, who just crossed her arms.

"I'm Kiva...the royal-"

"Fool." The girl seem to almost spat the word out.

"I prefer Magician or Jester." He threw the balls in the air, stretched out his sleeve and the balls fell into them, and disappeared. I clapped again, tickled as he bowed again and with a wave of his hand, a flower appeared and he gave it to me, "It's refreshing to see someone actually impressed."

"Well, I've never seen one. Magicians are so rare these days." I laughed. Magicians were the first to suffer the King's wrath, that's what Mom told me anyways. Magicians were just sorcerers who were born with the ability to make things disappear and reappear, levitation, and...well I don't know what else...because I've never seen one.

"Of course."

"Hmph." The girl started tapping her foot now.

"Oh...calm down Blackie. I just can't leave an active audience." He smiled but then was kicked by the girl. It didn't seem to hurt him but he sighed, "Very well Black Rose. She's so cranky and impatient...Book Witches."

"Book Witch?"

"Yeah, Blackie here is a Book Witch...Didn't tell you huh? Black Rose is the Royal Librarian and a Book Witch. She doesn't talk much-"

"I've noticed." I said to myself.

"But she knows the library like the back of her own wand." He chuckled, "But enough about that, whatcha up to-"

"Leaving now." This girl...Blackrose just cut between us and pushed him away.

"Blackie!" He cried out as she just grabbed my wrist and hurried along.

"Hey!" I cried out, looking back .He just disappeared in the darkness of the hall. It was tough to walk her pace, I had no idea what to say or I don't even know what happened. It wasn't long before she stopped in front of a wooden door.

"Yours." She just said, her face emotionless as ever, she opened the door. There was a large wooden table in the middle of a stone room. There was a empty cauldron and a fireplace. The room was covered with dust and cod webs. There was a large wooden cabinet that was covered in a layer of dust, there was a small bed that was tucked into a small pocket of the room and a raggedy curtain, a wooden book stand that had a large leather book.

"What is this room?" I asked looking back as I felt a draft blowing through the only window. I turned around when I didn't hear an answer...she was gone. I sighed in exasperation, what was this room and what was up with her anyways.

I placed my basket on the table and closed the window and latched it. The latch shook as the wind was blowing hard, it was still freezing cold...

"Oh...Hello there." Another voice echoed through the room, causing me to jump.

Here came a bright blonde haired girl, just her hair bright brightness into the room, she was carrying a duster, broom, mop and bucket with water, "I'm so sorry I didn't think you would be in here yet. I just got a little 'preoccupied'." She smiled with a slight blush, she seem to struggle and I just grabbed the bucket before she could drop it, "Oh my, thank you. Oh, pardon me...My name is Bubbles, I'm the maid of the castle."

"I'm Blossom." I said, I was still confused but at least she was polite and cheerful.

"I'll get this place cleaned up in no time." Bubbles sighed, "Busy...busy...busy."

"I can help...Ah...but what is this place?"

"Why? It's where you work...You are the New Royal Apothecary? Right?"

"WHAT?"

"Yeah...you're the Wicca right? That's what B-"

"I'm a Wicca, but I can't be the apothecary...I'm just an apprentice Herbalist. I'm just now learning how to conjure fire."

"Oh, you're just being modest, I'm sure. The Prince is so generous, isn't he?" She seemed just happy and sweet, that it was kind of hard to get angry. She kinda reminded me...

"Where's my cousin?"

"Your cousin?"

"Yeah, her name's Belle, kinda mad...two dolls with her, and brown-"

My mind flash...a figure gruesome figure jumping in front of me. A darkness shielding its face but enough of an outline to see the figure...A beastly figure.

"Excuse me...hello...hello...Miss Blossom, "Bubbles waved her hand in front of my face when the flash was gone.

"Where's Belle? THAT THING!?" I cried out.

"Oh...rest assured, your Cousin Miss Belle is wonderful. I saw her wandering outside." Bubbles seemed calm, but nervous, "Oh...I must get cleaning...I don't want to halt your work." She grabbed a rag and started to wipe the table.

"What?" I seem so confuse...what really happened last night? Did I really agreed to work in the castle?

"I'll help." I volunteered, grabbing the duster and started on the book stand.

"I must say, you'll have your work cut out for you. We haven't had an Apothecary for...almost five years. We sure could use one...Black Rose could use one, she has some of the worst anxiety attacks, especially during a day like this. She hates thunder...oops...but don't tell her I said that. I certainly could use an energy potion...oh and He could use a coughing draft, his coughs have gotten really bad. You can make those right?"

"I...I think so." I said, blowing the dust off the book and coughing. It was a tome, I opened the pages carefully and saw different herbs, the locations and the uses. This will come in handy.

"Great." Bubbles smiled, she went towards the dusty bed, pulling the sheets off, "You'll need new sheets...in case-"

There was a faint knock on the door...before I could turn around...

"Wait, don't turn around, the carrier is very...shy. Oh...that must be the wood. I'll get it." Bubbles leaped across the room and half way closed the door.

I wanted to see...but Bubbles just slammed the door with her foot. She struggled carrying the logs...Why didn't the carrier just carried them in.

Bubbles let out a sigh as she dropped them in the fire place, "Well...let me get some fresh sheets and I'll come right back." She was about to leave, but she turned around with a serious look, "Hmmmm...you'll wait here right? You won't go wondering around the halls right?"

"Huh?"

"Well...it's just easy to get lost here...and...and...well we don't want to lose you on your first day."

"Ok...well just clean up the cabinets anyways."

She just smiled, happy and cheerful again.

Brianna's POV

It feels like an eternity down this hall. I haven't seen a single person, it's so cold and damp. I looked out of one of the windows, the sky was darker and clouds were so thick that it's nearly impossible to know what time is it. I could feel the cold through the cracks.

I don't remember what happen yesterday...but...but...I thought I saw...

A sound...I could hear it. Just around the corner...I followed it instantly. Finally someone who I can talk to...

I could hear music...music was playing...it was getting louder and louder...I'm getting close. I turned around the corner and into the last one...all the music stopped playing except...

A boy...I think...sitting on a chair, playing the Viol (basically a Violin), the music was beautiful.

He stopped, sighing in frustration, "Why did you sto-" He shot around. He had this calm, cold look. He placed the Viol down and stood up. He must be a noble or something high up because he was wearing a dark green velvet corset like vest, with long sleeve white shirt underneath, a green belt around his waist, black leather pants with a deep green shine and knee high black shiny boots. He placed a silver ring back on his finger and silver chain necklace. He had a deep green eye, the other one was covered by his black hair that hung to his neck.

"Well, it's about time you've arrived."

"Huh?"

"I was getting bored of waiting." He sounded emotionless and polite, he must be a noble.

"Ah...of course...Sire?"

"Hmmm...that could work. I've heard you've had a lovely voice...can you play an instrument?"

"Huh?"

"Are you deaf? I hate repeating myself, it's tiresome." He said.

"No. Look, I've got some questions here."

"Normally I would be sympathetic to your situation, you've been hired by to work and live in the Castle so suddenly...but you were late."

I huffed, this guy is pissing me off, "Excuse me! BUT NO ONE TOLD ME ANYTHING!"

He turned his head back to look at me, "Oh...no one...that's odd. I could've swore I sent that Prick to do it. Well...congrats, you have my sympathies after all. You are the royal Songstress, you will sing when his Highness commands it...he occasionally needs a lullaby. I would suggest learning to play the harp. I can teach you, I really don't have much to do."

"What? A Songstress, look buddy...I'm a Siren...singing is not a good idea."

"On the contrary, I think that's an excellent idea. What better to soothe the Prince then a melody from a siren." He walked towards the window, "As a Songstress, you're free to roam the castle to your hearts content, except the West wing. It's forbidden and you must never leave...not without permission at least."

I still felt weird about this.

He turned around to look at me, he turned to look at me, "I would suggest you follow these rules...at least. They are the most important. My brother values his privacy above anything else."

"Your brother?" It too me a second to realize-

"You may go now. Looks like some of your friends are outside. You can just go down the hall, pass the suits of armor and turn left."

I curtsied and backed out. I didn't know what to say, normally I would've chewed him out...but he's royalty...that means...his father...was...was...the King. My heart dropped into the pit of my stomach. The King that killed my parents...that tried to kill me... I rushed out of the room.

Normal POV

Butch looked down from the window of the Music room...as the clouds got lighter...letting a little sun through...it shined onto his face...

His eyes...were hollow.
