I apologize for the wait guys, so hopefully this chapter makes up for putting most of you on edge.

As the title says this is the trial for Dumbledore and Ginny, then updates for Molly's condition plus a little time skip for the pregnancies. It might not be as long as you may hope, but at least Harry and his family and friends finally get justice for all Dumbledore put them through.

Ministry of Magic, Wizenagamot Court Room:

The day of Dumbledore and Ginny's trial had finally arrived, seven long days for everyone especially Harry and Ron. Everyone arrived to see the man suffer, also to give the main testimonies for the main charges recently filed. Both would be tried by the Wizenagamot, but sent off to Narwhal for Merlin knows how long and then likely sentenced to death. Ocarina and Marius were making appearances as well, but they would be there to drag out Ginny's problems and humiliate her.

Harry and Ron had their mates with them, along with the Amadahy clan and most of the Weasleys except for Arthur and Molly. Hermione came too, and she sat with Severus holding her hand in his. Sirius had to be held back by Remus to make sure he wouldn't attack the two and get into more trouble, but luckily Severus gave him a calming draught before they arrived.

The trial was due to start in a few minutes, but Harry felt nothing and he knew he wouldn't feel anything until he had his revenge against the old bastard. Ron was the same, but he had Draco and Blaise on either side of him and they both held him gently. Soon enough the courtroom was filled with people who wanted to watch the old bastard suffer and be there to see his life be dragged out in front of all. The aurors came in with both Dumbledore and Ginny, and though they'd only been in Azkaban for a week they both looked like hell.

Ginny's eyes were enraged but had deep dark circles under them, her hair was knotted and some pieces seemed shorter as if yanked out, and her skin was filthy like the jail suit she wore. Dumbledore looked older with his wrinkles sagging, and he was limping as he walked. His legs had been healed but he still had trouble walking anywhere. They were placed in chairs and shackled down with chains, but when Ginny saw Harry she spat in his direction.

"Still hates it." Harry kissed Lucius to spite Ginny's glare.

"She'll be out of our hair soon enough love." Kingsley took the stand, but on both sides of him were Ocarina and Marius. Ocarina glared hatefully at the two, but Marius kept his face calm though his eyes were angered by the sight of the two.

"Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore, and Ginevra Molly Weasley have been called before the Wizenagamot and the council members of the Siren court for the charges of kidnapping, murder, attempted murder, attempted human trafficking, possible rape, assault, obstruction of justice, and several counts of such charges going back sixteen years. How do the defendants plead?"

"Not guilty." They both snarled, well Ginny did at least.

"That I would never believe." Kingsley turned to Marius. "Would you like to interrogate them first?" Marius nodded.

"Let's get the victims' statements, and then we will get our answers." He looked up to Harry. "Mr. Potter, Mr. Weasley would you please come down?" Harry and Ron left their seats to get down to the witness chairs, up higher than the defendants to keep away. "Mr. Potter, the court is aware of all that happened in the past, but we'd like to hear your side of the kidnapping for the recent charges, as well as Mr. Weasley."

"Yes." Harry took in a breath to keep himself calm. "Do you want me to tell you about what I was doing before the incident?"

"No, just when it happened."

"Okay, Ron and I were with our mates just wanting to be alone, it was sometime after we were told Hermione's parents had been murdered. Both of us suddenly felt a strange presence in my dad's office, and we ran to see what it was. When we got into the office my dad and Hermione were unconscious, and Dumbledore was standing over them and Sirius."

"What happened next?"

"He had who we thought was Molly Weasley with him, and he told us to either go with him or he'd kill all three of them. He bound us with the Petrificus Totalus, and we were caught off guard so we couldn't block the attack. He put his hands on our chests and groped us, saying we would do 'just fine' for him." Several people looked horrified at that.

"Did he rape any of you?" Harry shook his head.

"He didn't get the chance." Ron spoke up. "He wanted to use us to create powerful heirs for him, and he wanted our unborn children as well."

"He truly doesn't know much about us Sirens does he dear boys?" Marius gave a light chuckle, and the two just gave a smile back. "Did you call out to your mates?"

"We did, and we know they heard us but it was too late. By the time we realized where we were Dumbledore had us chained up in a basement."

"Did he do anything to you?"

"Other than tell us his plot to keep us as pets and for Ginny no-name over there to get her revenge."

"Faking her attempted suicide you mean?"

"And made us believe that Dumbledore raped her to be his slave, when truthfully she's as mad as he is." Harry heard Ginny growl as Ron spoke his words. "She made us think she was a victim, and I don't know what she wanted to do with our children but she didn't get the chance when we escaped."

"Very well, that'll be all from you both." Harry and Ron nodded before going back to their mates. "Next witness, Hermione Granger." Hermione made her way to the stand keep her head up high. "Ms. Granger, can you tell us what happened the day you were attacked?"

"It's not much to tell, but from what I can remember I was in Professor Snape's office and we were talking. I heard a pop noise, not like apparating but more like a loud portkey. When I turned I could see Dumbledore and who I too thought was Molly Weasley in the room. They attacked Severus and he fell to the floor, I tried to help him but they attacked me too and I was unconscious. When I came to I saw Ron and Harry had been taken but returned unharmed thank Merlin."

"What were you talking about with Professor Snape?" another member asked, a Wizenagamot.

"We're a couple." She said and gasps went around the room. "I'm of age so I am allowed to be with him, and he makes me feel special when we're together. For why I was there that day, we were talking about my parents' estate, they had left everything to me even though they didn't agree with my relationship."

"They were going to disinherit you?" Ocarina asked.

"Yes, but they didn't get the chance when Dumbledore killed them. Severus will tell you the exact same thing."

"Which is why we don't need his testimony dear, thank you for sharing all that; you may step down." Hermione did and made her way back up to her seat with her boyfriend. "That's it for our main witnesses, and we don't require Lord Black's either."

"Indeed so, now I suggest we get on with the good part." Kingsley banged his mallet. "For the full story on all you've done Dumbledore, you will submit to Veritaserum." A man came forward with a vial produced by Snape.

"I will not."

"You will." Dumbledore tried to fight it but two aurors held his mouth open as they poured the potion inside. He tried to spit it back out, but they closed his mouth to force it down his throat. After a few minutes the aurors released him.

"Now then." Marius stepped off his stand. "What is your name?"

"Albus Percival Wulfric Brian Dumbledore."

"What was your former position at Hogwarts?"

"Headmaster."

"It seems to be working…"

"You may continue Marius." Marius nodded.

"Tell us now Dumbledore, was it your intention to have James and Lily Potter killed in order for you to control their son?"

"Yes…" the answer was growled out, he was trying to hold back.

"You had imperiused Black to switch with Pettigrew correct, when you knew Pettigrew would eventually give up their location being the coward he was?"

"Yes."

"You made Harry Potter's godfather remain in prison under a false charge, knowing if he had Harry he would hide him from you. You also knew Severus had to hate the boy because he felt guilty about what happened to Lily, so you forced him to be evil. You even morphed Harry's life to make him into the perfect tool in killing the one person standing in your way of true power?"

"Yes."

"In that line you used a dark curse, an illegal one at that, to control Molly Weasley and have her daughter try and get Mr. Potter to marry her?"

"Yes."

"So many people died because of you, but you had no idea that Harry was in fact a siren is that right?"

"No I didn't know until later."

"That including the fact that Harry is not the biological son of James Potter, but Severus Snape instead. Lily was his siren mate, and she wrote a letter to him explaining what she had done and to protect her child from you. He now has a mate, Lucius Abraxas Malfoy, and he's having children with him. What was your intention with them after you kidnapped him and Mr. Weasley?" Dumbledore tried to hold back again, but it was useless.

"I wanted to use them as my whores, to give me siren children to rebuild my power. Eventually I would control the most powerful beings in our existence; it's the reason why we don't go to war with your kind."

"That didn't work out though did it? You didn't expect Harry and Ronald to be so powerful even if they were only partial sirens."

"No I didn't, I had thought I could still control them if I had the chance. I didn't count on them being so damn strong."

"Why kidnap Sirius Black though? What was he going to be for you?"

"He would've been a spare for me." everyone gasped at that. "He's already a bitch; it wouldn't be anything new to him." Harry held Sirius back with Remus, knowing if the man lashed out now it wouldn't be pretty.

"So all this was just a way for you to take over the magical realm, when you kept saying everything done was for the greater good? Is that it?"

"It was the greater good, for me. This stupid wench had to screw everything up when she went as berserk as her mother. Molly Weasley…useless slag." He looked at Ginny as he spoke.

"A woman you couldn't fully control, especially when her son's song broke your spell over her."

"I should've just killed her…" the court glared at him. "I was glad when I heard his first child was miscarried by the Greengrass girl, I thought it would make a perfect opportunity for me." he was getting angrier.

"So all your plans went down the drain and you end up in chains and behind bars, yes we can see your plans didn't work out once Harry and Ronald came into their powers." Marius turned to Kingsley. "We're done with him."

"Administer the antidote, and give the serum to Ginevra no-name." they were calling her that because Arthur and Molly officially disowned her the day before, and it wouldn't matter if she lived or not. Aurors did so with both wizards, and Ginny tried harder than Dumbledore to fight the serum.

"What is your name?"

"Ginny, I have no last name."

"Where did you attend school?"

"Hogwarts."

"What house were you in?"

"Gryffindor?"

"It's working." Ocarina stepped down next to Marius though he stepped back. "You have been working under Albus Dumbledore's thumb since when?"

"Since I first began school."

"What did he offer you in exchange for being his spy?"

"Marriage to Harry Potter, giving me all the money his family owned."

"You were infatuated with Mr. Potter is that right?"

"I was in love with him, since I was small my mum would tell me stories about him."

"Stories that weren't true, which you probably didn't care about right?" Ginny was turning red.

"No, I didn't care. I just wanted to be his future wife."

"Which you aren't, and now you're here in this court looking like a dirty slut with all your secrets out in the open." Everyone murmured about that. "You made your whole family think you were a victim, that you were controlled right?"

"Yes, I had to play a part. Harry left me for that blonde death eater whore, and my brother is no different."

"He is not your brother any longer, and Harry wasn't yours to have."

"I don't care; it was supposed to be me! I was supposed to marry him, have his children, get his money, and when it got boring I would leave him!" everyone gasped, except Harry.

"You would leave him and do what? Take his money and whatever children you gave him?"

"I wouldn't care about them, I didn't want to be a mum but I knew if I became one Harry would do whatever he could to make me happy."

"Then you would need to be aware that since Harry is a lord he would've had you sign a prenuptial agreement?" Ginny's eyes widened. "Harry is a siren, and a lord from being named the Potter heir, which would give him rights to control his own money. You are not his mate though, so you got angry when he didn't want you."

"No! He is mine! He was supposed to be mine! I only helped Dumbledore kidnap him because I knew once they had those bastard brats I would smother them!" she put her hand over her mouth realizing what she'd just said, and Ocarina's eyes flashed in anger.

"You wanted to kill children of our species, children who were in fact your future nieces or nephews?" the shock faded fast, and the rage returned.

"They're nothing but siren whore children! Just like Ron and Harry! They deserve to die, all of you siren bastards deserve to die!" she screeched so loud she almost sounded like an angry banshee. Ocarina backed away slowly, and turned to the Wizenagamot.

"I think we have heard enough, don't all of you?" everyone nodded.

"It's crystal clear to us that these two are guilty, but we are going to need an hour to decide on sentencing. Clear the courtroom, we will resume at two o'clock sharp." Everyone left while the two prisoners were dragged out of the room after giving the serum antidote to Ginny. Harry and his groups went into the hall to wait, and he was hugged by everyone.

"Oh boys…" Maris kissed him and Ron. "I knew that girl was insane but this…"

"Don't, it's not worth it." Ron stopped her. "I'm just hoping they both suffer for all they've done."

"We all do Ron." the twins joined in. The Amadahys were happ that justice was being served at last. After this the boys could focus on their futures with their mates and children.

"Are you alright Harry?" Lucius hugged him.

"I will be when this is over." He leaned into his mate's touch, needing the comfort. His dad and Hermione were the same, but Hermione seemed more settled.

"It's going to be over soon Harry, at last." Sirius hugged him and even hugged Severus.

"Yeah, finally." They all sat and waited to be called back in. An hour later they were, and Ginny and Dumbledore were already out and the entire Wizenagamot along with Marius and Ocarina were ready to give their sentences.

"Albus Dumbledore and Ginevra No-Name, you have both caused atrocious crimes in the eyes of the law against not only your own kind and blood, but also against the Siren Nation. I would list the amount of crimes, but there's too many to count so we'll get along with the sentencing." Kingsley turned to Marius.

"We have discussed the appropriate measures of your crimes, and we have come to a reasonable conclusion. Albus Dumbledore for your many crimes going back years now, against one of our own, you are hereby sentenced to death next Friday at dawn." Dumbledore's eyes widened. "As for you Ginevra No-Name, you will serve one year in Narwhal prison, and at the end of that year, you will also be put to death." Ginny looked like she could die right there.

"Both prisoners will be taken to Narwhal to wait out their time, court is adjourned." One bang of the mallet and the two began to protest.

"NO! YOU CAN'T KILL ME I'M TOO YOUNG TO DIE!"

"AFTER ALL I'VE DONE FOR THIS WORLD YOU'RE GOING TO KILL ME? YOU NEED ME STILL!"

"I CAN'T DIE! I WON'T DIE!" they continued on and on until they were dragged out of the courtroom, and then it all went silent. This would hit the prophet tomorrow, but at least now people would have peace again.

"Do you want to attend the executions Harry, Ron?" Argento asked them and they shook their heads.

"I've seen enough death, I just want to move on from this." Ron shared kisses with his two mates.

"We do too." Hermione, Severus, Sirius, and everyone else agreed.

"We'll tell mum and dad what happened, you guys go ahead and get back to the school." Fred and George left with Astrina and Julian. Charlie and Camillus left too, and soon enough Harry and his family left back to Hogwarts.

"It's over." Lucius said when he took Harry back to their quarters.

"It is, Lucius?"

"Yes love?" Harry kissed him passionately on the lips. "I can smell your arousal my dearest…" he smirked.

"Then do something about it, now." Lucius was more than happy to comply.

After all, what better way to celebrate the upcoming imprisonment and deaths of two deranged enemies than having mad, passionate sex in bed? Truthfully though, they weren't the only ones with that idea.

Next chapter will have a huge time skip in it, and it will bring out the birth of the babies and yes they will be born within the same time. I'm still deciding on names, but the ones you all submitted sound good. Little surprise for Hermione and Severus too!
