This chapter will introduce a new one of my friend flameblade89's named Ryon Holloway, an Assassin's Creed-type. In addition to him, I'm also using an OC of mine I've been wanting to bring in for a while, as well as Logan, Cloak, Nate, and Sharel. I'm also bringing in Rangiku Matsumoto from Bleach, Chun-Li, Aquaman, and Black Manta. Oh, and the other OC I'm bringing in? He's a cousin to an OC I killed off in 'Symbios-Issues'.

A Russian Assassin Hunter in Jefferson City!

The streets of Jefferson City, Missouri, were busy with the daily commute. Between the cars that were being driven to different workplaces and the pedestrians on the sidewalks and at the park, no one could bother to sit down. The politicians, to no one's surprise, were in a hurry to meet the Governor. While the people hated both him and the Mayor, that wouldn't get to them. What they didn't realize was that the Governor was meeting with the Mayors of each town and city in Missouri to reduce crime all over the state. As St. Louis and Jefferson City were almost neighboring cities, St. Louis' Mayor brought Logan along to help clean the streets up while the negotiations were going on.

At a certain part of Jeff was a young Assassin who had on a black hooded jacket with red linings on it, black pants, black boots, the Hidden Blades on his wrists, gun holsters containing Smith and Wesson police-grade pistols, a longsword, and a Longbow and arrows. His hair was long and black with red highlights akin to Shannon's bobcut. "Okay, this looks like the spot," he said. "Eat your heart out, Wash, because Ryon Holloway is about to do what he does best." He then crouched down near the vent. "Hey down there!" he exclaimed. "Nice day for a walk in the subways, huh? Especially here in Jeff City!" He then heard some growling from the vent. "Alright, since I know you monsters don't negotiate with humans..." Ryon was interrupted by a tail slamming him to the side.

From the ground came a dragon-like Hollow that aimed to eat the human that was bothering him by diving at him. Ryon focused on the ground and moved out of the way using a form of Terrakinesis, the Hollow diving back underground. "Oh, that's not good," he said to himself. He dove underground and grabbed the Hollow's tail, which gave him leverage to climb to its face. "Okay, you shadowy son of a bitch. It's..." Before Ryon could finish his sentence, the Hollow bucked and caused him to hit his head on the ceiling. He quickly recovered and climbed to the Hollow's neck. Ryon used his Hidden Blade and stabbed the Hollow in the neck, but it only served to make it angrier.

It knocked Ryon off and sent him into the back window of a subway car. "Oh, that's going to hurt in the morning," he said before seeing the civilians. "Transit Authority, people! Please move to the forward car! We have a bug in the electrical system!" Much to his chagrin, nobody moved. "Hey! People! We've got a bug in the electrical system!" He exclaimed as he turned around. Everybody ran to the front car as the Hollow started eating away. "Oh now y'all are running. No, sit down. Sit down. It's only a 600-foot dragon."

"Alright, everyone back in your seats before I start knocking skulls," said the conductor, who was an orange-haired man who was a bit on the chunky side.

"You get right back in there and you put the pedal to the metal, you got that?" Ryon asked.

"I'm Captain Gary Reynolds and I decide what happens on this train."

"Oh, you decide? Well here, let me show you something. Gary? Meet Mr. Hollow." The conductor saw the Hollow eat more of the train, much to his fear.

"Gary just made a decision."

"Yeah, Gary needs to take his ass back in there." As the conductor went back into his seat, Ryon pulled out one of his pistols and fired at the Hollow. Unfortunately, it had no effect. To his own chagrin, he had to resort to a natural projectile he hates using. He pointed towards the Hollow, formed a red energy ball, and fired it at the monster, causing it to disintegrate. "That was close."

What was left of the car came to a stop and allowed Ryon to get out. He pulled out a small silver device, put on some sunglasses, and turned towards the other passengers. "Attention please!" he exclaimed as he activated the device and caused a flash of light to appear. "The City of Jeff would like to thank you for participating in our drill. Had this been an actual emergency, you guys would've been eaten...'cause you don't listen! How's a man going to come bashing the back of a subway- That's the problem with all you city folk! 'Oh we've seen it all before.' 'Oh no! A 600-foot dragon! Save us, Mr. Assassin!' And I'm just trying to be nice asking you to move to the next car. Y'all are just sitting there like..." After realizing how pointless the rant was, Ryon used the device again. "Thank you for participating in our drill. We hope you enjoy our new smaller, more energy-efficient subway cars. Watch your step and have a nice weekend."

He went up the stairs leading out of the tunnels, happy to get some fresh air. "Using the Neuralyzer twice in one setting. You must be having a bad day," said a familiar voice. Ryon turned around and saw that it was Logan.

"You have no idea."

The two of them decided to talk at a booth in a 50s diner, agreeing not to order anything until their third person arrived. Logan saw that his friend was frustrated, so he got down to business. "If I had to grade that performance you just had, I'd give you a 'C'," he said.

"Why a 'C'?"

"Okay, here's the good part: You used one of your supernatural attacks-your Cero-to take the Hollow out. You also came up with a reasonable fabrication story when you used the Neuralyzer."

"And the bad part?" Ryon asked.

"The bad part is that you got cocky and reckless, you unnecessarily wasted bullets-do you have any idea how expensive those things are? And the icing on the cake: You used your Neuralyzer twice when you almost revealed what happened the first time."

"I'm sorry, okay? I was frustrated that that Hollow was making a fool out of me. Plus, didn't you kill one with a bullet before?"

"Nth metal," Logan said as he took one of his revolvers out. He took a bullet out of the barrel to show his fellow Assassin. "Nth metal has properties to either enhance or disrupt magic and chi attacks. Bullets disrupt. My sword enhances. If I had to guess, you wasted an entire clip of the regular kind."

"Yep."

"Can I see the other one?" Ryon, in spite of his reluctance, let him examine the clip. "You must not have gotten any Nth metal lately. These are regular casings too."

"No, and it's because I don't deal with the supernatural as often as you do." Logan nodded, knowing Ryon had a point. The bell rang and a curvaceous, busty woman entered. She had on a pink button-up shirt, black skirt, and black high heels, a blue purse, white-frame sunglasses and her long orange hair loose. She flaunted her cleavage and had her beautiful lips in a smile, especially when she saw the two Assassins. "Alright, I get it. I'll stock up on Nth metal bullets in case I come across Gentleman Ghost or anything else that's supernatural."

"I hope that doesn't include me," said the woman, getting their attention. She smirked when Logan gave a whistle. "It's good to see you too, Logan. I'm going to guess you and your women have been having fun."

"If only," said the St. Louis Assassin. "Unfortunately, every villain and their mother's been keeping us from dealing with Lex Luthor and his robot cronies. Nice seeing you again, Rangiku."

"Yeah. Nice to see you too. Other than Captain Hitsugaya enlisting your help to deal with his evil twin, I don't think I've heard anything from you since the S.I.N Tournament."

"That reminds me, don't you think Captain Hitsugaya's going to be pissed about the paperwork?"

"Hold on, Logan," Ryon said, interrupting the small talk. "I knew you and Rangiku knew each other. I had no idea you guys took part in the S.I.N Tournament."

"Oh yeah. It's where I met Chun-Li and Cammy. In fact, it was Chun-Li that got me to enter in the first place."

"I must've been living under a rock if I didn't know that my best friend and my future girlfriend took part in that thing. What was the prize?"

"The prize was $250k and the chance to go toe-to-toe with S.I.N's head honcho Seth. It wasn't easy facing him since he had moves of other fighters into his programming, including Charlie, Chun-Li, and Ryu."

"Charlie? Oh, your old friend Lieutenant Nash."

"That's him. Seth using Charlie's 'Sonic Boom' really got under my skin, so his 'Tanden Stream' be damned, I used a 'Chidori Blast' along with Ichigo Kurosaki using his 'Getsuga Cero' and Ryu using his 'Shinku Hadoken' to destroy the bastard. The base was about to be destroyed as well due to a self-destruction function being activated should Seth lose. Crimson Viper got out of there just fine, as did Ryu and Ichigo. We lost a Doll I got close with named Decapre; She sacrificed herself so we could get out."

"I bet you still miss her, don't you?" Rangiku asked. "I didn't see it obviously, but I recall her being in yours and Cammy's room. I guess they buried the hatchet while the three of you had a night together?" The blush on Logan's face told her that she was right. "So tell me. Without that mask, was she real pretty? Or was she an ass-up kind of girl?"

"Rangiku!" Logan growled out. The Soul Reaper Lieutenant had a cheeky grin on her face. "I wouldn't have slept with her if I didn't think she was beautiful in any sense of the word. To answer your question, it was a romance night. Her first one, in fact." Rangiku was about to respond, but she spotted a red dot on Logan's face. She and Ryon jumped out of their seats as the former pulled their friend down. A bullet crashed through the window and caused everyone in the restaurant to rush out. Rangiku and Ryon got up and saw that the bullet grazed Logan's cheek enough for blood to trickle out of it. "What the hell was that?" he asked.

"I've got a funny feeling we're about to find out," Ryon said.

"Before he comes in, you two hide. I'm going to see if I can't get him away from here. And Ryon?" Logan said, getting his friend's attention. "I shouldn't have to emphasize this: Keep quiet." The couple nodded at the orders and watched as Logan jumped through the broken window and took off.

He drew the firepower away from them, giving them enough time to escape. He climbed a building and looked around for the source of the bullets. As Logan took a moment to gather up his composure, he heard some footsteps. He looked and saw a mountain of a man with a full brown beard, brown hair on top, Templar armor, black pants, black boots, guns of different types, and an odd-looking sword with a familiar appearance. "Interesting. So this must be the Templars' new special agent."

"Let us get the pleasantries out of the way, Assassin!" he said in a Russian accent. "My name is Ivan! You are my target, Logan Washburn!"

"I see. So you must be the one responsible for this," said Logan, pointing to the scratch on his cheek.

"That's right, Assassin! Know that I will be the one to make the sun set on your life!" Ivan laughed maniacally as he pulled out his sword. The blade was dark with gold linings along the blade. There was a gold circle on the hilt as well. "This blade will be stained with your blood!"

"What the-!? That's an Isu Sword!"

"So you have knowledge of its origins? That only makes it better!" Ivan jumped up and slashed down at the St. Louis Den-Master. Logan dodged by rolling forward before pushing up with his left hand and horse-kicking him in the rear end. Ivan charged for him again, this time intent on stabbing him. Logan strafed to the side and avoided him, causing Ivan to miss again. He stopped and swung the blade at Logan again, this time forcing him to put up a shield. This sent the Assassin back a ways and knocked him down. Before he could recover, though, Ivan stomped on his chest. "And now...you die!" Logan caught a glimpse of the crest on his armor and saw that it was all-too-familiar to him. Now with a determined scowl, the Assassin used his Hidden Blade to pierce his leg so he could get back up.

"Now I know why you're after me! You're David Crenshaw's cousin!"

"Yes! You figured it out! My cousin was killed by you in a glorious battle! As a 'thank you' for granting such a gift, I will return the favor!" Ivan shouted out in a maniacal manner. "You will know what it's like to battle Ivan the Terrible reincarnated!" Ivan charged for Logan again, but Assassin and Templar alike got the shock of a lifetime when a figure kicked Ivan to the side. "What the...!?"

"Oh yeah! You just got smoked!" said the figure, who turned out to be Ryon.

"I thought I told you and Rangiku to hide!" Logan shouted.

"You did, but you know I'm never one to listen to you."

"Well you better start with this: That weapon's an Isu Sword." Logan saw that his friend had no idea what he was talking about, so he facepalmed. "First Civilization technology."

"Ooooohhhhh. That sounds like fun." Ivan slashed with the sword and sent a gold energy wave towards the two Assassins, causing them to jump. Ryon prepared a Cero to fire when they landed on the ground again while Logan chain-launched two 'Sonic Booms' before thrusting them down towards the Templar. Ivan dodged the new technique, to Logan's ire, before Ryon fired the Cero. To both of their astonishments, Ivan cut the blast with his Isu Sword. He charged both Assassins again, with both of them responding in kind. The clash never happened as a missile came between the two parties. The kickback was enough to send the Assassins over the edge of the building. "Oh man...Did you get the number off that bus?" Ryon asked as the two Assassins hung on.

They shimmied across to the ledge closest to the water, unknowingly putting themselves in the sights of the one who launched the missile. Logan just so happened to have caught a glimpse of the perpetrator as he fired a heat laser at the duo, forcing them to dive into the nearby river in a backwards Leap of Faith, a first for Ryon. Two torpedoes arrived underwater to chase them, Logan immediately finding out that they were heat-seekers. He fired a 'Sonic Boom' at one while Ryon launched a Cero at the other. It caused the two torpedoes to explode, which made the one who fired them believe that he got them. When Logan sensed he walked away, he signaled to Ryon that it was okay for them to come up for air. "You boys look a little wet behind the ears," said Rangiku, who greeted them with a couple of towels.

A little while later, after the two Assassins dried off, Logan looked on the criminal database for the one who fired at them and ruined their fight with Ivan. Naturally, Ryon was starting to lose patience, but Cloak, Nate, and Sharel arrived just in time to keep him from getting bored. Logan also informed them that they needed to wait for Chun-Li as well since he wasn't in the mood to repeat himself. "I'll be damned if that wasn't a thrill," Ryon said, obviously reminiscing about their recent encounter. "I had no idea Templars traveled in packs."

"Templars do. The Crenshaw Clan members don't," Logan pointed out. "That man we were initially fighting was Ivan Crenshaw."

"'Crenshaw'?" Cloak repeated. "Didn't you kill one in Karakura Town before McSleez arrived?"

"That was David Crenshaw. Ivan looks to return the notion by killing me. He's no ordinary Templar; he's an Assassin Hunter. They've been around since Shay Cormac's betrayal, which led to the deaths of Assassins over the world, most notably Edward Kenway's original Quartermaster Adewale and Charles Dorian. The latter is part of what set Arno Dorian to become an Assassin himself."

"Well we know Ivan wasn't the one who sent you guys for a swim," Rangiku pointed out. "Who was that?"

"I'll tell you when Chun-Li gets here...and Aquaman as well."

"Wait, Aquaman?" Nate asked. "Why him?"

"You'll see." As Logan said that, Chun-Li had pulled up to the group in her car while a zeta beam was activated. The man who emerged was barefoot, wearing green pants with fins on the calves, a black belt with a stylized 'A' on it, and an orange scale-pattern shirt with green gloves. He had blonde hair, a clean-shaven face, and was very muscular. "Thanks for showing up, guys."

"Wouldn't miss a chance to work with the Justice League's new allies," said the blonde-haired man, obviously being Aquaman. "Don't tell me...Cloak...Nathaniel Dement...Sharel...Chun-Li...and Logan Washburn." As Aquaman pointed to each of them, they were astonished that he got them right.

"It's that kind of intellect that your people love about you, King Orin."

"This guy's a king?" Cloak asked.

"He's the King of Atlantis, but that's not why we need him. While Ryon and I were fighting the Assassin Hunter Ivan Crenshaw, this man fired at us and broke up the fight. I believe you know him, Your Highness." They saw a man dressed in black scuba gear with an oval-shaped helmet, red lenses, armor on the upper body, and fins on the calves, just like Aquaman.

"Of course," said the half-Atlantean. "That's David Hyde, better known as Black Manta. He repeatedly attacks Atlantis just to see me fall. I don't have the heart to tell Aqualad, but the two of them are father and son. Unfortunately, the reason Black Manta hates me is because his father died at my hands."

"Do you hold it against him?"

"No, I don't. At the same time, I can't let others get hurt in our battles. I already have a plan so we can kill two birds with one stone. I'll have to work alone on my end since I'll fight Manta alone. In the meantime, you will deal with Crenshaw."

"What about the civilians?" Chun-Li asked. "With Manta's personality and the very unfavorable habits of the Crenshaw Mafia, they'll be at risk."

"Chun-Li's has a point, your highness," said Logan. "We both know Black Manta's going to use every advantage he can against you. Plus, I don't need anyone caught in the middle of the war between my dad's family and the Crenshaws that doesn't need to be."

"Hmm..." Aquaman hummed, thinking on the situation.

"I have an idea," said Nate, getting the attention of the others. "Crowd control. If you don't mind leading that, Officer, we could really use your help with that."

"Now you're thinking," Chun-Li said. "Okay, the Silver Lanterns, Ryon, and Rangiku are going to help me with that crowd control. Cloak, Logan's going to need your help with taking down that Viking wannabe." Everyone but Ryon nodded in confirmation. Logan knew it was because he hated being sidelined, especially in his own city. He gave a strict glare to his friend, knowing that Chun-Li's orders were for his own good since it was specifically Logan that Ivan was after.

"Anything else I should know about Ivan?" Cloak asked his former rival.

"He's got a sword made from First Civilization technology," Logan advised. "Watch out for the energy waves that come from that sucker every time he swipes." Cloak nodded as the two vigilantes went off to look for Ivan. Logan quickly ran back and stole a quick kiss from Chun-Li, giving Aquaman a laugh since it reminded him of his relationship with his wife.

"Dog..." Nate remarked, getting a slap in the back of the head from Sharel.

Aquaman had set out on his own to look for Black Manta. It wasn't hard to find him since he was the only one who wore a scuba suit out of water. He looked around and saw that the crowd control worked, even if Sharel had to summon a T-Rex to help get them away from the city. He heard the sounds of a machine, so he looked ahead and saw a giant three-legged robot with the cockpit in the same shape and design as his archenemy's helmet. "Aquaman!" a voice shouted over the speakers of the robot. "I expected you to be here! It's funny that the Assassin would call the King of Atlantis for help! Now, let us settle your debts!"

"You need to stop this, Manta!" Aquaman shouted. "There's no reason that innocents should be hurt by the senseless violence in our feud!"

"You tell that to the man who lost his life at YOUR hands! You and your entire kingdom will pay for what you've done! And I'll even take the Justice League out if I have to!"

"Atlantis and the Justice League are not yours to touch! Your quarrel's with me and me alone!" Black Manta's response was to launch a claw at the King, who grabbed it to keep from being flung around. Another claw came out and slammed down towards Aquaman, who dodged just in time. Manta then used the first claw to slam his archenemy a good distance away before firing the laser cannons at him. Aquaman recovered just in time to dodge the beams and make his trident appear. He waited until the machine got closer before he slammed the trident on the ground and made an octopus tentacle appear from a water portal and grab its leg. While Manta's robot got the tentacle off by pulling away, it lost balance and fell into the river.

Aquaman put his fingertips to his head, which told Manta what he was up to. "We're a good distance away from the ocean, Aquaman! That's not going to work!"

"Well, you're half-right! Even rivers have some deadly creatures, Manta!" As Aquaman stated this, a group of Crocodiles appeared and started tearing the robot up. This forced Black Manta to evacuate. He used his jetpack to get a bird's eye view of the scene. This infuriated Manta, who responded by firing two torpedoes at his foe. Aquaman jumped at the last second and made both torpedoes explode on impact. Manta then hit the King with a harpoon and pulled him towards him. He finished the move with a heat ray from his visor. Aquaman was still recovering when Manta got another heat ray ready. The half-Atlantean stuck his trident in the ground and caused an even longer tentacle to grab the vengeful surface-dweller and slam him to the ground. Black Manta stood up again, ready to deal the final blow. He charged for his foe, but Aquaman threw the trident and hit Manta square on the shoulder before doling out a series of punches. Aquaman grabbed the trident by the handle and punched Black Manta in the helmet, knocking him out and causing it to come off. It goes without saying that the trident also came out. "Well, that's that," Aquaman said.

As Aquaman finished his fight and Cloak and Logan begun theirs with Ivan, Chun-Li and the others were directing the crowds to a safe distance from the battles. This filled Sharel with worry for her friends and the King, but joy at the same time since she was technically helping the community. Chun-Li noted her joy for community service and decided that it was one thing she liked about the girl. The Interpol Officer also noted the bored look on Ryon since he was hardly getting in on the action. She knew that Logan was only keeping him safe from that specific Templar since the feud between the Thompsons and Crenshaws didn't involve anyone outside of either of those families, but she couldn't help but feel bad for making him do this. "Oh, cheer up, Ryon," Rangiku said. "This is actually pretty fun."

"Yeah, about like watching a monkey sleep," he responded, sarcasm clearly laced in his voice.

"Hey!" Nate shouted. "We think it's funny when our gorilla sleeps!"

"Good for you!" Chun-Li saw that they were nearing the end of the line, so she looked on the fight detector on her phone. She saw that Logan and Cloak weren't doing so hot, even with the new combos they were coming up with.

"Ryon!" Chun-Li shouted, getting his attention. "We're almost done here!"

"So what? Just wait it out?"

"No! Go help Logan and Cloak! You want in on the action and they're not doing so hot against Ivan, so they could use some backup! Aquaman isn't going to get there in time!" As if to prove Chun-Li's point, a gold glow, combined with Logan and Cloak's weary Spirit Energies, convinced Ryon to take up Chun-Li's orders. Sharel teleported to Ryon, felt out Logan and Cloak's energies, put her hand on the Jeff City Den-Master's shoulder, and teleported him to them.

Ryon was soon teleported to the Town Greene where Logan and Cloak were. He mentally noted the weird sensation of being teleported by Sharel. Then again, he didn't have any zeta platforms that he knew of, so he had no comparison. He looked at his best friend and the Exonian and saw that they were in worse condition than he thought. He looked and saw that Ivan was about to strike them down as Logan got ready to keep fighting. Ivan charged for the St. Louis Den-Master, but Ryon caught their attention by using a Cero to hit Ivan to a wall. "Keep away from my friends!" he exclaimed.

"Chun-Li sent you?" Logan asked, getting a nod from his fellow Den-Master. "I'm going to have to thank her later."

"Black Manta's been taken to jail already. Aquaman's an effective fighter, especially near the water."

"No shit," Cloak groaned out. "He's called 'Aquaman' for a reason." Ryon was about to respond, but Ivan recovered, jumped from the building, and brought his sword down on him. Logan tossed a ball of spikes above the Templar and moved himself and Cloak out of the way. Ryon shot the ball using one of his handguns and caused a needle storm to rain down on both himself and their Templar foe. The Jeff City Den-Master was able to dodge them easily, having used the trick with Logan before. Ivan wasn't so lucky. He stabbed the Isu Sword into the ground, causing a shockwave that made the needles disperse. "His movements are slowed down."

"Paralysis needles. It won't work on machines, so using that trick against Luthor's robots will require an ion grenade instead," Logan pointed out. As Ryon kept slugging Ivan, the latter's movements were indeed slowing down.

"C'mon, you can do better than that! And you call yourself Ivan the Terrible's reincarnation!" Ryon said, causing Logan to pinch the bridge of his nose.

"Don't piss him off..." the older Assassin said. Logan's fears actually came true when Ryon got so cocky that he didn't see Ivan's hand coming. He grabbed the Assassin by the neck and lifted him in the air.

"I am going to torture you for that," Ivan said, a strong hatred for the remarks in his eyes. "Afterwards, when I get done, I am going to snap your neck!" He tightened his grip around Ryon's neck, causing him to scream in agony. Logan and Cloak wanted to do something, but they both knew that in their current states, they couldn't do a thing. "Any last words, puny man?"

"No, but will this do?" Ryon asked. Ivan looked and saw that Ryon's finger was pointing to his chest. The blast generated from that finger was enough to send Ivan back and let him go. He sent a small energy blast towards their Templar enemy, but no surprise to Logan, Ivan blocked it with the Isu Sword. All three vigilantes dodged when the sword began to emit light, knowing how bad it would burn. Ryon grabbed Logan's wrist and tossed him towards Ivan before he could slash down. This, combined with Logan's 'Flash Step', made the impact that much more effective when the Assassin punched his gut.

"And now, time for one less Crenshaw and Templar in the world," Logan said, ready to stab his neck with the Hidden Blade on his left wrist.

"Maybe next time," said Ivan, who used a smoke bomb and vanished before his target could finish the job. Logan noted that he took the Isu Sword with him as well.

"Almost had him," Ryon said. "I thought you were against the killing part."

"Unless my enemy's a Crenshaw or a Templar," said Logan, correcting his friend. "Its like the feud between the Auditore and Borgia families back in the Renaissance." Logan didn't have to explain it to Ryon since he knew full well about Ezio and his family.

"So what's the grade this time?"

"I'll give you a 'B plus'. You got cocky again, but you were serious for the most part. It's an improvement over earlier."

After a while, all the families were returned to their homes, much to everyone's relief. Chun-Li brought everyone a bottle of water, but Logan, Cloak, and Ryon soaked themselves with a bucket to cool off. They were bandaged up due to the injuries from Ivan. Chun-Li didn't even want to imagine what kind of damage the man could dish out, especially with the sword he's got. Ryon saw that Logan was looking to the sky in deep thought. Chun-Li saw this as well, so she beat Ryon to the punch. "Penny for your thoughts?"

"I was just thinking about the rivals we've got," Logan said. "Viper, Juri, Sagat, and now Ivan. That last one is one I really could've done without to be honest."

"Hey, we beat him. I think we can take on Sagat as well," said Ryon.

"And there's that cocky attitude again. I already fought Sagat in the S.I.N. Tournament and lost. I'm still scared of the guy."

"What makes him so scary?"

"The fact that to this day, he's the only one to make Logan's signature 'Skydive Assault' fail," Chun-Li said. "He hasn't missed anyone else."

"It's nothing to worry about," said Aquaman, giving his two cents. "The biggest thing you need is the courage and ferocity of a Great White Shark."

"Thanks for the advice."

"You better keep preparing," said Chun-Li. "You never know when you have to fight Sagat again."

"Logan's right, though," said Nate. "I've got Bonkers and Charles Broadway now while poor Kiryo has Dark Rose, the woman who broke his heart, and Jakar."

"Consider these rivalries helpful in improving yourself," Sharel said. "You and Logan had the biggest setbacks with Broadway and Sagat, respectively, but you're both working to remedy that."

"Ryon," Logan said, getting his friend's attention. "If you see robots terrorizing innocents on the streets and they have the LexCorp logo on them, engage them. Tear them apart. Keep the circuit boards and send the rest to the scrap heap."

"You got it," Ryon said. "But why?"

"Lex Luthor's planning on having an army of robots under his command in his bid to take over the world." Ryon nodded as everyone pondered their next game plan, trying to find out how they can be one step ahead of Luthor.

CHAPTER 38 END

Okay, that was Ryon's debut chapter. Before you call me on it, that's actually the Gaelic spelling. I have a couple of ideas for the next chapter as well. Happy New Year, everyone!
