The One That Knows History

Disclaimer: I Don't own One Piece.

Surfer smiled at the question that even confused Luffy so he put his ear to the fishman's mouth,

"She has scored twenty kingdoms this time, she told me."

Now Luffy smiles,

"She keeps getting better doesn't she?"

"Well, she was one of your students, none of this shouldn't be breath-taking that much."

While Luffy and Surfer were having their conversation, the crew didn't a clue about this...woman who is one of Luffy's friends.

The Strawhats followed Surfer through the city from the pier; it was like Water Seven only the buildings were built with metal not stone alone and the windows are more frequent and bigger in some places, Franky will love to learn about this island. In this city, there were up to ten roads leading outside to the villages that form a circle around the city; they took the south west road to a country house on the village outskirts. It was a small sized building with brick walls, metal plates implanted in the base of the house and the ground, and a straw roof; quite the design, who drew the blueprint?

Although how harmless the house appeared, Nami and Usopp had shivers run down their spines as their captain opened the door; inside the house looked bigger than the outside, because they were in what looks like the main room with doorways to other rooms.

I guess it was breath-taking since the Strawhats didn't speak a word, yet Luffy seemed to be looking a resident since he appeared to have expected someone to be live here.

"Flora? Flora! Where are you?!"

Luffy yelled while breaking the silence,

"In here, Master!"

A woman's voice answered Luffy which turned both him and Sanji into its direction; a room that looked like a study. Sure enough, there was a woman sitting in a chair in front of a desk on the far wall. Sanji was already showing blood out of his nose, then the woman revealed herself and...WHOA!

"FLORA! PUT YOUR SHIRT ON! NOW!"

"Sorry!" The woman, now named Flora, quickly covered her previous bare chest; Luffy demanded that because it was considered offensive to his wife, how thoughtful!

"Th-thanks dear..." Nami was still recovering from such a vulgar yet unintentional display made by a woman. At least Luffy stopped the worse yet to come.

In the Main Room, the Strawhats were sitting at a table with Flora while Chopper was tending to Sanji's near-fatal blood loss in a geyser of a nose bleed. Ironically, since Zoro had a rivalry with the cook since their first appearance, he had been yelling at the host for almost killing Sanji. All that made Flora feel guilty since it was accident but Luffy wasn't angry enough to punish her; it was about his wife's decision.

Nami too, was just abstracted by the accidental display of their new friend yet Sanji was still alive, Chopper said; so, she also forgave her and hit Zoro on the head in order make her feel better and it worked.

"I am so sorry about that, but I only thought it was Master alone."

"Yes, Flora, I should have told you I had my friends with me; it was pretty stupid."

Luffy corrected her and Nami smiled on how much there is to her husband; then she noticed something on her new friend's finger,

"Hey Flora…" Flora turned to Nami,

"Yeah, Miss Nami?"

"Okay, two things now, Flora." Nami showed her first two fingers, "One, no 'Miss Nami' around me; it makes me feel a little overwhelmed."

Luffy smiled and combed Nami's hair gently with his hand making her giggle; Flora also smiled at the sight until Nami finished,

"Two, is that a wedding ring on your finger?"

Flora gasped and Luffy grinned while the rest of the crew went silent for a second until,

"HUH!?"

Nami turned to see how the crew was having difficulty taking this question in so Luffy grasped her hand and shook his head; that told her that she said nothing wrong, like he knew that Flora wore a wedding ring.

Sanji, as one who knows One Piece may thought so, has the hardest time of telling him that Flora is married. Instead, he went and grabbed his captain by the coat,

"Tell me that Flora-swan isn't married, tell me! Tell Me! TELL ME!"

"Sanji, you have to live with all of this for now on." Luffy spoke the truth with a tone showing that he regrets saying it.

Sanji just fell down to his knees that once again, he met another woman who was Luffy's friend and she was already married to a big bum instead of him. Then, Robin came in; she was neglected of going since she spied a library even Luffy couldn't pull her out.

When Flora saw Robin, she tear-eyed,

"Is that...?" She turned to Luffy who nodded and Flora dove in and air-tight hugged Robin like a scared child embracing her mother!

The Strawhats were bug-eyed while Luffy and Surfer smiled at the sight; Nami couldn't help but feel glad that Flora is feeling a surge of happiness. After the confusion was cleared, they all sat at the table; Flora said that when she asked Luffy about Nico Robin, he told her about her ultra-rare ability to read the Poneglyphs. As for Sanji, he is still at it the fact that one more beautiful woman came into his life but already taken; Zoro just isn't making things better because he is poking, prodding and teasing him about his bad luck with women in this future.

Robin started to have a grand time with Flora until she was bombarded so many questions, Luffy had to hit latter on the head and told her to take it easy for his crew member's sake. Other than that, Luffy knew that Flora's obsession with Robin will stir up something fierce in his swordsman; he was right, Zoro was a boiling coffee pot until his captain stopped it he finally cooled down. The whole topic was still 'cute' enough to make Robin cheerful again.

Then Luffy sensed another visitor in the house and sure enough, a man barged in the main room panting,

"Master!" The man was lanky yet he had signs of a muscular build, on his belt there were tiny bags and pockets. "Master…it is…time…to-!" Luffy raised his hand and the man stopped to catch his breath,

"Yes, that is why I came here…to this house, so I can introduce your wife to my old friends," Luffy spoke calmly before, "Berry Jack!"

*Hello everyone! I have been trying to keep my OCs balanced in terms of character and personality so i am prone to find something like Flora's tendency for not wearing a shirt among guests. If i am torturing you with cliff-hangers, then all i can tell you you is to bare it because cliff-hangers are what makes a story exciting: the audience just waiting to find out what happens next. Have a nice day!*
