A/N: I know it's been a while guys, and I'm sorry. This was supposed to be updated last week but I was in a car accident and my back is fucked so I've been out of commission for a few days. A woman ran through a four way stop and didn't see us in a DODGE RAM TRUCK (wtf) and then she kinda hesitated before slamming on the gas again. She SPED up. Who the FUCK does that. Anyways, it was a BMW vs my kick ass dodge ram, so there's a clear winner here. My mom was fine, I thought I was fine. But the next day I had trouble getting to school and when someone patted my back I started bawling it hurt so bad. So I was taken home and haven't been really mobile since. I'm going to school in six hours though, see how it goes. yayyy.

Anyways, this chapter is a little...Romantically mature. Surprisingly it's JATR, haven't seen that in like fifteen chapters. Anyways, it is pretty mature and suggestive. I'll put up a warning before it starts and when it's done if you don't want to read. It'll look like this (WARNING BEG.) and (WARNING END).

the italics means dreams or memories, so that should help explain what's going on. And just a early warning, the next chapter also has a mature JATR scene that's a bit more mature than this one. This ones just a little excited, the next one is non descriptive sex/rape pretty much. No it's not that good for you pervs out there. It breaks off as it did the first time and then just comes back in at one point and ends, just like that. But it's still mature and I know some people don't like that stuff. so this is my early warning.

Hey sea hawks won in other news BY A LAND SLIDE! WHOOP. GO SEA HAWKS. ~12 man signing off ;D

No review responses tonight. I'm still in a lot of pain and need to sleep, maybe next chapter. IF YOU READ MY WARNINGS BUT THIS IN YOUR REVIEW: (Warned)

"Come on sweet heart, you don't have to be afraid, you're here to learn and become someone, there's no reason to fear that," She said soothingly, holding her hand out to him. His big blue and black eyes stared up at her before he slowly walked forward and grabbed her hand, clutching it tightly.

"What if they don't like me because I'm so young?" He asked, looking away as his antenna lowered.

"I think they'll like you. Just don't be cocky about your studies, be respectful and a good sport, pilot training is a very competitive school but you can do it, I believe you can do anything if you put your mind to it." She answered, ruffling his antenna gently while looking out toward the piloting academy.

"I'm still going to get picked on," He murmured, clutching her leg with his free hand while closing his eyes and pressing his face into her thigh, "I don't want you to go."

"I won't be far, and you know your uncle will always be a support to you. I'm sure he'll come visit you once and a while with your cousin, won't that be exciting?" She purred, pushing him away gently to pick him up and look him over. He was so small and so light that she could do nearly anything to him.

"Yeah I guess it will be," He said, face brightening slightly at the thought, "Maybe uncle Blue will let me fly him around, won't that be awesome!"

"That would be amazing!" She cheered, setting him down as he started excitedly weaving in and out of her legs, "Just think of how proud all of us are going to be."

"You're proud of me?" He asked, stopping between her legs and holding onto them, leaning back until he could see her face.

"Jax I've always been proud of you, nothing you do could ever change that," She smiled; making him slowly slide his hands down her calves until his bum was on the ground.

"Do you think Moon's proud of me, mom?" Her smiled turned into a dejected frown at this and she looked straight ahead, trying to think of something to say that wouldn't ruin his good mood.

"I think where ever he is, he's always thinking about you."

"Isn't he going to come say goodbye? Or visit me at least?" Jax asked, his eyes turning into puppy dog eyes as he stared up at Miss Elena, "All big brothers come visit their little brothers, don't they?"

"Oh Jax," She sighed, clicking her tongue while sitting down next to him, "You know how Moon feels about family related things."

"I always thought he just didn't like me, and that's why he'd never come home for Irksmas or on my birthday. I mean, I know it's not a big thing for us to celebrate birthdays, but I always thought he'd come…or at least hoped he would."

"Jaxxon that is nonsense. Moon is very busy; he's a scientist if you remember. He never forgets your birthday, or Irksmas and he loves you."

"No he doesn't, he always calls me worthless when I don't want to go to the lab with him. And he doesn't hug me, or tell me he loves me…"

"Well he is a bit moody I'd say," She forced a smile, making him giggle and grab her hand to play with her fingers, "But do you really need all of those things to know he cares about you?"

"No," Jax mumbled, "But once and awhile it'd be nice to have him at least ask me how I am doing."

"I know," She sighed again, pulling her hand away from him to stroke his antenna, making him purr gently, "He's just not that kind of person. He expresses affection very differently than you and I do Jax. It's neither through words, nor through actions but it's there and you can see it in his eyes every time he sees how big you've gotten."

"Oh," Jax mumbled, looking slightly dejected, "At least it's there." He stopped for a minute before getting up and wrapping his arms around Miss Elena's neck, "Mom how long will I be here?"

"Probably for a long time Jax, but you'll be having so much fun and learning so much that the time will just fly by and before you know it, you'll be 200 for Irk's sake."

"Is that when I can start military training?"

She looked away, knowing he wanted to be in the military/air force, but she never wanted that for him, "You will learn basics first honey, then when you're old enough, you will learning to pilot a war air craft and then finally your military training will kick in. It'll take a long time, but just be patient and remember your values."

"Alright, will you walk me to my room?" He asked, holding her hands in his while lacing his much smaller fingers with her larger ones.

"Of course sweet heart," She said, giving him a sad smile, "I'm going to miss you."

"I'll miss you too momma, but just think I'll be a war hero! I'll get recognized maybe even Moon will be proud of me!" Jax cheered, jumping up and down slightly. Still oblivious to the real meaning of war and what it takes to be a war hero.

"And what a day that will be, now come on, I have to go meet your uncle in an hour but I'd like to get you settled in first." Jax nodded frantically before letting go of her and scurrying to go get his bag. She smiled and ruffled his antenna as he squealed and shrunk away from the treatment.

"MOMMMM, I'm not a smeet anymore!"

"Oh yes you are, you'll always be my smeet and I love you," He smiled affectionately up at her as his antenna perked. He loved getting told that she loved him.

"I love you too momma."

..

Jax rubbed his face in slight pain from the black eye he had while setting a phone up next to his antenna. There was a long wait, since he'd been put on hold about fifteen minutes ago, but he'd wait an eternity if that's what it took.

Finally she answered, "Hello?"

"Mom?" Jax asked, antenna perking slightly. He hadn't spoken with her in almost a year.

"Jaxy?" She answered, pure joy lacing her voice, "Oh my god sweetie I hardly recognize you! Your voice is so deep now, Irk how tall are you now? Probably taller than me! How have you been?" That's when his face fell slightly, a claw tracing the black eye he had.

"That's what I wanted to call you about," He sighed, "It's been kind of hard here and a little while ago I realized that I'm depressed. I'm concerned that it's getting worse and was wondering when I could see you again?"

"I'll come now if that's what it takes," She said seriously.

"NO!" He nearly screamed, putting the phone on speaker while wrapping his broken wrist and putting a patch over a cut on his chest, "I-I just mean that it's really busy right now and I don't have time, I just meant like maybe in a week or so?"

She was silent for a while, "Jax you haven't started fighting underground have you?" He froze, eyes narrowing as he tried to think of a good excuse.

"N-NO! Of course not mom, I know how dangerous that is! I'm just really busy right now, I swear!"

"Jaxxon if I find out you're lying to me-."

"Mom please…" Jax hesitated, "I'm ok. I am just sad and really need to see you."

"I'll come out this Friday, should I send you some Anti-depressants, or is it not that bad?" She asked gently, making Jax feel bad for lying to her.

"Uhh, I'm gonna say yeah, I would appreciate it."

"Alright, I'll do that immediately. Is there anything else you wanted to call for?" She asked, worry lacing her voice. She hadn't talked to him in ages!

"Has Moon come home yet?" Jax asked weakly, already knowing what the answer was going to be.

"No, I'm sorry Jax."

"You shouldn't be," Jax grumbled, jerking his face to the side with low antenna, "It's not your fault he hates me."

"Jax-."

"It's ok mom, honestly, it doesn't bother me anymore. So just drop it."

"Alright…" She paused, thinking to herself before saying softly, "I know it's been a hard few years Jax. But Uncle Blue will always be watching over us, and Cari's out there somewhere, I just know it. If you're feeling alone-."

"Stop mom," Jax said suddenly, feeling tears starting to drip down the side of his face, "That's all in the past." His voice cracked, making him clear his throat and suck in a shaky breath, "It doesn't hurt anymore."

"It will always hurt baby, don't be afraid to admit that," He leaned forward into his knees and frantically wiped tears away, not wanting to believe they were there, "I love you Jaxxon."

"I know," He grunted, standing up and walking over to his dresser to get a coat, slipping it on carefully around his hurt wrist before continuing, "I have to go now. I'll see you on Friday ok?"

Slipping his hood over his head and antenna, he heard her say, "Of course. You're amazing Jax. Don't ever forget that."

"I won't," he breathed, listening to the call drop seconds later. He shut the phone off and opened the door, heading out to collect his winnings from tonight's fights that he'd won.

… … …. …. …..

"JAX, you're mentor will be chosen now based on your assessment scores," He frowned, his wrist was broken the day of the assessments, and he didn't have great controlling over the steering, which docked him points.

He waited patiently, being the last person to be administered a mentor for the day until a door opened up and a large man with blazing bright yellow eyes came in, smirking at him, "You Jax I'm guessing?"

"Yes, are you my mentor?"

"Yup, name's Chance but please, call me T-bone." The larger male took Jax's hand in a tight grip and shook hard, "I heard you have some steering problems?"

"To be fair, my wrist was broken when I took the assessment," Jax pointed out, smiling at his mentor, "Are you a military pilot?"

"Why would I want to be?" T-bone responded, looking disgusted, "They're cannon fodder for the Tallest, I'm just a flight teacher and corrector. I build planes if that interests you."

"Oh, yeah I guess that's pretty neat."

"Ever play an instrument?" T-bone asked randomly.

"Guitar, why? I used to play some piano when I was a child, but not much anymore."

"Just curious, you ask me a question, I'll ask you a question. Now let's go, training starts a 6 AM exactly, if you're not there before or right on time you're out of the program."

"Yes sir," Jax said, following him out of the room.

"YOU'RE CRAZY!" Jax screamed, clinging to the co-pilots seat for dear life as T-bone was just having a ball, spiraling the plane down towards the ground and yanking it up just before they hit.

"NA, I'm having some fun!" T-bone answered. He then suddenly let go of the controls, making Jax scream again.

"Looks like it's up to you to get us out of the spiral!" He shouted, putting his arms up in glee, "Put your arms up, it's more fun that way!"

"YOU'RE CRAZY!" Jax screamed again, grabbing the controls and slamming his feet into the front of the plane, using the rest of his strength to pull it up before they crashed, "WHY DID YOU EVER BECOME MY MENTOR!"

"We're working on steering!" T-bone laughed, slapping Jax on the back in congratulations, "You're doing great so far! Buuut I' gonna nap now, so have fun kid!"

"WHAT! I haven't the slightest clue where to land and we're running out of gas. HELL you BLIND FOLDED me before we got out here, then PANTS'D ME in public! What more do you want!?"

"Oh yeah," T-bone laughed, remembering with a gleeful smile, "Just land it over there somewhere," He pointed to a LAKE.

"This isn't a water craft!" Jax spat, turning to see his mentor was already snoozing away, happy as can be. "WHY!?" He snapped to himself, checking the navigations before putting on a communicator, "Home base? Please answer, my mentor FELL ASLEEP. I'm nearly out of gas and there's no landing in site, what should I do, copy?"

"Copy, is you're mentor T-bone? Or are you Jaxxon West?"

"Yes, why?"

"I've been told I can't help you. Good luck kid." Jax's face fell as he glared at T-bone hatefully.

"If we live through this, I'm gonna kill you." He growled, taking off the communicator and gently pulling the plane to the right. Towards a more grassy field, instead of a LAKE.

"Hey rookie! Heads up!" T-bone shouted.

Jax looked over just in time to get nailed with a football flying at him, making him yelp and fumble with the ball, falling over in the process. "T-BONE WHAT THE HELL!?" He shouted angrily, staring at the football with distaste.

"Wow I thought all you failed at was steering, but you can't even catch a measly football either?" T-bone laughed, bending over and holding his knees, "Oh god I'm gonna pee and I can't even physically do that!"

"SO WRONG!" Jax snapped, grabbing the ball and chucking it back at him.

"Wow you can't throw either! Damn this day just gets better and better!"

"It's not funny!" Jax protested, though his frown slowly faded away as T-bone fell over and started hacking from how hard he was laughing, "Ok maybe it is a tad bit funny."

"Jax," T-bone gasped, smacking the ground with his balled up fist as he begged for air, "Haven't you ever played football?"

"Football?" Jax asked, his face scrunching up in confusion, "What the heck is football?" Chance stopped laughing at this and looked up, blinking a couple times.

"You don't know what football is?"

"No, what is it!?" Jax snapped, "Obviously some device to torture trainees like myself!"

"Um no," T stood up and approached Jax curiously, "Jax didn't your father ever play football with you?"

Jax's antenna dropped as he stared up at T, "I-I didn't know my dad. And my brother has never been interested in my life. My mom is always busy too so…no."

"Oh my Irk," Chance muttered, features hardening at the thought, "Come on, I'll teach you how to play."

"You're joking."

"No I'm not," He said seriously, "If your family won't play with you like a family should, then I will. Ever played catch?"

"No. Well I rolled a ball around with my cousin and she chucked it at my head when we were kids. But I caught that with my face…Does that count?"

"…No," T-bone said, giving him a strange look, "Soccer? Basketball?"

"Nope, nada."

"What the hell child. Alright it's official, today is not a training day."

"WHAT!" Jax protested, "But you promised you'd teach me how to do some tricks today!"

"Well I'm calling that off," T insisted, "Jax you've never lived if you haven't played some kind of physical game with your family. It's important."

"Why?" Jax shot back, "I'm perfectly happy without it!"

"I'm saying this for when you grow up and get married, maybe have a child of your own. Aren't you lonely Jax?" He froze at this, antenna falling again as he looked away.

"I…" He jumped when Chance wrapped an arm around his shoulders.

"Come on kid, it'll be fun. Just you and me today. I'll teach you some sports and how to play. Then we'll go out and discuss flying over coffee later. Kay?"

"I don't see how this'll be fun…" Jax muttered, looking dejected.

"Just wait," T smiled, ruffling Jax's antenna before pulling away and jogging to go get the ball, "NOW LOOK PREPARED YOU WUSSY!"

"T!" Jax shouted. His mentor was so random sometimes.

..

Fire alarms blared in his antenna, waking him up and making him frantically scramble out of bed. The intercom was on in everyone's rooms, shouting orders at the students, "Students, get out of sector C, I repeat GET OUT of sector C immediately, there has been an accident with one of the plane mechanics. All students must meet up with their mentors in the outside field, on the school grounds." It kept repeating.

Jax smelt smoke and he instantly became fearful. He didn't know why but he was terrified of fire, he always has been since as far back as he could remember, "Ok, ok pants. Hurry, oh god hurry," He said to himself, yanking some pants on and grabbing a pair of shoes and a blanket before shoving the door open and sprinting out.

He screamed upon seeing the fire was already licking up the halls by his rooms. Panicked Irkens were everywhere, shoving him aside and running toward the stairs. He wanted to quickly join them before seeing a young female trainee, stuck in a burning door frame by a PAK leg, "HELP!" She screamed, but no one came to her aid.

Jax frantically looked around before rushing forward, remembering, 'Remember your values Jax. You were born for great things, and saving lives is just a reward you get for those great things. Make me proud,' His mom had constantly repeated the sentence to him.

He yanked on the girls PAK leg, sweating from the heat licking at his back until it came free, both of them falling backwards from the force. "Go!" Jax snapped, shoving her off and scrambling to get to his feet. His shoes were on fire, so he just forgot about them while sprinting down the hall, after the girl who didn't even thank him for saving her life.

He heard screaming and soon realized what was going on when he got to the stairs. Irkens were screaming in agony, burning, all of them were burning from an unexpected explosion next to the stair well. The girl he just saved was one of them. He was alone now.

Fire was on either side of him, licking up the stairs and making him cough from the smoke he was inhaling. He didn't know what to do!

Looking around frantically, he slammed into someone's room and shut the door. "Think think think!" he snapped to himself, looking around for anything that'd help. He noted the window and instantly went for it, finding out in terror that it was not able to be opened. "NO! Come on, NO!" He snapped, looking around again.

He'd finally got weak from the smoke as he grabbed the top of a chair, using the rest of his strength to swing it and launch it at the window, shattering the glass instantly. Fresh air poured in as he gasped and struggled to get out, feeling the fire coming through the door now.

Scrambling over the shattered and sharp window frame, he fell two stories from the window and hit the ground hard, barely fading in and out of consciousness as he saw the room he was just in explode, sending more glass shards flying everywhere.

His palms and legs were already shredded from the glass slicing him as he left, but he didn't care at this point. He was tired.

He struggled to get up, limping out to the field to see most the trainee's that survived were with their mentors. They all looked at him, not even bothering to come help as he coughed and looked around for T-bone. "Where's T-bone?" He rasped, looking at the closest mentor he could find.

They just looked away.

"Excuse me, where is my mentor, his name is Chance, you know T-bone!" He wheezed, looking at the other mentor's frantically.

"Kid let's just get you to a hospital," One finally spoke up, walking over and grabbing Jax's bloody arm, making him wince.

"Where is he!?" He snapped in the other mentors face.

"Jax," They said softly, trying not to worry the other trainee's, "T-bones dead. He was working on a plane that had been rigged. It exploded Jax; no one could've survived that."

"What?" Jax whispered, "H-He's dead?" The mentor nodded, looking down solemnly.

"This is from him, since this classes graduation is tomorrow morning." The mentor said, opening Jax's hand and placing T-bones own personal wings in his palm. Jax stared at them as his face crumpled physically and he lifted his free hand to cover his mouth while sucking in a sharp, pained breath, sobbing loudly as he let it out.

The mentor put a hand gently on Jax's sore back and led him away from the crowd's prying eyes, steering him toward the many ambulances awaiting the injured.

He felt so guilty, T-bone had offered to take him along to his job tonight, and then they'd just head to graduation together in the morning, but he refused, wanting to sleep instead. He should be dead too, it shouldn't just be Chance. It never should have been Chance.

He'd rejected a onetime deal offer from the only real fatherly figure in his life. And forever, he'd regret it.

Tabitha was startled awake in the middle of the night by someone screaming, making her antenna shoot up when she realized it was in this room.

She got up quickly, onto her knees at least to see Jax sitting up in his bed; tears were flooding down his cheeks as his antenna stood straight up in the air. His eyes were wide and he was panting and sweating. He truly looked terrified.

Not even caring that she was watching, Jax curled his legs into his chest and wrapped his arms around them, sobbing loudly and shaking uncontrollably. He needed to leave the room, but he couldn't even feel his legs at the moment.

He could feel the fire heating his back, making him sweat, and the deafening explosions ringing in his antenna. Those few words, "Jax, T-bone's dead," Echoing over and over in his head, rotating around his thoughts, making him grab his head, clench his eyes shut and scream-no not scream-wail in anguish.

Tabitha jumped, being surprised and slightly fearful as she struggled to get up, yanking her collar to its limits as she rushed over to him. She hated him, but if he didn't shut up, someone would come and barge in. She wasn't exactly dressed for someone to come barging in to point fingers, so she had to shush him.

"Jax, JAX!" She shouted, grabbing his shoulders and crawling into the bed with him. She knew she'd get punished later, but she didn't care. He needed to shut up. "It's ok Jax, you were dreaming! It was all a dream!"

She was relieved when he stopped screaming, but that didn't mean he'd stopped sobbing and shaking, "You're ok Jax, it was a dream. That simple, a dream." She tried again, wrapping her arms around his shoulders and rocking him back and forth slightly, 'Please don't hit me,' She thought fearfully while stroking his antenna.

She shouldn't care; she should've just left him. But in there somewhere was Jex and she tolerated him. She didn't know which one was living the nightmare, or if Jex even knew what was going on, but he was in there suffering. She didn't like that thought, so as much as she hated Jax, she wanted to be there in case it wasn't just him, but Jex reaching out to her as well.

She was surprised when she felt his arms lace around her belly, hiding his face in her shoulder and breathing frantically, trying to calm down, "It's over," She soothed, shushing him some more as he whimpered and made strangled sobbing noises. "It was a nightmare, that's all it was. I promise."

"Teb," he whispered, making Tabitha's antenna perk, "Teb," He said again, shaking frantically. He started calming down as she continued stroking his antenna and promising that it was ok, but he was still terrified.

She felt him tense up and suddenly he was saying, "Don't go Teb, don't go! Jex scared…Jex scared…Jax scared too."

Worried, she looked down at him to see his PAK was blinking and his eyes were flashing all sorts of crazy shades. They finally stopped and Jax just fell limp in her arms, totally out again. "What just happened?" She asked herself, feeling his grip around her stomach loosen up until she was merely holding his face up in her arms, everything else was limp.

Slowly, Tabitha laid him back down in the bed, seeing that he was still breathing and slightly frowning. She could kill him now and get it over with right now but his words echoed in her head, 'Jex scared…Jax scared too.' It freaked the hell out of her and kept her from wanting to kill him. "What's wrong with you Jax, what happened?" She whimpered to herself, watching his soft features as he slept again. They seemed peaceful this time at least that was good.

Running her hand across his cheek, she pulled his blanket farther up on him and crawled back to the end of the bed, lying on the floor and struggling to find a comfortable place. She didn't think she'd be able to sleep again as she slowly closed her eyes, but alas; sleep did come and stayed with her for a long time.

She was woken up again when something warm and soft fell onto her. Her eyes were groggily opening long enough to hear Jax mutter, "Thanks" to her and exit the room. This surprised her, so she lifted her head to see that he'd gave her his blanket, the really freaking nice one too.

Graciously, she curled up in the warmth and curled her legs up as far as they'd go with her stomach being in the way. It was so warm. She didn't want to admit it, but it also kind of smelled like Jax and that gave her slight comfort in the dark room.

She was going to sleep again when she heard the door reopen and Jax come back in. This made her stiffen up slightly, especially when he unhooked her collar. He only ever did this when he was going to rape her, which she did not want.

Praying to god, she felt him lift her up bridal style and toss her up a bit to get a better grip. She clenched her eyes shut, expecting him to say something rude or sexual. But…he didn't. In fact, he left the room with her in his arms.

Staying silent, she slightly pried an eye lid open and glanced around to see him taking her down another hall way and pushing a large door open. Inside shocked her. It was another room, but much bigger than Jax's room. The bed was huge and circular, with a slight dip in the middle, there were a couple blue energy crystals illuminating the place, a couple doors leading to other rooms were open with the lights on and there was a tiny little bed area by the big bed.

He walked over to the big bed and pulled the blankets back, grunting with effort from holding Tabitha with one arm until he gently laid her down on the slightly dipped mattress, pulling the blanket over her again.

She was waiting for the worst to happen when he just suddenly up and left, leaving her alone on the bed. 'What's going on?' Tabitha thought, feeling her heart racing in worry as she glanced around the beautiful room.

She rolled over and looked toward the room Jax left to; the door was still slightly ajar so she could see him from where he was standing. He took off his shirt and turned toward the mirror, merely staring at himself and tracing the black tattooed wings that were over his heart, but farther left.

His face scrunched up as he stared at himself in the mirror and dropped his hand, grasping the sinks edge tightly and leaning heavily into it, "I'm sorry I didn't make you proud." She heard him whisper to himself before pushing off the sink and walking out of sight.

'What?' Tab thought, jumping slightly upon hearing water running. She watched the rest of his clothes get tossed down by his discarded shirt and heard a shower door opening and closing. Slowly sitting up, she looked around seeing a bunch of Jax's stuff in here and some of hers, or at least what she'd been given since her time here. "Is this a new room? Or…" She stopped herself, glancing over to see two more doors opened into dark rooms.

Glancing toward the bathroom she quietly got out of bed and walked over to the rooms pushing the first door open to see a large kitchen with a table and everything in it. That was normal, so she just left that room and pushed into the other room, hitting the lights.

She gasped and stood straight upon seeing that it was a nursery. There was a small crib in the far left of the room, surrounded by giant stuffed animals. The crib itself had purple silk blankets and a fluffy black pillow to go along with it. There was a rocking chair in the other corner surrounded by bookcases filled with bins of clothes and toys and colors.

This was the nicest thing he'd ever done for her, or at least her baby. She jumped when she felt hands on her stomach and looked down to see arms laced around her, "Do you like it?" She heard him whisper, pressing his chest against her back.

(WARNING Beg.)

She felt slightly uncomfortable, since he was warm, wet and only wearing a towel, but that didn't stop her from answering, "It's gorgeous. Did you build it?"

"Yeah," He answered, "An old friend gave me advice on raising my first child a long time ago. I never forgot it." She followed his eyes as he looked at a ball sitting on top of the bookshelf. It was bright yellow which was slightly surprising since everything else was slightly darker colors, but she wasn't going to complain.

"Well, you did great," She muttered, praying that he'd let go of her. He didn't, making her feel uncomfortable, but not nearly as uncomfortable as when he started kissing her shoulder blade and neck, biting it softly and pressing harder against her back, trailing his hands down under her T-shirt and toward her private area. "Stop." She said, tensing up. She was actually ok with him right now, and she didn't want him to ruin it by raping her.

She waited for a second before feeling him actually listen to her and stop his advances. It surprised her, making her eyes widen a little bit. She could tell he still wanted to continue, hell she could FEEL that much from him but he didn't, he just went back to his earlier position of just holding her. 'Oh my god, he stopped.' She thought to herself, feeling her heart jump slightly. "Why are you being nice to me?" She asked breathing shallowly as his hands traveled across her belly and massaged it gently.

"Do I need a reason?"

"At this point, I'm going with yes," She answered, pulling away from him to turn and look at him full on.

"I didn't have a happy family when I was a smeet, I didn't even know how to play sports until I was older. I don't want that for our baby. I want it to be comfortable here."

"That's not going to be easy," She said sadly, looking down, "But…thank you. For trying…" He gave her a short lived smile before sighing and glancing over his shoulder. "Why did you say that earlier," Tab asked out of the blue, staring at his tattoo. She failed to notice earlier the T between the wings tattooed on his chest. He didn't get a tattoo after they met, so it clearly wasn't T for Tab.

"Say what?"

"I'm sorry for not making you proud, why did you say that. What does it mean?" She elaborated, watching his antenna fall and his hands clench into his palms.

"I hadn't realized you were awake." He muttered, looking away.

"That doesn't answer my question," She pressed on, gently lifting a hand and placing it over the wings, "What happened Jax?"

"Nothing," He answered, quickly grabbing her hand and pushing it away from his tattoo. "It's just a tattoo."

"Who's T?" He stared at her for a second, glancing down at the black marking and grimacing slightly.

"An old friend." Tabitha knew not to press any further at this, seeing slight anger and a lot of pain flash across his features, "No one you need to worry about."

"Sorry," She whispered, taking a step back and visibly shrinking away from him, "I didn't realize."

"Don't be," He interrupted, "It's in the past."

"Are you in the past Jax?" He gave her a strange look, "Are you in there, somewhere? The man I fell in love with? Or have you always been like this?" His face hardened slightly as he looked at her, "I still love my Jax, I want my Jax back, is he still even in there?"

"What are you talking about? I am Jax, there is no other Jax," He growled, glaring at her, "You should be thankful I am hell bent on making a safe delivery of our child, because soon after you will have nothing to protect you."

She shook her head, taking a step closer, "I know you're in there Jax, just prove it. My Jax is in there, I know it. That couldn't all have been an act," Her voice cracked a little bit and she grabbed his face in her hands, making a werided-out look flash onto his face. Her face was so close to his, it almost made him feel uncomfortable, but the look she was giving him made him feel otherwise. He felt a small shock and his PAK started blinking, but it didn't affect him. Why? What was happening to him? "Jax?" She whispered, looking at him hopefully, "Please tell me you're in there."

His eyes widened a little as his pupils grew a bit, 'No stop it you stupid siren' he thought, trying to be angry with her, but he couldn't bring himself to be. Instead his arms, acting on their own, wrapped around her and pulled her closer.

His eye lids gently started shutting as their lips brushed together, making a shudder pass through his spine. His eyes soon closed as she leaned forward and pressed her lips against his. He felt a small spark in his stomach, making his heart beat faster as he pulled her tighter against him and kissed her back, claws fisting her T shirt as he gently pulled away and went back in. Her arms laced around his neck, heightening his feeling as he pulled her so close that he almost thought they'd become one person.

He felt himself becoming aroused as she continued to kiss him and twirl his antenna in her claws, making his heart squeeze in pleasure. A small moan slipped past his lips as their mouths opened, giving him more access. He felt like he couldn't get enough air as he continued to press his lips against hers, fitting in perfectly with her mouth and very gently pushing her against a wall, grabbing her thigh and lifting it up to manually wrap it around his waist. He then let go and held onto her, pushing his weight gently against her as he grabbed her hands and intertwined their fingers together, pressing the back of her hands against the wall as well.

He wanted so badly to continue, to feel her everywhere, to kiss her for longer, to be one with her and to hear her beg him for love but he couldn't. That'd be letting her win.

He pulled away from her immediately after that thought, surprising her. He leaned his forehead against hers and looked straight down, panting slightly before closing his eyes and swallowing a lump in his throat, "I gotta go." He whispered, pulling away from her as she watched him sadly.

(WARNING END)

He stared at her, shaking his head and growling before storming off to the bathroom and getting on some new clothes, "Don't think you'll get any better treatment now because of this baby. You are still a slave and you will still know your place every day." He snapped, exiting the room and slamming the door hard. 'That stupid siren! Seducing me and making me go soft! What the fuck, I-I have to get my head in the game. I hate her, but I'm obsessed with her. I do not love her. I do not. Love. Her.' He thought, stomping down the hall and straight to where he was told to meet Moon today.

Moon was surprised to see he was early, "This is new, slave not treating you right or something?" Moon mocked, sitting down next to burg patiently.

Jax, completely ignoring Moon turned and looked at Burg, "I want Sol for the next week."

"No," Burg answered, glaring at him, "He's my slave. If you wanted him you should've bought him."

Jax shook his head, glaring at the larger male, "No, I demand that I get him for just a few days. Tabitha is pregnant and about to give birth here in a day or so. I want him, with me."

"I said no," Burg growled, standing up, "I don't care if you hit your girlfriend up and have to deal with your mistakes. My slave stays with me. Besides he's healing phoenix, so you can't have him."

"Give him to me," Jax said darkly, walking up to the larger male and glaring harshly at him, "Give him to me or I'll kill you."

"As if," He snapped. Jax's eyes narrowed dangerously as he lunged forward and grabbed Burg's horn, slamming his face down into the table and grabbing his arm, pushing it behind him too far, until it popped out of socket.

"GIVE HIM TO ME!" Jax snarled, causing Moon to jump at how violent he'd become so quickly.

"Jax, what is your problem!" Moon snapped, rushing over and grabbing Jax's hips, trying to yank him away from the other male as he beat the shit out of him.

Jax snapped in a feral manner and elbowed Moon in the face, pulling his wrist back and slamming his fist into the side of Burg's face. Dislocating the other males jaw. Moon reeled back from being elbowed before he growled angrily and reached into his pocket.

He pulled out a small chip and lunged back over to Jax, slamming him down into the table and getting on top of him as he thrashed. He grabbed Jax's PAK and pressed something on it, making another small chip pop out, "Just as I thought," He growled to himself, seeing the chip having been fried and slightly smoking. "We'll I'll just fix that little problem." He growled, shoving the second chip in and sliding off of his little brother.

Jax got up to attack Moon but stopped when his PAK flashed and he gasped, pawing at his throat. "This is what happens when you corrupt something in your PAK you idiot." Moon snapped, pulling out a remote control and pressing a button on it, initially releasing Jax from his invisible strangulation.

"What did you do to me!?" He hissed, gasping for air as Moon pressed another button, causing him to have hardly any air again.

"I just put another chip into you to control your nervous system. Your first chip went haywire, but that's normal since it was a regular PAK standard chip. See," He said, making it so that Jax's antenna popped up for no reason.

Jax growled but said nothing as Moon sighed, looking over at the unconscious Burg, laying with his front over the table and bleeding from various places, "Bravo, now we have to postpone this meeting. What got into you?"

"Nothing." Jax spat, "I want Sol, and I want him now."

Moon stared at his brother for a moment, being confused with his behavior before walking over to a monitor, "Jax, step on the platform over there please."

"Not until Sol is mine for the week."

"I'll get him for you, if you're that desperate," Moon snapped, "Now you dumbass get on the platform!"

Jax glared but did as he was told anyways, standing on the platform as he was scanned in all different directions, "What?" Moon muttered to himself, looking over Jax's health curiously, "Jax were you aroused before you came in here?"

"Why is that relevant?" He asked angrily, crossing his arms and glaring.

"Well you're just showing extremely high rates of testosterone production. That's why you're being so aggressive. The only explanation I have for that is that you were aroused before you came in here. Is that true?"

"Yeah, I guess," Jax huffed, blushing slightly, "I was with Tabitha."

"Obviously, but there's a difference between just being aroused and being lustfully aroused. You're showing signs of just being aroused and that's not normal for you."

"Why does it matter, I thought we were supposed to be meeting about the PAK virus, not my sexual health."

"I think you should get your PAK checked," Moon said, giving him a slightly narrow eyed look, "And then I want you monitored for a while. Unless you're in your room of course."

"No, I am fine." He hissed, antenna snapping up. Moon sighed and pulled the control out, pressing a button. It quickly relaxed Jax, making him breathe out deeply, visibly cooling down.

"You must get your PAK checked, I'll get a Vortarian mechanic in here and we'll fix you, but your behavior is highly unusual. I mean even for you. You've never had a major history of aggression, not like this anyways."

"What are you saying, so what if I'm aggressive, isn't that a good thing?"

"No Jax, when you're this aggressive you are seen as a threat, obviously," he motioned to burg, "And I'd have to deactivate you if you threatened this operation at all. I can do that the easy way or the hard way, but I'd prefer not to, since you are my fall back plan."

"Sucks," Jax huffed, sitting down on the platform, "My head hurts."

"I'm sure it does," Moon said, giving him a skeptical look, "I'll get your PAK fixed though. You must've corrupted more than one file."

There was a moment of silence between the two men until Jax piped up once again, "So can I have Sol now?"

A/N: Remember what to put in the review IF you read my warning for next chapter!

I'm finding it harder and harder to write chapters shorter than 8000 words, sorry for the inconvenience guys. So yeah GO JAX, beating the shit out of Burg for his woman like dat XD. MMMMM. And yes, that's all in Jax's past the dreams part of the chapter. Very sad if I must say so myself, but you learn a little bit more about him. I think he's so freaking adorable when he's a smeet, so innocent. Sad that T bone dies though. And a major part of that which I hope you guys caught it Pride. He wants his brother, mother and mentor to be proud of him, that's all he's ever wanted so it's a big hit in the gut when he looks at himself in the mirror and says "I'm sorry I couldn't make you proud" That's a big moment for him. So I hope you caught it.

Can you believe this story is nearly over? But still there's so much to go. Chapters are going to start getting longer and longer ;D. People are going to die and all hell is going to break loose AGAIN. I think it has an awesome ending though. ;3. Also it's nearly been a year since I started this story! HOW WICKED! we've gone a whole year guys! You've put up with me for more than twelve months! I LOVE YOU ALL.
