Requested by Vitalus "Could you write a short story about V.V. (reluctantly) babysitting Lelouch and his siblings while his brother and Marianne go out? Feel free to have the kids be as mean to their uncle as you want"

i got this plot from Bob's Burgers, im so sorry but i love it too much

For this, you need some basic knowledge of the Uno card game

colors/numbers - players can decide whether they'll place cards based on the same color, number, or both conditions. some will also add on that numbers must be in order

singles/doubles/triples/so on - dictates how many cards can be placed in one turn. ex: you're playing colors and have two blues. If you're playing doubles, you can put two down at once. if it's singles, only one can be played.

"They don't have any allergies, so don't worry about that."

"I know."

"And don't forget to read a bedtime story to the twins."

"Alright."

"And also-"

"He understands, he's their uncle Marianne." Charles put a hand on his wife's shoulder. Tonight was date night and both adults were very eager to go out on the town. But Marianne was reasonably worried. It had taken some time to find a regular babysitter who could take proper care of their three children. But this evening they were not available.

Luckily, Charles' brother was in town and more than happy to watch his niece and nephews. Lelouch was a delicate child but very clever. Nunnally and Rolo were loyal to their brother and pretty good at scheming themselves, but V.V. had no doubts that he could take care of them. Marianne gave each of her children a kiss goodbye.

"Now Lelouch, you behave for you uncle", she reminded.

"Yes, mother." Lelouch was certain he could take care of himself and his siblings without adult supervision but his parents wouldn't have it.

"We mean it", Charles said firmly.

"You two don't have to worry about anything", V.V. assured them.

With that, the two parents left to go out on their special night. V.V. went to the living room where his charges sat, watching television. His appearance was incredibly child-like, so anyone viewing from the outside might be confused as to how he could be the one babysitting the three. But despite the way he looked, V.V. was a fully grown adult.

Nunnally, the sweet little girl saw him and walked over with a steaming mug.

"Uncle V.V., have some hot chocolate. It's really good."

"Thank you, Nuna." He took it from her and sipped from it before finding a seat on the couch. It was lining up to be a quiet night. It was so peaceful, he could feel himself relaxing. With a smile, V.V. drank more from the mug. That relaxed feeling turned into sleepiness and soon enough, he was out like a light. Lelouch got up and made sure he was asleep before getting the house phone and making some calls.

When Lelouch heard his parents planning a date night, he knew just what he wanted to do. He just had to get rid of their regular babysitter and convince his parents that he was old enough to watch his siblings on his own. He succeeded in giving the sitter food poisoning, but he didn't count on his uncle being available to babysit. While his mother was fretting at the door, Lelouch had made some hot chocolate and put in some medicine that should render their new sitter unconscious for the rest of the night.

As usual, his plan worked perfectly and ten minutes later, his friends had gather in the basement with several tables set up. There was a table with Go Fish, one with thumb wrestling, one with rock, paper, scissors, and various other games. All with money on the line. Lelouch walked around in a suit, keeping an eye on everything. He noticed something fishy and walked over to the Go Fish table where the winner was getting up to leave.

"Hey there friend, leaving so soon?", Lelouch smirked.

"Yeah well, I have curfew and-"

"Curfew, I understand that. I also understand your friend Mr. Boogerface there", Lelouch gestured to another young boy, "has been giving you signals. Suzaku!"

Suzaku walked up, cracking his knuckles. "It's not fair to cheat, you know."

"I'll give you a choice friend", Lelouch said. "You can leave with the money, or you can leave with the worst wedgie of your life."

Without another word, the money was left on the table and the two boys scrammed. Suzaku sighed and frowned at Lelouch.

"I don't want to beat up kids over something like this."

"You won't need to. Everyone in our grade knows how ridiculously strong you are. All you need to do is brandish your fists."

"Lelouch, what is all of this?!"

He flinched and turned to see his uncle on the the stairs, disapproval evident on his face. Lelouch glared at the girl next to him.

"C.C., I thought you were watching the door. I told you to only let kids in."

"He looks like one to me", she shrugged.

Lelouch groaned and tried to play it off innocently. "We're just having some friends over for some games."

"Gambling isn't a game", V.V. crossed his arms and came down the rest of the way. "You just wait until your parents hear about this-"

"You're not going to tell them anything. In fact, I'll be telling my mother how you fell asleep and left us unsupervised. Who do you think she'll be more mad at?", Lelouch's lips quirked up in a smirk.

V.V. hated to admit it, but he was right. If he told Marianne about any of this, chances were, she'd be more upset at V.V. for not watching them rather than her son holding an illegal gambling parlor. And he'd never be able to convince her that her children drugged him. He was in a corner.

"I'll play you", he said suddenly. If I win, your friends go home and it's bedtime. If you win I let you play your games and don't breathe a word of this to your parents."

"Choose your game", Lelouch gestured to the tables.

V.V. looked around and decided on a game of Uno. A crowd gathered around their table as Rolo shuffled and dealt out the cards. Lelouch looked at his hand.

"You may choose the conditions."

"We play colors and numbers, singles", V.V. said. "Children first."

The game began with Lelouch's turn and everyone watched with eager eyes. V.V. was truly his uncle. The battle was one of an equal match. At a pivotal moment, V.V. placed down a "draw 4" prompting gasps from the audience, but Lelouch didn't look bothered as he drew from the hand continued until V.V. had just three cards left while Lelouch had eight.

V.V. felt as though his victory was assured, but Lelouch looked completely calm. He glanced at his cards, then back to his relative.

"I'll tell you something, uncle. It's not a gamble if you know you're going to win."

And suddenly the tide turned. Lelouch had skips, draw 2s, wild cards and V.V. had nothing. In just a few moments Lelouch declared 'uno' and then 'uno out'.

"I win."

By the time Marianne and Charles returned, their three children were tucked away. Marianne kissed each of their sleeping heads and then closed the bedroom door behind her.

"I hope they weren't too much trouble."

V.V. shook his head. "They were...little angels..."

"We'll have to keep you in mind from now on", Marianne smiled. "We'd be able to go out more often."

"That's...great", he strained.

Meanwhile, Lelouch was sending texts to his friends about their plans for the next weekend.
