Everyone was setting up and decorating for the party waiting for Ash. Misty was biting on her pen and staring at her checklist.

"Brock can't make all this food by himself." Drew acknowledges Misty.

"Call Cilan, he needs to come too. And tell him to tell his girlfriend to come." Misty clicks her pen.

"Right." Drew rushed over the phone.

It seems like a busy day everyone is going on about, but Misty wanted her plan to foil out, yes she was going to construct a plan to have Serena back off from Ash. And, she hopes Ash wouldn't want to talk to her again.

Ding Dong.

"It's Iris and Cilan." Drew tells Dawn who opens the door. "We're here!" They chime. Misty pulls on their arms. "Great! Here is what you need to do, I'm sorry if Drew wasn't specific." Misty apologizes.

"Oh no, Mist it's totally fine." Iris smiles and glances to the checklist. "Leave it all to us." Cilan takes it and heads over to Brock. "Thanks, guys." Misty smiles.

Knock Kock.

"They're here!" Gary looked through the peep hole.

"Everyone, remember!" Misty announces.

"Well if it isn't Ketchum." Gary snorts opening the door. "Gary, what are you doing here?" Ash sighs. "I invited him." Misty walks over to him. "Oh, hey Misty!" Ash shook her hand.

"Hey." Serena says, blandly. Also, came in Bonnie and Clemont. "Are these your friends?" Gary eyes Serena. "Yeah." Clemont nods. "Nice suit." Gary sneers and walks away.

"So Ash, the food is right there." Misty points, knowing that's the first thing he was looking for. "Alright!' Ash says, having Serena clinging to his arm.

As him and Serena were walking, "Anyways Serena, I think Kanto Starters like Bulbasaur, and Charmander, and Squirtle are great." Ash continues. "Nice.." Serena rolls her eyes, all Ash talked about was Pokemon on the way. "What's your favorite Pokemon, Serena?" Ash asks her.

"Uh...Pinkablu?" Serena cocks her head to the side. This caused Ash to let out a chuckle. "You mean, Pikachu."

"Riiiight." Serena puffs out of boredom. "These cookies are great." Clemont chews in front of Serena. "Here, I got you some punch." Clemont hands it to Serena. "Thanks Clemont! That was very nice." She drinks some. "No problem!"

"These food makes me happy!" Bonnie gleams while eating them. "Bonnie, don't embarrass yourself." Clemont scolded. She sighs. "Sorry, couldn't help it."

"So Ash, let's go to a corner or something. My head's been hurting." Serena grabs a hold of his arm.

Misty stares and gives Iris and Cilan and eye message.

They walk over to Ash. "Hey Ash!" Iris took one side of his arm. "How've ya been" Cilan took the other arm, as they took Ash away and showed him to sandwiches they made for him.

As Cilan and Iris walk Ash to the left, they turn their heads and winks at Misty. She gives them thumbs up.

Serena tries following them but Clemont stops her. "Hey Serena try this!" He says. "Uh..fine." She hesitates and stares at Ash.

The distraction was off, and next thing you know Serena was clinging back to his arm.

"Dawn!" Misty nods. Dawn grabs onto Brock. "Hey Ash!" Dawn says. "What's up?" Brock talks. "Um, me and Brock want to show you something." They both pulled him over to a Pokemon video game. "This is great!" Ash played continuously. While Ash wasn't looking, Brock and Dawn high five. "So do you like this?" Dawn peered over his shoulder. "Yeah, it's great!" Ash wags his head. "We thought you would love this and keep you busy." Brock says, smirking.

Serena accidentally slipped with punch in her hand and spilled it all over Ash's DS. "Oops." She slightly laughs and takes him away.

Dawn walks away in embarrassment, and Brock shrugs. May, Drew, and Max tugged Ash to the deserts along with Brock. "We thought you might want to try out these deserts." Max explains.

"Let me tell ya, they never failed to disappoint me." Drew nervously chuckles. "Macaroons are my favorites!" May chimes in. "Gee, I'll try it." Ash says, sounding hasty.

Yet again, they failed to distract him. Serena came back. "Ash, I need you to help us hang this do not enter sign." Misty and Tracey held her clipboard. "Uh sure." Ash says being pushed by his shoulders.

"Ash, c'mon!" Serena tugs his collar. "No, Ash needs to help me and Brock." Misty pulled onto his arm, while Brock waves. Ash walks next to Brock and Misty holding up a sign.

"There Ash, don't fall." Brock reminds him. "Yeah, we don't need an accident." Misty laughs.

Serena stomps and takes his arm. "Ash what are you doing?" She says.

Misty takes his other arm. "Oh no you don't"

"Give him back." Serena protests.

"He's not your property."

"Well, he's not yours either."

"Ash want's to help us."

"Ahhh! Pikachu, thunderbolt!" Ash holds on to his hand.

"What?" Serena raises an eyebrow. Ash runs to the corner and hugs his pikachu plushie.

Misty sighs.

"Serena, let's face it."

"Face what?" Serena asks.

"You see, we could be really good friends. And let's talk reality here, Ash will never be interested in us." Misty says as her and Serena watches him cuddle with his toy.

"We need to just face each other and set things straight, and try to forget about him." Misty begins.

"You mean-like, what mature people do?" Serena stares into her eyes.

Misty smiles. "Like mature people do."

The two shook hands and made up.

Misty walks over to Drew and May drinking punch.

"Well, what happened?" May asks. "Yeah, I saw you talking to Serena." Drew mentions. "We made a truce. We're all good now." Misty leans back watching Serena, Ash, and Bonnie laughing at Clemont who seems to be freaking out over a stain on his pants.

"Wow Misty, that's pretty mature of you." May congratulates Misty.

"I know." Misty smiles.

"Hey Misty!" Dawn and Brock slides to them. "Dawn, Brock! What's up?" Misty asks. "Well, Gary and Tracey are going to play a game, they wanted us to ask if you guys would join too!" Brock explains.

"Truth or Dare! That's awesome!" May squeals.

"Let's do it! All of us!" Drew announces.

"Sounds fun." Misty smiles.

And so, the party was enjoyed for the rest of the day.
