This idea literally came to me at work while I was listening to the radio. And with the huge success from the film I believe it would work. Not a great amount of explaining because Draco founds out himself. I huge thankyou to everyone who read the last chapter.

WARNING: Just to be on the safe side I'm labelling this chapter as an M for slightly grahical content. You've been warned...

Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter or any of the characters/plots...

Draco just couldn't understand what was so fascinating about a book. The summer holidays had ended and school had been reinstated for another year. A week into his final year and everything was just the same, Quidditch practice would commence like normal; on the third Saturday of every New Year, it had done so since his father and grandfather attended Hogwarts. He seemed to be suffocating under homework already and even though it was only Thursday he had already gained his first (and most likely not his last) detention. The Golden Trio were still the bane of his existence, and now with Hermione 'bloody' Granger as Head girl and sharing a common room with his best friend he was seeing even more of her than he wanted.

Yes, school was as normal as always except from this book, it hadn't started off small like most new crazes did, starting with one or two people before the whole school was hooked, no, this craze appeared the second he stood on the Hogwarts Express. He had passed two carriages with females holding on to this book and it hadn't stopped once he got off the train. He could walk into any room and see someone holding on to the book, eyes zooming over the page in excitement, eagerly flicking to the next page. Yes it had been mostly women but he had slowly started to see males reading the book.

Draco was determined to discover what the book was about after he walked into Transfiguration early on Monday and saw Professor McGonagall reading it. Women of all ages, and parentages were reading it, that is everyone but those from Slytherin. Draco had approached Pansy about the book but she had just shrugged her shoulders and told him in her whiny voice "I don't' read books Draco." Her lack of knowledge on the book frustrated him and he headed directly to the library. Where else would one go for a book after all?

Draco quickly discovered it wasn't the library, the library had been useless. The book didn't even exist in there, he had even approached Madam Pomfrey who quickly told him the book was a trivia of garbage and shouldn't even be labelled a book. All his trip to the library had done was frustrate him even more. He was left with no option.

Draco turned on his spot and jogged up two flights of stairs and down two corridors until he stood outside the portrait for the Head's Common room. With a sigh Draco muttered the password and the door swung open. He stepped inside and searched until he found what or more like who he was looking for.

"Malfoy, the head common room is for Head boy and Head girl only, you are not Head boy so you shouldn't be here."

"Relax Granger, I'll leave you alone with Blaise soon I just have a question I needed answering and I think you'll be the perfect person to do so." Hermione wasn't surprised by this, over the years the list of ridiculous questions Draco Malfoy had asked her grew longer and longer. Placing down her book she turned to face him.

"What is your question Malfoy?"

"What's so interesting about this Fifty Shades of something book everyone seems to be reading?"

Startled Hermione stared at him, her eyes flicking to the book on the sofa she had just closed. "Excuse me?" she stammered out.

"It's everywhere I go, on the train, in the library hell I've even seen Professor McGonagall reading it. And when I asked Pansy she just shrugged and when I asked Madame Prince she went on one about it being a disgrace to books. All I want to know is what the bloody hell it is and where it's come from."

"Why is it always me," Hermione whimpered, she closed her eyes and ran her hand through her tangled locks. She reached down for the book and held it out to Draco. Without a second thought Draco stepped closer taking the book out of her hands and looked at it closely. It was a simple paper back cover with a few hundred words in it. It was nothing exciting, he flipped through the page and saw no pictures, and nothing seemed to stand out.

"That is the first book in the trilogy, it's basically an erotic novel that has swept through the Muggle world and taken it by storm."

"Wait did you just say erotic novel, like sex?" Hermione nodded, groaning when she saw the smirk stretch across his pale face.

"Hermione Granger reading a book about sex, my my my, is Potty and the Weasel holding back on you"

"Shut up Malfoy, now the book is about a multi billionaire masochist called Christian Grey, a controlling, dominate, passionate man who excels in control. And a young woman called Anastasia Steel, a virginal, literature major who's a little geeky but has fallen in love with this man, who struggles to love. She becomes his - well let's say his sexual partner with a twist. The book is about hot kinky sex with a story mingled into it."

"So it's basically a sex book around two people? Why is it so fascinating? And why have I heard people describe you and I as these characters?" He almost laughed out aloud when her mouth dropped open and her eyes widened. She was rather comical, but the blush tainting her cheeks suited her.

"I don't ever want to hear anyone say that, that will never happen Malfoy… never!"

"Aww Granger, I thought you might have wanted to get me in the sack? No? Shame, I'm sure you'd have been a wild cat under the covers. Can I borrow your book?"

"Yes," Hermione hissed, "but you better make sure nothing happens to it!"

"Can I take the other two so I don't have to come and ask you for them later on?" struggling to hold back on strangling him she quickly grabbed the next two books and shoved them into his chest and pointed to the door. With a mock salute Draco turned and left the Head Common room making a beeline to his own Common room to read these books.

Three Days later

His eyes traced the final words on the page and as he closed the book he sighed. Once into a book he often found it hard to put book down. The fifty shades trilogy had been the most eye opening book he had ever read, the sex was so graphical that he had been mortified when his cock hardened as his eyes soaked in the words, his mind creating vision in his head. Who knew Muggles were so kinky?

He remembered the conversation he heard a few days ago between two Ravenclaw sixth years describing him and Hermione Granger as Christian Grey and Anastasia Steel. Chuckling to himself he stepped off his bed and scooped up the books. Oh yes he'd love to tie Hermione Granger up and fuck her senseless, have the girl cry out every time he touched her and punish her every time she opened her mouth. To have her at his beck and call, to have her as his submissive, oh what would he give for that?

Maybe I should get a contract written up, see if she's up for it. It would be worth the broken nose to see the look on her face when she read it.

I'm not sure if that last line really works, but here is hoping. There isn't a great deal of explaining in this chapter like I said but I actually think it worked okay. It'd be lovely if you'd let me know what you think to it.

Until next time...
