018: Honesty

"Be honest with me, please."

Gabriel looked at Castiel, frowning a bit. He opened his mouth to speak before closing it. Normally, he said what he wanted to without a care in the world. This time, he was taking his time with his words.

"Castiel," he began after a moment or two of silence.

The other angel stared at him silently. A nagging feeling was pulling at Gabriel's soul, knowing full well he should have been honest with Castiel from the beginning.

"If you're not going to say anything then I'm going to just leave. There's obviously nothing that you want to say."

"Casitel, wait, please!"

Castiel turned away from him. "Goodbye, Gabriel."

And with that, he was gone.
