The Devil's Special Ending
It was a cool, partly cloudy Saturday morning Santa is finishing at set with his Jazz group Harmonic Demonic(cheeeeeeezzzzyyy) at a local cafe were he was singing the last song "But Not For Me" in the Chet Baker style(Google it kids ya won't be sorry)
They're writing songs of love but not for me
A lucky star's above but not for me
With love to lead the way I've found more clouds of gray
Than any Russian play could guarantee
I was a fool to fall and get that way
Hi-ho, alas, and also lack-a-day
Although I can't dismiss the memory of her kiss
I guess she's not for me
I was a fool to fall and get that way
Hi-ho, alas, and also lack-a-day
Although I can't dismiss the memory of her kiss.
I guess she's not for me.
The Devil, Santa Deville, was now in his early 30's the memories of his epic fight at the demon tournament, his historic basketball game, and his first love had become nothing but distant yet happy memories that could smile at when remembered but now he faces the future with nothing to fear. He had retired from his teaching job and become a musician, a financial genius, philanthropist, and all around good guy who was named one of North Star City's most eligable bacholars. The ladies loved Santa but most where intimidated by his troubled past as many tabloids wrote about it, but Santa didn't let that ruin his dating life, he did that himself. Many women where turned off by his eagerness to fall in love, so yeah relationships for ol' Santa Deville didn't really last long. Anyways what are we talking about here? I'm pretty sure Santa is jus-
"SHUT UP NARRATOR AND DO YOU'RE JOB!" yelled The Devil to the narrator who feeling are now hurt do to uncalled for yelling.
Anyways after Santa's concert he walked home to his penthouse but he had completely forgot about the open market that blocked his usual route home. So he decided to take a stroll down Baker's Street to see what's available. At the same time a beautiful woman stood at a vendor table trying to decide what book she wanted to buy, she had fair skin, jet-black hair, brown eyes, and was wearing a newly self-knitted red dress. Santa walked by the woman unaware of her or the piece of cloth that caught on his trumpet case's buckle after accidentally bumping into each other, as he walked further and further the lady's dress began to unravel from the bottom upwards. It was about three minutes after that Santa had finally noticed the cloth and he began to pull it trying to find its origin. He had returned to the woman who the cloth belonged to and got her attention.
"Is this yours?" smiled Santa presenting the cloth to the embarrassed and upset woman.
"H-How did you get that? Are you a pervert?" said the woman covering her behind angry at the chuckling Santa who remained holding the cloth.
"No. Are you gonna take it?" asked Santa holding in a laugh.
"Yeah just leave now." sighed the embarrassed woman turned away from him, but before he walked away Santa gave the woman his jacket and said..
"Here use this to cover that aggressive butt of yours." laughed Santa as he walked away leaving the woman blushing and embarrassed. She walked home in the opposite direction trying to recollect her thoughts until.
"W-Wait wasn't that?" thought the woman until a friend yelled her name from across the street quickly running to her.
"Tsuki! Let's get brunch I'm hungry!" yelled Tsuki's friend as they left for lunch. Meanwhile Santa walked home puzzled with a feeling of nostalgia.
"Why did she smell familiar?" asked Santa to himself until he realized that his phone was still in his jacket. He ran down Baker's Street following the scent of the woman from earlier and it lead him to the cafe he was performing at that morning. Meanwhile Tsuki waited for her friend until she saw her leave with guy, so she decided to eat alone listening to music until Santa rushed into the cafe and sat with her.
"Hey real quick, could you hand me my phone in the jacket's pocket?" asked Santa seemingly in a rush. He noticed the woman had a sad look on her face and decided to spend some time with her.
"Hey, are you ok?" asked the worried Santa
"Yeah" sighed Tsuki twiddling her fingers as she looked off into the distances. Santa also looked to were she was looking and saw a park with many couples.
"Do you wanna go?" asked Santa to the surprised Tsuki
"Yeah" replied Tsuki as the pair left together and walked around the park, still not noticing one another. The pair continued to walk eventually holding hands, as that happen both of them began remembering their first loves and then suddenly faced each.
"T-Tsuki?" nervously asked Santa to the woman in hand.
"S-Santa?" nervously replied Tsuki as their finger locked with each other. They nodded to each other and stared for good while, and eventually they kissed embracing each other after years of separation. Santa and Tsuki dated for couple of months and marriage followed the year after. They have two kids and moved the Ethereal City after Santa became Demon King.(But that's also another story)
