A/N: I know it's short, but its' the end. I may or may not write a sequel, I think I will.
Disclaimer: I don't own this, just Hana.
Hana awoke to a sense of dread. She was leaving today, and this was the last time she would be able to see her dear surgeon for a long time. She packed in the remaining clothes she had, and after wards she dressed in her Class A uniform.
Hana walked the grounds of camp as people said "goodbye" to her. She had yet to run into anyone she was truly close to, until Father Mulcahy emerged from his tent, "Hana."
"Francis," she walked over to him.
"I will miss you," he said.
Hana chose her words carefully, "I know that. Good bye Francis," she held out a hand and he took it.
Hana sat down in the mess tent and looked up as a tray of food was slid in front her. She smiled as the blonde surgeon sat next to her, "Why so glum, beaute?"
Hana managed to chuckle, "Long story, and I don't think that you'd want to hear it."
"Take care, Hana," he planted a kiss on her cheek as good luck.
"Thanks, BJ."
"Well, Lieutenant, you'll be missed," Colonel Potter stood in front of the table.
"You as well, sir," Radar came up on the other side of him.
"Ma'am, i have your orders here," Radar held out a manila envelope to her. Hana took it and flipped through it.
"Thank you, Radar, could you take it and put it with my things in your office?" Radar nodded and left.
"Lieutenant," Klinger came up to her.
"I made this for you, as an early Christmas present. I remember how you told me you didn't like the color of the one I had," he held out a light blue ribbon necklace, with a blue stone sitting in a pearl setting.
"Klinger, it's beautiful," she clasped it around her neck, "I'll treasure it forever thank you."
"It's a real fake sapphire, and I had to get the best plastic for the pearl," Klinger beamed.
Hana laughed, and another gift was thrusted at her. She looked up and saw Hawkeye standing a box wrapped in newspaper in his hands, "Sorry about paper, we ran out of toilet paper." Hana laughed and opened the box.
Inside was a black fountain pen, with her name engraved on it, "You said you'd write me."
Hana carefully picked up the pen from the box, "Its lovely Hawkeye, thank you."
"Hey I chipped in on that too you know," BJ said.
"Alright thanks to both of you."
"Ma'am," Radar came into the mess tent, "You're ride's here." The festive mood of the tent immediately died.
"Coming Radar," Hana stood up and took her bag from the corporal.
Major Houlihan stood outside near the jeep, "Well Lieutenant, you worked well and I have a report I'll send to the head nurse." Margaret saluted.
Hana saluted back, "Thank you ma'am." She took a few steps and saluted to Major Burns who did the same without a word. She gave BJ a farewell hug and stopped in front of her C.O.
"It was a pleasure serving under you, sir," she said.
"You caused a lot of trouble here Lieutenant," he reminded her good-naturedly, "But you will be missed."
Hana nodded and walked to the jeep, where Hawkeye was waiting. "Bye, Hawkeye," she wrapped her arms around him.
"I love you, Hana."
"I love you too," she left him a kiss and climbed into the jeep.
As it slowly crawled away, "You said you'd write!"
"I will!" she called out and then watched as the camp and its people began getting smaller. Just as they left the grounds she saw a certain priest watching her departure, and she left a little wave just for him.
