I know this chapter is super late, but look on the bright side: I'm totally fixing this story up AND getting back into the full swing of updating :D It'll be updated every afternoon, which means after 12 or noon. It'll be after I update Hymn of A Blood Sunrise. I'll start that updating schedule tomorrow!
Anyways, the chapter is short, but its better than nothing. So I hope you enjoy it. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things for this story. Please make note that any previous chapters I choose at random are going to be replaced, however, you do not have to read them. They'll mostly be something like this chapter or trying to fix things for the new plot line I have in mind :)
Chapter 38- Mishap
Rosette was more than angry with her.
Serenity didn't do anything bad. Okay, maybe Luna did end up scratching the redhead princess's face, but it wasn't on purpose. And she might've played a prank on Rosette at the same so now she was stuck to her chair. Hey, she told Rosette to not sit down and what does the girl go and do? She sits down on the chair when Serenity specifically told her not to. Her dearest friend Jade was scolding her on her actions, but Serenity was ignoring him right now. She was too busy laughing—on the inside—at Seiya trying to free his imprisoned sister. A ripping sound could be heard and Serenity snorted. Looks like someone ripped their dress.
Luna was curled up on top of her head (her favorite sleeping spot for some reason) and was snuggled in between her buns, "—this is the fifteenth time someone has been glued to a chair, Lady Serena! For once act with grace and stop with your foolish games."
"But it's boring around here, Jade! You people need to let loose!" Serenity rolled her eyes.
Jade twitched his eye, "I thought we went over this. Its Jadeite not Jade."
"But I like Jade more." Serenity pouted. "I thought you were my best friend!"
Jade's eyes widen in shocked and his lips opened and closed like a fish, "Fr-fr-friend? Since when was I your friend—"
"Five minutes ago." Serenity grinned. "Now, if you excuse me, I have to go and find Endy."
"You're not getting away with this, brat!" Rosette shouted at her and a few of the guards and servants looked their direction. Some looked to be holding back a laughter and even Seiya seemed to be doing the same thing.
"Uh sister…you might want to go and change your dress. Your…underwear is showing." Serenity started giggling at Seiya's remark and he glanced her way. Maybe Serenity should go back to talk to him, but right now, she wanted to be with Endy. He was more relaxing to be around.
Rosette blushed in embarrassment and covered her behind, "Why…you…little…." Rosette growled at Serenity. Serenity had already started walking away. Well, that was an interesting turn of events. No wonder there was a ripping sound. Rosette was totally going to get her back for that. There wasn't no ifs or buts there. Luna yawned above her and stretched. Serenity thanked the Spring Mother that she didn't have sharp claws or should wouldn't have been the only angry woman in the palace.
I should add in some adorable kitten Luna moments :3 Maybe in some later chapters. I don't know when I'm going to end this story so for now its going to be an ongoing drabble that slowly brings Endymion and Serenity into a couple. Anyways, I don't really have much to say (except that I kinda feel sorry for Rosette just a tad little bit) so any reviews are appreciate :D
