Series 3 Episode 3: A Curse Is A Curse

"Then again" Icy thought allowed to herself, while her and her sisters cast healing spells on themselves.

"What?" Darcy asked as she sat on her bed and leaned against the wall as did her sisters, each on their own bed.

"It's just…I'm certain she was a vampire and if that is the case perhaps we could use her to take over the magical dimension…and we could use her to get the dragon fire and use it to destroy her" Icy laughed, her sisters smirked.

"We just need to know who she is" Darcy stated.

"Well we know Knut has encountered her before" Stormy mused.

Icy then created a portal and summoned Knut, who wasn't too thrilled to be back in the presence of the witches. "Knut what do you know of that vampire?" Icy asked in a demanding tone.

"W…well…she's…ruthless…powerful" Knut stuttered, terrified.

"We know all that…who is she?" Icy roared

"I don't know…" Knut responded before pulling out a piece of blue fabric from his pocket with some small spots of blood on it "…though the ghouls managed to get this from her before we made our escape…maybe we could find her with a hunting troll during the day" Knut stuttered as he handed Icy the fabric, who smirked.

"Perfect" Icy stated before using a spell to analyze the blood before creating the image of an orange haired girl in a blue orb, lying on a bed asleep "Now this should allow me to keep a close eye on her…but why would a vampire sleep at night…and in a bed" Icy mused, before telling Darcy to be ready to summon a hunting troll when the sun rose.

The next day, Bloom and the winx headed to their first class, taught by the queen of detention, Bloom took a seat next to Stella, Flora was to her right with Musa and Techna in the row behind her, Bloom, had spoke to Faragonda and made sure that someone could keep an eye on her children while she was in class, her children now appeared to be at a age where they could eat solid foods and didn't just have to feed on their mothers blood.

"Alright open your text books to chapter 3, today we're going to be focused on the She-Devil, first lets see what you know, Techna" Griselda stated as she picked a student from random.

"The She-Devil was and is known as the most powerful and ruthless vampiresses throughout time, she was the reason vampires have been brought to near extinction on all planets except for Earth, the She-Devil's spirit is reborn every couple of centuries after the previous one perishes, the spirit manifests and when it becomes the age of 16 the true demon is unleashed" Techna responded.

"Correct" Griselda responded, Bloom was now paying real close attention to the lesson.

"Bloom, lets see what the earth girl knows about the She-Devil" Griselda stated as her eyes locked on Bloom.

"The most recent She-Devil was born on earth and has yet to be fully released, is sister to the chosen one, related to the prince of darkness, her senses are stronger and sharper than any other vampire, all slayers are wary of her and is known for her incredible power" Bloom responded, Griselda just gawked at her.

"Bloom where did you learn that? I didn't know you could learn such things on earth" Griselda responded.

"You can't learn anything about magic on earth, lets just say I know who the She-Devils current vessel is" Bloom responded, Griselda then made a mental note to double check this girls background. Bloom didn't reveal anymore in that lesson so Griselda just let her be but made sure to question her at the end of the lesson of the information they had gone over and unsurprisingly Bloom answered the questions correctly, not that it hurt having access to the memories of the She-Devils previous lives, although she preferred not to look into them, they were too much even for her to remember, all her past victims and their gory deaths.

After Classes…

Bloom headed back to the dorm with her friends, "Bloom how come you knew so much about the She-Devil?" Techna asked.

"I'm from Transylvania, most vampires 'live' there and you could say I have some powerful contacts" Bloom responded.

"Well girls I think it's time we all went shopping for dresses for the upcoming ball" Stella declared, not seeming to have been paying attention to the conversation, however, her declaration instantly got the attention of the other girls who began speaking of plans for the dance, Stella then decided they should go shopping for new dresses, Bloom decided to stay back since she already had a dress picked out and she had to keep an eye on her children.

Talon was now chasing Angel, both screaming at the top of there lungs, she was surprised the teachers hadn't come in to tell her to control her children, she was also surprised that other students hadn't complained yet.

"SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN" Bloom roared, her blunt canines temporarily sharpening to fangs before shrinking away to the bluntness of human canines seconds later. Angel and Talon instantly stopped and sat atop Bloom's bed.

Meanwhile, just outside the Alfea grounds three witches and one hunting troll glared at the balcony the troll was pointing towards "Scent is slightly different, this vampire blood smells like that human" Troll said before heading back to the forest, not wanting to be anywhere near what he had been tracking.

The witches then took to the skies and flew towards the balcony, using a spell that would make the unnoticeable unless they drew attention to themselves. Once they landed on the balcony they entered through the open doors and was surprised to see two children look directly at them before running behind a orange haired girl, the same one that had nearly killed them the night before.

Bloom glared at the witches "What do you want, I would have thought that you would be avoiding me like the plague after last night" Bloom spat at them.

"Strange you saw through the spell, as for why we're here we thought you'd like to become an ally of ours and help us in the take over the magical universe" Icy stated.

"Not interested now leave or I will kill you" Bloom spat, as she continued to protect her children.

"Really, didn't know vampires loved their families and sporn so much, I thought you'd rather help us and protect your kind with the authority you would have in the future magical realm after we take it over" Icy responded as she looked at her nails.

"I only care for friends and family and everyone who knows me knows that they shouldn't mess with anyone with a slight connection to me" Bloom responded with venom.

"Oh and why's that, we know your cursed, we analyzed your blood by day one way by night another, meaning right now your defenceless and since you refuse to help us" Icy stated slyly before firing an icicle that struck Bloom's gut, too stunned to react in time, with only a second before it struck her, the witches smirked as they saw Bloom fall to her knees in pain as she gripped the icicle.

That smirk soon vanished when Bloom pulled out the icicle and smirked before licking it clean of her blood and her wound healed "You shouldn't have done that" Bloom stated before rising back to her feet, her children then ran to the other side of the room near the door and watched as their mothers more vamperic nature took over.

"That's not possible you should be human until sun set" Stormy stated.

"Except as a side affect if my life is in danger my biological form shall change but that isn't all for now anyways I have control over this body" Bloom stated as she began to approach the witches.

"What do you mean control of that body?" Darcy asked.

"I am no longer Bloom Dracula I am the She-Devil" Bloom cackled, the witches eyes widened at the name Dracula, but when she mentioned who she was they used a teleportation spell, using it just before Bloom's clawed hands grabbed Icy's neck.

Bloom then froze as the blood lust vanished and Bloom took control again "I should of known that curse would come back to haunt me" Bloom sighed before comforting her children.
