"Let you all bare witness if you turn to the pirate side of life you will pay with your life." the Admiral said and then back handed me so hard that the blood flew from my mouth where he had busted my lip.

"No." I heard Dimitri scream.

My arms ache from being pulled above my head as I watch and listen to people scream and holler rude and crude things at me. Jack and Bailey tried to give me some water but the guards held them back.

I saw Dimitri start off towards the direction of a carriage that was making its way towards me. As I watch the Queen and her nephew Adrian step out of the carriage and started to the platform I was being held on. I could hear Dimitri demand that I be release.

As the Queen drew near a smirk appear across her face.

"Well well Rosemarie, we meet again. Although you don't look so good." the Queen said as she wave a hand in my direction.

"Your Majesty it has been a while." I said trying to show her a brave face.

"It looks as if your in quite a spot young lady." again she smirk.

"Nothing to unusual for me." I said smiling back.

"You know your going to hang for your crimes." she allowed.

"I heard that only problem I am not guilty of any crimes unless being pregnant is a crime." I smiled back at her.

"Such a pity your unborn child will have to die for your sins." she said as she shook her head.

I suck a breath in as I fought the tears that threaten to fall from my eyes. My child oh God my child will never draw it's first breath what have I done.

The guard came up and gave me some water and stuff a piece of hard bread into my mouth causing me to choke.

As I spit the bread out of my mouth I saw Dimitri heading towards me.

"Stop you bastard that is my wife." he scream as he came up to the guard and hit him. Causing a chain reaction the other guards came in defense of the one guard as did Dimitri's crew. As they clash together in front of where I stood. I worried that they would be in trouble for helping me. I was concern for the welfare of the men in front of me that I didn't realize a commotion coming from behind me.

From a distance I started hearing a disturbance gun shots and the sound of clattering metal not being able to turn around to see what was going on. I saw my mother and father in the crowd. My father had a hateful look about him and my mother look down right evil towards me.

"I am sorry." I mouth the only reply I got in return was for them to turn their backs on me and leave. Not one word of sympathy or nothing I was no longer their daughter. I could see Eddie, Lissa and Christian trying to make their way to me, but being stop by guards. I couldn't hold the tears back any longer and I lower my head and let them fall.

The noise was getting louder and I could hear shouting. I watch as I saw Ivan look behind me with shock at first and then a smile cross his face. He grab Dimitri's shoulder and pointed in the direction of the noise. I saw hope and relief cross his face. Maybe there was hope after all. But I didn't hold much hope at this point.

In a matter of minutes I notice the crowd backing up away from me and moving backwards. Something big was getting ready to happen I just didn't know what. Even the guards were backing up with confusion on their faces.

The clanking metal grew louder and louder until it became deafening to me. When all the sudden the noise stop. I heard a few shouts of command and then heard what sounded like a carriage stop and within a few minutes an arm escort came by the platform where I hung first thing I saw that I recognize was Yeva and Olena. Olena look horrified at my appearance while Yeva look as if she could kill someone with her bare hands. As Yeva look at me she wink and smiled a tender smile I try my best to smile back only to winch from the busted lip the guard had gave me.

"Who is responsible for this unreasonable action took against my granddaughter-in-law?" Yeva bellowed looking at the guards.

"The Queen is." one guard said.

"And where is this said Queen?" Yeva asked as she look around the crowd.

"I am here who wants to know?" Queen of England said as she snorted at Yeva.

"The grandmother of the King of Russia, you babbling fool." Yeva growled as she close the distance between the two women.

She turn to Dimitri and whisper to him in his ears at first he expression was sad and then it turn happy and then a smile he look at me and wink. I tried to smile but just couldn't force it to my face.

A few men step forward to where Dimitri was standing they said a few words to him I could not hear from here. They place on him a chest plate with the Royal crest of Russia and then fasten a dark cloak to the shoulders of the breast plate. They then handed him a sword and place a crown upon his head.

I was still confuse by what was going on.

"I demand you release this woman immediately." Yeva yelled.

"She is going to hang and be an example for other pirates." the Queen said as she smirk at me.

"If she is hang then England and Russia will be at war." Yeva said growling the last part.

"Nonsense we haven't provoke Russia in any way to justified a war. That is total nonsense." the Queen shouted back snorting at the end.

"Indeed England has." Yeva said as she face the queen.

"And how is that?" asked the queen tilting her head to Yeva.

"Because she is the Queen of Russia and carrying the child of the King. This by it self is a declaration of war." Yeva said as she spread her arms in my direction. I heard the Queen gasp and look at me wide eyed with fear for the first time as she digested what Yeva had said. Adrian took several steps back away from his Aunt. Looking for a way out. You coward I thought to myself.

"I suggest that you release my wife the Queen of Russia this instance or face certain death." Dimitri growled as he raise his sword towards the Queen of England.

"Release her at once." the queen shouted as she step back away from Dimitri.

The guard came forward and unshackle my feet and then lower my arms and release my wrist as soon as he did this my knees buckle and I started to fall. Two large warm arms encircle my waist and raise me up. When I raise my eyes I came face to face with chocolate brown eyes that show love concern and worry.

I smiled a small smile and then the world turn black.

I was just in time to catch Rose as she started to fall and held her in my arms. She smiled back at me and then pass out. I carried her back to my ship and layed her down on the bed in my cabin and went to get Calico Jack. He was already waiting at the door as I started out.

"Calico help her." I said as I move out of the door way so he could enter.

He took the water basin and a cloth and began washing her face and neck and checking for any wounds and tattle tale signs of any other injury.

"Captain I believe she will be alright I think she pass out for having her arms above her head for so long and then release so fast like that the flow of blood rush back into her limbs cause her to faint." he said as he move around the bed still looking at Rose.

"Thanks." I said as I place a hand on his shoulder.

"I will go and make her something to eat and get her some water to drink." Calico Jack said as he left.

I took a seat in the chair and pulled it up to the side of the bed and took Rose's hand in mine.

"Roza baby you need to wake up. I need you so much and so does our child." I said as I place kisses on her hand and then brought it up to my face. I said a prayer for her and our unborn child.

A noise brought me back into the room as I saw Calico bring in some water and food for Rose.

"Thanks." I said as I smiled at him.

"Aye Captain you welcome. Let me know when she wakes will you sir?" he asked.

"I will." I assured him as I watch him leave.

I stood from the chair and took my boots off and climb into bed beside Rose and pulled her into my chest and held her stroking her hair. Feeling lost without her witty comments and laughter. I place one hand on her stomach and rub small circles humming a Russian lullaby that my mother use to sing to us.

A knock on the door stop me from humming I turn to the door where Ivan appeared.

"Cap'tin" Ivan said as he took in the scene.

"Yes Ivan." I said as I look at him.

"Your mother and grandmother are on board and they feel that we need to head back towards Russia with our ships and army." Ivan said as he still gaze at us.

"I agree set a course and set sail I am staying with Rose." I said as I look back down at her.

"Aye Cap'tin will do." he said as he turn and walk out of the room.

Three days it had been three days and Rose still hadn't woke up. Worried sick that she was not going to wake I let my tears fall. I hadn't ate or slept only holding Rose and watching for any movement at all.

My mother and Grandmother had been in a time or two and had ease some liquids into Rose mouth being careful not to choke her.

They both assure me that she will pull through and that her body was trying to recover from her cruel treatment.

The next day we arrive in Russia where a two carriages awaited one for me and Rose and the other for my family. The crew mounted on horses as we made our way home. Upon reaching the house, I carried Rose up to our room and layed her down and brush her hair from her face. I turn away to get a wet cloth from the table when I head a moan. I spun around fast and kneel down beside the bed.

"Rose...Roza...can you hear me love?" I asked praying that she could hear me. And that it wasn't my imagination playing tricks on me.

"Dimitri." she croaked her eyes fluttering open and then close again.

"I am here Roza. I love you darling.' I said as I brush more hair out of her face.

"Thirsty." she croak again. I reach and took the cup from the bedside table and placing an arm behind her lifted her up and place the cup to her lips. I watch as she took several sips of water from the cup.

"You want something to eat love?" I ask as I stared into her beautiful eyes.

"Yes please." she said as she rested her head against the pillow.

I went to the door Calico had been setting there the whole time.

"Our angel in hungry Calico can you fix her something to eat." I said smiling brightly at the older man and then open the door wider so he could see for himself.

I watch as he let out a large sigh and smile in return. "Aye Captain I can do that I will be right back." he said as he scurry away down the hall.

I went back and set down on the bed beside her and brought her up into my lap and hug her.

"God woman you had me scared to death along with the rest of the crew." I told her.

"Sorry I couldn't let innocent men hang for me. I would never have been able to live with myself Dimitri." she said her voice getting a little stronger.

"I know and I understand. Doesn't mean I have to like it." I said as I frowned at her. Kissing her forehead.
