It is said that in the final days of planet Earth, everyone had bad dreams. To the west of the north of that world, the human race did gather, in the celebration of a pagan rite to banish the cold and the dark. Each and every one of those people had dreamt of the terrible things to come. But they forgot, because they must. They forgot their nightmares of fire and war and insanity. They forgot. Except for one.

It is Christmas time and Wilf walks on a Street and Wilf hears an evil laugh of the Master in his head and he hears The Salvation Army band is playing God Rest Ye Merry, Gentlemen.

Soon Wilf goes inside the nearest church, where a choir is rehearsing. He notices a strange blue rectangle in the stained glass window above the altar. A woman dressed in a white suit makes him jump and said "They call it the Legend of the Blue Box." Wilf said "Oh. I've never been in here before. I'm not one for churches. Too cold."

The Woman added "This was the site of a convent back in the thirteen hundreds. It's said a demon fell from the sky, then a man and woman appeared. A man and Woman in a blue box. They called them the sainted physician and the Big Bad Wol . They both smote the demon and then disappeared."

Wilf said "That's a bit of a coincidence." The Woman said "It's said there's no such thing as coincidence. Who knows? Perhaps they're coming back."
Wilf states "Oh, that would make my Christmas." He then looks behind only to find that the woman has disappeared he then hears the Master laughing in his head again again

The Tardis materialises in the snowy landscape, of the Ood Sphere and the Doctor steps out wearing a stetson and a lei and Rose is wearing her usual clothes and Ood Sigma is waiting for them and The Doctor said "Ah! Now, sorry. There you are. So, where were we? We were summoned, weren't we? An Ood in the snow, calling to us. Well, we didn't exactly come straight here. Had a bit of fun, you know. Travelled about, did this and that. Got into trouble. You know me. It was brilliant. I saw the Phosphorous Carousel of the Great Magellan Gestadt, saved a planet from the Red Carnivorous Maw, named a galaxy Alison. Met Queen Elizabeth I of England that was a mistake meeting her. Ahem. Anyway, what do you want?" Ood Sigma said Wolf You and your husband should not have delayed." The Doctor said "The last time we were here you said our songs would be ending soon, and someone else said just Wolf's song is ending so whoever's song is actually ending, We're in no hurry for that." Ood sigma said "You both will come with me." The Doctor said "Hold on. Better lock the Tardis." The Doctor points a remote key at the Tardis, the Tardis door locks and the light flashes at it beeps and the Doctor said "See? Like a car. I locked it like a car. Like. It's funny. No? Little bit? Blimey, try to make an Ood laugh." Rose mutters to her "Oh brother." As The Doctor asked "So how old are you now, Ood Sigma?" They see an ood city and said "Ah." The Doctor said "Magnificent. Oh, come on, that is splendid." Rose asked "You've achieved all this in how long?"
Ood Sigma lights up his translator ball and stated "One hundred years."

The Doctor and Rose were shocked and the Doctor said "Then we've got a problem. Because all of this is way too fast. Not just the city, I mean your ability to call us. Reaching all the way back to the twenty first century. Something's accelerating your species way beyond normal." Ood Sigma said as he held up his glowy translator ball "And the Mind of the Ood is troubled." Rose asked "Why, what's happened?" Ood Sigma said "Every night, Doctor and Wolf, every night we have bad dreams."

They walked towards the Ood Council and saw Ood Sitting in a circle in an ice cave meditating and the Elder said "Returning, returning, returning, it is slowly returning through the dark and the fire and the blood. Always returning, returning to this world. It is returning, and he is returning, and they are returning, but too late. Too late. Far too late. He has come." Ood Sigma said You will both sit with the Elder of the Ood and share the dreaming."
The Doctor said before he sat down along with Rose "So. Right. Hallo." The Ood chanted You will both join. You will both join. You will both join. You will both join. You will both join. You will both join. You will both join." The Doctor and Rose links their hands with the Ood and sees the face of the Master laughing and the Elder said "He comes to us every night. I think all the peoples of the universe dream of him now." The Doctor said "That man is dead." The Elder said "There is yet more. Join us. Events are taking shape. So many years ago, and yet changing the now. There is a man so scared." The Ood telepathically projected Wilfred sitting on a chair at a table and the Doctor asked "Wilfred. Is he all right?" Rose asked "What about Donna, is she safe?"

The Elder said "You both should not have delayed, for the lines of convergence are being drawn across the Earth. Even now, the king is in his Counting house." The Doctor and Rose are telepathically given images of a black man and his daughter being photographed and the Doctor said "We don't know who they are." The Elder added "And there is another. The most lonely of all, lost and forgotten." The Ood telepathically show the Doctor and Rose Lucy who is in a cage and they both said "The Master's wife." Ood Sigma said "We see so much, but understand little. The woman in the cage, who is she?" The Doctor said "She was. It wasn't her fault, she was. The Master, he's a Time Lord, likeis. We can show you." The Doctor and Rose telepathically shows the Ood images of the time when they were stuck on the valiant for a year and the Doctor said "The Master took the name of Saxon. He married a human, a woman called Lucy. And he corrupted her. She stood at his side while he conquered the Earth. We both reversed everything he'd done so it never even happened, but Lucy Saxon remembered. I held him in my arms. We burnt his body. The Master is dead."

The Elder stated "And yet, you both did not see." The Doctor and Rose asked "What's that?" They hear The Master telepathically laughing and saw a woman picking up the Master's signet ring and the Doctor said "Part of him survived." He and Rose gt up and said "We have to go!" The Elder said "But something more is happening, Doctor and Wolf. The Master is part of a greater design, because a shadow is falling over creation. Something vast is stirring in the dark. The Ood have gained this power to see through time, because time is bleeding. Shapes of things once lost are moving through the veil, and these events from years ago threaten to destroy this future, and the present, and the past." The Doctor and Rose asked "What do you mean?" The Elder stated "This is what we have seen, Doctor and Wolf. The darkness heralds only one thing." The Elder and the rest of the Ood said in unison as thror eyes turned red "The end of time itself."

The Doctor and Rose Ran outside and they ran back to the the Tardis and as they approached the Tardis the Doctor got out his remote key and pressed it and the Tardis beeps as it unlocked and as they entered the Tardis The Elder said "Events that have happened are happening now."

While the Tardis is in flight, Lucy Saxon is taken from her cell and escorted by women Prison Officers. to meet a another woman and the woman said "Mrs Saxon. Let me introduce myself. I'm your new Governor. I'm afraid the previous Governor met with something of an accident, which took quite some time to arrange. Miss Trefusis, if you will prepare. You kept your silence well, Mrs Saxon. Your trial was held in secret, with no jury, so no one knows who Harold Saxon was, where he came from, why you killed him. Make her kneel. There are those of us who never lost faith. And in his wisdom, Harold Saxon prepared for this moment. He knew that he might die and he made us ready. Tonight, Mrs Saxon, he returns." Miss Trefusis holds out the Master's signet ring and Lucy gasps the. The Governor said "As it was written in the Secret Books of Saxon, these are the Potions of Life."

Miss Trefusis puts signet ring into a bowl and blue liquids are poured over it and Lucy said "Listen to me. Whatever he told you, you've got no idea what you're doing."
The Governor said "Miss Trefusis, the catalyst." Lucy said as Trefusis went over to her "What are you doing? Leave me alone!"

As Trefusis takes a print of Lucy's lips with a napkin the Governor said "You were Saxon's wife. You bore his imprint. That's all we needed. The final biometrical signature." Lucy stated "You can't bring him back. You can't!" Trefusis drops the napkin with the imprint into the bowl and there is a big flash, then a light beams up and out of the Prison into the sky and Lucy screamed "I'm begging you! Stop this now before it's too late!"

The Governor as as energy starts to pull out of her and her acolytes "We give ourselves that Saxon might live."

Lucy exclaimed "Can't you see? He lied to you. His name isn't even Harold Saxon."
The Governor stated "And this was written also, for his name is the Master!" The Master whom now has blond hair begins to appear naked in the column of light and said "Never. Never. Never. Never. Never dying. Never dying! Never dying! Never dying! Never dying!" He laughs and notices his wife that killed him on the valiant and said ""Oh, Lucy. Sweet Lucy Saxon. My ever faithful." He then asked her "Did the widow's kiss bring me back to life?"

Lucy exclaimed "You're killing them!" The Master said "Oh, let them die. They're just the first. The whole stupid, stinking, human disgrace can fall into the pit. Can't you hear it, Lucy? The noise? The drumbeat louder than ever before. The drums. The never ending drums. Oh, I have missed them." Lucy said as she stood up "But no-one knew you better than I did. I knew you'd come back. And all this time, your disciples have prepared. But so have we."

Lucy takes a small vial from a prison officer who was not an acolyte and the Master asked "What are you doing?"

Lucy explains "The Secret Books of Saxon spoke of the Potions of Life. And I was never that bright, but my family had contacts. People who were clever enough to calculate the opposite." The Master shouts at her "Don't you dare. I'm ordering you, Lucy. You will obey me!" Lucy exclaimed at him and used his human alias "Till death do us part, Harry!" The Master shouts "No!"

Lucy throws the vial at the Master and there is an explosion. The Doctor and Rose runs out of the Tardis to see the ruined shell of Broadfell Prison in broad daylight.

At Wilf and his daughter's house he said "Just going down to the Lion. Quick little snifter. Christmas drinks. All right, ta-da."

He opens the Door and went outside then closed the door, then Wilf gets out his mobile phone and makes a call "Paratroop One to Paratroop Two. We are mobilised. I repeat, we are mobilised. Rendezvous thirteen hundred hours. Over and out." He starts to dance weirdly as a down a minibus comes up to him and he said "Come on! Way hey, shake a leg! Yay hey. Right then, come on, let's get going." The driver and the other passengers applaud as he gets on board and he said "Off we go. Everybody all right? Who's got the chocolates then?"

Wilf soon talks about the Doctor and Rose and said "The Doctor's tall and thin, wears a brown suit, maybe a blue suit. He's got a long brown coat. Modern sort of hair, all sticky-uppy, right? And Wolf's slim with blonde hair looks 19 years old and wears a t-shirt with a leather jacket. Oh, and on page two, be on the lookout for a police box exactly like the old ones." A Woman named Minnie said " I got locked inside one of them. August Bank Holiday 1962." A tan skinned man named Winston asked her "Were you misbehaving, Minnie?" MInnie answered "I certainly was. Way hey." Wilf said "Yeah, all right, all right. Now listen, this is important. We have got to find it, right? So phone around. Phone everybody. Sally, will you get onto the Bridge club? Right. Winston, you try the old boys. Bobby, want you to ring the skiffle band, right? Between us, we've got the city covered." Minnie said "The Silver Cloak." Wilf said "Yeah."Winston asked "Who are they, then, this Doctor and Wolf?" Wilf said "No, I can't tell you that. I swear. Yeah, but answer me this. Have you been having bad dreams? All of you? Dreams you can't remember? Yeah. Well, that's why we need them. We need the Doctor and the Wolf more than ever."

Later in a Derelict site the Doctor and Rose both stood on a small cliff and sniffs deeply. The Master does the same, then picks up an iron bar and starts hitting an oil drum in a rhythm of four beats and a rest. The Doctor and Rose hears it and runs through piles of girders on the dockside until they saw the Master up against the skyline, the Master screams a yell and then leaps into the air, the Doctor and Rose chases after him, the Master waits for them on a pile of girders, and his skeleton briefly flashes and the Doctor exclaimed "Please, let me and my wife help!" He added "You're burning up your own life force." They run again, then Wilf appears in the Doctor and Rose's way, with the rest of the Silver Cloak close behind and Wilf said "Oh, my gosh, Doctor, Wolf. You both are a sight for sore eyes." The Doctor said rudely "Out of my and my wife's way!" The Doctor and Rose looks up on a construction like stairs and saw that the Master is nowhere to be seen and Winston asked "Did we do it? Are they The Doctor and Wolf?" An elderly man named Oliver said "Tall and thin, big brown coat and Slim looks 19 and has blonde hair." Minnie said "The Silver Cloak. It worked. Because Wilf phoned Netty, who phoned June, and her sister lives opposite Broadfell, and she saw the police box, and her neighbour saw these two heading east." The Doctor and Rose said "Wilfred?"Wilf said "Yeah?" The Doctor and Rose asked softly and accusingly "Have you told them who I am? You promised us." Wilf said "No, Doctor I just said you were a doctor, that's all. And might I say, sir and ma'am, it is an honour to see you both again." Wilf salutes the Time Lord and Time Lady and then Minnie said "Oh, but you never said he was a looker. He's gorgeous. Take a photo." Oliver said as Minnie gave him her phone to take a photo "Not bad, eh? Me next." Minnie introduces herself "I'm Minnie. Minnie the Menace. It's a long time since I had a photo with a handsome man." Wilf protests "Just get off him. He's married. Leave him alone, will you?" Minnie said as everybody except Wilf and Oliver stood beside the Time Lord and Time Lady "Hush, you old misery. Come on, Doctor. You two Wolf. Give us a smile." They gave an uncomfortable smile and Minnie said "That's it." Oliver said "Hold on." Minnie's phone made a clicking sound and asked "Did it flash?" Minnie said "No, there's a blue light. Try again."Oliver muttered "I'm all fingers and thumbs." The Doctor said "We're really kind of busy, you know." Minnie said "Oh, it won't take a tick. Keep smiling, you too Wolf." Then Minnie gives the Doctor's bottom a squeeze and he feels it and asked "Is that your hand, Minnie?" Minnie's phone took a picture aand flashed and Minnie said "Good boy." She then patted him on the behind again.

Soon they all went to the minibus and it drops the Doctor, Rose and Wilf off at a cafe and Wilf said "Come on, then. Here we are, hurry up. Bye." He looked at Minnie who was in the bus sitting and said "You behave, bye." The minibus drives off with the rest of the Silver Cloak." Wilf said to the Doctor and Rose "Over here, come on."
The Doctor asked "What's so special about this place? We passed fifteen cafes on the way." Wilf replied "Yeah. Afternoon."

They went into the Cafe and sat down on chairs at a table and Wilf sat in front of the Doctor and Rose and said "Oh, we had some good times, didn't we though? I mean, all those ATMOS things, and planets in the sky, and me with that paint gun." He then imitates a paint gun then he said "I keep seeing things, Doctor and Wolf. This face at night." The Doctor asked "Who are you?" Wilf said " I'm Wilfred Mott." The Doctor said "No. People have waited hundreds of years to find me and then you manage it in a few hours." Wilf said "Well, I'm just lucky I suppose."
The Doctor said "No, we both keep on meeting you Wilf. Over and over again like something's still connecting us." Wilf asked "What's so important about me?"

The Doctor said "Exactly. Why you?" Rose said "I'm going to die."Wilf said "Well, so am I, one day." The Doctor said "Don't you dare."Wilf said "All right, I'll try not to." Rose said "But we were told. He will knock four times. That was the prophecy. Knock four times, and then-"

Wilf said "Yeah, but I thought, when I saw you both before, you both said your people could change, like, your whole bodies." the Doctor said "Either of us can still die. If one of us are killed before regeneration, then we're dead. Even then, even if she does change, it'll still feel like dying for her. Everything a Gallifreyan is dies. Some new man or woman goes sauntering away, and they're dead." Wilf has spotted Donna outside in the street getting out of her car and both the Doctor and Rose said "What?"

Wilf asked "I'm sorry, but I had to. Look, can't one of you make her better?" the Doctor and Rose hissed "Stop it." Wilf said "No, but you both are so clever. Can't you both bring her memory back? Look, just go to her now. Go on, just run across the street. Go up and say hello."

the Doctor and Rose stated darkly "If she ever remembers us, her mind will burn, and she will die." They hear Donna speak to a traffic warden "Don't you touch this car." the Doctor and Rose said as they laughed "She's not changed." Wilf said "Nah. Oh, there he is." Donna's black Fiancé goes to meet her and Wilf said "Shaun Temple. They're engaged. Getting married in the spring." the Doctor and Rose said "Another wedding." Wilf said "Yeah." the Doctor said "Hold on, she's not going to be called Noble-Temple? That sounds like a tourist spot." Wilf stated "No, it's Temple-Noble."

Rose asked "Right. Is she happy? Is he nice?" Wilf said "Yeah, he's sweet enough. He's a bit of a dreamer. Mind you, he's on minimum wage, she's earning tuppence, so all they can afford is a tiny little flat. And then sometimes I see this look on her face, like she's so sad, but she can't remember why." the Doctor said "She's got him."

Wilf said "She's making do." the Doctor said "Aren't we all?" Wilf said "Yeah, how about you both? Who have you both got now?" the Doctor said "No one. Travelling just by ourselves together. we thought it was better. But we both did some things. It went wrong. we both need-"

The Doctor and Rose starts crying and Wilf said "Oh, my word. I'm sorry." the Doctor and Rose stopped crying and said "Merry Christmas." Wilf said "Yeah, and the two of you." the Doctor said "Look at us." Wilf said "But don't you two see? You both know, you need her, Doctor and Wolf. I mean, look. Wouldn't she make you both laugh again? Good old Donna?" Donna and Shaun drive away in their Car. Wilf said to the Gallifreyans "Eh?" Both the Doctor and Rose left the Cafe to look for the Master.

And so it came to pass that the players took their final places, making ready the events that were to come. The madman sat in his empire of dust and ashes, little knowing of the glory he would achieve. While his saviours looked upon the wilderness, in the hope of changing one of their inevitable fates. Far away, the idiots and fools dreamt of a shining new future. A future now doomed to never happen. As Earth rolled onwards into night, the people of that world did sleep, and shiver, somehow knowing that dawn would bring only one thing. The final day.

The Doctor and Rose got to an Abandoned warehouse at Night and they both walk towards the Master, who fires bolts of energy at them from his hands. He misses, and sets fires burning behind the Doctor. The third try hits the Doctor and Rose squarely in both the Doctor's chest and Rose's chest, stopping them moving forward. Finally the energy stops and both the Doctor and Rose falls to their knees and the Master catches them, then lets them fall to the ground and said "I had estates. Doctor, do you remember my father's land back home? Pastures of red grass, stretching far across the slopes of Mount Perdition. We used to run across those fields all day, calling up at the sky. Look at us now." the Doctor said "All that eloquence." He then asked his arch-enemy "But how many people have you killed?" the Master stated "I am so hungry." Rose said "Your resurrection went wrong." The Doctor said "As my wife is saying that energy. Your body's ripped open. Now you're killing yourself." the Master said "That human Christmas out there. They eat so much. All that roasting meat, cakes and red wine. Hot, fat, blood, food. Pots, plates of meat, and flesh, and grease, and juice, and baking, burnt, sticky hot skin. Hot. It's so hot." the Doctor and Rose said "Stop it." the Master said "Sliced. Sliced. Sliced." the Doctor and Rose said "Stop it." the Master said "It's mine. It's mine. It's mine to eat and eat and eat." the Doctor said "Stop it. What if we both ask you for help? There's more at work tonight than you and me and my wife." the Master asked "Oh yeah?" Rose said "We've been told something is returning." the Master said thing she was talking about him "And here I am." the Doctor said "No, something more." the Master said "But it hurts." the Doctor?said "We both were told the end of time." the Master said again "It hurts, Doctor and Wolf, the noise. The noise in my head, Doctor and Wolf." He starts tapping on his head as he said "One, two, three, four. One, two, three, four. Stronger than ever before." He then asked them "Can't you both hear it?" the Doctor said "We're sorry." the Master said "Listen, listen, listen, listen. Every minute, every second, every beat of my hearts, there it is, calling to me. Please listen." the Doctor and Rose said "We can't hear it." the Master said as he touches the Doctor's head "Listen." The Master mind-melds with the Doctor. The Doctor hears the beats, Rose does as well but through her and the Doctor's bond and pulls away and the Master asked "What?" the Doctor said "But-" the Master asked "What!" the Doctor and Rose said "We both heard it. But there's no noise. There never has been. It's just your insanity." They then asked "What is it? What's inside your head?" the Master laughed excitedly "It's real. It's real. It's real!" The Master flies off and both the Doctor and Rose runs after him.
They followed the Master back to the Derelict site and the Master yelled at The Doctor "All these years, you thought I was mad. King of the wasteland. But something is calling me, Doctor. What is it? What is it? What is it?" A bright light shines down on the Master, then a second one illuminates the Doctor and Rose. A pair of SAS types come down on ropes, grab the Master and inject him with something to knock him out and the Doctor shouts at the people taking the Master "Don't!" The others fire their guns at the Doctor and Rose to make them stay back, and the Master is hoisted up into the helicopter and both the Doctor and Rose follows and the Doctor ordered "Let him go!" The Doctor and Rose are both shot in their backs. and knocks them out.

The Next morning they woke up in the same place to find that the Master was missing and went back to their Tardis to go search for him.

Later near the Afternoon at Wilf and his daughter's house Donna's Fiance Shaun came in with presents and said "Aye, aye. Here are the presents. I'm sorry, I couldn't afford much, but not for long, if President Obama ends the recession tonight." He then said to Donna "Come here." Shaun hugs Donna then Wilf said "Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. Keep it quiet, you lot, It's the Queen's Speech. Now come on, sit down. Show respect. Come on." Shaun said "Merry Christmas, Mister Mott." Shaun kisses Wilf on the cheek and Wilf said "Thank you. Will you behave! You, honestly." He went to the couch and turned in the TV and said "All right now. Whoa, she's on, she's on. It's our sovereign."Wilf salutes the television, the broadcast slows down and turns static and then the woman in white briefly appears and as it did that Wilf was confused and said "Eh?" The Woman on the TV was talking to wilf "Events are moving, Wilfred."
Wilf said "Eh?" The woman added "Faster than we thought." Wilf asked his family who were in the kitchen "Oi, can you see that?" Donna said "Frankly, I'd tell Her Majesty it's time for trouser suits." Wilf said "No, no, no, no. That's not the-" The woman explained why the rest of his family can't see her on the TV "Only you can see. Only you stand at the heart of coincidence." Wilf asked "Why, what have I done?" The woman on the TV said "You're an old soldier, sir. Only you were too late. The war was won and passed you by." Wilf stated "I did my duty."
The woman on the TV added "You never killed a man." Wilf said "No, I didn't. No, I did not, no, but, don't say that like it's shameful." The Woman on the TV said "The time will come when you must take arms." Wilf asked "Who are you?" The woman on the TV said "Tell the Doctor and his wife the Bad Wolf nothing of this. their lives could still be saved, so long as you tell them nothing."

Wilf goes to his bedroom and pulls an old suitcase out from under his bed he opens the suitcase and gets his old service revolver which is wrapped in a piece of cloth. Then he heard a rock hitting against his window and Wilf looks out to see the Doctor and Rose returning to their Tardis.

Wilf put the revolver in his pocket and went outside and met up with the Doctor and Rose and the Doctor said "We lost him. We were unconscious. He's still on Earth, we can smell him, but he's too far away." Wilf said about the Tardis being parked across from the house "Listen, you both can't park there. What if Donna sees it?" the Doctor said "You're the only one, Wilf." The only connection we can think of. You're involved, if we could work out how." Rose said "Tell us, have you seen anything? we don't know. Anything strange, anything odd?" Wilf started "Well, there was a-" The Doctor interrupts him "What? What is it? Tell me." Rose muttered "Rude." Wilf said "Well, it was. No, it's nothing."the Doctor said "Think-a think-a think. Maybe something out of the blue. Something connected to your life. Something." Wilf said "Well, Donna was a bit strange. She had a funny little moment, this morning, all because of that book." the Doctor and Rose asked in unison "What book?" Wilf said "His name's Joshua Naismith."
Wilf shows a book that Donna gave him for christmas to the Doctor and Rose and the Doctor said "That's the man. We were shown him by the Ood." Wilf asked "By the what?" the Doctor said " By the Ood." Wilf asked "What's the Ood?" Rose said "The ood are a telepathic race just like us but are less humanoid looking than us." the Doctor said "But it's all part of the convergence. Maybe? It may be touching Donna's subconscious. Oh, she's still fighting for us, even now. The Doctor-Wolf-Donna." Sylvia came out of the house and asked her father "Dad, what are you up to?" She saw the Doctor and Rose and said You two. But. Get out of here."
the Doctor and Rose greeted her by saying "Merry Christmas." Sylvia said "Merry Christmas. But she can't see either of you. What if she remembers?" Then Donna asked from inside the house "Mum, where are those tweezers?" Sylvia ordered the Doctor and Rose "Go." the Doctor and Rose said "We're going." Wilf said "Yeah, me too." Sylvia protested "Oh no, you don't."
Donna was at the back of the house and said as she opened the back door "Mum? Gramps?" Sylvia said at the front of the front "Dad, I'm warning you." Wilf said to his daughter "Bye, see you later." Donna was still at the back of the house and said as she closed the door "Bit old for hide and seek." outside the front of the house Sylvia ordered "Stay right where you are." the Doctor said as he and Rose got to their tardis "You can't come with us." Wilf said "You're not leaving me with her." Sylvia exclaimed "Dad!" the Doctor said "Fair enough." The Doctor, Rose got in the Tardis followed by Wilf and Donna said from inside the house "Mum?" Sylvia yelled at her father "Just you listen to me. I forbid it. Get out of there!" The Tardis dematerialises and Sylvia yelled at the Doctor and Rose "Doctor, Wolf, you both bring my father back right now! Come back here! Come back here, I said! Come back!" Donna comes and gesturing her fingers in a circle and asked her mother "Are you shouting at thin air?" Sylvia answered her daughter "Yes. Possibly, yes."

In the Tardis both the Doctor and Rose Were setting up coordinates to track down the Master with the book that Wilf gave them and the Doctor announced "Naismith. If we both can track him down." He saw that Wilf was still in the doorway and the Doctor said "Ah. Right. Yes. Bigger on the inside. Do you like it?"
Wilf said "I thought it'd be cleaner."
the Doctor responds to that as he sounded like he was offended "Cleaner? Me and Wolf could take you back home right now." Rose said "This is a different dimension well it was artificially made by the Gallifreyans." Wilf said "Listen, Doctor and Wolf, if this is a time machine, that man you both are chasing, why can't you both just pop back to yesterday and catch him?" the Doctor explains "We can't go back inside our own timelines. We both have to stay relative to the Master within the causal nexus. Understand?"
Wilf said "Not a word." the Doctor shakes his hand and said "Welcome aboard."
Wilf said "Thank you."

The Tardis materialises in the stable block and The Doctor, Rose and Wilf exit the Tardis and Wilf exclaimed "We've moved. We've really moved!" the Rose said "Wilf, you should stay here." Wilf said "Not bloody likely."
the Doctor said "And don't swear. Hold on." The Doctor points the key at the Tardis, which disappears and the Doctor said "Just a second out of sync. Don't want the Master finding the Tardis. That's the last thing we need."

On the grounds of the Naismith Mansion Rose, the Doctor and Wilf hide from a patrol behind walls and Wilf said "That book said he's a billionaire. He's got his own private army." the Doctor said "Down here." The Doctor opens a small door in an archway.

They soon got to the Basement and heard a woman say "And the multiple overshots have triplicated." the Doctor, Rose and Wilf walks in and the Doctor comments as he saw a large gate "Nice Gate."
Wilf said "Hello. Sorry." the Doctor said "Don't try calling security, or me and my wife will tell them you're wearing a Shimmer. Because we reckon anyone wearing a Shimmer doesn't want the Shimmer to be noticed, or they wouldn't need a Shimmer in the first place." The woman whose name is Addams asked "I'm sorry? What's a Shimmer?"
The Doctor points his sonic screwdriver at her and as he did so he said "Shimmer."
Addams turn into a humanoid catus-like species and Wilf was surprised and said "Oh, my Lord. She's a cactus." They then heard a man on the speakers say "Miss Addams? Miss Addams?"

the Doctor goes to the Computer and says "He's got it working, but what is it? What's working?" A man names Rossiter asked "What are you doing here?" Rose points her screwdriver at Rossiter and the Doctor exclaimed "Shimmer!" Rossiter turns into a humanoid catus-like species like Addams and the Doctor asked them"Now, tell me and my wife quickly, what's going on? The Master, Harold Saxon, Skeletor, whatever you're calling him, what's he doing up there?"

Rossiter said "But I checked the readings. He's done good work. It's operational."
the Doctor asked "Who are you, though? Me and my wife met someone like you. He was brilliant, but he was little and red." Rose added "From the Planet Sto."
Addams said "No, that's a Zocci."
Rossiter said "We're not Zocci, we're Vinvocci. Completely different."
Addams added "And the Gate is Vinvocci. We're a salvage team. We picked up the signal when the humans reactivated it. And as soon as it's working, we can transport it to the ship." the Doctor asked "But what does it do?" Rossiter said "Well, it mends. It's a simple as that. It's a medical device to repair the body. It makes people better." the Doctor and Rose said "No, there's got to be more. Every single warning says the Master's going to do something colossal."
Wilf asked "So that thing's like a sickbed, yes?" Addams said "More or less."
Wilf asked "Well, pardon me for asking, but why is it so big?" the Doctor said "Oh, good question. Why's it so big?" Rose comments "Yeah,Wilf that is a good question." Addams said "It doesn't just mend one person at a time."Rossiter chuckles as he said "That would be ridiculous." Addams states " It mends whole planets." With that got the Doctor and Rose's attention and they asked "It does what?" Addams explains "It transmits the medical template across the entire population."The Doctor and Rose ran out the room through the corridors.

The Doctor and Rose ran into the Gate room and ordered "Turn the Gate off right now!" The security guards said pointing their rifles at both Gallifreyans "At arms!"
the Doctor said "No, no, no, no, no. Whatever you do, just don't let him near that device." the Master sarcastically said "Oh, like that was ever going to happen."
The Master throws off the white strait jacket he was wearing and leaps over their heads on pillars of energy from his hands, into the Gate and said "Homeless, was I? Destitute and dying? Well, look at me now." the Doctor said "Deactivate it. All of you, turn the whole thing off!"
The Master laughs and Naismith sees and hears the Master laughing in his head and he stated "He's inside my head."
the Doctor said to the Master as he goes towards him "Get out of there!" The Master's blast of energy knocks the Doctor down and Wilf comes in and said Doctor! Wolf! Doctor, Wolf, there's, there's this face." Rose goes to him and asked "What is it? What can you see, Wilf?"
Wilf said pointing at the Master "Well, it's him. I can see him."
On the TV News reporter Trinity wells said "There's something wrong. It seems to be affecting the President." The President of the United States (Barack Hussein Obama II) has his face in his hands and The Doctor goes to the computer and tries to shut down the Gate and found out that he
can't shut it off he then said "I can't turn it off." the Master said "That's because I locked it, idiot."
the Doctor said "Wilfred! Get inside. Get him out." The Doctor enters one of a pair of glass sided cubicles, and Wilfred swaps places with a technician in the other. the Doctor said "Just need to filter the levels." He moves one of the slides upwards and the other downwards and Wilf said "Oh, I can see again! He's gone." the Doctor said "Radiation shielding. Now press the button. Let me out".
Wilf asked "You what?" the Doctor said "I can't get out until you press the button. That button there." Wilf presses the red button and Wilf's cubicle is now Locked and the Doctor's is Open and as the Doctor got out of the cubicle the Master ssid "Fifty seconds and counting."
the Doctor and Rose asked "To what?" the Master said "Oh, you both are going to love this."

inside Wilf's cubicle Wilf's phone rings and he accidentally pulls the revolver out of his pocket instead. Then he got out his phone and said "Hello? Donna?"
Donna asked him "Where are you?" Donna then said "It's Mum and Shaun. Something's wrong with them." On the other side of the phone Sylvia said "There's this face."
Wilf asked "But wait a minute. I mean, what about you? Can't you see anything?" Donna said "I can see them. That's bad enough."

Wilf's phone beeps for a call waiting and he said "Not now, Winston."
Winston said on the phone "Wilfred. Those dreams. I can remember that face."
Winston heard a Young Man say "There's a face in my head."
Winston said "Wilfred, it's everyone!"

the Doctor asked "What is it, hypnotism? Mind control. You're grafting your thoughts inside them, is that it?"
the Master said "Oh, that's way too easy. No, no, no. They're not going to think like me, they're going to become me. And, zero!"
A blast of energy moves out from the Master and the Gate, and spreads across the entire planet. Everyone's face becomes blurred except for Donna and Wilf, the Doctor and Rose. the Doctor and Rose realized what he was doing and said "You can't have." Wilf asked "What is it?"

Donna said to wilf on the phone "But they've changed." Sylvia and Shaun are now both the Master and Donna added "Granddad, that's like, like the sort of thing that happened before." Donna remembers enemies from her adventures with the Doctor and Rose and she said "My head. Oh, my head! Oh, my head!"

Wilf looks towards the Doctor and Rose and said "Doctor? Wolf? She's starting to remember." Everyone's face resolves into the Master's and Wilf asked angrily "What is it? What have you done, you monster?" the Master said "Oh, I'm sorry, are you talking to me?" the Master that was Joshua Naismith said "Or to me?" the Master that was Joshua Naismith's daughter said "Or to me?"
the Master that was Joshua Naismith's butler said "Or to me?"
the Masters that were the security guards said "Or to us?"
On the Tv the Master that was Trinity Wells said "Breaking news. I'm everyone. And everyone in the world is me!" TheTV switched to That Master that was President Barack Hussein Obama II
and he said "I'm President. President of the United States. Look at me!"
The audience of Master's applauds him and the Master that was President Obama said "Ooo, financial solution. Deleted. Ha ha!"

the Master said "The human race was always your favourite, Doctor. And wolf tou used to be hunan. But now, there is no human race. There is only the Master race." Every one on Earth that was transformed into the Master laughs.

And so it came to pass, on Christmas Day, that the human race did cease to exist. But even then, the Master had no concept of his greater role in events. For this was far more than humanity's end. This day was the day upon which the whole of creation would change forever. This was the day the Time Lords returned. For Gallifrey.

On Gallifrey in the citadel Time Lords shouts "For Gallifrey!" Rassilon shouted "For victory!" The Time Lords shouted "For victory!" Rassilon shouts "For the end of time itself!" The Time Lords shouts "For the end of time itself!"
