"This is wrong, this is wrong, this is all so wrong!" Kitty loudly grumbled as she tossed some very important papers to the side. She rubbed her temples with the palms of her two hands and tried to get over her confusion. With all the research on what possibly happened to her father and the side drama that was going on between Marley and Melanie, Kitty couldn't handle it all. There was something about Marley that always seemed to get Kitty to lose her concentration. She couldn't understand it. Things have been very, very rocky between them. As for Melanie, there was something about Melanie that made Kitty…rethink things. And as much as the blonde would've liked to say that Melanie made her forget about Marley, she couldn't, because it wasn't true.

"What is it about Marley freakin' Rose!?" Kitty angrily groaned to herself.

"Maybe it's the fact that you still love her." A meaningful male voice rang from the other side of her hotel door, followed by a couple of soft knocks. "Kat, can I come in?" Levi asked.

"Sure man." Kitty said as she quickly made a grab for her notes, trying to make it seem as though she was actually looking for her father rather than wallowing in self pity about Marley.

"Hm, this place seems comfy. But anyway, how's the research coming along? Find out anything about the company?" Levi asked.

"Unfortunately no, but I'm thinking about calling them later. Ask for my dad to see if he's been working there still or not." Kitty replied.

"Sounds reasonable." Levi responded as he looked at his friend.

"Don't look at me like that." Kitty demanded.

"Look at you like what?" Levi asked, bewildered.

"Like there's something else I'm supposed to be doing other than looking for my dad." Kitty answered.

"Hey look Kat, the whole reason we came here was to find your dad, remember?" Levi asked as he moved the notes to the side and took a seat on the desk in front of Kitty.

"If that's true than why did you bring HER?" Kitty asked with a hint of venom in her voice.

"If that's so true, than why did her and I catch you in bed with some other chick?" Levi retaliated, causing Kitty to shut up immediately.

"Good point." Kitty grumbled. "But we didn't do anything."

"I know."

"Wait, what?" Kitty asked.

"You love Marley too much to do something like that." Levi said as he flashed Kitty a lopsided grin, causing the blonde to laugh.

"Whatever man."

"You however, should talk to her."

"And why would I do that?" Kitty asked.

"Because, she's miserable without you and you're miserable without her."

"But Melanie-"

"Melanie, will get over it."

"I might love Marley, but I care about Melanie too."

"Kitty, you're so dense," Levi sighed in frustration as they heard a soft knock on the door.

"Can I come in?" the voice rang it. Levi made a face and stuck his tongue out as he realized it was Melanie.

"Noooo." He whisper as Kitty playfully smacked him on the arm.

"Be nice." Kitty warned as she walked over and opened the door. Melanie kissed her on the cheek and gave her the longest gay hug Levi had ever seen, making the poor adolescent guy internally gag.

"Gross." He said, making Kitty roll her eyes and Melanie glare at him. "Anyway, I have to get back to my room, I still need to pack and if I don't Marley will probably get on my case again, curse her and her nature of cleansiness. Anyway, bye. Catch ya' later Kat." Levi finished as he made his way to the door and avoided Melanie's death glare like Black Plague. As he was out the door already, Melanie closed the door and looked back at Kitty.

"So how are you doing?" Melanie asked as the stroked Kitty's arm gently.

"Not too good, just doing some research, tired." Kitty answered as she rubbed her eyes.

"I figured, you seem really tense." Melanie said. "Why don't you sit down for a second?"

"Good idea." Kitty said as she sat down, although immediately jumped out of her skin when se felt to soft but strong hands on her shoulders.

"Relax." Melanie nearly commanded as she started rubbing Kitty's shoulders. "I was right, you are tense."

"Melanie.." Kitty whimpered as Melanie started going to work.

"Do you want me to stop?"

"Y-No!" Kitty answered.

"Good, because I was just getting started. Melanie winked.

"Oh hell no." Levi whispered as he was eavesdropping on Kitty and Melanie. He quickly propped himself off against the wall and fast walked back to his hotel room.

"Marley!" He bellowed.

"What!?" Marley answered as she stopped cooking.

"Girl you're not going to believe the bullshit I just heard and holy mother of God what is that delicious smell?" Levi inquired.

"Pasta with a side of potatoes and lean hamburger meat?" Marley said.

"Where in the world did you get-"

"Small store down the block, they actually sell more good ingredients than they get credit for, apparently."Marley plainly answered. Levi was torn between breaking up the moment with Melanie and Kitty or whether to grab the cooking pan Marley was cooking on and lick it clean.

"…Marley! No. Forget the food."

"But I'm hungry. Plus it's been a long day."

"You think I don't know that? It literally pains my well being as a human being to see food that I know I can't immediately eat, but this is serious!" Levi declared.

"What's serious?" Marley asked in a cool voice as she started chopping up tomatoes.

"…Did you get a fuckin' memory lapse!?

"Excuse me?"

"Kitty! The love of your life, yeah! Melanie's giving Kitty a massage right now and all you can do is just stand there and chop tomatoes!? The fuck's wrong with you!? Go and ruin the moment or something." Levi explained dramatically.

"What!?" Marley said as she dropped her small chopping knife.

"Uh yeah! Lets go!" Levi said as he made his way out the door with Marley right behind him.

"Kitty! Open the door right now!" Levi growled as he pounded on the door with no answer. "Shit, no answer." Levi said as he twisted the knob.

"Levi! We just can't go in there!"

"Too late" He said as he grinned and quickly twisted the knob again to open the door. The door opened. "Kat!" Levi said as he searched the room, but no one was in there. "Shit." He muttered.

"She must've went somewhere with Melanie." Marley said. Levi noticed a hint of bitterness at the name of the other girl.

"She didn't take her phone." Levi said as he noticed the phone on Kitty's small desk that she was doing research on earlier. He grabbed it.

"Whoa, whoa whoa!" Marley said. "We can't just go through her phone!"

Levi stopped to think about it for a moment. "You're right Marley, we can't just go through her phone." He said.

"Thank you." Marley sighed in relief.

"But I can." Levi grinned as he unlocked the phone immediately.

"Wait, how did you know the password!?" Marley asked in a shocked tone.

"Lucky guess." Levi answered shortly.

"What was it?" Marley inquired.

"…Your birthday." Levi answered.

"Oh…" Marley answered guiltily.

"It's okay." Levi answered as he started searching through her phone. "Oh my God!"

"What!?" Marley answered.

"Look at these super sexy texts! Apparently she's been messaging some really horny perve these past several months!"

"Let me see!" Marley inquired as Levi passed me her the phone. She recognized the number real quick and her face instantly turned red.

"That's me you idiot!" Marley choked.

"Ohhh…" Levi said in an embarrassed tone and quickly exited the messages. "…So do you guys actually do those things or…"

"None of your business!" Marley hissed. "And the point is is that I don't even know why we're searching through her phone anyway! It's not like she's missing!"

"Is she?"

"No!"

"Ohhhh…well than lets get out of here." Levi said.

"Good idea." Marley responded. But just as they were about to exit the room the heard the door knob twist and a pissed off feminine gasp behind them.
