"Ziver do you have a visual?" Gibbs asked.
"I do," she responded, her eyes locked in the man at the table.
Slowly he rose from his place. Ziva immediately left to go back to the dressing room. Tori looked across the stage at Bishop, their attention was fixated on their partner's action. The other two agents followed close behind. The moment they reached her, the pair realized how serious the situation had become. A man had Ziva at gun point as the two others removed the cameras and ear pieces from Tori and Ellie's bodies.
"See, I told you they would follow me," Ziva glared.
"What is going on?" Bishop turned to the men.
"Be quiet, we're going to be asking the questions," the man with the gun stated, "Tom read them their rights."
"Wait, what?!" Tori back pedaled, "We are federal agents."
"What?" tom stepped back shocked, "What Agency?"
"They're NCIS, I'm FBI," the little DiNozzo sighed.
"If you were FBI, we would know you," the youngest of the agents spoke.
"Please give us second" Ellie paused as each woman reached for the badge in their boots. The three men from the FBI looked them over.
"Agent Tori?" the main agent smirked, "It's me Kevin. I can't believe I didn't recognize you."
"Well, we are undercover," she shrugged.
"Why are you three here?" Ziva asked.
"We got word that three red heads were a part of the prostitution ring we've been trying to bust," Tom spoke clearly, "And you?"
"Classified," Ziva shot back.
"It's currently an inner agency issue," Ellie spoke kindly.
"So we got the wrong rad heads," the young agent sighed.
"Well, you've got the only red…the only red heads here!" Panic began to form inside Tori, "Who told you we were going to be here tonight."
"We over heard one of the bar flies on the mics we've had set up," Kevin narrowed his gaze, "What's up DiNozzo?"
"We're in danger," She responded.
"Someone knew we were going to be here," Bishop turned to her.
"But why call us?" Tom asked.
"To distract…" Ziva's voice was cut short by a blackness that overcame them all. Moments later the agents awoke, tied together, and groggy. A low rumble could be heard in the darkness.
"What's going on?" the young FBI agent asked.
"I think we're in a car," Ellie responded, slightly confused.
"We can't be! We're not moving," Tom snapped.
"No, this is most certainly a car," Bishop glared, "I know what car sounds like!"
"Why would they put us in a car," Kevin asked.
"I think they're trying to kill us," Ziva responded calmly.
"Carbon monoxide poisoning," Tori turned to her, "not the way I thought I'd go."
Meanwhile after, losing contact with his agents, Gibbs was on his way to raid the night club. The moment he reached the front door, he was greeted by a familiar face.
"Gibbs," Agent Fornell responded surprised, "What are you doing here?"
"Tobias," the grey haired man nodded, "I could ask you the same."
"Prostitution ring," the FBI agent chided, "And you?"
"Missing agents," the boss walked into the building, "No time."
"Me too," Tobias sighed.
"Boss you know what that means," Tony responded.
"Ya, DiNozzo, they're together," Gibbs sighed, "McGee are any of our camera working."
"Sorry boss, I'm working to turn them back on, but it looks like they've been smashed," Tim quickly responded as he tapped at the computer keys.
"Look on the bright side, Gibbs, at least your agents didn't lose an entire vehicle," Fornell rolled his eyes in frustration.
"What did you say," the quiet little intern spoke up.
"My idiots got an FBI issued SUV stolen," Tobias repeated.
Woulfe paused for a moment as the older men started to continue the investigation, "Agent Gibbs, Agent Gibbs," he finally shouted.
"What Woulfe," the boss glared.
"I…I think I know where they are," Liam hesitantly responded.
"And where would that be," Agent Fornell placed his hands on his waist.
"They're in the car, the one you're looking for," The little intern responded proudly.
"Great," the Grey haired man responded, "Now where's the car?"
"I didn't get that far…" Liam sighed, "Can we track it?"
Gibbs turn to McGee without saying a word, "On it boss."
"Let's hope he's right," Fornell whispered, "It would save me a lot of heat with my director."
"No kidding," the NCIS team leader raised his brows.
"Up the street!" Tim shouted, as Liam and Tony waited for further instruction.
"Well, what are we still doing here," the boss bellowed, "Let's go!"
The mixture of NCIS and FBI agent speed down the street, with Gibbs and Fornell leading the charge. According to the device in the car, they were able to track it to an abandoned garage at the edge of town. Slowly, all the agents exited their vehicles, in case of danger. Suddenly from the crack in the garage door, they saw the thick smoke rising. It was at that point they knew they had to work fast.
"Tony, McGee with me," Gibbs commanded, "Woulfe stay by the car and call an ambulance.
The three agents sprinted quickly into the fog, as tony threw open the garage door. A cloud of think exhaust smoke crowed the air, causing them all to cough. Once it started to clear, they could make out the outline of the SUV and could hear the muffled thumps coming from inside. Gibbs forced the back hatch open revealing the six delirious agents.
"Get them out, NOW!" he barked as he ran to turn off the car.
Liam led the paramedics to the scene, before joining the rest of the team. Panic overtook Tony and Tim as they quickly ran the three strongest women they knew over to the ambulance. It was hard to leave them to assist the FBI agents, but this was no tie for feeling to interfere with work. The boss emerged from the back of the garage, a very familiar note in hand.
He looked down and read the crumpled piece of paper, "I told you to stay away."
A/N: Hey, Fellow NCIS lovers! TWO import things for you!
1. Now that I'm trying to organize my life, my goal is to try and update every Tuesday (and maybe more if I find more time)! Which, here in the states is NCIS new episode day! So double the NCIS for your viewing pleasure!
2. I've been listening to music while writing this entire story. Recently, (since becoming more organized) I have set up a playlist of all the songs that have inspired or helped me while I write Family Matters. I don't know if anyone would want this playlist, but I would be more than happy to give it to you, if you think it would help you enjoy the story more! So send me a PM if you want the list of music!
Again, thanks so much for sticking with me and reading on, you guys are the best. Not only because you read my FanFiction but, because you made me want to organize my life so I could find more time to write for you, which has also made me happier.
