A/N: Super short chapter; totally smut filled as well. Having major writer's block when it comes to any one of my stories but especially Family Affair. Anyway hope this one is okay. Chapter Thirty-Eight: Without You
Beth lay awake in her hospital bed, her eyes drifting to the dark and black city that lay outside her window. She trailed her fingers to her lips, desperately trying to remember how it felt to have Riley's lips gaze over hers. She wasn't sure how many days had pasted since the fall of the prison, since the last time she saw Riley, felt her, tasted her but it was going on one too many. Tearing her eyes away from the broken down city she brought her hand from her lips and trailed it down her neck, down her chest stopping to grip at one of her breast before snaking her other hand under the covers. Beth's eyes flashed to the door before looking at the ceiling above her. She took a shaky breath and shut her eyes. Running her fingers gently over the fabric of her panties a light moan escaped her lips, before she slowly pulled the material to the side. She hesitated for a moment, since meeting Riley, Beth hadn't had to enter herself, she always had Riley to fulfill her needs, her dreams….her fantasies. Beth slowly inserted two fingers inside her and gently moved them around, her mind drifting to all the times Riley had done this similar act. The more Beth thought of Riley the faster her fingers moved; a deep moan raised in the back of throat and the wetter Beth got down below the more the heartbreak of being away from her family…her love crashed down upon her. Hot tears streamed down her cheeks, as Beth slowly placed a third finger inside of her. Her heartbeat picked up and she squeezed her breast, Riley's name being whispered from her parted lips. With one last thrust Beth came undone; she lay still for a moment before slowly and gently removing her fingers. She kept her eyes shut as tears continued to fall
"I may not always be there Beth but I'll always find you….I love ya Greene…"
Opening her eyes Beth turned to her side staring out into the darkness knowing that Riley was out there, out there and looking for her. It was only a matter of time until they were reunited. Beth wrapped the blankets tighter around her body. Closing her eyes and letting herself get taken away to the world were she was with Riley, with her family where it was Riley's hands dancing over her body.
"love you Dixon" she quietly mumbled as sleep overtook her.
