That night Shadow has another dream, this time its all dark and ominious. All he hears is the sound of two voices. "...Shadow...don't you wanna play with us anymore?...We still wanna play with you...We love you..." They sound very creepy and talk at the same time, then he sees two pairs of eyes staring at him in a very serious yet creepy way.
That's the end of the dream and he wakes up breathing heavily. "...Again...What does it mean?..."
Silver is still asleep after he wakes up.
Shadow sees she's still asleep and stays quiet, not wanting to wake her up.
Silver turns a bit in her sleep, snuggling into the covers.
Shadow smiles at her and whispers. "Your so cute, seeing that face makes me remember everything is okay. At least for now."
Then Silver slowly starts waking up.
"Im sorry Silver, did I wake you?"
"No you didn't Shadow, are you okay?" She looks at him.
"I had another weird dream." He explains it to her.
"Oh...that is weird...Have you ever heard those voices before Shadow?"
"No, I don't recognize them at all. Except from my other dream that I had the other night, those two that I saw had the same voices. Just who are they?" He explains it to her.
"Well we think they're from Demon Spawn, but they say you know them, but you don't."
"Its all so confusing, they seem to know me, but Im sure Ive never seen or heard them before in my life."
"Im not sure what to make of it, this could all be a trick or something."
"Yeah it could, Im not ready to accept that just yet though. At least not without looking into it a bit more first."
"Yeah, its hard to say now what it all means."
"For sure, so many things are happening all at once and I have a feeling their all connected somehow."
"Yeah, lets hope we can connect the dots soon."
"I agree." Shadow looks out the window, wondering what will happen next and how this will all turn out.
"Don't worry, it will all be okay." Silver smiles at him.
Shadow turns and smiles back. "Your right, thanks Silver."
Then she gets up and gets dressed.
Shadow does the same.
"So what would you like to do today Shadow?"
"To be honest, with everything that's happening Im not all that sure."
"...Wanna go into the hot spring again?" Silver worries about him and offers a solution.
"Sounds good, at least it'll help me clear my mind a bit I guess." Shadow walks into the bathroom.
Silver follows him in.
Shadow then undresses with his vortex and enters the hot spring.
Silver undresses as well and gets in with him.
Shadow sighs after a minute. "Sorry if this trip isn't what its supposed to be Silver." He looks down a bit.
"Shadow don't be so down, this trip is wonderful. I get to spend time with my loving husband." She smiles at him and tries to cheer him up.
He looks up and smiles back a bit. "Thanks Silver, your a great wife."
"No problem." She cuddles into him.
Shadow holds her close, and begins to feel relaxed.
"Feel better?" Silver asks him.
"I always feel better when your around."
She blushes and snuggles into him even more.
Shadow begins to feel a lot better and continues to keep her close to himself.

"That sound helps too." Shadow adds.

"Well...I don't mind staying in our room for today." Then she kisses his neck gently and blushes.
Shadow blushes and moans softly. "Okay...sounds good."
"Okay Shadow." Silver nuzzles his neck.

"If there's nothing else to do here we can."
"I do feel like Im forgetting something about this place, but Im sure it'll come to me."
"Oh I see, well Im sure it will come to you."
Shadow thinks it over, then it hits him. "Oh yeah! I cant believe I forgot. There's a really popular beach at the base of these mountains, the water is supposed to be all different colors in different spots because of all the gemstones here. There's also a great forest right next to it with a ton of plant and animal life. Wanna check it out before we go?"
"Sure Shadow, sounds lovely." Silver smiles again.
Shadow smiles back once again. "I agree Silver, it'll be a great end to a great trip. Sorry if it wasnt good or long enough for ya though."
"I don't mind Shadow." She smiles again to reassure him.
"Thanks Silver, I love my sweet wife."
She blushes. "And I love my darling husband."
Shadow kisses her gently then pulls the blanket over them. "I think we could use a bit of rest, I know we just woke up, but still."
Its alright love, I could really use it anyway." Silver closes her eyes and falls asleep.
Shadow soon does the same.

They sleep right through to the next morning, then Silver slowly wakes up and yawns.
Shadow on the other hand is still asleep, since he didn't have a strange dream he's enjoying a good nights sleep.
Silver looks at him, still asleep. Then grins, getting a black marker and gently draws on his face.
Then Shadow slowly starts to wake up. "...Uhhh...Silver?...Good morning."

He smiles back. "Thanks dear." Then he gets up, stretches and gets dressed with his usual vortex.
Silver giggles a bit and gets dressed.
Shadow turns to her with a confused expression. "Something funny?"
"Oh nothing love." She smiles innocently at him.
He narrows his eyes and raises the one eyebrow that she can see at her. "...Okay...if you say so. Lets eat." He then goes into the kitchen area and starts cooking.
Silver follows him in and helps.
As Shadow cooks he catches sight of his reflection in a cooking pot and gets a look that says "Im not surprised." "...Silver...I get what was funny now..." Apparently she drew neko whiskers and a nose on his face.
She whistles innocently and keeps cooking, not looking at him at all.
Shadow washes his face clean, then goes back to cooking.
They soon finish, then they sit down and start eating.
Shadow takes a break from eating after a few minutes of thinking. "So...ya drew on my face huh?" He looks at her, knowingly.
"Who me? I would never Shadow." Silver keeps trying her best not to laugh.
"There was no one else in the room and I know I didn't do it to myself Silver. Also you can laugh if you want, its fine."
She giggles. "Im sorry Shadow, the marker was there and you were so cute while you were asleep. I just couldn't help myself."
He sighs and smiles a bit at her. "Its alright Silver, no harm done. Good one though." Now he laughs a bit.
She smiles back. "Okay Shadow."
Then he goes back to eating.
They both soon finish eating, then they begin cleaning up.
After they finish Shadow gets all of their stuff together. "Okay done, ready to go to the beach?"
"Yup." Silver smiles and has her stuff ready too.
They then check out of the hotel and walk outside. "This time Ill be the transportation." Shadow transforms into his full dragon form, then kneels down so Silver can get on. All the while careful not to be seen by anyone.
"You sure its safe for you to be like that?" She looks up at him.
"Of course, I can hide in the darkness at anytime. So no worries, just get on."
"Alright Shadow." Silver slowly gets on his back.
"Hold on tight Silver." Shadow takes off, he's really gotten the hang of flying.
"Okay." She holds onto him, tightly.
As they fly Shadow looks back at her. "First time flying on a dragon?"
"Well yeah, but Im okay." Silver smiles at him.
Shadow smiles a smile filled with fangs back. "Good, please enjoy the view." He turns back to his flying, goes higher and they see all the gem mountains and the sun shining through the clouds onto them.
"Woah, its amazing up here Shadow." Silver looks on in awe.
"I know Silver, this is why I wanted to fly us there. You don't get to see stuff like this with teleporting ya know."
"Thanks Shadow, this is so cool." She smiles at this moment.
He smiles as well. "Anytime Silver." He takes his time on purpose, so they can enjoy the moment.
Silver looks around, to take in all the views she can.
As they approach the beach Shadow begins landing near the back of the forest so as not to be noticed by anyone.
Silver slowly gets off of him. "Thank you for the ride Shadow."
He changes back to his human form. "No problem Silver." Then the two begin walking to the beach.
There's only a few people already there. "Wow, its beautiful." Silver comments upon seeing it.
The water really is all the colors of the gemstones. "Yeah, its true." Shadow agrees.
"Well lets get changed and go in."
"Yeah, Ill meet ya over there." Shadow points to a spot a few feet from the water.
"Alright Shadow." Silver smiles and goes to change.
He walks over to the spot and uses his vortex to change once again, then he sets up some chairs and an umbrella for shade.
Silver quickly changes into a black bikini with a blue paw shape on the left side of top piece and walks back over to Shadow.
Shadow is wearing a black pair of swim trunks with a red picture of a dragon on the right leg. He sees her. "Hey Silver, that's a really nice swimsuit ya have there."
She blushes. "Thank you Shadow, yours looks cool too."
"Thanks Silver, so lets go." He gives her his hand and gestures to the ocean.
"Okay Shadow." She takes his hand and they walk to the ocean.
The couple enters the ocean in a purple area. "This different colored water looks pretty cool huh?"
"Yeah it does, its really cool how its different colors like this."
"That's all thanks to the gemstones, plus all the minerals in the water is good for the wild life. Like this big guy." Shadow points to a very large snake, slithering across the top of the water. "Relax he's harmless, his size is merely a defense mechanism."
Silver shivers a bit. "A sea snake?...You better be right about him being harmless."
"Not exactly, he lives in the forest nearby. This oceans makes an excellent hunting ground for his kind and yes Im sure of it, watch." Shadow walks over to it. "Hello there." He smiles at it and offers it his hand, it then slithers up onto his shoulders and doesn't hurt him at all. "See, I told ya. He's a good snake." He scratches its head a bit and it gets comfortable.
"Oh I see, but snakes aren't exactly my favorite animal."
"Their not for a lot of people, but I like em. I think their cool and this guy is no exception." It then quickly grabs a fish from out of the water with a very quick strike and swallows it whole, still on Shadow's shoulders.
"Eww...How can it swallow its food whole? I never understood why they do that." Silver shivers a bit more.
"Well its mostly because they don't have any teeth other then the few at the front of their mouths, they couldn't chew there food even if they wanted to. Plus their bodies are a lot more stretchy then they look, this guy could probably eat something a lot bigger then that fish if he wanted too." It hisses a bit and Shadow feels the fish go down its long body, he laughs a little at it. "It feels weird."
"Eww...That just looks nasty...Its weird how you see what they eat going down." Silver keeps shivering at the very sight of it all.
"Whatever you say, by the way it look like you've got a little friend their too." There's a small, young tiger shark swimming around her feet.
"Huh?" Silver looks down and sees it. "Oh, its a little tiger shark."
"How fitting, I know its not an actual cat, but its named after one." Shadow smiles at it.
"Yeah, its cause it kinda has tiger stripes on it." Silver comments on its appearance.
"They all do." It brushes up against Silver's feet and legs a few times.
She gently brings it up to the surface. "At least this one is young, their not so bad."
"Its teeth are probably still sharp though, although I think it likes ya." The snake hisses in agreement.
"Yeah, but they wouldn't be as sharp as an adults shark's teeth." Silver smiles at the little shark.
The small shark then nuzzles its snout into her hand. "It seems friendly enough, I guess most if not all the wild life around here is non aggressive. Isn't that right snake?" Shadow scratches its head again and it hisses as a yes.
"Aww, its so cute. Like a little kitten." Silver smiles at the shark again and pets it.
"Its like I said, I wonder if all the gems and colors have a soothing effect on the animals around here." Shadow wonders.
"Maybe they do Shadow." Silver agrees.
"Well this is certainly a nice surprise, this is a great home for them in a lot of ways." The snake nuzzles against the side of Shadow's face a bit and the shark keeps nuzzling into Silver's hand.
She gently pets it. "Yeah, I agree."
Shadow gently scratches the snake's head again and it hisses contently, the shark also looks content.
"We should let this guys go back home or their families will be worried." Silver remembers they must have families too.
"Yeah, time to go home guys." Shadow lets the snake down and he hisses goodbye, then slithers off over the water. The shark gently nibbles Silver's fingers for a goodbye, then swims off into the deeper water. "Im gonna miss them."
"Yeah, but we couldn't take them with us. They belong here."
"I know, still that was a pleasant surprise. Now on another note, you cant check me." Shadow quickly goes under water and swims into the deeper water, he sees lots of different kinds of sea life.
"Hey wait." Silver dives under and swims after him.
Shadow hides in the darkness and laughs a bit.
Silver is able to hear him and follows his laughter.
Shadow stops laughing and stays in the darkness.
Then Silver goes up to the surface to breath. "Damn it, where is he?"
Meanwhile Shadow leaves the darkness for a minute and gently tickles her feet.
Silver giggles a bit and moves away.
Shadow stays behind her, underwater, so as not to be seen. Then he moves up a bit and tickles her legs.
Silver giggles more. "What's doing that?" She moves away again.
Shadow is careful to stay out of her sight, then moves up again and begins tickling her sides.
Silver giggles even more and finally knows who it is. "...Sh-Shadow..."
Then Shadow comes up to the surface behind her with a playful grin. "You called Silver."
"...You tickled me didn't you?"
"Who me? Im sure I have no idea what your talking about Silver." He plays innocent like she did with the face drawing back at the hotel.
She narrows her eyes at him. "Fine...I guess it was some pervert trying to take advantage of me and you weren't even there to protect me. How could you?" She fake cries, knowing it was him.
Shadow pulls her into a hug to try and make her feel better, but still knows she's faking it. "There, there Silver. Shadow's here now and he wont let anything bad happen to you."
She hugs him back and smiles. "Thank you Shadow. Oh and I know it was you, but I guess that's payback."
"And I knew you were faking it, but you are cute when you cry." He smiles back.
She giggles, flattered by his complement. "Thank you."
"Anytime."
"So what now?" Silver looks at him for an answer.
"Not sure, ya want a snow cone or something?" He looks back at her and offers.
"Okay, sure." She smiles at him again.
He returns the smile and they both swim back to shore. "You go over to our chairs, Ill go get us some snow cones. Be right back." He walks over to the snack bar.
"Okay." She goes to their chairs, sits down and lays back in one of them.
Meanwhile Shadow buys two snow cones in cherry and blue raspberry flavors, then walks back over to her.
Silver notices and turns to him. "Hey Shadow."
"Sup Silver, I got cherry and blue rasberry. Which one would you like?" He sits down in the chair next to hers.
"Mhm...Ill take cherry." She smiles as she makes her choice.
Shadow smiles back and hands her the cherry flavored snow cone, then takes a lick of his own.
Silver licks hers. "Mhhmm, this is so good."
"Yeah, but I think Marin makes em even better. At least that's what Blaze says." Shadow keeps licking his and enjoys the good weather.
"Oh I see." Silver smiles and soon finishes hers. "Ahh that was great, thank you Shadow."
He finishes his as well. "No problem Silver, good thing its such a nice day." He puts on his sunglasses.
"Yeah, it sure is." She smiles and puts on her own sunglasses.
"So...has this been a good enough honeymoon for ya? I wanna make sure that Im good husband for ya Silver."
"Of course it has Shadow, I couldn't have asked for anything better. Nothing could ruining today."
"It makes me feel good to hear you say that Silver, I love you more then anything. Your the best and you deserve the best."
She blushes and smiles at him. "I love you to Shadow, I couldn't ask for anyone else."
He blushes a bit and smiles back. "Same goes for me, I wouldn't want anyone else Silver."
"So lets relax a bit, then head back to the room okay?"
"Yeah, that sounds great. I know we already checked out, but we can always go back. Ive got plenty of money and that room isn't booked by anyone else for the next week." Shadow then lays back and relaxes.
Silver lays back and relaxes too.
The two of them stay there for a while, just enjoying the great weather, scenery and each other's company. As they do the beach begins to fill up with more and more people every so often.
"More people are coming, lets hope no one bothers us Shadow."
"I agree Silver, some people can be so bothersome."
"Yeah, lets just be careful."
"As long as we don't talk to any of them then they shouldn't talk to us, at least that's usually how it works."
"Some could come over to us Shadow, like ones who try to flirt with either of us." Silver explains to him.
"I know that, but we're married. Im sure that should be enough to get them to leave and if not I know we're stronger then everyone on this beach."
"Yeah, but still there's those who like to take what they cant have."
The darkness surges all around Shadow's body. "Let em try, Ill destroy anyone who even thinks about laying a hand on you."
"Woah, easy there Shadow. Don't lose your cool." She reminds him to calm down.
He makes it stop. "Sorry Silver, just thinking about something like that happening to you makes me kinda protective."
"Don't you think I'd feel the same if I saw girls flirting with you?"
"I know you would and its good that we both feel that way about each other."
"Yeah, it is." Silver smiles at him.
Shadow smiles back. "I may have been in heat the last time I said this, but your mine and only mine Silver. And vise versa."
She blushes. "Yeah, I feel the same way Shadow."
He blushes too. "Your scars may have healed, but that doesn't change a thing Silver."
"Yeah, I know. Im yours and your mine Shadow." She says with her usual smile.
And once again smiles back. "And no one else's, ever."
As they talk the beach gets even more crowded.
"Looks like more are on the way, not surprising since this is a very popular beach." Shadow raises his sunglasses and looks at all the new people.
"Yeah, I see why." Silver notices a group of two guys and two girls heading their way.
"Oh no, act natural and just ignore em." Shadow lowers his sunglasses back over his eyes and doesn't say anything else.
Silver keeps quiet as well, as the group comes closer to the two of them.
Shadow leans over and whispers to Silver. "Ya know I can just hide us in the darkness."
"No, they might notice if we just disappear like that. If they don't leave we can just make them." The group comes closer and stops in front of the couple.
Shadow turns to them. "Before you say anything, we're married. So beat it."
One of the girls snaps her fingers in frustration. "Damn it."
"You said it, marriage blows." One of the guys adds.
"Hold it, just because their married doesn't mean we cant still have a little fun." The other guy brings up.
"For sure, its just a dumb pact or whatever." The other girl adds in agreement.
"You'd better not try anything, because we will fight back." Silver threatens them.
"I got news for ya bitch, we're wizards too and we're no slouches in battle." The second girl retorts.
Shadow then stands up and takes his sunglasses off. "Woah, you do not talk to her like that!"
"Just take it easy dude, we're just trying to have some fun is all." The first guy backs off a bit.
"Well its not welcome here so hit the road before this gets painful." Shadow threatens them now.
"Oh it'll get painful, for you!" The first guy threatens right back.
Now Silver stands up too and takes her sunglasses off. "You just ticked off the wrong people. Prepare to be beaten."
"Bring it on, we don't mind getting what we want through force anyway." The first girl isn't intimidated at all.
"Fur sure, when we're done with you you'll be-" The first guy gets cut off by Shadow quickly kicking him in the stomach hard and sending him flying out over the water, the others are shocked by how fast it happened.
"Nice one Shadow, that's teaching them." Silver comments, happy by his sudden action.
"...Uhhh...Maybe we should back off..." The first girl declares, now totally scared.
"Yeah...this guy is something else..." The second guy agrees.
"Oh c'mon, it was just a lucky shot! We can take em!" The second girl is still not intimidated.
"Oh really? Magic Canceling." Silver cancels out their magic. "Now time to swim." She then teleports the three of them five feet above the sea and drops them in.
Shadow laughs. "That didn't take long at all. Good work Silver."
She giggles. "They were annoying me, lets hope they know now not to mess with us." She smiles.
Shadow smiles as well. "They were getting to me too and Im sure I hit that first one hard enough."
"Yeah, Im just glad their gone." Silver sits back down and relaxes.
Shadow does the same. "Ahhh, we make a great team."
"We sure do." Silver agrees.
"And Im sure we'll make an even better family."
Silver blushes and smiles. "Yeah, we will."
"So I know this probably isn't the best time, but any ideas for names? Ya know for the baby?"
"I really don't know, I haven't thought of any."
"That's okay, neither have I. I just wanted to know if you did or not."
"Well no I don't know, we can think about it later."
"Sounds okay, but what if its twins?" Shadow remembers and brings up.
"Oh, then I don't know."
"...Which would you prefer? Boy? Girl? Or twins?" Shadow gets curious.
"I don't mind how many or what they are." Silver answers with a smile.
Shadow smiles back. "Same."
"Well, you wanna head back?"
"Sure, this place is getting a little too crowded for me anyway." Shadow stands back up and starts to pack everything up.
After that's done, the two of them start heading back to their room. Shadow calls ahead to make sure its still ready for them.
"Shouldn't we change before we head back?" Silver remembers. "Or we can change in our room."
"Okay then." They keep going and after a while they make it back to the hotel and go back up to their room, as they burning sun begins to set.
Once they arrive Silver changes back into her normal clothes.
Shadow does the same with his darkness.
Silver lays down on the bed.
Shadow lays down next to her.
Then Silver cuddles into him.
Shadow wraps his arms around her.
"I love you Shadow."
"I love you to Silver."
"Good night my darling." She then closes her eyes and falls asleep.
"Sweet dreams my love." Shadow does the same soon after.
Silver snuggles into him in her sleep.
Shadow holds her close in his sleep and doesn't have any strange dreams that night.
So it looks like Shadow and Silver's honeymoon is going pretty well, but a darkness is still fast approaching and its not Shadow. A day will come in the near future when these two will lose the things they love the most, until then don't forget to fav and follow. Thanks as always.
