I Get This High

I get this high…

Burning, pulsing, constant throbbing. Nothing stops it, nothing can tame it. Not alcohol, not women, not Sam, nothing. It's there, constantly in my mind, constantly reminding me why I'm here, why it's here.

And I have to kill…

Demons, angels, ghosts, monsters, people, it doesn't matter. It will only be satisfied with blood, with death. I have to kill, I have to. It's the only thing that works, that stops the throbbing. It takes my mind off of it, off of what I've done, what I'm doing, what I'm going to do.

I mean I really, really need to kill.

The First Blade is perfect; it fits perfectly into my hand. The balance is the best I have ever felt, the teeth sharp without me having to lift a finger, and the killing power…It's the best blade I have ever held, ever will hold. And I need it. When it's not in my hands, not being used, I go crazy. I have to have it, have to find it, hold it, use it.
