Part 3.

Church.

The car ride was purely silent; so silent, that one could even taste it as well. As Yuichiro was driving, and Haruka was keeping her eyes firmly on the road, while in the back, the 4 boys stared out the window gazing at the passing cars, houses, and stores, Lan had an idea; to pass the time, they could play I spy after all, whenever the family would travel, they would play games that would interest them. Announcing that they could do just that, Haruka started.

"Alright, I spy with my little eye, something... Brown." The males thought for a moment as Alan looked around.

"Is it the car door?" He asked. The Hikari female shook her head.

"No. Try again."

"Is it the brown work truck that just passed us?" Megaman spoke but again, it was the wrong answer.

"Keep guessing."

Chaud then got a shot at it. "Is it those brown cows that we hear mooing?"

Smiling, she nodded giving him a thumbs up. "That's right, great job Chaud. How about you try this time?" Shrugging, he decided to play along besides, even though it was juvenile in his opinion, it wouldn't hurt to just take part in it. He smirked fixing his gaze on Lan.

"Okay, here goes. I spy with my little eye something that begins with an n and s." Now that was a little tough for the Hikaris to try to figure out. They all had on their thinking caps trying very hard to find out what began with the two letters. Couldn't stand the silence much longer, Chaud gave them a hint.

"Okay, you know how Megaman and Protoman are A.I which stands for Artifical Intelligence, for Lan, n.s stands for Natural Stupidity!" After that had been said, inside the automobile roared with laughter as the brunette tween looked at him with hot blazing anger while he on the other hand, just gave him a smug look; even Protoman had to snicker but kept it under the quiet; he always knew that his operator had a dry sense of humor, but this was by far the most funniest thing he ever heard. Lan stuck his tongue out.

"Meanie head."

"Why thank you, you say some of the most sweetest things." He said innocently but in a sarcastic tone as the younger one just rolled his eyes.

The church could be seen coming into full view as Dr. Hikari smiled turning into the parking lot seeing the many cars in their spaces. Finding the right one, everyone had got out finally able to stretch their legs. The dual haired teen gazed up in wonder at the large and tall building that stood proud right before him. Lan, picking up his amazement, chuckled.

"Wonderful isn't it? Welcome to the ACDC Town New Hope Baptist Church where each and every member whether new or have been here for quite sometime are members of the growing family." He finished as they all went inside where not only did it look appealing on the outside, but inside was packed!

People young and old alike, were all here as the choir sang their hearts out as warm welcome. Each oak brown bench was filled with 3 to 4 individuals at a time as they went further down where they had spotted Lan's friends who all waved; seeing Chaud, they grew surprised but still managed to smile except for Yai though, who turned away blushing as Maylu giggled; she was the only one who knew that the 8 year old had a secret crush on the Vice President for quite sometime but was too shy to just admit it. But seeing the sight of both Navis in their copy-bot forms, shocked faces could be seen as Mega winked and grinned.

Chaud soon slowly sat down looking all around his surroundings; everyone sat there waiting for the priest to arrive everywhere grew quiet. An old woman who's bench was next to the Hikaris, gazed at the young prodigy; crystal blue eyes sparkled as she winked at him who then blushed holding his head slightly down not used to so many people especially the elderly senior who would just not stop staring at him until the Priest finally set foot onto the podium overlooking the crowd smiling his grand smile ever.
