Thanks for the reviews guys. Chapter you've been waiting for. Hope you enjoy it :)
Charlie stood to her feet and walked into the kitchen. She smiled and wrapped her arms around Brax's waist as he closed the fridge "You miss me today?"
Brax turned in her hold and wrapped his arms around her waist "I miss you always" he placed a soft kiss on her lips. He smiled as he thought about what he had planned for her that coming weekend "How about we order some Thai and slouch in front of the TV?"
"Sounds perfect" replied Charlie
…
Charlie frowned as she lifted her head from Brax's chest, her eyes locking against his "I thought you had the day off today" she all but pouted, having expected they would be spending the only day they both had off all week at the same time together
Brax smiled down at her, bringing his hands up he brushed her hair from her face, tucking it behind her ear with a gesture so soft Charlie couldn't help but simpered up at him "I do" he replied "But I have a meeting in the city with some suppliers"
Charlie exhaled "What's wrong with the ones we got, and we only just got them a few months ago"
Brax nodded "I know but, these guys are offering the exact same thing but cheaper. I just want to go meet with them it shouldn't take too long"
"How long is not too long?" asked Charlie
Brax chuckled "I don't know babe but I promise I will try and be as quick as I can and then you have me for the rest of the day"
"Can't you get out of it?" Her blue eyes widening puppy like, her bottom lip stuck out towards him
Running his thumb over her bottom lip, Brax shook his head "Unfortunately I can't, It's the only time they're free for another month"
"Fine" Charlie's shoulders sagged "I guess if you really have to go"
Brax nodded "I do. I'm sorry" leaning his head to hers; he took her lips in a gentle kiss "I promise I'll make it p to you"
"Fine" placing her head back on his chest, Charlie pondered on what to fill her day with while Brax was at his meeting
Placing his hand under her chin, Brax lifted her head till she was looking at him "I've still got a little over an hour to spend. It would be a shame to waste that time don't you think"
Charlie cocked her eyebrow and pursed her lips at him "Uh no. If I'm gonna be by myself all day then you're not getting any"
Brax couldn't help but chuckle "That's a bit unfair don't you think"
Charlie shook her head "Nope. Sorry no action this morning"
Brax nodded and lay unspoken for a moment before he looked down at her with a grin that had Charlie wary of what he was going to do.
"Brax whatever you're thinking, don't…"
Not allowing her finish what she was saying Brax flipped her over, covering her body with his. A giggle fell from Charlie's lips as she looked up at him
"Seduction isn't going to work" she shook her head
Brax cocked an eyebrow "Let's see if you'll be saying that in about 30 seconds" he winked before taking her lips in his
…
Walking into the living room, Brax looked over at Ruby and Casey who were both sat on the couch, bowl of cereal in hand
"Morning" he spoke before making his way into the kitchen. Opening the fridge he lifted out the bottle of apple juice and closed the fridge only to jump back as Ruby was now stood in front of him; a wide grin plastered on her face
"Crap Rubes" Brax shook his head as he let out a breath "Near enough gave me an heart attack"
"Thats cause you're getting old" shouted Casey from the living room
"Shut it you" replied Brax and Ruby rolled her eyes
"Ok moving onto more important things, are you excited?" she widened her eyes almost jumping up and down on the spot
Brax chuckled as he unscrewed the apple juice and took a huge gulp "Obviously not as much as you" he said screwing the lid back on
Casey walked into the kitchen "You haven't seen anything. She was up half the night going over everything. I swear you would think you were proposing to her not Charlie"
Shut up" Ruby slapped his chest before turning back to Brax "She doesn't suspect anything does she?"
Brax shook his head unable to hide his amusement at how excited Ruby was "I don't think so"
"You sure? Because mum can sometimes pick up on these sort of things" said Ruby
Walking to the sink Casey dropped his bowl "The only one that's likely to give anything away right now is you" he grinned at Ruby and back away in fear of her going for him again
Brax shook his head "I need to go get dressed and head off. Heaths gonna be here soon" he pointed at Casey "Remember, meet us at the bus stop in front of the gardens at one; not later" he turned back to Ruby "Just keep Charlie occupied till I call her and try not to kill this one before he leaves" he pointed at Casey who scowled at him
"Mum I can do, not bunking Casey off I can't promise to"
Brax chuckled "Just don't go getting any blood on the floor"
"Oh thanks" Casey scoffed in offence as Brax walked back into his and Charlie's room
He looked at Ruby and grinned before tentatively walking towards her "Have I ever told you how beautiful you look in the morning"
Shaking her head Ruby laughed out loudly "You're such an idiot" she spoke through her smile. She sighed as her smile deepened "Todays is gonna be amazing for mum"
Case nodded as he pulled her into his arms "Yeah and hopefully they'll stay in the city for the weekend so we'll get the house to ourselves" he cocked a suggestive eyebrow at her, his Braxton grin on display
Ruby bit into her bottom lip as she tried to stop the emerging smile on her face "Babe the only thing you'll be doing is spending some alone time in your room thinking about how you could be a much better boyfriend to me" placing a quick kiss on his lips she edged out of his hold and made her way down the hall
"I can do that while you're in the room with me" Casey called after her and Ruby couldn't help but giggle
"Not a chance" she called out before walking into her room
…
"I know we're not Brax, but you could at least pretend to be happy to spend some time with us" said Bianca as she, Ruby and Charlie walked up the beach heading for the diner
Charlie sighed "Sorry. No I am happy to be spending time with you guys is just…" she shrugged "No offence but I spend a lot of time with you… especially lately with me and Brax having to cover all these different shifts"
"You still see each other at work right?"
Charlie nodded at Bianca's question "But it's not the same as locking ourselves in our room and…"
Ruby coughed loud enough to get Charlie's attention "For the love of everything good; please don't finish that sentence. I think Bianca gets what you're trying to say and me… unfortunately"
Bianca laughed and Charlie chuckled "Daughter of mine get your mind out of the gutter. I was gonna say spend some time together" Charlie tried to cover unconvincingly
Ruby rolled her eyes "Yeah, I'm sure those were the words making their way out of your mouth" she replied sarcastically as they walked into the diner.
"So whose buying today?" asked Charlie and Bianca and Ruby looked to her, both smiling letting her know she had pulled the short straw "What why me again?"
Bianca and Ruby laughed
"Simply because you are out numbered by the two of us" said Bianca "I'll have a spicy chicken fajita with chips"
"And I'll have the beef burger with chips" smiled Ruby before she and Bianca made their way over to an available table
Turning to the counter Charlie all but pouted as Irene smiled at her. Having heard the exchange between the three of them Irene couldn't help but laugh
"I see you pulled the short straw"
Charlie nodded "Yeah it seems so" a smile graced her face now "And just for that I think I would like to make Bianca's spicy chicken fajita extra spicy" she grinned from ear to ear now and Irene shook her head and she chuckled
"Just because I would like to see the look on her face, I'll put that order through for you"
Charlie beamed "Thank you and I'll have just a chicken salad please"
"Ok darl. I'll come over in a bit and take your drink orders"
Charlie nodded "Thanks"
…
Watching Charlie talking to Irene, Bianca turned to face Ruby "Is it only me or are you finding it really hard keeping this from her?"
Ruby exhaled seeming relived by Bianca's revelation "I thought it was just me. I keep having to think about what I say before I say it just so I don't go and give anything away" she glanced in Charlie's direction before turning back to Bianca "Has Heath called you at all?"
Bianca nodded "Yeah everything is going good on their end apart from the fact that he forgot the fairy lights at home, so we'll have to take that with us on our way down"
"And we're still leaving straight after Charlie?"
"Yep" answered Bianca and as she saw Charlie approaching she quickly changed the conversation and looked up at Charlie
"We were just saying, we could go into the city today and catch a movie. What do you think?"
"Actually Brax said he would try and speed things up in the city so we could spend a little time together tonight" replied Charlie "But we could go to the movies tomorrow" said Charlie
Bianca scoffed "Being put on the back burner for your boyfriend. I never thought I would see the day Buckton"
Charlie swatted Bianca's arm "Don't say it like that. You'll make me feel bad"
Bianca chuckled "You know I'm joking, plus I know I can't give you the satisfaction Brax can"
Gagging loud enough for Charlie and Bianca to turn to her, Ruby's nose was upturned in discomfort "I really need to make more friends… preferably ones my own age, because the both of you are just inappropriate"
Charlie and Bianca gasped in offence "You make us sound like we're old and graying" said Bianca "And don't think I don't hear what you and April are talking about when you're both giggling like crazy in her room. Those walls aren't that thick missus"
Ruby's brown eyes widened as a blush crept up from her neck to her cheek and Charlie groaned
"Ok, I don't want to know. As far as I'm concerned you are still my innocent little girl" Charlie smiled and Bianca laughed
"Let me tell you, your innocent little girl isn't very innocent. The other day she was just telling April about…"
"Stop" both Ruby and Charlie speaking simultaneously and Bianca burst out laughing causing a few heads to turn in their direction
"Sorry, I guess neither of you want me sharing that detail"
"Not particularly, no" said Charlie
Ruby picked up the menu and buried her head inside it "So I might just go and order our drinks instead of waiting" she stood to her feet "Usual?" she asked both Bianca and Charlie, her blush still evident
Nodding their heads Bianca and Charlie watched he go before turning to one another, Bianca laughing once again
…
Now back at the house Bianca glanced up at the time before glancing at Ruby who was also watching the time. It had just gone past four and Brax had said he would call Charlie at past three, considering she still had to drive down to the city; giving that she agreed to meet him
Both solwly dragging their eyes back to the film they were watching, their heads napped over to Charlie as her phone started ringing. Both sitting up on the couch, while trying to keep calm; they watched Charlie attentively
"It's Brax" Charlie smiled as she picked up the phone "Hy. Please tell me you're on your way back home"
Sitting in the car with Heath, Brax shook his head "Babe sorry but it's taking longer than I thought. They were late showing so I'm gonna be a while yet"
Charlie sighed "How long exactly?" her shoulders sagged
"I'm not too sure" replied Brax a grin on his face as he spoke "But I think I've figured out a way for us to still spend some time together"
Charlie's forehead creased "How?" she sighed disbelievingly
"What if you come and meet me down in the city. And after I get done here we can make a night of it. I'll feed you, maybe even take you dancing"
Charlie shuffled on the couch "Dancing?" she grinned "You must be feeling real bad if you're actually offering to take me dancing" her fingers twisting the bottom of her shirt
Brax chuckled "What can I say. I'm just tryna keep you happy. So what do you say?"
Charlie chewed on her bottom lip as if he could see her contemplating the answer she already knew would come "Fine" she spoke, trying to edge reluctance into her voice "But you best make it worth my while Braxton"
"I wouldn't give you anything less" replied Brax. He blew out a breath as another part of the plan had seemingly fallen into place "So meet me on Alexander Street at seven?"
Charlie nodded as if he could see her "See you then" she smiled as she dropped the phone
"Why do I get the feeling you are about to ditch us?" said Bianca
Charlie jumped to her feet "Because I am" she grinned "I've kind of got a date so…" she glanced between both Ruby and Bianca "I'm gonna start getting ready"
Bianca and Ruby watched her leave before both blowing out a breath
"Thank God he called, I was starting to think something had gone wrong" said Bianca as she stood to her feet. She smiled as she thought of what the night held for Charlie "She really deserves this"
Ruby nodded "More than anyone I know" standing to her feet Ruby switched off the DVD. "We best go help her out"
…
"Ruby can you get me my flats" Charlie looked down at the silver pumps on her feet "No way am I driving all the way to the city in these"
Ruby already emerging with a pair of flats, handed them the Charlie "I had a feeling you would say that"
Charlie smiled as slipped out of her pumps and into her flats "Much better" she looked up at the time "Are Casey and Heath not back yet. How long does it take to catch a fish?" Charlie had been feed the story of Heath and Casey planning a day of fishing hence their absence
Bianca and Ruby glanced at one another "Who knows. If Heath as any say in what they do, he'll have pulled the boat up at some bush, set fire and cooked the fish right there"
Charlie laughed "I could actually imagine Heath doing that" she spoke as she picked up her cluck that she had placed down on the couch "Ok, I'm gonna head off" she placed a kiss on Ruby's temple
"Now you will both behave right?" she tried to keep her face straight
"Shut up and get going" said Bianca
Charlie smiled "See you later" at with that she shut the door behind her.
Waiting to hear the sound of the engine drifting down the road, Ruby all but squealed, as she raced into her room "Come on we have to get dressed"
Bianca chuckled at Ruby's excitement as she followed her down the hall, herself also excited by the thought of how Brax was going to propose
Brax had received a call form Bianca over an hour ago saying Charlie had left. Now dressed in his dress pants and a dark blue shirt, rolled up at the his arms; he sat in his car on the street he had asked her to meet him. He closed his eyes briefly and blew out a breath, trying to calm his speeding heart rate. He didn't want Charlie sensing how nervous or overly excited he was
Glancing ahead, his gaze shot back to the blue car that parked on the opposite side of the road. He watched as she opened the door and with grace that always blew his away she stopped out of the car, near enough unraveling the little amount of his nervousness he had managed to keep under control
Her little over chin length hair stood at its natural volume, the little wind blowing slightly through its subtle, soft waves. Her dark blue off shoulder dress clung to her curves till it hit her waist with a diamond trim and then fell loose, stopping just above her knee. He had to chuckle as she kicked off her flats placed them in the car and stepped into her silver pumps.
Not willing to have her waiting, he took in a deep breath before stepping out of His Ute. He dug out his phone as he watched her eyes searching her surrounding, a worry line evident in the crease of her forehead. Dialling her number he watched as she dug into her phone, and saw the breath she let out as she looked to the screen
"Hope you're not thinking I ditched you" he spoke into the phone as she picked up. He cherished the smile that made way to her face
"No" replied Charlie "I was actually just thinking how I hope my other boyfriend doesn't catch me out with you tonight" she grinned, her eyes searching for him
Brax chuckled "Well if we do happen to bump into him, I guarantee you he'll have to fight me for you. Now way am I letting go of you"
Finally her eyes caught him and even from a distance he knew she was blushing
"With a speech like that Mr Braxton, you might not have to fight for me" Charlie dropped the phone and made her way to him. Her steps unknown to her mesmerizing Brax
As she stopped in front of him, Brax's eyes travelled past every part of her body, taking in her beauty. He looked to her face to see her grinning, and he couldn't help his own grin "What?"
Charlie eyed him, much in the same way he had her "You do know people will be thinking we did this on purpose" he pointed to his dark blue shirt, that was the exact same shade as her dress
Brax chuckled and pulled her close "Or they'll be thinking we obviously have impeccable taste" he eyed her again before placing a slow kiss on her lips "You look incredible"
That blush returned and he ran his thumb over her cheek, just below her left eye "I'm thinking all these lovely diners would very much prefer not to see what it is that I want to do to you right now…" he grinned "So I should probably feed you as a way of distracting myself"
Charlie giggled and placed her hand in Brax's "You probably should"
…
She frowned as they passed the lined up restaurants on the street "Er Brax, we're we going" she glanced back at the restaurants they had just passed
"Just wait and see" said Brax holding onto her hand
"Babe theses shoes were not made for walking long distance" said Charlie and Brax chuckled
"Don't worry we're nearly there now"
Walking for what was only half a minute more Brax came to a stop with Charlie "Here we are"
Looking at the restaurant they now stood in front of, Charlie fought to pick her fallen jaw off the ground. Glancing in between Brax and the restaurant, her blue eyes only seemed to widen
"We're eating here?" she pointed at the restaurant and Brax nodded with a chuckle
"This is the place" he pulled her forward almost like she was in a trance. He smiled at the young boy that opened the door for them and guided Charlie in with his hand on the small of her back
Coming to a stop, Charlie turned to him "I know I seemed upset that we didn't get to spend the earlier part of today together but babe, I have heard of this place. It's like God knows how much just for a bottle of water" she shook her head "Let's go somewhere else, I don't want you spending all this…"
Interjecting, Brax shook his head "Too late, tables already book" and at that moment a neatly put together brunette of a lady approached
Smiling at the lady, Brax gave his name and her smile grew as she looked to Charlie
"Right this way" she guided them through the restaurant, Charlie to enchanted by their all too spectacular surrounding to say a word.
"Here we are" the lady smiled up at the both of them "I hope you enjoy your evening"
Snapping out of her trance, Charlie only then realised that they had been lead to the back of the restaurant, somehow secluded from the other diners but yet it seemed they had been given the most perfect spot
"Babe are you planning on eating while standing"
"Uhhh…" Charlie turned to Brax to see him stood with her chair pulled out. Sitting down slowly she placed her clutch down on the table. She looked to Brax as he sat down "You didn't have to do this Brax"
"You may not know this yet but, you are the most important person in my life so yes, from time to time I will spoil you like you deserve"
Charlie simpered up at him, and slid her hand across the table and into his "I don't deserve you"
Brax nodded "No you don't. You deserve much more"
…
Walking out of the restaurant, her arm hooked in Brax's Charlie smiled and inhaled the cooling nights air "That was great Brax"
Bra smiled "I figured that much when you devoured that dessert as if you had been on a fast since the start of the year"
Charlie laughed into the wind and she hit him lightly on the chest "It would have been rude not to appreciate it the way I did"
Brax shook his head and he veered her in the opposite direction to where they had parked their cars
"Brax we parked that way"
"I know but we're not going home just yet"
Charlie grinned "Are you actually taking me dancing?" looking down at her shoes she frowned "Actually I'm not too sure I can do much dancing in these"
Brax shook his head and chuckled "Not exactly. This is better than dancing...I hope" he glanced at her before returning his gaze on the path ahead
"So where we going?" asked Charlie
"Just though we could take a walk before heading back home"
Charlie nodded "A walk would be nice actually, but not sure I'm gonna last in these heels" she watched Brax through squinted eyebrows. Although he hadn't been quiet back at the restaurant, he most definitely wasn't his usual cheeky self. It almost seemed as if he was worrying about something, and the numerous times he had checked his watch hadn't helped either
"How did the meeting with the suppliers go today?" she asked. Wondering if that was what was on his mind
Brax nodded "Good, but I don't think they're the ones for us"
She let Brax steer their direction, till her eyes caught sight of a place that not only looked but felt familiar. She allowed her gaze follow the path they were now walking along and it dawned on her where they were. Unsure if Brax knew she turned to him
"Brax this is…"
As they turned that corner and the park came into view Brax interjected "The park we first met" he grinned at the look on her face before pulling her forward, walking into the park
Unable to believe she was back there, Charlie greedily took in their surroundings, the events of that day playing out as vivid as the present. Her eyes shone with the past as she and Brax came to a standstill at the bench, the bench she had taken refuge on for what had only been minutes at the most but had made a lifetime of a difference, to the person she had been and the person she had become. A crooked smile embed itself on her lips as she remembered almost as if watching it now. The way she had carried her blue taunted bag over packed with clothes, as she hunched onto the pale wooden bench. She recalled the summer wind blowing through her hair, the sun proving too much for her. And then there was him, Brax the boy in the orange jumpsuit. Her crooked smile lifted higher as she remembered how their somewhat hostile beginning had turned into something she would later never forget. Even the young version of herself had been unable to disregard those green eyes of his that seemed to see more than she wanted the world to know. Not knowing how long she had been stood soaking in that past event, she looked up at Brax as she felt him squeeze her hand
Brax looked down at her with a smile; he knew what she was running through her mind. Seeing that park earlier that day he had stood in this very spot replaying a part of his past that he had and would forever be thankful for "You recognise this bench" a statement not a question
Charlie exhaled "How could I forget" This was the spot she began making steps to mending her life. Her eyes locked against Brax's, she stepped to him till her hands were resting on his chest "It was the first time I met you. I could never forget that"
Brax grinned down at her, his fingers caressing her cheek before he tucked away hair that the wind had blown to her face "I wanted to make this special for you, and this was the only place I could think of that I know means as much to you as it does me"
Charlie's eyebrows creased together as she looked at him questioningly, she sensed he was talking about more than just spending some much needed time together. But before she could ask she heard a gasp travel through the wind and realised it had escaped from her lips. the darkness that had surrounded them before had now been edged away by scattered fairy light, weaved around the wooden barriers of the park; beaming like stars. Never had a sight seemed more breath taking. She turned to Brax Who had now stepped away from her, his eyes watching her with tenderness that made her want to pull him close
"Brax whats going on?" he didn't seem at all surprised by the lights
Clearly his throat Brax blew out a breath; 'this is it' he thought to himself. Digging one hand into his pocket he held Charlie's in the other
"I had never really seen myself as the type to get married or even commit…" he swallowed hard "That was until you"
Charlies eyes widened with tears, her hand now trembling in his as she figured out what was about to happen. Her gaze locked with his and she couldn't have looked away if she tried
"Since the day I have met you in this very park you made this world, my world seem more bearable but that was nothing compared to how I felt when I found you again. You looked past my appearance in a way no one had before and you made me believe. I'm pretty sure I don't deserve you but here you are with me…" he gave her a shaky smile, Charlies free hand held to her chest, her lips pursed trying to stop the tears she knew would eventually fall "And as selfish as this may be of me, I want to be the only man to make you laugh that way you do, the only man that you wake up to for the rest of your life, the only man that gets to hold you in his arms and the only man that gets to feel your lips on his" slowly dropping her hand he pulled his other out of his pocket, producing a ring box; his gaze never wavering from hers "Charlotte Marie Buckton…" slowly dropping down to one knee he opened up the box and Charlies breath hitched through her giggle at the sight of it
"I ask in this very place in which you first entered my life that you make me incredibly happy and say you will stay with me forever" taking the ring from the box, he place the box down next to him and held the ring to her "Will you marry me?"
If there had ever been a time when she had felt as wanted as she did in that moment or as loved, Charlie couldn't remember it. Her gaze danced over the ring before they locked with Brax
"The only possible answer to your question is Yes" she nodded her head wholeheartedly and chuckled as a tear fell "Of course I'll marry you" before Brax could get to his feet Charlie squealed and lowered herself to his level, her arms swinging around his neck, their lips joining with new intimacy
Pulling back from the kiss Brax grinned down at her, the full force of his grin perfectly displaying the dimples that could bring the strongest of women to their knees.
He and Charlie turned at the applause and only then had they realised that they had drawn to them a small audience looking into the park that was beautifully lit
"Seems we're a little popular" said Charlie as she turned back to Brax, a blush now settled on her cheeks
Brax's grin still placed, he held the ring up "Are you not wanting this because if not I can just take it back"
Charlie swatted his chest and held her hand out "In your dreams" she smiled as he slipped the ring onto her finger. A squeal startling Charlie so strongly she jumped, had her looking away from her ring, only to see Ruby making her way towards them. She looked to Brax surprised as he pulled her to her feet not long before Ruby near enough knocked her back down with the force of her hug
...
Pacing from their hidden place, Ruby rushed towards Charlie and Brax, till she engulfed her mother in a hug that had them both staggering back. Pulling back she smiled up at Charlie "I told him he had nothing to worry about"
Charlie looked from Ruby to Brax and saw Bianca, Heath and Casey approaching
"Everyone's here?" she asked looked at Brax
"Yeah. How else do you think I was able to get all this sorted?" he smiled at Charlie as she turned to Bianca who edged around Brax and pulled her into a hug
"I'm so happy for you"
Charlie smiled as she returned Bianca's hug "Thank you"
"Congrates bro" Heath and Brax embraced in their famous Braxton hug as did Brax and Casey before they stepped to Charlie
"I hope you know what you've just agreed to Buckton" said Heath as he gave her a hug
Charlie chuckled "I think I have somewhat of an idea"
She smiled at Casey as he to gave her a hug "Really happy for you guys"
"Thanks Casey"
Charlie looked over at Brax to see Ruby hugging him. She smiled as she saw Ruby whisper something into his ears and Brax chuckled "Good to know you're team Braxton" he said to Ruby before he looked over at Charlie, their smiles resembling one another
Charlie took another look around the park "I can't believe you guys did all this" she chuckled and turned to Brax "You didn't have a meeting with new suppliers today did you?"
Heath scoffed before Brax could say a word "I wish he did. Big guy brought us down here to clean the park. Apparently that was the agreement your smart guy over here struck up. We clean in exchange of exclusive usage of the park tonight"
Charlie, Bianca and Ruby chuckled and Brax shook his head
"What Heath means is, me and Casey cleaned while he moaned"
"I cant believe you both knew all day and you didn't tell me or at lest drop a hint"
"Are you kidding" said Bianca "We give you an inch, you'll have been demanding a whole mile. Plus we were sworn to secrecy"
Charlie shook her head and smiled
"And we had to get this" Brax took hold of her hand and pulled her closer to the bench before pointing to a small gold plate embedded in the arm to the chair, the smooth texture to the eyes contradicting with that of the warn bench
Looking closer, Charlie felt a gush of air travel from her lungs, her hand flying to her mouth at the words engraved in it "From Daryl to Charlotte. Love you always"
She stood straight and turned to him, her eyes brimming with tears of overwhelming joy "Have I ever told you how much I love you" she said bringing her hand to his chest, as he wound his arms around her waist
Brax nodded with a smile "Once or twice"
"Well I'll tell you again. I love you with all my heart Daryl Braxton"
Hope you guys found that proposal good enough. I know you've all been looking forward to it. Remember Read & Review :)
