"Lord Tashio" Her voice cracked as she entered the room he was in.

"Kagome, what are you doing here so late, what's wrong? Where is Sesshomaru?" How did she get there?

"With Lily."

"Lily, why?" Concern graced his face.

"Lord Tashio, please forgive me" Kagome went to her knees and bowed her head,

"For what child?"

"I can't do this" She whispered,

She looked up at him "I thought since I since I cared for him that I could do this, but its because I care that I can not."

"Kagome, I don't understand my child."

"Please Lord Tahio, I am ready to accept the shame, please allow me to return home and take up my name."

His lips parted "You want to divorce him?"

Kagome cried "Please."

Lord Tashio placed a hand on her bowed head and called forth his wives.

His wives took her home and into her mother's arms. It was storming, and they all got soaked and wet. They gave their blessing, and Kagome's house took her back without question. But it would not all be easy for Kagome, for what she was doing was shameful, and the men of her house were not understanding.

"I will deal with the media," Lord Tashio said,

"I will talk to Inuyasha" His human wife spoke,

"I will go see our son" His demon wife departed.

Inuyasha freaked out, and Kikyo rushed back the shrine that very night. Kagome cried in her sister's arms and begged for forgiveness.

"Kagome I am not angry with you."

Kagome heaved as Kikyo rocked her on the floor.

"Kagome you have got to calm down."

Kagome then threw up.

The family doctor came and gave her something to calm her nerves, which put her right to sleep. Kikyo returned to her husband the same night.

"I told him I was going to laugh at him she left him"

"Inuyasha this isn't funny, where is your brother."

"Hell if I know, mother said with some bitch named Lily, serves him right, for the smart one he sure is dumb, I told him Kagome wasn't going to go for a double mating."

"So he was going to mate Lily?"

"I dunno, why else would he be with the bitch instead of his own wife?"

"Did when not just go through this on our honeymoon?" She sighed, she hoped they were not making a big mistake.

"Yeah, and didn't we tell him not go snooping around along with other women, besides this ain't all its about Kikyo."

"I know."

"He is a coward."

"He is afraid, not a coward" Kikyo corrected.

"Whose side are you on?"

"Both!" Kikyo paced "Both" She sat down "I am too tired for this."

"Wonder what my brother is going to do when he finds out my father ok'ed this."

Kikyo wondered how long it would take for him to find out, but she was sure she would know when he did.

The next morning Kagome woke, and instantly tears came to her eyes, he didn't come.

"Kagome dear I brought you some food" Her mother entered.

Kagome sat up "I'm sorry mother."

"Shh, you need to eat."

Kagome looked down at the food "I don't feel like it."

"You must."

Kagome took her chopsticks and picked up some egg and chewed on it for what seemed like forever.

"Do you think he knows?"

"Kagome, if you loved him why did you leave him?"

"Because I love him" She dropped her chopsticks and buried her face in her hands. Her tummy turned "I'm going to be sick."

"Oh Kagome" Her mother was sad for her daughter. She has hoped the two would naturally fall for one another.

"What if mates her now" Kagome cried in her mother's arms "I'm going to be sick."

Now she really was feeling ill.
