The night seemed to fast-forward once the meal arrived. We had fun on the dance floor, but it really entailed me teaching her how to dance the salsa, and failing miserably. Nearing ten I leaned towards Stephanie. "Let's head back home. But first I need to attempt to pay my cousin."
Steph laughs. "If he's anything like you Ranger, that is not going to happen." She smiled up at me.
I sent Steph outside and go to find my cousin. "Alright, what's the bill?"
Ric laughed at me. "Ella's Chocolate cake at the reunion."
"Deal."
