Anna the Viking XD: Yes it will be gruesome. :D

reespect- I don't really know what time period it takes place in. o.O I never thought about that. I would think that…Soul Eater takes place in the Outsiders time? I don't think I'm going to have the gang come to the school until graduation time for Pony.

Translations~ (I used google translate…so sorry if it's off)

Giocare con me: Play with me

The two stepped off the plane and into Venice, Italy. It was already dark outside and they still need to find a way to get on the island. They knew that it wouldn't be cheap at all. It took another hour before they actually convinced a fisherman to take them there.

Right when they stepped on the island they felt their hairs stand up. The roars of a motor started and the fishermen left in a hurry.

I guess that we're trapped here until tomorrow. Ponyboy said to himself. Out in the distance they heard the man that dropped them there shout at them: "Talk to me if you survive after this!" Well, that didn't make them feel any better.

The island was green, totally covered in weeds, trees, and odd plants. The two walked and through a fence.

Ponyboy's POV…

The first step that I took in a room on the island, I felt something. Something dark and sinister…something evil… I looked at my arms finding that it was covered in Goosebumps and the hairs stood up to its pull length. My back and the back of my neck started sweating even though I was cold. It was so cold in here. My eyes shifted back and forth in the room.

The room's walls were covered in graffiti of weird faces and Italian words that I don't understand. The ground was covered in a heavy layer of dust that made my nose tickle. There were a few iron beds that were left without a mattress in the center of the room and by those beds; there was something that stained the ground red. Besides the graffiti, the wall was also tearing and most of the wall was molding. Although the room was shaded a calming violet, you could feel eyes staring daggers in your back. This room was the hospital.

I saw something move out of the corner of my eyes. It wasn't Waldis, for she was standing still on the opposite side that came from where I saw the movement. I snapped my head over to whatever moved and my eyes widened.

Their was a black mist, hovering by the roof, and it was slowly moving to a corner of the room. It was a large mass of mist. So big, that it could probably drape over Darry and cover him completely. From behind me, I heard a loud bang. Now, I repeat again. Waldis did not move.

I snapped my head to the noise for a second (nothing was there) and turned my head back to the black mist. It was gone. I looked around the room, and didn't find it. I looked at Waldis, seeing that she was oddly pale and showed one emotion that was barely shown. Fear.

Waldis had turned around when I wasn't looking. She was now staring at something behind me. Directly behind me. I turned too but saw nothing. I gave her a questioning glance and she pointed to my shadow. I gave her a more questioning glanced but seeming the situation we were in, I looked. I saw a shadow that wasn't mine. In connected to me and mirrored my movements. But it wasn't mine. It looked nothing like me. And we were in a room with no windows and there was not enough light for shadows.

I whimpered as the shadow started moving on its own, reaching up for me. A little part of me wanted to touch it but the other part of me screamed "No!" I grabbed Waldis's wrist and ran for the exit.

Once we were outside, I felt a bit relaxed but the feeling of dread was still on me. I knew that we were more safety out here then in there. More safety is good.

Waldis looked at me, panting out of breath, still fear-stricken.

"I should have listened to you." Was all she said. I thought about calling Lord Death to pick us up, but we needed a reflection or a window. There weren't any. We are truly stuck here until tomorrow when the fisherman picks them up.

"We need to find the kishin and fast." I said. She nodded but asked me where we would find him.

"I think I know where." I answered back. It was a high possibility that the mad doctor is the kishin. But we have to pass a lot of places to get to the belltower.

It was then, when I looked at my hands, that I saw red on them. I grabbed onto Waldis with my hands. It was clean before that. I looked at Waldis's wrist and saw her whole arm was pouring out blood.

I quickly went into action, just like Darry taught me to do when it comes to injuries, and took out a small medical box that Spirit, Maka's father, forced everyone to bring on missions. I cleaned up her wounds, as best as I can for now, and noticed all of the scratch marks on her arms. I looked at it questionably. She was not bitten or even touched by an animal…so….what was it? I shrugged it off, putting the matter for later and wrapped up her arm.

After I finished, we started off again. I was still…off…but I think that it is just the experience that I felt in that room.

We ran into a long hallway with a lot of doors on one side. In most of the rooms, the roofs had collapsed. We still quickly walked down the hallway, until we reached this one room. It was the only room without a collapsed ceiling. We stopped in front of it and instantly I head a child's laughter.

'Giocare con me…' The voice whispered. I blinked and my eyes widened at what I saw in the room.

A little girl with soulless voids for eyes, bloody pale translucent skin, curly dark brown hair, bare feet, and a blood drenched gown was holding out her hand to me. She kept repeating those three words that I can not understand and sometimes smiling wickedly and laughing. She inched towards me and I shakily took a step back.

Waldis seemed to notice the girl to and she quickly ran off without me. I turned back to the girl, hoping she disappeared, but she had not. She was face to face with me. She opened her mouth wide and screamed bloody murder. I screamed too. If you didn't scream at that point, you're crazy. I ran after Waldis in a scurry.

I found her inn front of an old, rusty, ladder, staring up. I joined her, and looked back. The girl didn't follow. While I was running, I felt something right behind me. It sent shivers down my spine.

I glanced up the ladder like she was and heard movement. Yep, the kishin was up there. We glanced at each other nervously and for our safety, she turned into her weapon which I held in one hand and climbed with the other. The ladder cracked weakly and I nervously looked up. I was halfway up. A few more steps up… I was finally up. As soon as I was up, I noticed a figure staring at me.

It was a large man with a long, white, beaked mask, as though it was a bird. In one hand, there was a butcher's knife and the other, a drill. He didn't look at all stronger then the other kishins, but I might be wrong.

I got ready in my position, ready for any attack of a 180 degree radius. My black swords gleamed under the poor lighting.

As though he was reading my mind, the kishin somehow got behind me. How was it that fast? My eyes widened as I used one of my blades to block the butcher knife. A drill came to life and I soon used my other sword to block the drill. I heard a yelp from Waldis. The vibrations of the drill was breaking the sword and hurting Waldis. I tried rolling out of the way but a white mist came up my legs and held me to the spot. Blood started to seep out of the cracks of my swords and I knew that she wouldn't be able to hold it much longer.

I felt a kick to my side and I yelped in pain. The kick was so hard that it flung me to a brick wall. The wall broke out of age and I was soon freefalling.

This is it…I'm dead… I felt the momentum rising and gravity pushing on me.

I felt a painful tug on my right arm and opened my eyes that I just now realized were closed. Waldis was holding my hand, hanging half body off the clock tower. Her face looked strained and our hands stared to swat and become slippery.

Behind Waldis, a figure crept forward. I tried getting up but couldn't. The figure then loomed over Waldis.

"Behind you!" I shouted. Waldis weakly looked back and her eyes widened. We were both dead… The kishin raised the knife and I got an idea. A totally risky idea, but still an idea. It was worth a try.

"Weapon form."

Waldis looked at me like I was crazy.

"Hurry!" I yelled. The knife started to go down. But Waldis turned into duel swords and we both fell a bit before I stabbed the knife into the wall, stopping our fall.

Do you want my power? A voice said in my head. It was the voice of that demon.

No! I answered back. I received no reply back but I still considered on asking for power. I might live that way.

"Waldis, let's try a soul resonance and shooting diamonds at it." I said. She agreed.

"Soul resonance!" We yelled. Our souls connected again and the swords started to glow and shift. We slid down the wall more… Instead of a double sided sword like I hoped, the swords turned into a long pole with a curved blade at the end. A scythe. The scythe glowed a mixture between every color that you can possibly imagine.

I jumped onto the pole part of the scythe, balancing on it. I glanced back up and saw that the kishin grew large leathery wings and was coming towards us at a fast speed. I closed my eyes as I jumped down, bringing the scythe down with me. A word popped into my mind as I fell. Opal.

"Opal Resonance!" I shouted. The glowing grew bigger and brighter and I swung the scythe in midair. A large vertical beam on energy shot out tore the kishin in two. The kishin dissolved, but the two were still falling.

Right when they were about to crash onto the ground, thy stopped mid air. The scythe was hovering, carrying him with it.

Ponyboy jumped on the ground and Waldis soon joined his side as a human again. She collected the soul and smiled (small) weakly. Most of her wounds opened, but she was fine.

The resonance took a lot out of them but the night already turned into a new day and they left the island in one piece.
