After that training session with Sukoshi, Celeste and I were a bit… off, I suppose you could say. We were quieter, and I was prone to fits of insane laughter, and Celeste would glance worriedly around her before returning to whatever she was doing. The others noticed, but didn't say anything.

Toph had made a name for herself as 'Foxface', a member of Harley Quinn's coven. I congratulated her on a job well done, of course. Sokka was beginning to build armour for Appa, Loza, and Hikari for the invasion. He had to buy it though, as it would be difficult to steal such a large amount of metal.

Katara wasn't as worry-worry as before, but she still scolded Toph. Until I reminded her that she said it was okay to steal from a thief, so there was no difference in cheating a cheater.

Katara, Aang, Celeste, Toph, Taurei, Mira, Goju and I were stealing food for the coven when there was a huge explosion behind us. All of us immediately drew our weapons, turning around. There were a few piles of rubble. Under one was a little girl, struggling to get her leg out. "Thresh, go help that girl," I said to Goju, switching into Harley mode. "Effie, Clove, Haymitch, Prim get the people somewhere safe. Katniss and Foxface, come with me to find what caused the explosion."

It didn't take us long. As Mira, Taurei, Aang, and Katara led people from the market, a man stepped around from behind a pile of rubble. Sparky Sparky Boom Man, to be exact.

He shot a blast towards us. I yanked Toph out of the way, and the blast hit a fountain behind us. "Oi! Big and ugly!" Taurei yelled, running away from the villagers. "Leave these people alone!"

Sparky drew in a breath, then fired at Taurei. She yelped, and dove to the ground. "Get out of here Clove!" I screamed. "That's a direct order! Tell the coven!"

Sparky began to run after Taurei, until Celeste bent water from the fountain and froze him in place. "Go back to the coven," I told Toph. "Get them away from here."

She nodded, running after Taurei and the villagers. I shot towards Sparky, sending myself forwards using my earthbending. I rose my katana, prepared to strike.

Of course, nothing could ever be simple. Sparky wrenched away from the ice and dove away just in time. I swore under my breath, and ran after him, Celeste shooting with her bow and arrows from afar. Sparky seemed intent on getting her.

"Don't you dare hurt my best friend, or anyone in my coven," I snarled.

'Go for it Kasai! Use what I taught you!'

I jumped a little at Sukoshi's voice, then concentrated. I focused all of my energy into my hands, then dropped my katana and shooting midnight blue beams from my hand. The energy exploded, a cloud of smoke coming up around the square. I snatched up my katana, tucking it into its sheath, then looking to see where Sparky had gone through all the smoke.

A figure appeared in the smoke, running towards me. I pulled out my katana, prepared to strike. The figure came into view, revealing Celeste. I relaxed slightly, still searching for Sparky.

A blast of fire came towards us. Celeste pushed it away with her airbending, and as a result pushing away the smoke I'd formed. Sparky was on top of a building, looking down at us. He took another breath, about to shoot at us. I shot a rock at him, and he exploded it. A shard of the rock hit his tattoo where fire came out. I remembered what happened next, and raced out of the square with Celeste. A deep boom resonated behind us.

By the time we reached the camp, the rest of the coven was ready to go. Celeste and I jumped up onto Loza and Hikari respectively, flying off.

As soon as we were flying safely, I looked down at my hands. I hadn't been able to reach my spirit form yet, but I called on the beams. How? That was supposed to be impossible. Well, there was only one answer.

"Glimmer, can you fly Hikari for a while?" I asked Kai Lee. "I need to meditate."

She nodded, and I climbed back in the saddle as she went to Hikari's head. I closed my eyes, and let the meditative trance wash over me.

When I opened my eyes again, Sukoshi was in front of me. "How was I able to get to the beams?" I demanded. "It's not supposed to be possible. What happened?"

"You were so intent on protecting your coven from danger that you were able to call upon your raw power and shoot it out in the form of solid spiritual energy," Sukoshi explained. "And as I said before, this isn't your first time doing this. Things will come easier to you."

I relaxed. I don't know why'd I'd been so worked up. I'd been more tense ever since I'd faced my fear. "How long will it take Celeste and I to reach our spirit forms?"

"With the rate you're going, I'd say another week. Then for reaching it in the physical world… I'd say you'll be ready on the day of the invasion, especially with the solar eclipse. It's a time of massive spiritual energy," Sukoshi said after a moments pause.

"Thank you, Sukoshi. That's all I wanted to know," I replied. "I'll see you at our next training session."

I formed a portal and jumped through it, returning to the real world.

A/N: So, short chappie... Sorry! Oh, has anyone been to Medieval Times? It's awesome! Anyhow, please review! ~Fire
