Summary: this is a rewrite of Dino Thunder it starts just after the teens go home after finding the Gems.

Chapter 36
The four Rangers arrived at the attack sight and found the Terrorsaurus waiting for them.
"HA, HA, HA what are you four pathetic excuse or Rangers going to do?" asked the Terrorsaurus.
"THIS IT'S MORPHIN TIME" called Jason.
"BLACK RANGER POWER" called Adam.
"GOLD RANGER POWER" called Jason.
"GREEN RANGER DINO POWER" called Justin.
"CRIMSON RANGER DINO POWER" called Andrea.
The four of them Morphed and exited Lightning cruiser and attacked the Terrorsaurus all at once and at first they the advantage until an Invisiportal opened and out of it came a small army of Tyrannodrones.
Justin and Andrea turned to attack the Tyrannodrones allowing Jason and Adam to fight the Terrorsaurus.
"Power Axe" called Adam.
"Gold Power Staff" called Jason.
They both attacked the Terrorsaurus with their special weapons and had little effect on the creature
Until the creature fired an energy wave at them and made them hit the ground hard leaving Justin and Andrea in dangers as the Terrorsaurus lined them both up and charged at them and swiped at them both with the curved horns on its arms and they tried to block it with their weapons and it appeared they were doing well until the Terrorsaurus hit them from point blank ranger with an energy wave and the flew back and hit the ground and instantly demorphed and their gems flashed as did the gem in the center of the Terrorsaurus's chest.
Adam had managed to grab hold of his power axe and converted it to cannon mode as the Terrorsaurus approached the two powerless Rangers and was just about to attack them until Adam fired his cannon at him and forced the Terrorsaurus to retreat.
"Come on let's get to the Hospital and check on Tommy and tell the others that you have both lost your power as well" said Jason.

Meanwhile in the Hospital Hayley and the other current, former Rangers with the exception of Kira were in the relative's room waiting for any information about Tommy's condition. Kira meanwhile was in the main waiting room waiting for Justin, Andrea, Jason and Adam, there was a TV in the waiting room and it was showing the footage that Cassidy and Devin had managed to capture earlier that's when she saw Lightning Cruiser pull up and saw Jason, Adam, Justin and Andrea get out and both Justin and Andrea looked beaten. As they walked into the Hospital Kira went to Justin and hugged him until he smiled at her.
"Where are the others?" asked Jason.
"There in the relatives room" said Kira to Jason Adam and Andrea who then walked off towards the relative's room where the others were waiting for news on Tommy.
Justin Hugged Kira and Kira knew that he was upset it became obvious to her that Justin and Andrea were now in the same boat as the other Dino Rangers.
"Come on let's go and see what the doctors say about Tommy" said Kira.
"Ok" said Justin.
Justin and Kira came into the room and saw a doctor examining Tommy.
"So Dana what can you tell us about Tommy's condition?" asked Jason.
"Well the only thing I can tell you is he is in a Coma but it is unlike any Coma I have ever diagnosed before?"
"Is it a Ranger related Coma?" asked Kim and it looked like she was crying.
"Kira can we get closer to Kim she might need us?" asked Justin.
"Ok Justin we'll get over their" said Kira as together she and Justin made their way towards Kim and once they reached her they both hugged her.
A News report on the TV said the creature was back.
"What do we do?" asked Jason.
"Yeah our powers barely touched that thing" said Adam.
"I know what to do" said Justin as he had his Turbo Key in his hand looking at it.
"Justin we don't even know if your Turbo Morpher still works" said Hayley.
"It's time we found out since the Turbo Powers seem to be the only thing affecting it" said Justin.
"SHIFT IN TO TURBO MOUNTAIN BLASTER TURBO POWER" called Justin and hey waited to see if his powers activated. There was a spark of Blue energy from the Morpher it went through Justin's body but then it died away into nothing.
"Well I guess that's the end of that idea" said Kylee in frustration.
"What do we do now that Monster is going to destroy Reefside?" asked Cassidy.
"Can we just squash it with a Zord?" asked Devin.
"That's not a bad idea" said Conner.
"No you can't, it goes against the Ranger code" said Jason.
"Look we don't have our morphing Power but we still have the Powers that come from our Dino Gem's" said Justin.
"Justin you won't be going with the others" said Adam.
"Why not they will need all the help they can get" said Justin.
"Because you, Kylee, Cassidy and Devin will be coming with me to Angel Grove i have a plan that might help if we can get it done fast enough"
But the others could be destroyed by the Terrorsaurus?"
"They won't since they will have back up" said Jason as he, Billy, Kim and Ashley revealed their Morphers to them.
"Hey Cassie, TJ don't you have your Space Morphers?" asked Ashley.
"Uhm no we left them on the Astro Megaship" said Cassie and TJ.
"Look since the Turbo Powers effect the monster how about we leave Lightning Cruiser here and go to wherever we need to in Storm Blaster" said Devin.
"Ok let's do it" said everyone.
Dana, TJ and Cassie remained at the hospital.
"I'll be more help from the Command cave so I will monitor events from their" said Hayley.
"ITS MORPHIN TIME" called Jason.
"NINJETTI THE WOLF" called Billy.
"PINK RANGER POWER" called Kim.
"GOLD RANGER POWER" called Jason.
"LETS ROCK IT" called Ashley as she pressed the numbers 335 on her Morpher.
The four of them Morphed into their Ranger suits and along with Conner, Ethan, Selena, Trent, Andrea and finally Kira after she and Justin shared a kiss and told each other to watch their backs.

A few seconds later Adam and Justin lead Kylee, Cassidy and Devin to Storm Blaster and then they flew off to Angel Grove.
Storm Blaster landed on the outskirts of Angel Grove and Justin began driving through the town the journey had been silent until suddenly Cassidy's phone rang.
"Sorry I have to take this is the new channel we work for" said Cassidy.
'Cornell where the hell are you, there is a monster attack on Reefside and you are not sending us footage of the attack?'
"Sorry Mr. Cardenas but me and Devin are not in Reefside we are tracking a lead on another story"
'Well get back as soon as you can from what we can deduce the Dino Rangers have given up, some teenagers tried to fight the creature but were beaten back fairly quickly and then some Rangers in suits that didn't match showed up and they didn't do much better'
"Ok sir we will get back ASAP the lead we're following seems to be a dud anyway"
Cassidy then ended the call.
"So who's Mr. Cardenas?" asked Justin.
"He runs the news Network in Reefside and from the pictures around his office he was a good martial artist at one point"
"Really. Do you know his first name?" asked Adam.
"Unfortunately not we only know his surname because it's printed on his door" said Devin.
"Adam what is it?" asked Justin as he noticed Adam was deep in thought.
"Nothing just a hunch but I don't want to say anymore for now" said Adam.
"Does this have to do with Kat and Rocky going missing?" asked Justin still not wanting to believe what was becoming fact.
"Yes so let's please leave it for now"
Storm Blaster changed its course as Justin had been too busy talking to the others and hadn't realised how close they were to the dessert and then Storm Blaster headed straight towards the remains of the old Command Center.

Five minutes later and Storm Blaster had reached the remains of the Command Center it was still in pieces but it did look like someone had started to rebuild it.
"Adam when you came to check out the Zeo Zords did you start rebuilding the outer walls?" asked Justin.
"No but now you mention it they do seem taller than the last time I was here" said Adam.
"Uhm what's going on?" asked Kylee.
"Something's happening to the Command Center" said Justin.
"In a good way or a bad?" asked Cassidy.
"I don't know but the last time it did this was when the Zeo Powers were upgraded to Turbo" said Adam.
"Come on the Turbo Control Room is this way" said Adam as they walk through the remains of the Command Center and down into the Power Chamber that was underneath.
"Ok so what is that thing?" asked Cassidy pointing to a hexagonal table in the middle on the room.
"That's the Turbo Control Table that is where you will need to Re-activate the Turbo Morphers" said Adam.
"Let's do it and then get back to help the others" said Devin.
"Wait, you 4 can activate the Turbo Powers from here but let's not forget you will need a 5th Ranger to activate the Turbo Megazord" said Adam.
"So who's the 5th Ranger going to be?" asked Kylee.
"I don't know but it will be revealed when we reactivate the Turbo Powers" said Adam.
"Well why don't we do it now?" asked Justin.
"Because I want to see something in a different room first and it has to do with our two missing colleague's"
"Do you really think there is anything here that can help them?"
"Yes and it is just through that door"
"Adam that's the Zeo Chamber you told Tommy it was destroyed"
"That's just it when the Zeo Powers left myself and Tanya part of the Chamber started to fix itself"
"So is the Zeo Crystal in their?"
"Yeah it is and the colours that are lit up are the colours of the Rangers that have had their Zeo Power absorbed from their bodies I want to see if Blue and Pink are their"

Meanwhile back in Reefside the powerless Dino Thunder Rangers and Jason, Billy, Ashley and Kim who were Morphed had reached the attack site and found the Terrorsaurus.
"Let's use our Gems special Powers and see if we can do anything" said Conner.
Kira took a deep breath in and unleashed a Ptera scream right at the gem in the middle of the Terrorsaurus and the Gem started to vibrate from the frequency that the Ptera scream had reached but before it could do any more damage Kira ran out of breath and had to stop the Ptera scream, which allowed the Terrorsaurus to attack Kira and she flew back and hit the ground hard.
Next up was Conner and Trent and they tried to confuse it by out maneuvering it but that didn't work as the Terrorsaurus managed to see right through what they were trying to do and knocked them both down and they landed right next to Kira.
Ethan activated his Strength power from his Gem and Selena used her Gems flight ability and they began a joint attack on the Terrorsaurus from the ground and the air and they had a little bit of success at the start but it was no use and they ended up on the floor with Conner, Trent and Kira.
Andrea was standing with Jason and the others in their Ranger suits "Ok now it's my turn" said Andrea as she used her Gem's ability and mutated into the Gold Ranger now the five of them attacked as one unit and at first were able to confuse the Terrorsaurus since he had no way of knowing which one was the real Gold Ranger and which was Andrea they both attacked with the Gold Power Staff this confused the Terrorsaurus and gave the Dino Rangers a chance to retreat Trent waited for his girlfriend at a safe distance and was surprised when he saw Lightning Cruiser driving itself away and there was someone in the car although he couldn't make out who it was.

In Mesogog's castle Elsa and Zeltrax were working out who to give their machines even more power when they both suddenly started feeling weak they could barely stand, Zeltrax was holding on to his Zord as a Blue ball of energy exited his body and Elsa fell to the floor as two balls of Pink energy left her body and the three balls of energy flew off away from Mesogog's island.

In the Hospital Hayley, Dana, TJ and Cassie were watching Tommy for any sign of improvement but there was none nothing was changing until two Red balls of Energy left his body leaving it flashing between Black and White.
Inside Tommy's mind
"TOMMY YOU SHOULD NOT BE HERE IT IS NOT YOUR TIME" said Zordon.
"I know we were trying to make me visible again and I guess I ended up here for a reason" said Tommy.
"THAT YOU DID, THIS IS AS CLOSE A REPRESENTATION OF THE MORPHING GRID WHERE THE POWER OF EVERY PREVIOUS TEAM OF RANGERS POWER IS STORED FOR A TIME IT WILL BE NEEDED AGAIN"
"Why am I here Zordon?"
"THE MORPHIN GRID ITSELF BROUGHT YOU HERE AND WITH THE HELP OF THREE PEOPLE FROM YOUR PAST WE CAN GET YOU FIXED AND SEND YOU HOME"
A Green light teleported in and their stood Tom tommy's clone, next were two white lights and in teleported Dulcea and Dimetra.
"THESE 3 ALONG WITH MY SELF HAVE HAD A BIG IMPACT ON YOU TOMMY"
"I can't disagree with that"
"Tommy I trust you have decided to use the Egg I gave you?" asked Dulcea.
"Yes I have Dulcea we combined it with the energy of my Dino Gem to try and make me normal again" said Tommy.
"That was a bit reckless wasn't it Tommy, wasn't there any other way that you could have fixed yourself?" asked Dimetra.
"We had used every other option up we had thought of" said Tommy.
"Why didn't you contact me?" asked Tom.
"We didn't know how to contact the past" said Tommy.
"TOMMY WE WILL NOW SET YOU A SERIES OF TESTS TO DECIDE WEATHER OR NOT WE CAN HELP YOU"
"I understand Zordon"
"OH AND ONE OTHER THING FOR THESE TEST YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MORPH YOUR FATE IS TO BE DETERMIND ON YOUR PERFORMANCE ONLY"
"Right let's begin"

Meanwhile in the Power Chamber Adam opened the door to the room he was trying to get into and revealed the Zeo Crystal with the Green and Yellow Crystals shining brightly then two Red Lights floated into the room and one joined the Zeo Crystal causing a third piece to start shining and the other was absorbed into the Turbo Command Table. Suddenly three more lights light's entered the room a Blue and two Pinks the Blue light and one of the Pinks flew into the Zeo Crystal causing all 5 shards of the Zeo Crystal to light up and instantly a bust of light flashed and as it dimmed the Zeo and the Turbo areas of the Power Chamber appeared as if they had been untouched by Divatox's attack.
"Can we start now the others really need our help?" said Justin.
"Well we are still a Ranger Short" said Adam.
"Yeah but you were the original Green Turbo, don't you want those Powers Back?"
"Hey you planning on Starting without me" said a strangely familiar Voice.
