Here is the next chapter and please comment.
Ian and Bella were in the elevator. they were awkwardly standing on opposite sides.
"So we don't have to," Bella started.
"Not planning on it," Ian replied.
The elevator opened and Bella quickly walked out. She ignored Nick and Juliette standing there. Ian walked out slowly.
"Where have you been?" Nick asked annoyed.
Ian didn't respond.
"Whatever," he said handing the letter from Mary to him. "This is from Mary."
Nick gave Ian the letter from Mary. Ian took it and started to walk towards his room. He opened the envelope and pulled out what was inside.
There was a form signed by Mary. Ian was shocked. He stopped in his tracks and stared at the paper.
"Pre-stated dispensation," Ian mouthed. He stood there for another minute staring at the form.
Ian turned around and started to walk back the way he came. Nick and Juliette were still standing near the elevators.
"Mary went into surgery?" Ian asked, still walking.
"Yeah, I thought you knew," Nick called after him.
Ian walked down the hallway and went to Dr. McAndrews office. He barged in the office.
There were two parents and a young boy about his age, wearing a soccer t-shirt. They were looking at scans of the boy's leg. It was filled with cancer.
Poor kid.
"Ian," Dr. McAndrew said sternly. He didn't need him there right now.
"Did you know about this?" Ian demanded. He held out the form.
Dr. McAndrew stood up and walked over to him. He grabbed the paper.
"If Mary dies, she's giving me her lungs," Ian said.
Dr. McAndrew finished reading the form. He looked over at the family sitting at his desk. "I'm sorry, will you excuse me for a moment?" Dr. McAndrew asked. The family nodded.
Dr. McAndrew took ahold of Ian's shoulder with one hand and led him outside of his office. The door shut on their way out.
"Ian, you can't just come right in like that," Dr. McAndrew said. He let go of his shoulder.
"I needed to know if this was true," he said nervously.
"Mary signed it. It's official. If she doesn't make it, you're getting her lungs."
"I don't want her lungs, I want her."
"She's still alive. So you might just get that wish."

Bella Kingston walked into her room. She was surprised to see boxes of her things packed up.
"What?" she whispered confused.
Suddenly, her father walked out of her closet with a box full of clothes.
"Bella," he said excited.
"Dad, what are you doing here? I thought you couldn't come?" she asked surprised.
Her dad ran to her and gave Bella a hug.
"Change of plans. The flight said it was cancelled but it was just delayed. And you weren't picking up your phone," he explained. "So, I thought I could surprise you."
"Well I am surprised," she said.
"I signed everything and you're good to leave whenever," he said picking up a box.
"I'm ready now." Bella replied. She grabbed a suitcase and started to walk out with her dad.
The two walked past the cafeteria. Bella looked in and saw Nick sitting there. She wanted to go in and say goodbye. But not after what happened with Ian. She couldn't face him.
"I parked out by the emergency room so we'll have to walk out through there," her dad said.
They got in an elevator and clicked floor 1. They didn't speak to one another.
Bella and her dad walked out of the elevator and through the emergency room. There was a patient coming in. It was raining outside so it was all wet.
A man was standing with the police calling out, "Charlie, Charlie."
Bella didn't think much of it. She just walked out of the hospital and never turned back.

Mary Cross was walking around a white room. No one was there except her. She looked up and was surprised to see a bright light above her.
Mary was drawn to it for some odd reason. She started to run up a ramp along the wall. When she was halfway up, something blocked her path.
"Drew?" Mary asked shocked.
Drew North was standing in her path.
"Turn back around Mary," he said.
"No I want to go," Mary said.
"No you don't. He only wants you to think that," Drew said calmly.
"He? He who?" She asked confused.
"Me," a voice behind her said.
Mary looked behind her. "Ian? What are you doing here?" Mary asked.
"I'm not actually here and neither is he. We're a part of you," Ian said.
"What's happening here?" Mary asked confused.
"You're going to turn back around," Drew insisted.
"No, Mary. Remember what I told you. You have to let go in order to move on," Ian replied.
"You want me to go?" Mary realized.
"No. That's the last thing I wanted. I wanted you Mary. But, you can't go back now," Ian said.
Mary looked behind Ian and the pathway back was gone. It was filled with light just like when she looked up.
Mary walked to Drew. "I have to let go, for both of our sakes."
Mary walked past Drew and into the light.

I know now that this was a really sad ending. I can say that I loved this character. But it's how it goes. I hope you guys don't hate how much like the show it is. I just really liked that concept and I was hoping you would too. There's still another chapter or 2 more coming.
