ME: Hello boys, I'm back (Again)!
ORENSKI:
The Covenant and Insurrectionists were definitely the greatest challenge April had ever faced in life.
After having located Burgundy's crash site with the city's Superintendent, Hastati had quickly armed themselves. Orenski had taken one of the four functional plasma rifles, Silva, Lasky and Sully grabbing the others. The remainder of the Squad and Sadie had all taken M6 handguns off the Marines, with Officer Branley gaining extra ammo.
Sydney was on point, with Silva and Lasky close behind him.
"Hey guys," Sully cut in, "I got a bad-."
There was the distinct discharge of a Beam rifle, and Sydney collapsed dead as Silva and Lasky ran for cover.
"Man down!" Lopez yelled, tossing a smoke grenade. "Everyone into the building, now!"
The sniper fired another shot but narrowly missed Orenski, his or her aim evidently knocked off by the smoke.
The twenty-two remaining humans made it into the building, an abandoned Baskin Robbins whose staff had left a lot of ice cream.
Before either Orenski or the Sergeant could issue further orders, suddenly all the electrical devices shut off.
"What the hell?" Silva yelled.
"EMP!" Sully responded.
The Senior Cadet took a glance outside and saw the Covenant super-carrier crash into the Tether.
"SON OF A BITCH!" Oresnki yelled before she got back inside. "Everyone, get ready to-."
A piece of the space elevator crashed into the doorway, blocking them in.
"-move."
"Is this an ice cream joint?" Sully asked.
"Yup," Branley replied.
"Then let's eat some free ice cream!"
Orenski pounded her head against the wall repeatedly while everyone cheered.
