"Len, wake up!" Miku yelled, shaking Len's arms ferociously. He yawned and woke up to see his wife almost pinning him to the bed.
"Oh, looks my fantasies are real!" Len said, smirking. She blushed and quickly shook his comment off.
"Do you know what day it is?!" she asked.
"I don't know, Christmas?" he asked. She pouted and started to cry. "I'm kidding! I'll give you our anniversary gift." He got up, Miku following him. Her tears were gone and she was grinning happily, like a person who just won a million dollars.
Len picked up something from the couch and revealed his gift. "It's Lenka!" he said. The blonde giggled, then sat back down to watch cartoons. Miku pouted playfully.
"Okay, it's actually back upstairs." Len said, leading her back into their room. Once inside, he added, "First, get dressed."
She groaned and opened her drawer on her side of their shared dresser. "Len, you know I- oh my god, they're adorable!" she cooed, picking up the two small tabby kittens. He grinned.
"You've always wanted a cat, so I got two kittens!" he said. "Their names are Leek and Banana." Miku smiled.
"I should've seen that coming." she replied.
"Why? Should their names be Dumb and Dumber?" he joked. She punched his arm playfully.
"Anyway, I'm guessing that Banana is the yellowish one and Leek is the Russian blue and tabby mix." Miku continued. He nodded. "Thanks, Len." She put the cats back in the drawer and hugged him.
"You're welcome, my Miku." Len replied. "Let's go show Lenka." They picked the kittens back up and started making their way back downstairs.
"Lenka, look! Look what Dad got me for our anniversary!" she called. She let Leek run to Lenka, who squealed happily.
"Kitties! We got kitties!" the blonde cheered, starting hug Leek. She then set the cat on top of the couch, where she ran away. Banana only yawned in Len's arms and licked his fur.
Everyone soon learned the cats' personalities and how the interacted with each other. Leeks was very playful and talkative, trying to grab every string she could see and meowing at random times. Banana, however, had a quiet and reserved nature, sleeping half of the of the day and barely letting out a sound. He'd curl up on the couch next to Len and watch Doctor Who together, then sleep.
"So, here's my gift!" Miku said, holding her arms out. She was in a slick teal evening dress with teal pumps, while Len was wearing a black dress shirt, dress pants and dress shoes. (He was trying to be serious, so he wore a yellow tie to look much more serious.)
"A fancy restaurant? Nice." Len said, smiling.
"That's not all. I have a special surprise for later." she added, winked. He smirked and sighed, getting ready to be escorted to the dinner table.
"I wonder how Lenka is doing." he said.
"Why won't he go on the bed?" Reika asked Lenka, looking at Banana, who was sitting on Lenka's shelf.
"Because, he's a free spirit." the blonde answered. "He's not really obedient, like a dog. He does what he wants."
Rinto entered the room and picked up Banana from the shelf. "I'm gonna have to confiscate this for FBI investigation!" he yelled, running out of the room.
"After him!" the ravenette shouted, jumping up and chasing Rinto. The blonde reluctantly got up and followed Reika.
The girl was pounding her fists on Miku and Len's bedroom door, saying, "Rinto, Dad, give him back!" Lenka opened the door, sighed, and took Banana away.
"Seriously, he's gonna end up puking. Let him go where he wants." the blonde said, letting him down. Rin facepalmed.
"She's the most responsible one and she's the youngest." she muttered.
VW: Because I can.
Because I can.
Anyway, the cats and their personalities are based off of my own. The main differences are that my cats are both boys, while Miku's cats are different genders, and my cats are brothers, while Miku's cats are not siblings. Yep, Furry Leeks and Bananas. *shot*
Reviews
Angel-chan: Quicker updates! Thanks for the review, have a Pokéman! (It's a wild David Tennant?!)
Makai-chan: Thanks for remembering and reviewing! Have a Pokéman! (A shiny Len-kun!)
Not-Caring-chan: Yep, your review made it! And LenkaxLuki is on the way, so be prepared! (Lion King reference, I LOVE that song.) Anyway, I'll think of rivals. Oranges and Pineapples is kind of a spin-off. It's gonna tell what happened during the time skip, and some extra stuff that the stupid chapters in this story didn't tell. So, thanks for you suggestions and review, and have a Pokéman! (Your Gumi has turned into a Shy Gumi!) (Ten-Faced reference!)
Awesome-chan: I figured, green hair, Sonika, Gumi, rivals, cousins, crap. But now I have ideas...ooh, yes! Ideas! And I'm working on the new chapter, but I've had a bit of a writer's block. Hint: oriental and modern, a set. Have a clue? *holds gun and points it* Don't attack, calm down! I'll work on it, but through DocX! Actually, I have two Lenku lemons done already. I'm working on details, scenarios, and personalities. (I'm doing a small series for practice, and currently, they're both nerds who are virgins, obsessed with Doctor Who and read erotica. Interesting mix, right?) Anyway (I started typing "anus", damnit!), "Innuendo" was going to be the original title of the chapter, but that would give it away, so, think of it like a lemon. I know, but chapter forty...I really wanna write it, but should I just use chapter forty's plot next chapter? Oh, and how did you know?! Yep, good girl! Thanks for your three reviews and have a Pokéman! (Oh my god...you got...Spicy Len, along with a Miku counterpart...imagination?)
So, now that I've used up word count, please tell me in the reviews if I should just use chapter forty's plot next chapter or just make my way to chapter forty. I'll be back- *shot*
