TB: Here we are, the last chapter of the set.
KKD: This is gonna get nuts to say the least.
TB: Yeah. This is the aftermath of killing off yet another main character and how one of the other main protagonists deal with it.
KKD: Yea, you may recall one of the characters got killed last time, and today, we're seeing the ramifications of that death.
TB: Mostly from Okamizu. She hasn't gotten the spotlight in awhile, so we're gonna see if we can make her a more well rounded character.
KKD: Yea, most of the time we saw her, she was more of a fighter and doesn't convey much beyond with her brother despite them getting stand out moments, but now… well...
TB: We're gonna see how she deals with the death of her brother as well as more of her relationship with her former master, Kujagora.
KKD: Right. For now, let's get this story rolling. CUE DISCLAIMERS!

Ore wa Imamura Yoshi… I promised that I wouldn't lose any members of my crew. Sadly, I wouldn't be able to keep that promise because Hariko, or as he's known by his fellow Gyojin, Harisento decided to play the hero and fight with no arms. A badass way to go, but it hurt all of us, me included. We're managing to hold ourselves pretty good, but I gotta wonder if Mizuki is holding out as well considering she was closer to him than any of us.
Mizuki was seen looking out the window of the cabin to see the fish swimming with a bit of a sad glance. She let out a breath before sitting down on a tatami mat for herself to meditate, slowing her breathing as Jack sharpened her swords and Ai was doing some cooking.
"Okay, I finished making the food. It's still hot, so I suggest waiting until it cools down," Ai called out as she placed the frying pan on the counter, her big sister sniffing what she made.
"Mmm… fried chicken? Our favorite," Mitsuru smiled.
"Awesome. Oi, Mizuki, food's ready," Yoshi shouted in excitement.
"I'm not going to eat… I'm not hungry," Mizuki simply told, not getting out of her meditative state.
"Okay, more for us," Jack shrugged, as they all sat at the table to eat.
"It must be hard for Mizuki right now… I mean, Harisento was her brother. He was the closest person to her out of all of us and she hasn't even shown much reaction to it since the funeral," Robin whispered to the others.
"I think it's better we let her grieve in her own way and give her her space," Jack suggested as they continued eating.
"Shouldn't we still ask her if she's okay? It doesn't seem right to not acknowledge what happened and say that we're there for her," Ai noted.
"I know what you mean, but how do we even approach her?" Mitsuru wondered, "She seems pretty evasive about the subject. I asked her if she's doing alright, and she didn't answer."
"I can hear you…" they heard Mizuki called out, making them cringe a bit as she stood back up, "I understand you're all concerned for me, but I'm fine. Believe me, I am alright."
"Such denial," Yoshi sighed as he took a bite out of chicken.
"Don't test me. I'm going to go out for a walk. I'll call you if anything happens."
With that, everyone remained silent as Mizuki walked out of the ship.
Mizuki let out another breath as she walked in the city, past the memorial cemetary where she caught a short glimpse of Harisento's tombstone. She growled internally as she gripped her fist before she noticed a new figure kneeling in front of the grave. As she walked closer, she noticed this human being elderly and wearing a kimono, with his hands together like he was praying for Harisento. However, she noticed pretty quickly who it was.
"...I know it is you, Shisho…" Mizuki muttered as she approached him, "What are you doing here?"
"I am paying my respects for your fallen brother… as you should be," the man, revealed to be Kujitora informed before standing up and transforming back into his Gyojin form, "I did not come here for a fight. But with your current emotional state, I say you should back away and not do anything irrational."
"Why is everyone worrying about me? I already told my crew that I'm fine. And even if I am growing irrational, that's why I'm going out for a walk," Mizuki informed, "I'm doing my best to remain strong and level-headed, and I don't want to be angry at my crew."
"I admire your commitment to your team, but how long are you going to keep this up until you break?"
Mizuki just growled as she turned into her Gyojin form.
"You're starting to test my patience," Okamizu growled as she prepared her fists.
"There's your irrationality that I warned about," Kujitora sighed as he put his fists up as well, "I will show you how you've just made a very bad decision."
"SHUT UP!" Okamizu roared before they clashed fists after throwing them forward.
(Insert Theme: This Life by CFO$)
*As the instrumental begins a galleon, is seen sailing across the ocean with Kamen Rider Buccaneer standing atop near his Jolly Roger flag as the title appeared.*

Gotta keep my head up, never get that low
*Yoshida then jumped through the title, shattering it like glass as the camera panned over to him as Buccaneer fighting Gyojin*
Cause I'm living this life, now it's all I know
*He managed to slice through all of the Puffers*

*He then looked to see police arriving on the scene, aiming at him*
So I keep a step up everywhere I go
*Buccaneer then ran away, avoiding every shot the police threw at him*
Now they screaming my name after every show
*A rope was lowered to him, which he grabbed and used to swing up and onto the deck of his vessel*
Like oh~

One life, one choice, gotta do it right
*We see Yoshi walking into his cabin before waving to the camera with his alter ego, Buccaneer, in the background*
One chance of proving to the world that you was right
*Satoshi was currently examining a map with a compass before looking up to wave at the camera*
Like a match waiting for a spark to ignite
*We then see Robin tinker with some little trinket she had before realizing that the camera was on her, causing her to be like 'Oh' before smiling*
Sitting and mimicking, thinking if you'll make it through the night
*At the same time, Jack was examining the weapons aboard the ship, making sure they were in top condition before looking at the camera and giving a little salute*
And rise up like a phoenix, flying through the night
*Now we see Ai in the kitchen of the ship, cooking up some noodles for everyone onboard the ship before jumping a bit when noticing the camera. Mitsuru went over to calm her down before they both waved*
I shine once like a shooting star losing sight
*Now we see Mizuki nodding at the camera before her Gyojin form reflected in the mirror*
You see, man, the difference between you and I
*We then see Haruka standing at attention and Gekka walking past her, his reflection showing Kamen Rider Corsair*
Is Imma keep doing what I do, cause it's do or die
*We then cut to a shot of the Gyojin no Kaizoku, starting with Kuroken before it shows his generals as well*
Ain't got no time for that not getting big game
*The generals began to pose to look intimidating before we cut back to the galleon*
Got one life, living mine in the quick lane
*The crew stood on the galleon as they saw the Gyojin initiate a battle onshore*
I'm too hungry not to get that win, but I just gotta remember one thing
*Yoshi took a step forward before taking out a Kaizoku Key and putting it on his driver*
Gotta keep my head my head up, never get that low
*With that, he transformed into Buccaneer as he jumped into battle swinging his sword around attacking all of the Puffers*
Cause I'm living this life, now it's all I know
*The clip then shows him in his Kaen Form shooting his flames around and at the screen, then cuts to another of him in his Mizu Form twirling the Mizu Whip, and then a clip of him in his Dengeki Form using his Dengeki Escrima shocking everyone, a clip of him in his Geo Form using his Geo Hammer to pound the ground, and one more of Buccaneer using the Mirai Form and bowgun to fire*

*It then showed Corsair fighting with his jutte against Puffers before transforming into his Heishi Form and shooting at some more Gyojin*
So I keep a step up everywhere I go
*Buccaneer is then seen in his Kaizoku-Oh Form, wielding the Ohken and slashing*
Now they screaming my name after every show
*After that Yoshi smirks at the readers while holding his wanted poster*

*As the theme ended, he let the wanted poster get picked up by the wind before it hit the camera, the titles for the show coming back on as everything else faded around it.*
Sail 38: The Grieving, Howling Wolf
Okamizu and Kujagora were evenly matched, taking it out of the memorial to keep their distance from Harisento's final resting place. Okamizu was more aggressive with her attacks and at points began to overwhelm Kujitora.
"Soru!" he declared, disappearing before Okamizu could gain an advantage.
"Show yourself!" Okamizu demanded, looking around frantically before Kujitora suddenly appeared and punched her in the stomach.
"Your anger clouds your judgment and makes you act recklessly. I thought I taught you better than that," Kujitora sighed as he stood next to Okamizu, who was still reacting to the punch to her gut.
She growled in some more frustration before sweep kicking Kujitora off his feet and they continued to trade some more blows. She started to overpower him until he disappeared yet again.
"Rankyaku… Ran!" Kujitora roared, now above Okamizu and moving his legs fast enough to unleash several energy slashes right at his former student.
She screamed as she managed to dodge and maneuver past all them, one only cutting her cheek slightly before she leaped up and gave her master a knee to the chin. It didn't take long before the crew of the S.S. Anne Bonnie arrived along with Gekka, Haruka, and Chibi rushing over to witness the fight.
"You go out for a walk and this is what happens?!" Yoshi sighed as he and Gekka set the Drivers up and prepared to transform, but they were caught by surprise by the appearance of Takarakuji.
"An opportunity arises! While Okamizu is busy, I shall take this opportunity to take on all of you!" the octopus general smirked as several Puffers popped out of a manhole and prepared to fight.
"Henshin!" Yoshi and Gekka shouted before transforming into their Rider forms, revealing their melee weapons before charging with their allies.
Corsair was the first to strike with the butt of his jutte before whacking some Puffers with the blade itself. At the same time, Buccaneer was swinging his blade while going after Takarakuji, his crew taking out most of the Puffers while he and Corsair handled the general.
"It's something really. Okamizu is wrought with grief and is letting it fester. It's going to end up destroying her," Takarakuji observed as he deflected blows with his six swords, grinning as sparks continued to fly.
"This doesn't look good for her, Yoshida… Chibi-kun is upset about what happened as well, but Okamizu is reacting worser to it," Corsair noted as Chibi himself was drop kicking and wrestling more Puffers.
"I get that, dude! Take this guy while I try to calm her down!" Buccaneer responded before jumping higher and over Takarakuji and running towards Okamizu and Kujitora before revealing the King Key and putting it in his Driver.
=ZEN KAITEN! KAIZOKU-OH~!=
Buccaneer quickly transformed into his Final Form before slashing at Kujitora with speeds enough to push him back.
"...I didn't need your help…" Okamizu scoffed, clearly mad.
"...You're welcome. I can obviously tell you're not in the best of moods right now, but I seriously need you to back off," Buccaneer ordered.
"Shisho's fight is with me, not you!"
"You're not the only one grieving for Harisento, y'know that right?!"
This managed to silence Okamizu for a moment as she looked away before Kujitora leaped towards Buccaneer with his index finger out. On instinct, she pushed him away before grabbing his wrist to block his Shigan attack, grunting to push it back.
"I will humble you! Rokushiki Ougi…" Kujitora growled, clenching his finger into a fist before placing his other fist below to form a double punch formation in front of her chest, confusing Okamizu, "Rokuougan (Six King Gun)!"
This unleashed a powerful shock wave that hit Okamizu dead center and knocking her to the ground as smoke came out of his fists while he panted.
"It isn't lethal… she'll just be unconscious for now. Treat her however you must," Kujitora panted before retreating inside the sewer.
"Heh, honorable just like you," Buccaneer muttered to Okamizu as he helped lift her up, "Everyone back to the ship! We got what we came for already!"
The others nodded as they managed to run away, Takarakuji trying to catch up before acting out in frustration.
"Damn that Kujitora and his honor!" he growled as he slammed his fist into the ground.
Later, Okamizu groaned and woke up and saw Chibi watching over her as she saw she was in the medbay of Marine HQ.
"Onee-chan okay?" Chibi asked, Okamizu seeing her surroundings and she sighed.
"As long as I'm laying here and resting, I'll be fine, Chibisuke," she answered, gently petting his head as she turned over.
"Are you really fine, though?" she heard Yoshi inquire, making her turn to see him stand with Ai, Gekka, and Haruka while approaching Chibi, "You have a problem, and it almost got you killed."
"I don't know why you're all here, but I wish to be alone. I'd rather not be sniveling like a baby over the fact my brother is gone… he wants to see me be stronger in his absence."
"So you're just gonna emotionally shut yourself down when we want to make sure you're holding up. He was your brother, I know that it's eating you inside that he's gone, yet you aren't showing anything!"
"Suppressing your grief is very bad for your health. You are under the false pretenses that strong willed people are incapable of depression or sorrow of any kind. It's a problem a lot of men growing into their own feel a lot," Haruka noted.
"Yoshida and I are strong willed and even we think that that sentiment is utter bullshit," Gekka pointed out as he crossed his arm.
"To be honest Gekka, I emotionally broke down when my old man passed away. To quote this movie I saw… 'strong men also cry'," Yoshi added.
"But Harisento would not want me crying for him. He wants me to move on and be strong for him," Okamizu struggled to get out.
"He also wouldn't want you endangering yourself by picking fights," Ai countered.
Okamizu had nothing to say to what they were telling him and was only feeling tears starting to fall down her face.
"I thought I was being strong for my brother… but instead I've been acting foolish?" she gawked, questioning herself while wiping the tears from her eyes before feeling Chibi give her a hug.
"Chibi here for Onee-chan… Chibi sorry Onii-chan not here…" Chibi replied, giving her a big squeeze to try and comfort her.
Okamizu couldn't hold it anymore, starting to cry on the child's shoulder, hugging him as she let out all of her sorrow and grief.
"That's better. The daily dose of feels," Yoshi sighed with a smile, rubbing his hands together before walking closer to Okamizu, "Feeling better now?"
"Yes… I'm alright now," Okamizu assured as she got up and scratched her ears for a moment before the alarms rang again.
"Sir, Takarakuji and Kujitora are back out there again!" one of the soldiers warned Gekka as the admiral and his right hand woman got ready, the pirates doing so as well.
"I can face my master with a clearer mind now," Okamizu assured as she cracked her knuckles, Chibi smiling with her.
The heroes soon found themselves near the docks again, with Kujagora, Takarakuji, and Puffers rising from the waters, all prepared to strike as the pirates and marines readied themselves.
"Everyone ready?" Gekka checked as he and Buccaneer set their Drivers up.
"Oh hell yeah," Jack nodded, sharpening his katanas together.
"Waiting, Gekka," Haruka replied, revealing Sentou at the ready while everyone else prepared as well, Yoshi and Gekka pulling out their King and Heishi Keys.
"Henshin!" the two shouted, quickly inserting the Keys.
=ZEN KAITEN! KAIZOKU-OH~!=
=ATTEN-HUT! HEISHI FORM!=
The two were bathed in their respective light before transforming into their Final Forms, charging in with their allies. The Riders charged in with their lovers mowing through all the Puffers while the rest of the pirates handled the rest to fight Takarakuji. Jack and Mitsuru started swinging their weapons to knock the grunts down while the former fired his pistols at them as well. Satoshi and Robin kicked and punched down more that came their way as well.
"Ready, Ai-chan?" Buccaneer checked as he backed up.
"Ready!" Ai nodded, placing her hands in front of her, fingers clasped together.
"Haruka, you too!" Corsair called out, Haruka nodding and doing the same thing as the two Riders ran up and jumped, the two girls giving them a boost into the air for them to strike down against the six armed swordsman.
Meanwhile, Okamizu stared off against her mentor, both of them trading fists and kicks rather fluidly until Chibi ran in and screeched at Kujitora, causing him to fly back and skid across the floor. Chibi kept pushing back against him with the screeches.
"Geppou!" Kujitora declared as he disappeared and started leaping across the air as if he was jumping on ground before pointing his finger out, "Shigan!"
The two split apart before his finger crashed against the pavement, Okamizu diving back down to throw a kick. Before Kujitora could react, the kick connected to his face, making him stumble back.
"You seem to have overcame your own rash behavior from before," Kujitora noted as he stood up and let out a breath.
Okamizu focused as she urged Chibi to step back before she stood her own ground and clashed more with her master. The two exchanged fists rapidly and proved to be evenly matched until Kujitora managed to kick her back.
"Rankyaku: Gaichou (Victory Bird)!" he roared, unleashing and energy slash from his leg in the shape of a bird of prey which Okamizu deflected with her own wrist, sending it flying and crashing into the water.
Despite the cut on her forearm, she managed to block more attacks from Kujitora before he placed his fists in the same motion as before.
"You won't hit me with it a second time!" Okamizu retorted, only to get hit in the leg by her mentor, sweeping her down to the ground before he placed his foot on her shoulder to pin her.
"Sai Dai Rin (Largest Ring)..." Kujitora uttered, Okamizu and Chibi gasping at the attack he was preparing, "ROKUOUGAN!"
A shockwave more massive than before was sent through the ground and right into Okamizu, making her cough up blue blood in response as the ground underneath her cracked.
"Onee-chan!" Chibi gasped in shock as the wolffish rolled away from the perfectly circle shaped crater, struggling to get back up.
"Don't worry, Chibisuke. I've dealt with worse," she assured.
"You were able to withstand that? That is quite impressive," Kujitora complimented.
"You've shown me your secret technique… allow me to show you mine…"
As she said that, she limped slowly towards the dock and dipped her hand in the water, managing to surround it with an orb of water before getting in a fighting pose.
"Come at me…" Okamizu declared as she motioned her master to come towards her, making him run towards her while she did so, "Gyojin Karate Ougi!"
"Whatever it is, I will overcome it!" Kujitora shouted as he used the Soru technique to disappear and make it above her for a surprise attack.
"BURAIKAN (VAGABOND DRILL)!"
With that, Okamizu threw her right palm up that was surrounded in the water orb like she was expecting it, making a huge impact noise as it hit Kujitora dead center in the chest before it looked like water exploded out the other side of his back, making him hurtle and crash back into the ocean.
"She did that?!" Takarakuji gawked as she glared at the general.
"You're open!" Corsair shouted, jamming his jutte into his gut.
"Let's end it!" Buccaneer declared as they turned the Keys.
=HISSATSU! OH/HEISHI STYLE!=
The two Riders posed before jumping high in the air and then dove down in a drop kicking position. Takarakuji tried to block with his six swords, but the two Rider Kicks landed, crashing through the defense and sending him flying back into the water as well. The Riders tapped their boots on the ground before demorphing back into civilian form, sighing in exhaustion as they turned to see Okamizu letting out a calming breath before walking towards Chibi.
"We did it!" Ai cheered as she hugged Yoshi.
Back inside the ship's cabin, Mizuki was seen meditating on the tatami mat and keeping her breaths steady.
"Oi, Mizuki. The fried chicken's ready," Yoshi called out.
"Thank you," she smiled, getting up and joining the others to eat.
"Glad to see you are doing much better compared to earlier," Robin nodded as she took a bite.
"Yes, I feel much better after everything. *bites* Mmm, this is good."
"Thanks, Mizuki," Ai smiled as she took a bite of her food as well.
"I say after this, we deserve a good break before going out treasure hunting again," Yoshi suggested, the others nodding as they continued eating.
"Speaking of, you'll be rather interested with what I found, Yoshi-san," Robin spoke up, getting the captain's attention.
"Oh really?"
"It turns out there's a special dagger and hat that were found on a Caribbean island… connected to Peter Pan."
"Peter Pan?!" they all gawked in response, clearly surprised by what the treasure was about.
Kamen Rider Buccaneer!
Gekka: Why is this treasure connected to a fairy tale?
Ai: Maybe he was real?

Takarakuji: That brat's got the treasure!
Gekka: What if we got him to help us instead?
?: Where were you when I needed you?!
Yoshi: Can you fly, kid?
Jikai, Sail 39: The Dagger of the Unaging Boy
*The Melodygers appear, as if preparing for a concert before music notes appear and they surround the five, and then scenes from the Melodyger chapter is shown*
Buccaneer: Cool that you are getting used to your Akuma half and finding a way to channel it, cooler that you defeated a Bird of Prey.
*The Sailor Spirits however around a bit before they all posed around the footage of the Sailor Spirits chapter*
Red Melody: It's a shame Erio is gone, but her sacrifice won't be in vain as Emi is also starting to grow up.
*Buccaneer is seen standing in the Crow's Nest of the S.S. Anne Bonnie before several keys surround him and clips from the Buccaneer chapter is shown*
H-Mako: And Okamizu finally allowed herself to move past her brother's death. But this Peter Pan treasure sounds cool.
*The Melodygers, Sailor Spirits, and Buccaneer's crew then stand in front of Subarashii Records with the S.S. Anne Bonnie sailing right next to it*

KKD: Yea. That was quite a lot to go through.
TB: How do you think this turned out?

TB: It's nice how Okamizu went through the stages of grief. Well, except for bargaining because… really, what is she bargaining for at this point?
KKD: This is a difficult thing to write about, but I think this is worth it for the most part.
TB: Me too. Favorite part?
KKD: Her final bout against her mentor in this chapter.
TB: For me, it's that as well as her finally letting out her tears when hugging Chibi.
KKD: Yea, that is a nice one.
TB: So, this took longer than expected, but we'll keep on making these chapters even while we do reviews on Deviantart.
KKD: Talk about a big workload.
