A few months into training the fighters were spread across the planet. Some even had gone into space. Raditz had left nearly immediately after everyone split up to train. So he wasn't with the other Saiyans who were currently training in the woods of Mount Paozu.
Turles swung a right hook, just scratching Goku's cheek as his pure-hearted doppelganger dodged out of the way. Gohan took this chance to slam a knee into the blue-armored Saiyan's stomach. Turles stumbled back for a sec and was kicked in the back by Goku. This is really starting to piss me off… He threw down both his arms, firing ki blasts.
Goku put his arms up, skidding back. Gohan was thrown up into the air, but caught himself. Goku looked into the cloud of dust, waiting for Turles to make a head on attack. Gohan stayed suspended in the air about fifteen feet up, waiting as well. The dust cleared and Turles was standing there, squinting at something in the distance. "What is that?"
Gohan landed and all three of them looked. There was a bright light heading towards them, but it wasn't a ki blast.
Gohan spoke, sounding confused. "That's Orlen's ki."
Suddenly there was an explosion that shook the mountain. Goku, Gohan and Turles stumbled a little in shock. Orlen flew by them and crashed into the ground.
Turles turned to look at him, "The hell!?"
Goku got in front of the group of them, "Get behind me!" He quickly put up a ki barrier as two large ki waves slammed into it. Goku grunted as his heels dug into the ground a little.
Turles helped Orlen up. The yellow alien was bleeding a little, his armor cracked. "I sensed them…Me, Daiz and Rasei went to stop them…Daiz and Rasei escaped, but they chased me…"
Turles shook the alien, "Who chased you?"
Orlen grunted, trying to keep conscious. "Cooler's men…" He then fell unconscious and Turles lay him against a tree.
Goku dropped the barrier and turned to Turles. "Who is Cooler?"
Turles growled, "Frieza's older brother…"
Gohan turned to look at where Orlen flew from. "Oh man…That ki is high. There are some weaker ones, but this is bad."
Goku grinned and looked down at his son, "Don't worry Gohan. We can take care of these guys."
Out of nowhere a blonde haired, blue skinned humanoid flew by. Gohan was grabbed by the figure and dragged across the ground. Goku turned to give chase, but he was caught in an electrifying aura. He howled in pain as his gi began to smoke. Turles barely caught the fist of a muscular green humanoid.
Turles grinned, "Dore. Nice to see you."
Dore growled as Turles began crushing his fist. "Damned monkey. Cooler wants you dead."
Turles laughed, "Does he now!?" He crushed Dore's fist and then threw the green being into the air. He fired a large ki wave, turning Dora into ash. Turles turned to see Goku had escaped his electric prison and was holding the smoking corpse of a large brown humanoid that was very amphibian like in appearance.
Goku scratched the back of his head as he dropped the corpse to the ground. "These guys aren't all that good."
Turles looked around quickly in all directions. "Kakarot…Where's your son?"
Across the forest Gohan was fleeing from the humanoid that had thrown him away from his father and cousin. "Back off creep!" Gohan fired a quick Masenko, which was easily deflected by the pursuing alien.
"Oh come now little monkey. No need to run." The alien spoke with a borderline French accent. "I just want to cut you in two!" Suddenly a sharp energy blade engulfed the alien's hand and he swung at Gohan. The half-saiyan child dodged to the right, and fired a quick ki blast. The alien growled, temporarily blinded. Gohan used this chance to fly off back towards his father.
He quickly stopped, his face filled with shock. His tiny body trembled as he slowly took two steps back. He was quickly backhanded aside, smashing through five trees. He finally came to a stop at the mouth of a cave. Standing there was a creature that looked much like Frieza's final form. But he was much taller and more muscular, his skin a deep purple with a purple bump atop his head. He was Cooler.
The French alien landed next to Cooler. "Lord Cooler, we can handle this."
Cooler crossed his arms and sighed, "You clearly can't. Dore and Neiz are already dead. And you couldn't even catch one Saiyan child. I think Guldo had a better chance at beating these fools than you. Now, let's get moving." Cooler and Salza took to the skies, going to find Goku and Turles.
Gohan lay face first in the dirt. He growled as he got to his knees. There was a giant gash on his cheek, blood slowly dripping out of it. D-dang it! I froze! I got scared! Uncle Raditz would be so ashamed.
Goku and Turles were in the air searching for Gohan when they sensed it. An enormous power, possibly even larger than Frieza's. The two turned to see Cooler and Salza flying towards them. Turles grinned, "Hey Kakarot, I'm gonna waste Salza. You take Cooler."
Goku chuckled, "You sure you don't want to take on Cooler?"
Turles raised an eyebrow at his cousin, "Uh, I'm good. I'm not in the mood to go through the experience of death again." Turles shot off towards Salza and Goku towards Cooler.
Salza blocked Turles' first punch. "Oh look. More monkeys." He was kicked in the side by Turles, sending him flying to the side. Turles pursued him.
Cooler and Goku landed a top a cliff nearby. They just glared at each other. Cooler was the first to speak, crossing his arms. "So, you must be the one that killed my brother and father."
Goku shook his head, "Raditz killed your brother. And some mysterious fighter killed your father. Don't know who he was, but he was pretty cool." Best not to share too many details with this guy…He's out for blood.
Cooler chuckled, "Oh. Well seems I'm at the wrong planet. I do apologize for the problems I've caused you."
Goku lowered his guard slightly, "R-really?"
Cooler's eyes squinted and his face turned to a scowl. "No." Suddenly two bright beams shot from his eyes and pierced Goku's chest. The Saiyan fighter's face contorted in pain and shock. He fell off the cliff and into the water below. Cooler stepped forward and looked over the cliff, "That was…unamusing." He started walking back into the woods towards Turles and Salza.
Goku surfaced on the water, gasping for air. He had two holes pierced through his gi. Small trickles of blood came from them. Cooler had just missed his vital organs. Good thing he's got bad aim or just doesn't know about my body enough. But that hurt! He crawled onto land and lay on his back. He heard explosions coming from the forest above.
Turles' fist skidded across Salza's right cheek. There was a burn mark left from the energy surrounding Turles' hand. Salza growled and formed an energy blade around his hand again. He began wildly slashing at Turles, easily allowing Turles to dodge. Grabbing Salza's shoulder, Turles pulled. The alien fighter's arm popped out of its socket and he stumbled backwards.
Salza growled as he clutched his arm. "You stupid monkey!"
Turles sighed and rolled his eyes, "Oh just shut up!" Turles raised both his arms and clapped his hands together. He slowly began to pull them apart as a fiery ring of energy began to form. "Super Kill Driver!" He threw the ring at Salza. It engulfed the French alien fighter and a large explosion erupted from his body.
Turles put up his arms, blocking the dirt and splintering trees from hitting his eyes. Nearly the entire forest was leveled. Lowering his arms, Turles turned to leave when suddenly Cooler's tail was wrapped around his neck. Turles began clutching at the tail, trying to get free. "N-not this shit again…"
Cooler was glaring at Turles. They were face to face, Turles slowly being choked. But his stare didn't waver. He just kept staring at Cooler, straight in the eyes. "So Turles, what hand did you have in killing my brother?"
Turles laughed, "Not much. Let's see…In the first fight….I pummeled him. When he came to this planet," He quickly coughed up a little blood on the ground and went back to staring at Cooler. "He was ready to kill me, but Raditz stopped him. His anger turned him into a Super Saiyan. Guess I'm next in line. So come on Cooler…" He spit in Cooler's face. "Make my day."
Cooler closed his eyes and wiped the spit off his face. He was trying to keep calm, but he was clearly beyond angry. His eyes slowly opened and he let Turles go. Turles dropped to his knees and Cooler quickly kneed him in the face. "Oh you wanna be a Super Saiyan huh!? I'll show you Super Saiyan!" Cooler held Turles down with one foot and began slashing the Saiyan's face with his tail.
Turles didn't scream or yell. He just took it. Blood began to come from the cuts on his face. But he was fed up now. Cooler went for another slash, but Turles caught his tail. Cooler froze for a second, only to have a fist cross his face. Turles was on his feet suddenly, standing around ten feet from Cooler. Cooler wiped his face, checking for blood. A little was there, coming from his nose.
This filthy monkey broke my nose! I'm going to destroy him. Cooler growled, "Nice punch. Allow me to retort." Cooler slowly lifted his finger and Turles went to charge at him. A purple beam of ki shot out of his finger and hit Turles. His body was engulfed in an explosion, his upper armor shattering. He hit the ground in a bloody heap. Cooler began walking away, "Time to destroy this planet."
Cooler was about to take flight when he heard shuffling behind him. "Hm?" He turned and was surprised by what he saw. Turles slowly walking towards him. His armor was in pieces, left arm hanging limply, and blood dripping from many wounds.
"I-I'm not done yet Cooler…" Turles went to punch Cooler but just fell forward and face-planted into the ground with a thud. He was out cold.
"I will admit Turles. If I didn't have to kill you, I think we would've made good allies. Maybe even sparring partners." Cooler turned and began flying upwards. "Now, time for you all to die." He floated about thirty yards up in the air. He slowly raised one finger and a small purple ball of crackling energy began to form. It was the same exact move Frieza used to blow up Namek.

On this site all of the other 'Raditz survives' stories or at the least the vast majority of them usually have him pair up with Launch, and on some rare occasions, with Android 18. I'm glad you decided to continue being original.
A: Yeah, and Trunks is their kid. They'll probably have a kid that isn't Bulla. I'm thinking of using one of the Saiyan characters from Dragon Ball Heroes. Since I love that game's concept and stuff.
Q: I have an idea! How about Turles gets together with Zangya from Bojack Unbound?
A: Never thought of that...Was actually just planning on writing in a wife for Turles that is a Saiyan survivor and I'd use a DB Heroes character. But that may work. I'll think about it.
Q: How about you make Turles and Zangya have a child? He can use the super sayian and the full power hera-seijin at the same time!
A: Like I said, maybe.
