Once they thought they were well hidden from any of Satan's Followers, the group sighed in relief. Joe and TK gently lowered Carter down as he starts to regain consciousness.

Sadie wondered how Carter got his Magic back. She shook that thought out of her head. That wasn't important. What was important was the fact that she let Isis possess her and obliterate her Family and Friends! How could she let that happen?!

Maybe Isis was right; She's too weak to get her Magic back.

At least... Leona and Carter got theirs back. So their chances of survival will probably get better.

"You were really brave out there." Her thoughts were interrupted by Mimi.

"Yeah. You guys were lucky I didn't get you killed because of me." Sadie sarcastically, yet sadly, remarks.

"Not that." Mimi corrected, "You were brave enough to protect your Brother from those (Sorry Neo) nasty Demons. Even without your Magic."

"I still can't believe I got possessed by Isis again." Sadie groaned. First time, it felt annoying. But this... felt Darker, "And if that wasn't that bad enough, I almost got Leona sent back to the Underworld!"

"Leona's DEAD?!" Joe exclaims fearfully.

"Of course not, Silly." Mimi lightly scolded him.

"Actually, I'm... not exactly much Dead." Leona admitted, surprising the Digidestined and Digimons, "To be honest; I, lived longer than the rest of my Friends. Just a regular teenage girl in the 90's who discovered she came from a long line of Magicians. The next thing I knew, I became 'friends' with a giant snake. Apophis."

"Apophis?" Cody asks in surprise, "Egyptian god of Chaos Apophis?"

"Same snake." Leona confirms, "He said he needed my help. So I helped. Turns out, he was only using me. When I found out, I knew I had to fix my mistake, even when I had to sacrifice my life for it."

"How did you end up getting here?" Gomamon asks.

"Anubis." Leona replies, reminiscing the times Anubis took her under his wing and taught her his Path, "He saw how I sacrificed myself to defeat Apophis. Since then, he became my personal immortal teacher. He even gave me back my life and let me live with my Friends, so that we could continue to save the World from Chaos. When the Demons took my Magic, I thought I'd get sent back to the Underworld."

"But you didn't." Mimi finished, "That's because you're stronger and braver than those demonic, Demons."

"All of you guys are." Palmon added.

"Most of us." Sadie sadly corrected.

"Sadie." Leona called, "I almost got the whole World eaten by a Giant Snake. That's worse than what Isis put you through."

Before Sadie can retort, the Digidestined and their Digimons were suddenly tied in their own Shadows. As they struggle to break free, Vilgax, Helga and Isis suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

"Pathetic Creatures." Helga scoffs as she glares at the Digimons attempting to struggle free from their shady binds, "Don't even bother only those powerful can..."

Before she can finish, the Digidestined and Digimons broke free from their Shadows. This surprised the Dark Servants but they retained their stoic expressions.

"Here we thought you were helpless without your fiery Friend." Vilgax commented.

"Yeah." TK stretched his aching back, "I think we heard that too many times now. Can you imagine my Brother's face if he saw me being captured by you guys?"

The mention of "Brother" made Vilgax' and Helga's bloods boil. Still, they took deep breathes. Mustn't, destroy, baits.

"We're just here to deeply apologize for our companion's unruly behavior back there." Vilgax told the Magicians.

"And we also hope you Kids are, generous enough to follow us." Helga added, turning to the Digidestined.

"So that you can lure Neo in your dirty, dark hands." Kari finished in mock tone, "Yeah. Not gonna happen."

"What I don't get is why are you doing this?" Joe asks, "Aren't you guys Family?"

Family. Again with THAT!

"Family, does not exist in our Master's Domain." Helga spoke coldly before she and Vilgax turned their backs away from the group.

"Take them." Vilgax commanded, and the Demons and Devils charged at the Digidestined.

Clashing weapons, punches, explosions and even screaming can be heard in the background. Finally. We're getting somewhere.

The two Demons turned around, only to find their entire army defeated?! By a kid wielding a HARMONICA?!

"Hey." Zeke greeted casually.

Isis attempted to blast Zeke with her spell, but the young Magician played on his harmonica. Immediately, a cluster of sand surrounded him and his friends, shielding them from the attack, catching the Demons by surprise.

"Hey. If they can do it, so can I." Zeke grinned.

"Me too." Walt touched Zeke's sand shield. A hieroglyphic appeared before the sand gathered to form the shape of a giant bull.

The bull roared before it charged. Vilgax grabbed the bull by the horns, but the sandy beast kept pushing until it slammed Vilgax into the wall. Helga screeched as she took flight and attempted to stab the bull with her razor, sharp talons, only to be stopped by a chain of hieroglyphics.

"Just joining the club." Zia remarks as she tugs on her Magical chain.

The Demons and Isis just couldn't believe it! How could they regain their lost Magic?!

Satan was watching Neo's battle when something else caught his eye; Those careless little Magicians were slowly regaining back what they had lost.

Sekhmet's Follower had just regained her Magic and was now channeling her rage on the bull. No matter how many tornadoes, lightning, or even fires struck the bull, it kept charging with full force until its opponents were knocked down.

Now the only one left powerless was Isis' Follower. Doubt she'll even survive.

Now Sadie really felt helpless. All her Friends, including her Brother, got their Magic back. She's the only one who... who...

Helga broke out of Zia's binds and her eyes began glowing bloody red. The bull stopped in mid-rage. Then its eyes was glowing bloody red, just like Helga's. The bull turned back into a cloud of sand before gathering together once more to take a bigger and more taller form.

Zeke played on his harmonica in an attempt to stop the sands, but it was already too late; The sand took the form of a giant, menacing bat.

When Helga screeched, so did the giant sand bat. It blew a powerful sandstorm that scattered everything that came its way, including the Group. The Digimons attempted to evolve, but they were knocked unconscious before they could. Even the Magicians who just got their Magic back couldn't cast a single hieroglyphic.

Finally, the sandstorm stopped, and its prisoners laid scattered on the ground, weakened and hurt. When Helga and Vilgax approached the Digidestined, Joe glared and gritted his teeth at them.

The two Demons sighed impatiently. When are these kids going to give up?

"If you guys are Neo's Relatives," Carter spoke as he weakly got up, "then aren't you guys, Guardians? Fighting AGAINST Satan? Not, fighting WITH HIM?!Like a FAMILY?!"

Once again, it brought back very unpleasant memories to the two Demons...

Not again! Another loss! Just when are they not going to be beaten up by their own Older Siblings?!

Oh. And to add further insult to injury, their dear little Nieces and Nephews are laughing at their loss!

Two claws were held out for them to take, but they just merely ignored them. They think they can't stand up as well?

They walked out. They could hear Creatures, commenting about their Brother and Sister. Stronger? Ha! And what was that about them being better Guardians?

"Family..." Vilgax mutters, bringing out his sword, "only brings you DOWN!"

He brings his sword down, at Carter.

"CARTER!" Sadie cried for her Brother. Why? Why was she so WEAK?!

The sword came down... only to be caught by a glowing hand.

The Demons were surprised while the group were relieved; Carter has once more summoned his Avatar. He lifted Vilgax by his sword, shook him and threw him aside.

"Not, again." Carter spoke coldly. That's when he remembered what Kibosh and Gigantra told him a long time ago, "I just got my Magic back. I'm not losing it again. I see how this works; You feed on the weak and make them weaker. But I guess that's our fault. We didn't just doubted you guys back then. We also doubted ourselves. Boy we were stupid to think we lost our Magic forever. The truth was, which you guys were afraid we would figure out, was just in our heads."

Sadie, didn't actually get that. But the others did, as evident in their grim but determined expressions.

For some strange reason, back then, when she thought she was going to lose her Brother, there was a warm sensation, beating inside of her. It felt, familiar. But what was it?

"If you want these guys," Leona glared at the Dark Servants.

"You're gonna have to go through us." Walt finished.

"Hey." Mimi brought out her Digi-vice, "We're not Damsels-in-Distress you know."

Vilgax and Helga could see their auras filled with so much power, and... ugh. Determination. It made them sick seeing how a bunch of Humans were still able to stand up even after everything they threw at them.

No matter. They'll be the ones who will emerge victorious. After all, they'll just have to use the weak link.
