Reviewers;
St3rfire: Because that's what Akhlys does, brings about the misery just when everything is going so well. And you may or may not learn to like the Sasuke in this story. His side is what I feel most people deal with mentally.
Czar Joseph: Precisely Joseph!
AN: This chapter is a little shorter than the others, but I really feel like its still worth a read. Tell me what you all think about it.

Arc 3: Trust
Chapter 38: Use me for Power
Five years came to pass, and Sasuke's power had continued to rise as time went on. His power moved from what little he began with and had risen above all others...well, almost all others, but soon, they would not be a problem, because he would never stop until he was the best and most powerful of all. At the moment, Sasuke looked out from his best castle, inside his most prosperous city, and surrounded by citizens that adored him for his leadership. Down below in the stone streets, a girl screamed as three soldiers dragged her into an alley and Sasuke nor anyone in the vicinity of the girl cared to stop them. They were soldiers, and had appetites that had to be filled. That was one of Sasuke's new city laws. Sex was open to everyone, and those who didn't agree were the first to leave the cities. Everyone who stayed knew and accepted the laws.
Sasuke nodded to himself and walked back inside to his room, and moved to a map of his territory of the land, and on it were black and red figurines and the same colors of the cities. Since the King had died, there had been another two cities created on the Uchiha Plains, and Sasuke smiled at the board before him.
Out of a total of twelve cities, Sasuke was in control of seven and while they were smaller than the main five that his King Brother controlled, they were the recruiting cities for the standing army. Sasuke was smiling at the sight of 3 armies on the board in his black color, with three horses on each figurine, and his brother had only one red army, with five red horses to signify the experience of the men as well as the size of it.
"How are you faring today, my precious servant?" Akhlys asked as she appeared silently in the room and Sasuke smiled at her for she was always a beautiful sight, just as deadly nightshade had such a beautiful taste to it. Sasuke moved forward and bent low to kiss Akhlys's hand, as if she was a deity, which she was, and Akhlys smiled at the desperation set deep in his eyes.
Akhlys knew that once Sasuke achieved his power, he would try to shut her away, and so she played against him at times. She told Sasuke of things to make him stronger, and left things out to keep him under her power. Now, five years later, her body was full and luscious, loving the power that this servant of hers gave her through his cities. And now, she had felt the misery of a whole kingdom close by, and looked down to her religious prince.
"Sasuke…" Akhlys whispered lustfully and he turned his eyes up, scanning across her bone colored body.
"Yes, My Lady?"
"I have just felt a wonderful chance for you to achieve your dream?"
Sasuke smiled brightly, his eyes burning. "A chance to lay down with you?"
"Mmm…perhaps in the future, but no…you should align with this girl who I feel such misery from. She has been sooo…stress-free lately, but all that has just been taken away. With her at your side, you could rid yourself of Itachi."
"What must I do?"
"Bring her to me, Sasuke. Place her in your bed, and I will place in her my own power, and then she will follow your every word. Love you as you wished to be loved. Obedient, beyond reproach. Anything of hers will become yours."
Sasuke shivered in delight and Akhlys smiled on the inside. When he brought this girl to her, she would have a wonderfully physical body, and one that was so powerful, she would be able to…do anything she wanted, including taking down her rival god.
"Who is this girl that you wish for me to ally with?"
"Mmm…She is the girl you have always wanted Sasuke…always wanted to lay down with besides me…Sakura of Port Haruno."
A month passed and now Akhlys lounged on the railing of a ship, looking out over the harbor to Port Haruno. Though Sasuke had failed to get her body to his bedroom, this amount of misery was perfect for her plan to succeed. She had felt the people leaving and that mattered not, for she wanted Sakura herself. Her magic was strong, and Akhlys wanted it…so much so that she had made the minds of Kings grow dark and pledge their armies to Sasuke, and now this girl would die in her name. Akhlys looked on as the army that she had put together for Sasuke stormed the city, and her body quivered in excitement.
She hadn't felt this excited since the dark ages, when all it took was a single warlord who wanted to kill his entire country. She had then taken his wife and created this body, and her magic was oh so sweet. Akhlys's tongue glazed over her luscious red lips, and she moaned at the feeling of Sakura giving herself up and began to seep into despair and misery. That magic the girl had given her was the ability to spread her emotions over others.
For a goddess such as herself, the dark ages were so beautiful. People saw others with black marks on their faces and walked away, not following their taught beliefs at all and leaving people to die in the streets and everywhere they walked. It had been so beautiful that Akhlys allowed the plague to die out, and that was her mistake because the Goddess of Hope took that chance and made an order that took care of the dead, and her magic grew less and less until it only affected enough for a city of ten thousand.
So Akhlys grew back from the world itself, and instead affected the minds of the new breed of heroes, the royals themselves. Countless wars and blood and injuries all done over simple wants for power, and territory. Akhlys still and always remembered the despair of losing a limb or losing a close friend. The fact was that her powers as a Goddess would always be in the world and she couldn't die, only suppressed for so long. She was eternal and therefore unbeatable.
Her only regret once again came with her rival god. She knew what she did, as Akhlys knew what she did, and so she put her own power into the Haruno Royalty itself. The sealing families around the world had to be destroyed, and it took so much time to make them dwindle away. And though others drifted into submission, the Haruno and their sealers stayed strong.
It was only when they went off to battle that Akhlys was able to influence them and kill those close to the main family. And then, there had been that one case of destroying the Haruno's first child. The despair and war in those years were fiercest, and Akhlys had hoped, ha! Hoped, for her precious blood. But no, after a few years, the Haruno proved to be influential, and this bloodless Alliance was formed. The influence Akhlys once had did not move from parent to offspring, as they had all grown up together and were friends.
But none of that mattered once the child was born, a child of more magical power than even Akhlys's current body had ever possessed. It made her quiver at the thought that with this girl, she could freeze the entire world, let people barely survive in the world with frostbite and burning in the cold. She wanted to see a time where people praised her to receive their daily ration of food and water.
And so she had laid in wait for one who craved power in her own generation, and a royal of course who craved for more, and had found that ideal person in Sasuke. And now, she felt the Queen stepping to her death and as she sniffed the air, she cringed. The disgusting smell of self-sacrifice was like choking on something so indescribably disgusting.
Akhlys readied herself as Sasuke stabbed her with the knife that she gave him, and felt her power seep inside the girl's body. Once the life left her, she would take the girl's body and magic into her own immortal soul, and maybe even turn into her on occasion. She had oh so many bodies that Sasuke found attractive, and so many powers that he would love to have by laying with her.
This girl had been blessed by the goddess of hope herself, and that was what Akhlys loved to steal. The magic in this world was Hope's gift and for every sorceress that they killed in fear, Akhlys gained some of their power, including her ravishing transformative beauty. Oh how Aphrodite had blessed her and now they were nothing, and Akhlys was here to stay.
The girl drew her last breath and Akhlys raised her head, feeling the start to the drain of power from the girl. She moaned as it grazed over her skin, when it suddenly stopped. Akhlys opened her eyes in worry as she looked up to see the sun turn blue, and grimaced with blazing hatred. This was not supposed to occur. Damn that Goddess of Hope! The Goddess's eternal body lay in the moon itself and she had sped her cycle it seemed and so now, the Goddess had decided to bless the girl again, with another life. Akhlys laid back, hearing the screams of the men running and dying. She had lost this battle, but the war would now rage between them, and her pawn might have to cross the board, and become something truly…frightening.
Two years passed in time and Sasuke, now twenty two, with Sakura at nineteen, stared off from his dark castle at the eastern wall blocking his way to killing the Ice Queen. For two long years, he had fought and sent his men over and over again towards those walls, and yet, Sakura's creations proved to be too good for them at defense. They had to destroy those walls, and Sasuke was growing tired of waiting for Akhlys to give him the power that he craved.
It was at times like this that he wondered if he was even doing the right thing. His brother was still alive, and did not hate him for his actions, but as he had sent in a letter to Sasuke, that he was disappointed in him. He knew that Sakura probably felt the same, but this was his one chance at attaining power beyond his wildest dreams, and he needed it now.
"Sasuke…" Akhlys called out and Sasuke walked inside, the cold wind wiping at his face before he closed the balcony window. There she was, and yet Sasuke's eyes did not marvel at her skin as it used to. He was growing tired of waiting for her promise, and he felt like she was growing impatient at their mutual lack of slaying the Witch of Port Haruno.
"What is it now, Akhlys?"
"Your men lost another hundred feet to her soldiers."
"What do you expect from me?!" Sasuke growled as he sat on the bed, the stress coating around his eyes. "I don't know how I can do this. I…need your help, Akhlys…I need more…"
Akhlys smiled grimly. Her pawn needed to cross that final step, but unlike chess, he had to do it himself. Akhlys sat up and slowly, the black wisps of smoke moved around them and Sasuke looked into her black eyes. "...I think it is time to grow up, Sasuke."
"What must I do?"
"Nothing at all." Akhlys smiled and pushed Sasuke onto the bed and moved over him, and Sasuke's eyes widened as his clothes slowly disappeared from his body and he lay as Akhlys did, as the shawl of smoke disappeared around her and her body showed clearly for him for the first time.
"Is this to encourage me?"
"No Sasuke. You have proven to me that you will serve me beyond anyone else. I wish to bestow on you a power…a power that I have had for a long time. Alas, as a Goddess, I am forbidden from using it, but if you use it, that would…be a nice exception."
"You would use me to gain power?"
"Of course, Sasuke. All that needs to happen is you giving yourself to me." Akhlys rubbed her body's pelvis against Sasuke's manhood and he nodded his head gleefully and moved to get up before Akhlys pushed him back down. "No Sasuke, I must give the power to you, so I have your complete control."
Sasuke nodded slowly, and Akhlys gripped his member and thrust it inside her completely, as her muscles squeezed it and Sasuke's eyes closed and she moved up and down, and Sasuke's breath grew rough and ragged, as the minutes went by. Sasuke played with her breasts as Akhlys mewled at the feelings of sex wave over her. This boy did have such a great technique, but finally she was at her peak.
"Sasuke, now. Now, surrender to me. Everything you have."
"I-…" Sasuke gasped, before a sliver of doubt entered his mind. What if this was wrong? What if this wasn't what he was meant to do? What if-
"Sasuke-Kun!" Akhlys moaned and he looked to her, his eyes glazing over at the sound of her voice, of an angel saying his name as he had always wanted, like he had heard the girls from his brother's and father's room, after they were with women. It was all he wanted. He wanted to hear a voice say his name in love.
"I…surrender myself to you…My Goddess…Akhlys. All of myself…to you."
"Yes~!" Akhlys screamed as the dark smoke began to move out of her and into Sasuke's skin. Sasuke moved to scream at the feeling of being burned alive, but his throat no longer worked. "YES~!" Akhlys yelled as the smoke burned black, seeping inside her servant as her eyes swirled with red, as the color of Sasuke's eyes moved to change shape, as small black tomoe's seeped inside his irises.
The black fire surged inside his mouth and burned his organs, turning them charred and yet they continued to move, cracks forming and breaking and reforming again, as the smoke left his body through his skin. Still, his member thrusted inside Akhlys, as she moved around frantically on the bed, pumping him for all that he was worth.
"YES~! YES~! YESSSS~!" Akhlys chanted as she climaxed and willed Sasuke to do the same and as he did, the black fire surged out of his body, across the bed, out to the hallways, and exploded in a black explosion out of the windows of the castle, where a black fire swelled to fill the air with an unquenchable heat, that would never die.
Akhlys's smile surged through the darkness, and she looked down at her retainer, asleep as the fire blazed around them. He would bring so much destruction to this world, and she would reign over him forever, because there was a reason that the world was flat. The edge of the world held a black fire that surrounded them in a circle, and this fire burned for eternity. It was…. Amaterasu, the God of Eternal Fire, and she was glad to have slain him in his prime.
