"Please tell me you didn't know about this match." Scarlett begged her father as she now stood inside his locker room alongside her uncle Glenn.

Once Daniel Bryan had managed to, possibly, weasel his way into the main event match at Wrestlemania, a severely pissed off Hunter had been escorted away from the ring along with his wife as the crowd erupted into 'Yes!' chants over and over again. They'd finally gotten what they wanted to see; Daniel Bryan getting a title shot opportunity. He only had to get through the Game first... Easy, right?

Scarlett and Roman had hardly stepped foot backstage again before Scarlett felt a large hand wrap around her wrist that began dragging her down the hallway and away from her team mates. She didn't even have to look up to know it was her uncle Glenn who had such a tight grip around her wrist because he was mumbling things about her defying the Authority, once again. What had surprised her before he lead her into her father's locker room however was that her match with the new stipulation was up next. Somehow, she'd managed to forget how close it was.

"Language, Scarlett." Mark warned her as he adjusted his fingerless gloves, strapping them around his wrists tightly before speaking again. "To answer your question, no I didn't know about the specifications of the match. Hunter asked me if I'd be up for a match with my daughter so I agreed. Glenn, or your team mates names, were never mentioned.

"Of course they weren't." Scarlett sighed as she tilted her head back and pinched the bridge of her nose between her index finger and thumb before dropping her head again, glancing at her father as he stood up now. "Just, don't hurt them too badly... please?"

"It's my job to hurt them, Angel." He responded, moving forwards to kiss the top of his daughters head. "But that's what it is; a job. Nothing's personal."

"Fine." Scarlett huffed before hauling her hood on top of her head and walking out the door. Mark made to follow her but paused when Glenn's hand settled against his chest, holding him back.

"Do you have them?" He questioned, causing Mark to eye him slightly.

"You know she'll never forgive you if you use them tonight. Not on those boys. I haven't been around much, but I've seen the way she looks at them." He stated plainly, trying to make Glenn see his point however when he merely rose his eyebrows Mark shook his head. Retrieving what his little brother wanted from his bag, he handed it to him before slipping out the door to follow his daughter down the hall.

"Have to do something since you don't seem to want to." Glenn muttered as his eyes scanned the shiny object in his hands, slipping the brass knucks in his pants pocket before stripping out of his dress shirt so only his undershirt remained. Tightening the belt that held up his dress pants, he then made his way out the door as well.

He caught up to them fairly quickly and the 3 of them made their way to the Gorilla Position. Once they arrived, Scarlett began stretching herself out as she eyed her uncle up and down.

"Wrestling in your dress pants, are you?" She questioned him as she stretched an arm over her chest, locking her other arm over her elbow. Her question had earned herself a glare in response causing her eyebrows to lift on her forehead.

"Do you think I have gear with me tonight?" He barked at her, earning himself a strong look of disapproval from Mark at his right while Scarlett merely arched her eyebrows more.

"Not since you locked up your mask, and like Phil said, probably your manhood as well, but you should always bring gear with you just in case. Right daddy?" She questioned innocently, dropping her arms to her sides as she turned her attention on her father who still held the disapproving look on his face as he listened to them go back and forth.

"You two behave worse than Kaia, and she's only just turning 2 in August." He stated as he shook his head in disbelief. Scarlett went to respond however Justin Roberts's voice made her heart leap in to her throat, causing a lump to form there and allowed no words to pass through.

"The following contest is a No Holds Barred 6 Person Intergender match set for one-fall. There are no count outs, the only way to win is by pin-fall or submission inside the ring." He explained just before the Shield's music sounded through the arena. "Approaching the ring first, being accompanied to the ring by Seth Rollins, at a combined weight of 605 pounds. Representing the Shield; the United States Champion Dean Ambrose, one half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Tori Cross, and Roman Reigns!"

Scarlett felt her heart rate accelerate as she watched her team mates enter through the crowd on the monitors next to her. Tori and Seth had walked down one flight of stairs while Dean and Roman had walked down the other, all four of them meeting in the ring. It felt very weird for Scarlett to be watching them enter, instead of being there with them as she normally would be. It made her feel incredibly uncomfortable, knowing exactly what she was heading into.

"Are you ready, Angel?" She heard her father ask from beside her. Not bothering to use words, she nodded her head in response as Kane's explosives went off followed by his music.

She watched him disappear behind the curtain then shifted her eyes onto the monitors to see him walk down the ramp towards the ring. As she did so she felt her father lay a comforting hand on her shoulder, drawing her into his side.

"I hate the Authority." She whispered. She'd said the words so quietly in hopes no one around her but her father would hear her, and she knew he had when he began to rub that hand over her shoulder gently as he muttered back the words, "I know you do."

Feeling his daughter jump slightly when the gong went off and the lights in the arena went out, he moved his hand off her shoulder to hold it out to her instead. "Ready?"

Glancing at her father's gloved hand, she once again answered silently as she held it in her own. She felt like a little girl, having to hold her father's hand as they crossed the street, rather than them waiting a few moments for the smoke to gather along the ramp and around the ring before they slowly moved from behind the curtain as well. At the same time though, she welcomed the comfort. Holding her father's hand as they walked out onto the ramp, hearing the crowds loud screams around them as the Undertaker made his entrance, allowed her a comfort she would need throughout this match. She knew he was on her side, that this was just business. This wasn't personal for her father. That thought alone calmed her more than any other words could have in that moment.

"And their opponents, at a combined weight of 757 pounds; She is one half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions Scarlett Payne, The Director of Operations Kane, and..." Justin paused for dramatic effect as her father let go of her hand to climb the steel steps to stand at the ring post. As he did that, Scarlett and Glenn climbed up onto the apron to stand across from the other members of the Shield who stood inside the ring across from them. "The Undertaker!" Justin finished finally as her father began lifting his arms out to his sides, the lights turning back on the higher he rose his arms.

Once he'd thrown his hood off his head and made his eyes go inside out as he stared at their opponents, everyone made their way into their rightful corners while Seth made his way out of the ring completely, taking to stand at ringside instead. The ref then questioned Dean and Kane, who would be starting out the match together, if they were ready, then signalled for the bell to start the match. Scarlett herself was just thankful this match hadn't started out like most No Holds Barred matches do, with a brawl going on before the bell could even have the chance to be rung.

The match began, to Scarlett's delight yet displeasure, with Kane having the upper hand. Kane hit Dean with multiple clotheslines that sent Dean ass over tea kettle, but as Kane lifted him in the air for a chokeslam from Hell, Dean managed to squirm his way out of it and hit the ropes. Rebounding off of them however, Scarlett had the urge to hide her eyes as he ran straight into a side walk slam. Watching her uncle go for a pin, Dean kicked out at 2.

Getting to his feet again, Kane lifted his hand in the air once more signalling for his chokeslam but his plans were thwarted when Scarlett stood on the bottom rope suddenly so she could reach in and tag his shoulder. Turning an incredulous look at her, Scarlett merely shrugged her shoulders as she got in the ring and waited for Dean to go tag out.

To her surprise however, Dean made no moves to go do that. Glancing her up and down with his eyes, Dean's face lit up with his signature smirk as he stalked his way towards her. He could hear his team mates calling his name from behind him, ordering him to go and tag but he tuned them out as he got closer to the girl standing in front of him with a curious look on her face.

"What do you say, Princess? Hm?" He questioned, leaning into her slightly so his mouth was just above her ear. He kept his voice low so Scarlett was the only one who would hear him, and in doing so he unintentionally sent a shiver rocketing up and down her spine. He then lifted his hand to her chin, tilting her head up slightly so he could look her in the eye. "Wanna wrestle with me, baby?"

Scarlett's voice caught in her throat as she let her eyes roam his face. From the smirk stretched across his pink lips, up to his playful blue eyes and she knew as well as he did that his words could have a double meaning if he really wanted them to.

"Ambrose!" She heard Roman call Dean's name, breaking her trance so she glanced over at him instead. For a split second, Scarlett didn't know why Roman looked so mad. They'd agreed that they could handle seeing little things that she did with the other man, and hell, she hadn't even done anything at all, but then the reality suddenly dawned on her. To the WWE Universe, whether they were made aware of it yet or not, she belonged solely to Roman Reigns. Yet, here was Dean Ambrose making her weak in the knees in the middle of the god damn ring, a smirk crossing his face the entire time.

Cocky bastard.

Shifting her attention back on Dean, she noticed his smirk was still in place however a questioning look had appeared in his eyes to replace the playful one there earlier. Sending him a quick apologetic look, she slapped his hand away from her face as she took a step back away from him. She then eyed his hand as he lifted it up in the air towards her for her to take so they could lock up. Slowly taking his hand, she wove her fingers through his as she heard her uncle screaming at her from behind for her to get out of the ring that instant. Choosing to ignore him, she locked onto Dean's other hand as they began pushing against each other.

Seeing as Dean was basically a foot taller than she was and stronger he quickly over powered her, forcing her into the corner to hold her there. Now under normal match rules, the ref would've had to start his count to five to disqualify Dean if he didn't release her, however under No Holds Barred rules, all the ref could do was stand by and watch so Dean had no reason to let her go. He still released her a few seconds later, moving back into the center of the ring. He then gestured for her to come closer and she did.

Locking up again, Scarlett quickly shifted herself to twist Dean's left arm knowing from their days in FCW that he'd somehow fucked up that shoulder. Nearly chuckling at the look of surprise on his face, she instead jumped in the air and landed back on her feet which in turn jarred his twisted arm causing him pain. Keeping her grip on his arm, Scarlett dragged him into a corner of the ring before climbing up on to the top turnbuckle carefully. Then as carefully as she could she made her way onto the top rope, leaping off of it to slam her upper body against the shoulder that was twisted to knock him down to the apron below. Going for a cover, Scarlett rolled him over and hoisted one of his legs in the air only for him to kick out at 2.

"That's how you wanna play, princess?" He questioned once they both were back on their feet, circling each other slowly. "I can play that way."

Before Scarlett knew it, he had clutched onto her wrist and threw her to the ropes intending on catching her in that bear hug he'd promised her earlier on in the day but his plan backfired on him. Rebounding off the ropes, Scarlett caught a hold of his arm and swung herself around him from behind so she could wrap her legs around his other arm. Using her momentum and weight, combined with his surprise, Scarlett was able to cause them to fall backwards into a pin.

Dean managed to break the pin at 2 and a half, scooting back into a corner once he was freed and Scarlett got back to her feet. She watched in amusement as Dean jumped slightly when Roman suddenly slapped his shoulder a little roughly, then pouted when Roman made a 'shoo'ing motion towards her once he'd gotten in the ring.

"I'm not fighting you, sweetheart. Out." He ordered as he pointed to her corner. Rolling her eyes, Scarlett turned around to tag out but then froze. This was like asking her a bad round of 'Would You Rather'. Would you rather see the man you love get chokeslammed to hell by your uncle, or get tombstone piledrived by your father?

Nibbling her bottom lip slightly, she tagged in Kane hoping she'd made the right decision. For a while, it seemed she had. After only one hit to the face, Roman had bounced back with a slap of his own so hard Kane had been disoriented enough he hadn't seen the Samoan coming at him with a leaping clothesline.

Once Kane got back to his feet, Roman was right back on him as he drove him into a corner, driving his shoulder into her uncles midsection over and over. Backing off, Roman went to the opposite corner before running back at Kane then hitting him with another leaping clothesline into the corner. When Kane stumbled out of the corner, Roman lifted him onto his shoulders and fell back into a Samoan Drop before going for the pin. Nodding along with the ref, both Scarlett and Roman's jaws dropped when Kane was able to kick out.

Getting to his feet again, Scarlett watched as Roman backed into a corner before without warning, he let a mighty roar rip from his throat and he crouched down to punch the apron. Lifting his head again, he hadn't noticed the way Kane dug his hand into his pocket before Roman was on his feet again. Leaping up in the air, Roman went to deliver a massive Superman Punch but instead felt the cool, hard metal of brass knucks connect to the side of his head nearly knocking him out cold upon impact.

Scarlett felt her eyebrows furrow slightly in question before a gasp left her lips upon seeing the object shine across her uncles knuckles. Before she had time to get back in the ring, Dean had noticed the brass knucks as well and had taken to attacking Kane by leaping on top of his back as he fell to the apron, swinging his arms like a mad man so he was hitting her uncle everywhere. Not caring in the slightest about her uncle, Scarlett got in the ring and called Tori over to help her get Roman out of the crossfire.

Once they were able to get him off the apron and seated on the mat against the barricade, Scarlett sat on her knees next to him as she took his face between her palms. She smiled slightly when he opened his eyes and looked at her, but his vision seemed to be hazy at the moment.

"You alright?" She questioned him, sighing a bit when he nodded his head but closed his eyes again. "Eyes open." She ordered, but her head quickly snapped up when she heard Tori gasp from beside her. Glancing in the ring, Scarlett felt her heart stop for a second as she took in her uncle setting up a table in a corner of the ring while a bloodied up Dean lay in the middle of the squared circle on his back. Her father and Seth were nowhere to be seen.

"Stay with him, or go find Seth and my dad. I don't care which." Scarlett rushed her words before she slid under the bottom rope to get back in the ring. Getting to her feet again, she stomped her way over to her uncle before she grabbed his arm and swung him around. Once he was facing her she lifted her hand to slap him across the face, a feeling of satisfaction running through her veins when the loud smack echoed around the arena. However when his eyes settled in on her again, the satisfaction left her body to be replaced by fear. Something inside told her she might've just awoken the Devil's Favorite Demon.

Just when she was sure she was about to be manhandled, Kane moved around her and the sound of metal hitting bone followed by a body hitting the apron sounded through her ears. Spinning around, Scarlett bit back her gasp as Dean now lay at her uncles feet while blood flowed out of a cut on his forehead.

"Would you stop fucking doing that!" She shouted, slamming her fists against her uncles back making him stumble forwards slightly. He then surprised her by spinning around quickly to get in her face, nearly causing her to fall back against the table behind her.

"Stay out of this." He ordered her. Turning back around, Scarlett's eyebrows furrowed when she saw her uncles body freeze only to quickly dive out of the way. Once she was able to see past him, she wished she was as lucky as he had been that he got to move out of the way.

Scarlett's jaw fell open in what would have been an ear piercing scream had the wind not been knocked completely out of her system as Roman's shoulder connected to her midsection, accidentally spearing her through the table behind her. She felt the wood beneath her back snap in half as well as the painful thud her head made as it hit part of the table before she and Roman fell to the apron.

"Holy fuck! Sweetheart? Are you alright?" Roman's worried voice sounded from above her as she felt him cradle her head in his hands, but she couldn't concentrate on him at all. Her ribs and lungs felt like they were on fire as she tried to suck the air back in, her head pounding as well causing her to close her eyes.

She felt her body being jostled around slightly and the apron disappeared from beneath her body, finding herself in somebody's arms as they attempted to run up the ramp but not bounce her around at the same time. Blinking her eyes open slightly, she caught sight of blond hair in her face and immediately knew Seth was the one holding her, but he wasn't just holding her. He was taking her away from Roman and Dean, leaving them there with the Demon.

Beginning to squirm slightly, Seth only held her tighter to his chest as he continued to walk up the ramp. "Stop squirming, you're going to the trainers whether you like it or not, Roman's order." He demanded then sighed slightly when he felt her sag against his chest.

"But, Dean's.." She began but found herself being cut off by Seth's words.

"Dean's been banged up before, worse than brass knuckles to the skull, he'll be fine. Let's get you checked out, alright." He said and Scarlett knew from his tone of voice it wasn't a question for her to argue. Slinging an arm over his neck so it was easier to carry her, Scarlett buried her face in the side of his neck as he carried her through the backstage area. Then briefly, before she was brought into the medical trainer's in the back, Scarlett heard an echo of a gong sounding through the arena before the door closed behind them.

Once she was checked over and had help getting air into her lungs again via an oxygen mask, the doctor told her her ribs might have slight bruising once again along with some bruising of the skin as well from the impact of the table. He advised her to ice her ribs just like she had before, only this time he wrapped her ribs up in a bandage before sending her on her way with Seth. They'd made it to the Shield's private locker room undisturbed to Scarlett's surprise, and found Tori changing inside.

"Where's Roman and Dean?" Scarlett managed to rasp out as she made her way over to her bag. Unzipping it enough to get her clothes out, she glanced at them pitifully before sending a silent question to Tori. 'Help?'

"They had to go to the trainers too." Tori explained, not bothering to acknowledge the silent question with words instead merely walking up to the older girl and began helping her. Once they were finished, Scarlett nodded her thank you before Tori went on. "No problem. Dean went for his head and Roman went for his neck I'm assuming."

"His neck? What happened to his neck?" Scarlett questioned, turning slightly to glance at Tori who had taken to playing with the sleeve of her Shield sweater. "Tori, what happened to Roman's neck?"

"Well, after I found Seth and your father they were headed back towards the ring so we got to see Kane duck out of the way last minute so Roman ended up spearing you instead. After Seth had carried you up the ramp, your father... he, uh." She stuttered slightly, pausing to scrub at the back of her neck which began getting on Scarlett's last nerve as she shoved her ring gear in her bag, zipping it up harshly. She just wanted to know what happened so they could get Roman and Dean then leave for their hotel.

"Tell me what happened already." She groaned slightly causing the younger girl to look up at her again.

"Your father may or may not have tombstoned him and won the match for you guys." She answered and Scarlett sighed, nodding her head before scrubbing her hand over her face. Reaching for her bag again, Tori beat her to it as she lifted it on her shoulder causing Scarlett to arch an eyebrow at her.

"Come on, we'll go get them." She nodded towards the door with a weak smile as Seth gathered Roman and Dean's bags along with his. Scarlett returned the smile slightly before heading to the door, however when she opened it the person standing there wiped the smile completely off of her face.

"Is Ambrose alright? Did he make it back here yet?" Renee Young questioned, her eyes roaming over the 3 of them before shifting her attention onto Scarlett again. "Are you alright? That looked like it hurt."

"It did hurt. I went through a fucking table." Scarlett snapped at the older blonde causing her head to jerk back slightly in surprise at the outburst but Scarlett didn't care. Shoving her way out the room, she felt a twinge of pain shoot through her side as she collided with Renee but she kept on walking.

Once they found the boys headed towards their locker room, Scarlett non-too-kindly demanded Roman hand her the keys to his Tahoe so she could drive it causing him to raise his eyebrows at her slightly. He opened his mouth to tell her that nobody drove his Tahoe but him, but the look the ginger haired girl was sending him made him bite back those words. Instead, he merely took his bag from Seth and dug in the front pocket, handing her the keys once he found them.

Finally arriving at the vehicle, all 6 of them loaded their bags into the trunk before getting in, Scarlett and Roman taking the drivers and passengers seats, Dean and Renee taking up the middle row, leaving Tori and Seth in the very back. Once the key was in the ignition and the Tahoe was in gear, Scarlett put the 'pedal to the metal' so to speak and got them to their hotel in what felt like record breaking time.

"Let me look at you." Scarlett ordered, her voice was soft as she nudged Dean's knees open to stand between them once he and Roman had showered. Having him sit on her and Roman's bed for the night allowed her to be taller than both of them as she stood in front of them. Using one hand to lift his head slightly she used the other to part his hair gently, bringing the cut that was now held together by 4 stitches into view.

"I've had worse, a lot worse." He groaned slightly, leaning back away from her touch. Seeing her frown at him however made him sigh before taking her hand in his, pressing a soft kiss to her palm before looking up at her again. "We're both fine."

Scarlett nodded her head slightly, shifting her attention over to Roman who sat beside Dean on the bed with his head bowed. "Roman? You're quiet..."

"I speared you through a table tonight.." He muttered, lifting his head so she could see the guilt spilling onto the surface of his grey eyes as he looked at her. "Do you expect me to be happy about that?"

"It was an accident, that's all it was." She tried to reassure him as she wove the fingers of her free hand through the strands of his damp black hair, pulling him towards her gently so she could press a kiss to his cheek. When he shrugged, Scarlett sighed. "Well, I have something I need to tell you both that might cheer you up."

"Whats that?" Dean questioned, drawing her attention back on him. Lifting her hand out of his, she ran her fingers gingerly across the hair covering his stitches as her nerves suddenly flooded her system.

Shaking the nerves away slightly, she took a step back away from them so she could look at them both at the same time when she spoke her next words, fiddling her fingers nervously as she did. "I feel like I'm ready, and if you both are ready for it, I've chosen a night I'd like to have sex..."

I think that's the most interesting last words I've ever written for a chapter... XD Everybody's a bit banged up after that match, thanks to wonderful Uncle Kane... Leave your reviews please to tell me what you think :)
