Hey everyone! Can't seem to stop writing this story! I was editing some typos from the previous chapter and got inspired :P So I'm back with a short (hastily written) additional chapter :)

It was after 7pm and Bo was trailing after Lauren in the supermarket. The blond was checking the grocery list on her phone.
"What else do we need?" Bo asked making Lauren look at her. Their trolley was filled with miscellaneous items to get them through the weekend.
"Honey, we forgot the eggs." Lauren pointed behind them.
"I'll get them." Bo said, but made no effort to move. Instead she stood still scanning their surroundings carefully with narrowed eyes. The succubus looked like she was making a threat assessment.
Lauren eyed her wife confused. "What are you doing? Eggs are on aisle three."
"I know." Bo nodded curtly and swept her eyes around them once more.
"That way."
"Babe, I know." Bo said seriously, standing in a straight posture. Her hands were clasped on her hips. "Stay here. Don't move." She pointed at the floor with her index finger.
"Bo.. We should get a move on. Your mother's watching Milo, but she needs to go to her book club soon."
"Stay." Bo commanded. "I'll be right back."
"What the hell was that?" Lauren muttered as Bo sprinted towards aisle three. "No running in the store!" She called out after Bo.
.
"Lauren?" Bo's slightly panicked voice sounded out just a few minutes later.
"Here." Lauren called out.
Bo scampered towards Lauren's voice. She let out a sigh of relief, when her eyes landed on the blond comparing honey brands. "I told you to stay." Bo huffed.
"What am I? A poodle?" The nymph scoffed rolling her eyes.
"Of course not. I just want you safe."
"I am safe." Lauren said dryly. "We're in the supermarket."
"We are. But it could get dangerous here also." Bo countered.
"How so? A jar of pickles might fall on my head?" Lauren smirked looking at the jars on the top shelf.
Bo's eyes followed Lauren's and crew worried. She pulled Lauren further away from the shelf.
"What are you doing?" Lauren lifted an eyebrow. "I was kidding."
"Right." Bo nodded, before gesturing ahead with her hand. "What's next? Fruit?"
"Yes." Lauren shook her head at Bo's behavior and steered the trolley towards the fruit section.
"I want mangos."
"Mangos it is." Lauren said heading to the fruit. She started picking the fruit and smiled to an older woman, who also started to scan the mangos. Lauren reached for a mango the same time as the older woman and their hands bumped together.
"Sorry. You take it." Lauren chuckled.
"Thank you."
"Hey hey hey! No pushing and shoving lady." Bo appeared behind Lauren and the grey haired woman.
"Bo!" Lauren turned to her wife. "What the hell are you doing?"
"I just.." Bo stared at the older woman hovering over her menacingly.
"Everything's alright. Stop over reacting." Lauren hissed pulling Bo away.
"But she.."
"We're fine. I'm fine." Lauren said curtly until meeting the other woman's eyes. "I'm so sorry. Please select your fruit.. while I handle her." She whispered the rest mostly to herself.
"It's all right dear." The older woman nodded.
"What has gotten in to you Bo?" Lauren snarled embarrassed. "You're being worse than Tamsin."
"I'm never worse than her."
"I'm very sorry." Lauren said again to the older woman, who eyed Bo warily before walking away.
"I'm sorry." Bo called out after the woman. "That was a bit.. embarrassing." She admitted.
"You think. But like I said.."
"I'm never worse than Tamsin." Bo repeated cutting in.
"Robin was just talking about how out of control Tamsin has been lately."
"Out of control? How?"
"Threatening people for even brushing up against Robin. Just like you just.." Lauren trailed off as realization dawned on her. "Oh.." She breathed.
"Well, Robin is carrying their baby. Of course Tamsin is being protective. It's a natural instinct."
"Right.." Lauren answered absentmindedly. Could it be? No. It's too soon, she decided unsurely.
"And I'm protective of you no matter what.. So, um.. Aisle 11. Tea, coffee and.. We need both right? Sugar?" Bo pondered out loud as she went to the shelves yanking the trolley and Lauren with her and started picking out stuff.
"Right.." Lauren shook herself out of her thoughts. It was too soon for her to be pregnant already. And it was definitely too soon for Bo to go mental about it. Besides Bo was right. The succubus was always protective. "It's not it."
"What?"
"Nothing. Take the herbal tea please."
"Of course babe." Bo smiled and pecked Lauren on the cheek.
.
A few days later Lauren opened the door for Kenzi and ushered the brunette in their house.
"Let's go into the kitchen. Milo's drawing there."
"Where's Bo?" Kenzi asked.
"She's picking up her car from the shop."
"The shop?"
"From the auto mechanic. There was something wrong with the ignition.. Or something."
"Or something is enough for me." Kenzi said conveying her disinterest with a frown.
"Me too."
"Milo!" Kenzi squealed and crouched to gather the little boy in a tight hug.
"Auntie Kenz! Draw with me."
"In a minute honey." Lauren cut in. "Auntie Kenzi will drink some tea first okay?"
"Okay.." Milo grumbled, but went back to drawing at his little desk.
"So have you mentioned your baby plans to your mother? Bo's mother?" Kenzi asked as she sat down.
"No." Lauren chuckled. "They are eager enough as is."
Lauren poured her a cup of tea for Kenzi and herself.
"That's true. They really want a baby sister or a brother for Milo." Kenzi shrugged. "You and Bo take your time. No need to feel pressured."
"Do you want an éclair?"
"Do you have to ask?" Kenzi deadpanned.
"Here." Lauren handed Kenzi a plate with the pastry on it.
"Yummy! Thanks."
"So, um.. I think I'm pregnant." Lauren said to Kenzi after blowing a wisp of air over her tea.
"Oh?" Kenzi lifted an eyebrow. "But I thought you two just started trying? Like the day before?"
"It was little over a week ago and I do know it's strange and.."
"What test shows pregnancy this soon? Have you told Bo?" Kenzi met Lauren's eyes.
"The Bo test." Lauren shook her head smiling. "And no, I haven't told her yet."
"Huh? The Bo test?"
"She's getting on my nerves. She wouldn't let me lift my medical book back to the shelf. Too heavy for me she said."
"Your books are kinda heavy." Kenzi shrugged grinning.
"Not to mention the bodyguard moves in the supermarket the other night."
"She's always like that. You're her Whitney."
"I guess and I love that, but now she's even more protective than normal." Lauren revealed. "She told off a little old lady, who was just selecting fruit next to me!"
"Overkill much?" Kenzi snorted imagining Bo snarling at some innocent senior citizen. Lauren must have been happy about that. "But to be honest little old ladies can be dangerous. Remember Sofia from the Golden Girls. She was a menace. Not to mention hysterically funny!"
"I remember. But this was a sweet lady. Bo probably scarred her for life."
"Supermarkets can be full of dangers." Kenzi shrugged winking.
"That's what Bo said.." Lauren sighed.
"Maybe Bo had an off day?"
"Off days. Days." Lauren stressed. "Bo's out of control."
"Sometimes."
"Oh, here she comes." Lauren smiled at her wife entering the kitchen. "You'll see soon enough." She said to baffled Kenzi and thumped her elbow softly on the table top.
"What are you doing? Are you alright?" Kenzi huffed eyeing Lauren curiously.
"Ow." Lauren moaned rubbing her elbow, while sending a sly wink to Kenzi.
"Lauren?! Oh gods! What's wrong?!" Bo barreled towards them with wide alarmed eyes. "Tell me where it hurts! Is it bad? Maybe we should go to the doctor?! Hospital? Kenzi! Why didn't you stop her from hurting herself?!"
"I..I.." Kenzi stammered staring at the ranting succubus.
"Mommy okay?" Milo got up from his drawing and padded to Lauren.
"Mommy's fine sweetie." Lauren soothed the little boy. "Just a little.. bump." She raffled his dark hair.
"No big boo boo?"
"No. Mommy's okay. Sorry I scared you sweetie." Lauren said pecking her son on his forehead.
"Ah. I see." Kenzi nodded knowingly at Lauren.
"I knew you would." Lauren grinned.
"What are you talking about?" Bo grumbled.
"Go Bo. Result!" She grinned at her friend.
"What?" Bo huffed holding the blond's arm gently in her hands.
"Oh nothing. Your wife has something to tell you." Kenzi sing-songed as she exited the kitchen after plugging the toddler up in her arms. "Congrats." She hollered on her way. "Milester, let's go play with those big Legos of yours."
"Yay!"
.
"Kenzi is so weird sometimes." Bo huffed as she watch her friend and son disappear upstairs. "What was that?"
"She just had an eclair."
"Of course.. Sugar high." Bo concluded. ""Are you sure you're alright?" She petted Lauren's elbow, while looking attentively in the nymph's eyes.
"I'm fine honey." Lauren tugged Bo down on the seat next to her. "We need to talk."
"I don't like the sound of that.."
"Don't worry. It's good." Lauren assured smiling softly. "I love you."
"I love you too."
"It's good. Good news. I promise. I need to tell you something. Though I'm not sure. Totally. But you acting like.. you are.. I think.." Lauren rambled motioning to Bo with her hand. "I think it's possible, but I haven't taken the test yet. So I'm not one hundred percent sure about.. You know. Maybe we should do that first and then.."
"Babe.. You're rambling."
"I am.. Sorry." Lauren gave a soft smile and pecked the succubus on the lips. "I think.. Bo I know, I'm pregnant."
A wide smile spread on Bo's face as she lunged to gather her wife in a tight embrace. "Yay." She whispered happily.
