"I hope we can get to know each other better after this is over Tenten." Marcas replied. He blushed and asked shyly, "Do you have a boyfriend?"

Tenten face-faulted. 'He's asking me out at a time like this?! Even Lee has more tact!' She gathered her wits. "I don't really have a boyfriend but I'm a very busy kunoichi so I'm not looking for one."

Hope seemed to well up in Marcas' eyes. "Then I look forward to talking with you more Tenten!" he said as he went over to the other Jedi with a spring in his step.

'Oh, brother! What have I gotten myself into now?!' thought the distressed kunoichi. Mass battles and warfare she could do, but love struck Jedi? She wanted to stick her head in the sand.

Planet Velusia

A beautiful woman with mocha skin and short white hair was staring out at the ocean from a rented beach house. Perhaps her most stunning feature was here alluring copper colored eves. The white two piece swimsuit she was wearing accentuated her curvaceous body as well. She was sipping on some brandy waiting for her lover to come out and join her on the deck. Inside the beach house, Ameer Isis was reporting to Lady Damasca in his traditional Shamshir robes. "I believe the negotiations are progressing but I need more time Lady Damasca. These things are delicate."

The holographic image of Damasca scrutinized him for a moment and then she sighed. "Well, the invasion is already on so that can be removed from the equation. I'm under the impression that there are other Fireveil separatists about so we will still need their help. Have you made any progress about a possible alliance?"

Ameer shook his head. "Ambassador Celia Fireveil said there were 'issues' that we might be able to help the Fireveils with in return that could foster goodwill but did not elaborate on it. She has been asking for an extension on our negotiations as well. I believe she is willing to give a tentative alliance a try but convincing her Grandmaster to agree to it is a different matter."

"Very well, Ameer. I will grant you the two week extension you have requested. I guess I was being overly optimistic about things moving quickly." admitted the clan head.

"Thank you Lady Damasca. I promise you that as our Ambassador I'm doing everything in my power to promote good relations. Ameer out." After Lady Damasca's image faded he eagerly shed his robes revealing his swim trunks and trotted out to the deck to see Celia. He quickly wrapped his arms around her waist and they embraced in a smoldering kiss. "How's my sexy little dark sider?" he asked huskily.

Celia licked his chin. "Did you get the extension Ameer?" she asked.

Ameer nodded. "Yes! Did you?"

She smiled and nodded as she ground her body into his. "Yes. Grandmaster Cressida was hard to convince but since I'm her niece I've got a little extra pull." She moaned as he started kissing and licking her neck. "I want you now." she said gripping his shoulders.

"What about dinner?" Ameer teased.

She smiled wickedly and ran her nails lightly down his chest. "Sex now. Then dinner and then each other for desert. We do our best negotiating in bed, don't you agree?"

He scooped her up bridal style and she laughed as he dashed her to the bedroom so they could continue their 'Ambassadorial duties' there.

Planet Pamelor

Naruto was atop a high rise building with Tokuma and Ino. Tokuma was using his byakugan to track various elements as they moved around the city and Ino was telepathically 'listening' for the ninja teams in case they needed backup. She was currently in contact with Neji and received team Gai's status from him. Team Samui was engaged in a stealth operation and the Sannins were apparently in open combat.

Naruto was on the radio with Master Skaros' lieutenant relating their findings. The other two were trying to stifle their laughter as they listened to Naruto rant. "What the hell did you expect man? As long as my ninjas don't break ranks they've done nothing wrong!" Naruto exclaimed irritated. "So a few usurpers got electrocuted. So what? Was there any property damage? No? Then why are you complaining? You know what, fuck this noise! Let me talk to old man Skaros!" He turned to Tokuma and Ino. "I knew I should have drafted Shikamaru. My place to lead is down on the battlefield, not up here out of touch!"

Ino giggled. "Wait until old man Skaros talks to that yes-man. He'll back off real quick. Master Skaros likes to be at the front, too. If anyone should be coordinating from a distance it should be Lord and Lady Kirova, not us. Anyway Naruto, you know as well as I do these people aren't war veterans so they are going to bungle things. We have to earn their trust."

Naruto ran a hand through his spiky locks. "I know that Ino. It's just so frustrating." They felt a rumble and Naruto said, "Check over there to the west Tokuma, I'll bet Tsunade Kaa-chan just got angry!"

With the Sannin….

"They've got us outnumbered six to one and they're charging us! Fall back!" yelled the Shamshir Jedi Master in command of the group.

"Oh, good lord! There are only sixty of them and they are charging on open, flat grounds." grumbled Tsunade. "Jiraiya-kun, Orochimaru, let's take them out!"

The Jedi Master looked at the Sannin with wide eyes as the three spun around. Jiriaya jumped with Orochimaru following both rapidly making handsigns. Tsunade gave the ground a chakra enhanced stomp that cratered it causing the Shamshir Jedi and all of Aeolus' opposing forces to stumble and lose their footing. That was all the time the Sannin needed.

Jiraiya landed and said "Great fireball no jutsu" releasing a huge fireball at the immobilized usurpers.

Orochimaru landed just after the fireball cleared and said "Wind style: great breakthrough!"

The fireball combined with the wind blast expanded into a massive firestorm. The Sannin's opponents died in an instant leaving scorch marks and ashes behind on the concrete they'd been charging over. The remnants of the firestorm vanished harmlessly with no other fuel left to burn. "That's the teamwork I'm talking about!" crowed Jiraiya.

The Jedis just stared in shock at the scorched field….

Naruto's group….

"….And that's what I saw, Lord Naruto." reported Tokuma. "The Sannin dealt with their opponents quickly and efficiently with no collateral damage."

"Well, if they whine to me this time at least I'll know what to expect." said Naruto. "Ino, contact the Sannin and get a summary of the battle. If I get grilled just because my people are doing their jobs well I'll be damned if I go down without a fight."

The Sannin….

"What….just….happened?!" asked a Jedi gawking in disbelief. "I turned around and all those people vanished in a vision of hell!"

"Actually it was an enhanced fireball jutsu." Jiraiya helpfully supplied.

Orochimaru did a face palm. "They don't know what a jutsu even is Jiraiya!" Jiraiya scratched his neck and looked sheepish.

"Look at this crater!" said the Master. "We were all blown off our feet by the impact. What caused it?"

"My foot." said Tsunade none too gently while pointing at her footprint at the center of the impact point.

The Jedi all gathered around the crater and saw her small footprint engraved in the concrete. As one, they looked up at her foot and back at the footprint noticing the size was an exact match. A Jedi looked at her fearfully. "You did that with your foot…."

Tsunade had a vein throbbing on her forehead and said, "If I used my fist it would have caused fissures as well as a crater! I tried to minimize the damage!"

Jiraiya piped up, "Don't worry Tsunade-hime, I'm sure it will be an easy fix. It's not like you leveled a building. Anyway, I'm sure our commander will vouch for us since we saved everyone's asses. Right, Master Jedi?" Jiraiya asked a little too friendly to the Jedi.

The Jedi looked at Tsunade as she cracked her knuckles. The Master said, "Sure thing! We're all on the same team. Thanks for saving us!" He had a smile on his face that was so wide and so fake that it even creeped Orochimaru out.

"So what's our next objective?" asked Orochimaru.

"I'll contact Master Skaros and find out!" said the still rattled Jedi Master. "I think it's safe to say there aren't any enemies left in this area…."

Tsunade 'heard' Ino call and related their situation to Naruto. She snickered when she heard Naruto was stuck chomping at the bit because of complaints.

Jiraiya smiled and asked, "What's so funny hime?"

"Ino just related that Naruto is enjoying one of the benefits of being a Kage and is dealing with complaints." she said with a smirk. "She needed a battle report."

"It's a shame there aren't more Yamanakas around," stated Orochimaru. "She obviously has her father's talent. They always were a smaller clan though."

While the Sannins made small talk the Jedi with them sat down and took a break. They were glad these ninjas were on their side….

Planet Nardil

Rahu was sitting down with Sheena after an intense sparring session. Master Talonis had given them the afternoon off because they had been working so hard. Rahu decided that little Sheena could best be classified as being a mongoose. The girl was small, fast, vicious and unrelenting as a tornado. During battle, Rahu found Sheena was an implacable foe. Every time she tried something new on the girl Sheena adapted and countered it before Rahu realized what was happening. They had 12 matches over the last five days and much to Rahu's embarrassment it was 10 to 2 in Sheena's favor. She originally felt despondent about losing repeatedly to a seven year old but Master Talonis assured her that Sheena's brutal training made her that tough.

When Rahu asked if Master Talonis would give her that kind of training Talonis replied that putting anyone through what Sheena had been through would be immoral and wrong and she found it abhorrent that they would do such things to anyone, let alone a child. After that, Rahu decided to drop the subject.

Outside of battle though, Sheena-chan was a friendly, playful and slightly mischievous girl but was also very clever and intelligent. She adored her parents and they were her idols. Rahu thought this was very cute. Now they were talking about Rahu's relationship with Hiashi. The little redhead was quizzing her. "So how did you end up with Hiashi-Jiji, Rahu-chan? I'm no expert on love 'cause I'm a little kid but even when his name is brought up you seem to become very happy. Why is that?"

"You are too young to understand love but Hiashi makes me so happy." replied Rahu blushing. "When I met him he seemed so sad and lonely and I wanted to help him. Somehow that feeling grew and he has told me how happy he is that I am in his life because he was alone for so long. He told me how he loved Lady Hinata and Lady Hanabi's Mother and when she died all was lost to him. He said he was a terrible Father because he was grieving." She turned to Sheena with so much emotion in her eyes that it took Sheena off-guard. "I want to make him happy like he makes me happy. He told me this life was a second chance and he wanted to make the most of it with me."

'Maybe I should cut Jiji some slack. I didn't know about all this.' thought Sheena. 'But what about Mommy? He ruined her whole childhood from what Kiba told me because Mommy won't talk about it. I don't know what to do. I'll have to meditate on this matter.' She turned to the albino. "Rahu-chan, aren't you kind of young to be involved like this? You talk like you're going to get married."

"Are you kidding?" asked Rahu. "On my homeworld girls get married at twelve to start having heirs as soon as possible. I'm not too young at all. Besides, I turn sixteen tomorrow."

"You need to explain the situation to Mommy, Rahu-chan." said the redhead seriously. "Jiji is in big trouble with her and I don't think she'll approve of you being together. She still hasn't punished him for attacking Uncle Kono and that's serious business. She won't let him off the hook without a good reason. Why don't we both get cleaned up and I'll be there when you talk to Mommy."

Rahu looked puzzled. "Hiashi-kun said he had some differences of opinion with Lady Hinata and planned to settle them for good this afternoon. That's why he wasn't here to watch our spar today."

Sheena got a feeling of foreboding as she felt a massive chakra spike and Hinata's killing intent wash over her like a tidal wave. The redhead was in a cold sweat and gasped out. "If you want to save Jiji's life we have to do it now Rahu-chan!"

Rahu was shaking from the intensity but gathered her courage. "Can you lead the way Sheena-chan? Lady Hinata's killing intent is too much for me to focus." Sheena took her hand and the two dashed off.

Minutes earlier….

Hanabi and Konohamaru were snuggling on their couch when Hinata's killing intent spiked next door. They heard Hinata's voice say, "Hiashi! You lecherous, dirty, degenerate old sleaze! How dare you take young Rahu's chastity from her! I'll castrate you right here and now!"

Hanabi and Konohamaru were shivering slightly and they heard Hiashi say something in return through the wall. Then they heard Hinata screech "WHAT?!" Hinata's killing intent exploded like a supernova. They heard juken strikes so intense that the chakra was making banging sounds as it was released. Hanabi heard a window shatter and activated her byakugan. She saw Hiashi leap out the window narrowly avoiding Hinata's twin lion fists as she blew out a piece of the wall from the impact. Hinata screamed "I'll have your head on a pike Hyūga Hiashi! You can run, but you'll only die tired!"

Hanabi turned to her fiancé. "Kono-kun, I think my nee-chan is going to kill my father. I don't think we should get in her way. Nee-chan scares me Kono-kun! Remind me to never make her angry with me again!"

Meanwhile, Hyūga Kō was sitting and drinking tea in his quarters when he was bowled over by Hinata's killing intent. He returned to his seat and prayed that Hiashi's inevitable death would be a quick one.

The present….

For his part Hiashi had no idea how damaging the twin loin fists were but his attempts to block them ended up making him feel like he'd been in a head on collision with an assault shuttle. He also had chakra burns here and there from the shockwaves of chakra his eldest daughter let out with her near miss juken strikes that he avoided by jumping out the window. The power he felt coming from Hinata had been passed down from her maternal side….it was righteous Hyūga feminine fury and he knew running was his only chance at survival when Hinata yelled "WHAT?!" at the top of her lungs. It was the third time he'd felt it….

The first time he was sixteen and was caught in the act with his future wife by his future mother in-law (and Hinata's maternal grandmother). The inhuman rage the woman let out haunted him for years. He really didn't remember much except waking up naked pounded within an inch of his life in the room with the Hyūga Elders. It was all a blur but when he recovered three weeks later he was officially betrothed to his future wife. It was that or ritual suicide….

The second time he felt it was early during his wife's pregnancy with Hinata. His bride was starting to look matronly and he blurted out "Are you putting on a little weight there honey?" He remembered that same noise of anger and woke up in the hospital along with his twin brother Hizashi who apparently was beaten senseless trying to save him.

He remembered his always loyal brother saying. "You are a baka. I will never defend you against your wife again."

Now he had heard it a third time from Hinata who was apparently channeling years of untapped rage against him. When he explained his relationship with Rahu he felt she totally overreacted. He was going to chide her but tried to be an understanding father instead and he asked "Are you having your period, Hinata-chan?" Admittedly it was not his most stellar moment. All hell broke loose and he heard that noise from her and leaped out the window to safety. Now he was running doing what any sane man would do when faced with an enraged Hyūga female: He screamed like a bitch and high-tailed it towards the forest praying he would lose her.

Hiashi saw chakra above him on his left with his byakugan. Hinata appeared from nowhere and was leaping down from a tree branch upon him with her right lion fist seemingly roaring for his blood! He dodged and she cratered the ground sending him tumbling from the shockwave of the impact. He got up and ran letting out a girlish shriek as his eldest daughter came out of the crater yelling about having his head stuffed and mounted on a plaque for her wall.

Several hundred yards away, Kiba, Sakura, Shikamaru and Temari were watching from a safe distance. They had been training together when they felt Hinata's rage earlier. "I've never seen Hinata so angry!" Kiba said shivering. "My instincts are telling me to run away and hide."

"This is beyond troublesome." said Shikamaru. "It would be a real drag to get involved. I wonder if we could actually restrain her."

"Personally, I'm enjoying the show." smirked Temari. "I never imagined the gentle princess could be this way. She's one hell of a kunoichi after all!"

Sakura thought to herself. 'Thank god Hinata never came after me when I was out of control lusting for Naruto-kun. I wouldn't have stood a chance in hell!'

The group watched wide eyed as Hiashi was sent flying from another near miss that obliterated a hapless tree. He was laying on the ground helpless as Hinata stalked up to him with her twin lion fists blazing. She cracked her neck and asked "Any last words?"

Rahu suicidally leaped in between Hiashi and her mistress and begged, "Please don't kill Hiashi-kun Lady Hinata! I love him!"

Hiashi looked wide eyed at Rahu. "I surrender Hinata! Do what you want to me but don't hurt Rahu!"

Sheena rushed up and hugged Hinata's leg. "Please stop Mommy! You're scaring me. I know he kind of deserves it but please don't kill Jiji!"

Hinata glared into Hiashi's with a look sharper than any blade. "Do you yield Hyūga Hiashi?"

"Yes! Yes, I yield Hinata!" babbled Hiashi completely out of sorts.

Suddenly, Hinata's killing intent vanished. "Then you have lost the traditional duel for the position of Clan Head of the Hyūga Clan and can no longer hold the title. From now on you will address me as Lady Hinata and no longer will you hold the title of Lord." At the shocked and confused look on Hiashi's face Hinata burst into triumphant laughter. "You didn't think I would commit patricide, did you? While I haven't fully forgiven you for my rotten childhood I've realized we have been given this chance to start anew. Do not disappoint me for giving you this chance Hiashi." Then her eyes turned cold for a second. "-And do not hurt Rahu-chan! If you are already living together I believe a betrothal contract may be in order. We will discuss it later."

Hinata turned to her daughter beaming. "Let's go get some lunch Sheena-chan. Then we'll call a repair crew up to estimate the damage to our quarters." She picked Sheena up and kissed and hugged her little daughter and said, "I'm very proud of you. You're my brave girl."

Sheena smiled and kissed Hinata back as they walked back towards the compound. Hinata waved over her shoulder at the others who had emerged from the surrounding forest. "We'll see everyone later!" she called in farewell. Then Hinata vanished in a body-flicker.

Hiashi basically collapsed on the ground in relief. "She planned this out from the beginning! My daughter planned this all out just to teach me a lesson. She has become a very powerful kunoichi and clan head. I guess Kō was right all along. I should have listened to him but I just had to see it for myself." Hiashi smiled in relief at Rahu. "Rahu-chan, I want to wait a few days but I wish to try to mend my relationship with Hinata. I was very hard on her during her childhood. I know it sounds strange but I am very proud of her."

Rahu ran a hand through Hiashi's messed up hair. "I'm just glad you're okay. Do you need to go to the infirmary? Lady Hinata can be very scary when she wants to be. I was terrified!"

"I'll check him over." said a frazzled Sakura. "Just lay flat on your back Hiashi and I'll do a diagnostic."

Shikamaru groaned at how Hinata was thinking more like Naruto every day and how troublesome it was making Temari laugh.

Kiba promised himself to stay on Hinata's good side. Even his mother wasn't that scary!

It seemed that peace had finally settled on the Hyūga clan….

Planet Velusia

Celia Fireveil woke up feeling incredibly comfortable. She was lying with her head on Ameer's chest listening to his heartbeat and his deep breathing. He was still asleep and she didn't want to wake him since he seemed so peaceful. She lay there pondering their situation. He was a widower of thirty years who recently lost his daughter do to her own scheming against his branch of the family. Celia got engaged young and lost her fiancé in battle nearly twenty years ago. They were both lonely people with a lot of responsibility thrust upon them as Ambassadors. Neither had found love and companionship in literal decades….

Was it so wrong? She knew her Aunt Cressida would have a fit if she found out about this 'sleeping with the enemy.' She also knew that Ameer's Grandmaster Damasca would be less than thrilled they were together. Celia looked at Ameer and was admiring his features. She loved his silver hair. Apparently it had been that color since his birth. Obviously there was a huge physical attraction between them but the chemistry between their personalities was wonderful. They could sit for hours and talk about nothing and just bask in each other's company. They both clung to each other desperately to feel the happiness they both wanted. It was an escape from the sea of loneliness that they had been in far too long. Part of her realized he was only 70 and she was only 50. They were still young enough to have a family which they both wanted as she found out in their many hours of talking.

She wondered what the future held for the two of them….Come to think of it; they probably should figure out some kind of treaty between their clans, preferably with frequent meetings afterwards between the two of them. She would bring it up after breakfast….if they could keep their hands off of each other.

Planet Pamelor

Arislan Shamshir was commanding a large group that was dug in facing a bunker full of Aeolus' people. The armor on the bunker was designed to withstand heavy bombardment. That blast doors were still open thanks to Lord Kirova's override codes but there was enough firepower within to make it a virtual hornet's nest. It would be suicide to assault it directly but they needed to take it in order to control that particular section of the city. They'd tried negotiation but he could feel it through the force this group was grimly set on fighting to the last man. He had requested Master Skaros' advice but didn't expect much as far as a solution went. Heavy bombardment was the only option he could think of but the collateral damage would be massive.

Skaros arrived twenty minutes later with a small contingent including Lady Pallas Kirova accompanying him. The old Jedi Master said to Arislan without preamble, "Well, what have you come up with boy? I hauled myself halfway across the city to see what the problem was but it looks like you have a siege situation going to me."

"We are dug in and they are too." explained Arislan. "We can't make a frontal assault without incurring tremendous losses. Hell, we don't even know how many of them are in there since we can't see inside the walls. I think we need a heavy bombardment."

"Out of the question!" exclaimed Lady Pallas. "We came to regain this colony, not level it! Surely there's another way, brother in law." She paused for a moment. "It's a shame Lady Hinata isn't here. With those amazing eyes of hers she could probably look right through those walls."

Skaros brightened up. "Her cousin Neji is. He has those same eyes." Skaros turned to his lieutenant. "Get me Lord Naruto on the line; I need to speak to him." Skaros was soon talking to Naruto and was a bit dismayed that Neji wasn't available. He talked further a few moments and then turned to the others. "Naruto and his command unit are coming. Another of Lady Hinata's clan mates is with him. Naruto says the guy with him is named Tokuma and he'll scope it out for us."

Fifteen minutes later Naruto, Ino and Tokuma arrived in a body-flicker scaring the troops a bit with their sudden appearance. "What's up old man?" asked Naruto with a smile.

The stuffy lieutenant ran between Master Skaros and Naruto before anything else was said. He chastised Naruto. "How dare you speak to Master Skaros that way? You're as rude in person as you are over the com. I demand you apologize this instant!"

Naruto glared at the man that had been chewing him out over the com the past few hours. Then he backhanded the pompous man sending him flying. "I'll deal with you later asshole." Naruto said in a dark tone.

Skaros couldn't keep a straight face seeing the annoying Lieutenant Reese Isis land in a trench. Naruto hadn't hurt the man badly except for his ego. Skaros remembered doing similar things in his youth. It always led to trouble but he never regretted putting someone in their proper place (even if it broke every military protocol there was). Doing his best to suppress his laughter at everyone else's shock he said, "Naruto, that's the bunker I told you about." he said motioning behind them. "I need to know what's inside."

Naruto motioned Tokuma over and said, "Give me a head count and their positions." as he handed Tokuma a tablet to draw his findings on.

Tokuma noded and said "byakugan" as he started his task. Twenty minutes later he'd finished his task giving the tablet back to Naruto who was looking like he was going to attack Skaros' pompous Lieutenant who wasn't smart enough to back down.

Naruto nodded and thanked Tokuma for the map and said "Shut the hell up Reese before I knock you out instead of knocking you down! I can't hear myself think with all your pissing and moaning! Old man Skaros doesn't mind me calling him that so back off!" he said leveling Reese with his killing intent.

"All right, that's enough playing around Naruto." stated Skaros. "Show me what your man Tokuma found. –And Reese, shut the hell up! You're annoying me!" Reese quietly sulked while Naruto handed the map to Skaros.

Ino was looking at the map with Skaros, Arislan and Lady Pallas. She saw the layout of the dome and the 90 people holed up in it and shrugged, "So what's the big deal? Just have Naruto toss a rasenshuriken in there. They'll all be dead in an instant."

"Toss a what?" asked Arislan. Then he paled. "You don't mean that technique he used to kill that zakkeg do you?"

Ino replied "I don't know what a zakkeg is but if it's a super-compressed disk of wind that cuts things up on a cellular level then yeah, that's it."

Arislan was still looking pale when Skaros spoke up. "What are you two talking about? Is it a solution to our problem?"

Ino nodded and waved Naruto over. "Hey Naruto! Do you think one of your rasenshurikens could clean that nest out?" she said pointing at the bunker.

Naruto didn't bother to look at the map again. "It's a perfectly circular dome right?" Skaros nodded. "If I throw a rasenshuriken in there and it expands at the center there won't be anything left alive in that dome. They'll all be reduced to liquid." he said matter of factly.

Lady Pallas and Master Skaros paled a bit at this. "What kind of a weapon is this?" asked Pallas fearfully.

Arislan said, "Do you remember that huge crater with the gore in it we camped by in the forest of Dxun, Pallas?" Pallas nodded. "That was the aftereffect of the ability they are talking about."

Pallas eyes widened and she looked at Naruto for a moment. She asked, "Will anything outside the dome be harmed?"

Naruto shook his head. "It might tear the inside of the dome a bit but I doubt just one shot would collapse the dome. Do you want me to do it?"

Pallas nodded slowly and said, "Do what you must, I trust your judgment Lord Naruto."

Ino spoke up. "Well, we might as well sit back and watch Tokuma. It's Naruto's show now." Tokuma agreed and the two went over to the side of a trench and sat down.

"This is one of your 'jutsus' Naruto?" asked Skaros.

"Yep, it's probably the most destructive in my arsenal." replied Naruto.

"This I have to see." Skaros said. "Do you need us to do anything?"

"No. Just tell everyone not to panic when they feel my power build up or wind buffeting around." Naruto explained. "Everyone should stay low too."

Skaros stood up. "Alright people, Lord Naruto is going to try a Ninja Clan technique to clear out the dome." There was a lot of chatter before the Old Jedi Master continued. "He is going to be concentrating a great deal of power and the winds are going to pick up, so everyone stay low and stay calm."

Naruto made some shadow clones and went into sage mode. Several Shamshir Jedi felt a bit of fear as the power kept rising and rising. They could also sense fear from within the dome as a few shots were fired but Naruto was out their range. Master Skaros watched as Naruto formed as sphere in his hand and two clones started pouring their wind element into it. The tremendous force started whipping the air around until he'd gathered enough power to make the disk twenty feet across. It was a beautiful spectacle but its purpose was anything but.

Naruto finally launched the disk forward crying out, "Wind release: rasenshuriken!" the disk flew rapidly across towards the dome with Aeolus forces firing at it to no effect. When the disk entered the dome many within cried out. A second later Naruto snapped his finger and the disk exploded outwards within the dome. Every Shamir Jedi felt the lives of those within the dome shriek in terror….then they were forever silenced. Naruto turned to Tokuma. "Tokuma, search for any I missed."

Seconds later Tokuma reported, "There's not even an insect alive in there, Naruto. It scoured the inner surfaces of the dome clean. There are no survivors."

Skaros nodded grimly. "Come on Naruto. I want to see this for myself. The rest of you can stay here or tag along. Just be on alert for snipers." When they arrived they found the inside of the dome was scoured smooth and the place was coated in red everywhere. They stood in silence looking at the crater in the center of the dome where the rasenshuriken impacted. It was as if someone cut a spiral in the reinforced concrete and painted it with blood. "I have to say Naruto, this is a terrifyingly effective technique. Why was it created?" asked the old Jedi.

"It was originally created from my father's technique." explained Naruto. "But later it was expanded and increased in power because the enemies we had were so strong that it took jutsus like this to destroy them. I did warn you there wouldn't be anything left."

Pallas said sadly, "That red stain; those were people weren't they?" Naruto nodded and she started to cry for the lives lost. Arislan had seen what happened to the zakkeg. While not on this scale, he still had some idea what to expect from his previous experience. He did his best to comfort his sister in law as they walked back over to the camp in the trenches….

Arislan's forces settled down for a while. They were both awed and frightened at the power Naruto displayed. Many that had their doubts about the Shamshirs needing the ninja branch family were totally convinced now. What they had witnessed truly had to be seen to be believed. Some wanted to cheer or congratulate Naruto but it seemed he was keeping to himself with the commanders.

Lady Pallas had finally calmed down and told Naruto she was sorry for her reaction and that she didn't hate him or anything. Naruto said it was alright and that he wouldn't have blamed her if she had. When he asked her if she'd seen death like this before she shook her head no. Naruto explained that this was what the war they'd had on Edo was like and it was why he wanted them to make peace with the Fireveils so he wouldn't have to see and do things like this again.

For his part Master Skaros was a bit torn. For one person to have such power was awe-striking. As a military commander he soaked up the tactical possibilities of such an ability. As a friend and mentor he knew Naruto was a humble man that enjoyed battle (like all the ninjas seemed to) but he also knew Naruto wasn't one to enjoy slaughter and that's the only way he could describe the rasenshuriken. A tool for slaughter. Morals aside though, he looked over the map with the others and saw they had taken three-fourths of the Kirova enclave over. It was getting late in the day and his troops were getting tired. Skaros ordered his forces to consolidate their positions and rest for the night. They would pick up where they left off in the morning….

Planet Nardil

Hinata was sleeping in one of Naruto's shirts. His scent on the shirt and in the bed sheets made her feel close to him even though he was far away. He sent a coded transmission to her every night the last three days and that he was okay. Hinata was awaked by a knock on her door and wasn't surprised to find Sheena couldn't sleep. She missed Daddy too so Hinata invited Sheena to sleep with Mommy tonight (again). Sheena snuggled up in Hinata's bosom and asked "Mommy? Why aren't aunt Hanabi's breasts as big and firm as yours? I asked her when I was staying with them and she wouldn't answer."

Hinata went wide eyed and then started to giggle. "Sheena-chan, you should talk about a woman's breast size like you shouldn't ask about their weight. It's not proper." she explained snickering. Hinata could imagine the scandalized/shocked look on Hanabi's face when Sheena asked that.

"What's so funny Mommy?" asked Sheena with confusion in her eyes.

Hinata snuggled her daughter and kissed her forehead. "You are baby girl. Now let's get some sleep. I'm tired from dealing with all the repair people today and they won't get finished until tomorrow evening." With that, Naruto's two favorite girls fell asleep holding each other.

Early the next morning a shadow clone of Hinata let the repair team in and made herself busy in the (undamaged) kitchen while the real Hinata slept in a bit with Sheena. All too soon the noise of the power tools and so on awoke Hinata and Sheena from their slumber and Sheena was quickly off to her room to get ready for today's training with Mei-sensei. Hinata decided to get her combat gear on herself and practice with Kiba. She was sparring with him to whip him into shape but for some odd reason he'd been a little jumpy around her. 'You'd think he was frightened or something.' she thought to herself.

Soon the two of them were eating breakfast that Hinata's shadow clone cooked up. After that it was off to training with Hinata's clone stuck inside with a noisy repair crew all day. Hinata put up with it most of yesterday and didn't want to do that again. Her clone thought about dispelling herself rebelliously but decided to stick it out because Kiba really needed the training. It amazed Hinata's clone how much stronger she was but after training with Naruto and under the supervision of Jiraiya for a year on Edo; she and all those involved grew a lot stronger.

The training grounds….

Kiba was running behind and found Hinata waiting for him at their designated training grounds that Hinata secured. His sister Hana was learning from the medical Ninja, particularly Shizune when Lady Tsunade was not around. "Sorry I'm late Hinata! I got caught up eating the good food at breakfast."

Hinata cocked an eyebrow at him. "Well, that will give you more energy to burn in training, right?"

"Umm….Sure thing Hinata! You said you had an idea for helping with collaboration techniques, right?" Kiba asked hopefully.

"Well, I have some ideas." nodded Hinata. "All week I want to keep building up your reserves and control so you can utilize the shadow clone technique more effectively. I know you miss Akamaru more than anything but since you no longer have your partner I figure you can collaborate with your clones. I've become well versed in water techniques but I think you would be better suited to earth to strengthen your body. Some of our Iwa clan members can teach you a few things. Your mother and sister should start training too. We ninjas are lacking in quantity so we are all training hard to make up for it in quality."

Kiba smiled "For a minute there I thought I was listening to Kurenai-sensei. You've really grown Hinata." Then he got a constipated look on his face. "It seems weird learning from Iwa shinobi and considering them clan mates though."

Hinata blushed at his comparison of her to Kurenai. "Ittan is a good teacher of earth techniques. We'll make arrangements to see him later. The sooner you accept all ninjas are one clan now the better Kiba-kun. Our former prejudices have no place here."

"Aliright. What do we start with Hinata-sensei?" asked Kiba.

Hinata rolled her eyes at the 'sensei' comment and said. Let's go out and spar on the lake and see what you can do. Don't hold back though; I really need to gauge your skills."

"Sure thing Hinata!" exclaimed the eager Inuzuka. "Don't say I didn't warn you though!"

Two hours later….

Kiba was lying on the shore of the lake exhausted. He was totally drained and Hinata looked like she'd just had a warm up. 'Good god, what a monster she's become!" thought Kiba. 'She moved around me like I was in slow motion. I never even landed a hit on her!'

Hinata walked off the surface of the water over to the panting Kiba. "Are you alright Kiba-kun?" she asked.

Kiba rolled over on his back and nodded. "So what do you think?" he asked dreading the answer.

The Hyūga heiress looked thoughtful. "Well, I'd say you're solid chunin but without you partner you aren't as effective as before. We'll work on it. Don't worry Kiba-kun, I'll see to it you improve. We might team you up with Konohamaru-kun and Hanabi-chan as you are all about the same level."

Kiba grimaced at being teamed up with the kids but he had no delusions that he could keep up with Hinata. "So what level would you rate yourself at?" he asked.

"I don't know." she replied. "I was told I was at 'an acceptable level' by the sannin so I guess I'm a jonin? I don't know what 'acceptable' is by sannin standards."

"Hinata, you completely kicked my ass and I could tell you weren't going all out. I couldn't touch you." said the Inuzuka. "Surely that's a high jonin level if not elite jonin level. You didn't use a single water jutsu and you said you were proficient with them. I'm going to bring Mom tomorrow so you can test her as well."

"Why do you want me to test your Mom?" asked Hinata. "I don't want to insult her or anything. She will always view me as a child even if we're the same age now physically."

Kiba smiled. "I just want to see the look on her face when you kick her ass Hinata-chan. She's always saying I'm not tough enough but seeing her schooled by you would do my heart good. After seeing you wipe the floor with your Dad it'll be hilarious seeing Mom knocked off her pedestal."

Hinata sweat dropped. "You just want to see Tsume humiliated for defeating you during your training."

"Of course I do!" barked out Kiba with a laugh. "Please Hinata-chan?" he asked with puppy dog eyes.

Hinata winced at his poor attempt at the puppy eyed look. "All right, invite her tomorrow. Just stop making that face. It's disturbing Kiba-kun."

"Yes!" cheered Kiba.

She shook her head at her teammate's antics. "Let's wrap it up for today. Your chakra reserves are pretty used up. We'll start again tomorrow along with Tsume if she wants."

Kiba looked a bit embarrassed and asked, "Hinata, can you help me back to my quarters? I'm totally exhausted."

Hinata made two shadow clones and they hauled him back to the Inuzuka's quarters. When Hinata knocked, Tsume answered the door. She said, "Hello Hinata-chan!" she glanced over Hinat's shoulder and saw the pathetic shape Kiba was in. "What happened to you pup, you look like you just lost a war."

"He overexerted himself training Tsume. He's not hurt; just exhausted." replied Hinata.

Tsume brightened up. "Good boy! You weren't slacking off or playing around for a change."

The exhausted Kiba looked at Tsume and said. "Hinata-chan and I would like you to join us in our training tomorrow. Maybe you can help with the new collaboration techniques we've been experimenting with." Tsume enthusiastically agreed and Kiba smiled evilly with a gleam in his eye. 'Bwahahaha! My master plan is falling into place.'

Tsume told Hinata's clones to dump Kiba on his bed so he could sleep it off and invited Hinata to get some food with her. She was going to meet Hana for lunch in the dining hall so Tsume could check on her other pup's training. Hinata agreed to join her while internally smiling at the Inuzuka clan's wacky antics….

Later at the dining hall….

"So the runt wore himself out sparring with you?" asked Hana. "You don't look worn out at all Hinata. What have you been eating to make you that strong?"

"I've just been training hard, that's all." said Hinata shyly.

"I'm going to join them for some combat training tomorrow Hana." said Tsume. "You should come along and see if you can pick up some new moves. Hinata-chan says they've come up with some collaboration techniques and I can't wait to try them."

"Sounds good. I need to stretch my muscles anyway.' replied Hana. "Is that okay Hinata-chan?"

"Certainly, we'd be happy if you'd join us." Hinata said smiling while thinking 'As usual, Tsume does things without asking. At least Hana is polite about it. Oh well, it's fine."

Tsume cut in. "Good. Speaking of training Hinata-chan, how is little Sheena-chan's training coming along? The little pup has some fire in her; I'd like to see her in action."

Hinata smiled at Tsume's enthusiasm. "Well, Lady Terumi Mei teaches her and her team ninja skills in the morning and Jedi Master Talonis teaches the children Jedi skills in the afternoon. They all are learning schoolwork every other day. I'm sure they are having lunch out on the training grounds now. We could probably catch their Jedi training if we head out there after we finish eating though."

"Let's head out there then. Jedi training is primarily kenjutsu isn't it?" asked Tsume.

"There's a lot more to it than that but kenjutsu is their primary focus."

"Well, watching your pup in a sword fight could be fun. It will at least give us an idea of what kind of physical shape she's in." commented Hana.

A little while later Hinata led the two Inuzuka women to the Jedi training grounds explaining that practice sabers smarted but didn't hurt. Tsume wondered how Hinata managed to get the former Mizukage to be her child's sensei and Hinata explained that Mei loved teaching the children and asked to do it. They soon found Master Talonis putting Damascus and Nagi through their paces in their sword forms. She had them moving slowly so they would understand the blocks and parries used in the Shamshir style.

Hinata saw her daughter meditating on one side and her retainer Rahu eagerly waiting on the other. They sat down by Rahu and made introductions. Hinata asked, "So Rahu-chan; you seem very excited. Are you waiting to take on Master Talonis?"

Rahu cocked her head to the side. "Nope. I'm taking on the Mongoose. This time I shall be the victor!"

"The Mongoose?" asked Hinata. "Who are you talking about?"

"Your daughter, Sheena-chan!" Rahu answered with narrow eyes. "I nicknamed her that. She's small and too strong, fast and vicious for the other kids so I battle her. Today I will defeat her!"

Tsume looked at Rahu and then the diminutive redhead meditating at the other end of the sparring ring. She burst into laughter at the albino girl. "Are you serious? She's tiny! You should have an edge in every category except the fact she's a smaller target to hit. Why are you acting like it's a real fight. I feel sorry for the pup."

"Yeah, that's what I thought." answered Rahu. "I was given a rude awakening."

Hinata looked a bit confused, "Sheena-chan never mentioned you spar with her Rahu-chan."

"I made her promise not to." replied the albino girl. "It's embarrassing for me to have to battle someone half my height."

Master Talonis called Rahu and Sheena into the circle and Damascus and Nagi sat down with Hinata and the others. Once again, Hinata made introductions but then she asked, "Damascus-kun, Nagi-chan; are Rahu-chan and Sheena-chan sparring for real?" She was worried for Sheena.

Nagi said, "Sheena-chan's just too tough for us. Rahu is a good match for her though she usually loses."

"It's a shame to always get beat so one-sidedly." said Hana. I hope Sheena-chan isn't too down about it."

"What do you mean?" asked Damascus. "Sheena-chan usually mows poor Rahu down. She's a fighting machine! Just watch and you'll see."

The three women had puzzled looks on their faces as Master Talonis started the match. Rahu said, "Your aerial attacks won't work today, pipsqueak! I can block them now so just bring it!"

Sheena nodded and said "Okay…." in her quiet voice. She charged at astonishing speeds with her blade above her head. Rahu got into a strong block position to parry the incoming aerial strike. At the last possible second Sheena dropped and slid using a move similar to the leaf whirlwind that sent Rahu flying and caused her to drop her saber. Rahu dashed for her saber but Sheena was on top of her with a 'fatal' neck strike before Rahu reached her blade.

"Arrrgh!" screeched Rahu. "That wasn't any sort of sword move! I want a rematch!"

Sheena was still in 'combat mode' and nodded. "Very well, retrieve your blade and we'll go again. Is that okay Master?

Talonis marveled at Sheena's efficiency. "That's fine. Tell me when you are both ready."

Rahu gathered her saber and her wits for a moment and said, "You got lucky little Mongoose. I won't be so easy this time."

"Are you both ready?" asked Talonis. They both nodded and ignited their sabers. "You may begin."

This time Sheena charged and went aerial at the last second. Rahu was able to block it but had to pivot quickly and block again as Sheena sailed over her and landed behind her only to attack again. Sparks flew as their practice sabers clashed and the pair whirled and danced around each other.

Hinata, Hana and Tsume all sat there in a state of shock as they saw little Sheena giving as well as she got against a much larger and stronger opponent. Though the ninjas could track it, Sheena was moving at speeds on par with a high chunin and was accelerating. Rahu was moving slower but using her greater reach to keep Sheena from getting at point blank where Sheena was at her best. Finally after twenty minutes of intense battle Sheena used chakra to jump up and ricochet off a tree branch. She came down and delivered a 'fatal' neck strike to Rahu and they both collapsed on to their hands and knees dripping with sweat and panting heavily.

Sheena slipped back to her normal self and said between gasps, "That….was a really good spar Rahu-chan. You almost had me….twice. I'm exhausted."

Rahu panted out. "Damn. That makes 15 to 4 in your favor Sheena-chan. You are getting faster every time."

Master Talonis spoke after analyzing the battle she'd just seen in her head. She gave both girls a water bottle and both combatants drank the water down greedily. "You both exceeded your limits today. Well done! You did exceptionally well. You are adapting more rapidly Rahu but likewise Sheena is getting even more unpredictable with her unusual moves. What was that martial art you were using Sheena?"

"Anko-sensei has taught me some of the snake style. I decided to try it today." answered the redhead.

Talonis called the other two children over as well as the three gob smacked adults to discuss the highlights of the spar and what mistakes each of them made. Master Talonis praised Rahu's improvements but likewise stressed her need to improve her close in defense. Likewise, she credited Sheena's innovative incorporation of moves but informed Sheena that many of them were calculated risks and had they not paid off they would have had fatal results in real combat.

Hinata and the two Inuzuka women were thoroughly impressed with the way Master Talonis expertly broke down the fight so the children and non-kenjutsu users like themselves could understand perfectly. They were still in awe of what they'd seen though. While the idea of the sixteen year old Rahu being chunin speed and equally good with a light saber impressed them, Sheena's performance was mind boggling.

Hinata hugged her exhausted daughter gently, "You were amazing Sheena-chan! I'm so proud of you but don't burn yourself out. I can tell you're completely drained. We need to get you a bath and a good rest."

"I'm not that tired." said Sheena with a yawn. Ten minutes later Sheena was fast asleep in Hinata's arms.

'Not tired huh?' thought Hinata as she carried her daughter home. She bid the two floored Inuzuka women farewell and told them she'd see them tomorrow for training. After that Hinata decided to stay at home with her little girl and took Sheena home to sleep….

POSTSCRIPT:

And done. Well, we've had enough fun with Hiashi for a while. Contrary to popular belief I don't hate the guy. I just view him as an older version of Neji before the chunin exams. Once he's been beaten down a bit and had the stick pulled out of his ass I think he's an alright character. His relationship with Rahu is also going to change him for the better. Will Sheena continue to prank him? We'll see….Blue out. 5/17/14
