"What's the big idea?" Rachel yelled as she stormed into Sue's office with a feeling of déjà-vu. She remembered storming up to Sue after their choir room got destroyed and how she was raging with anger. Mercedes stood by the door, her eyes wide which probably had something to do with how Rachel just addressed Sue. Sue however just spun around in her chair and crossed her legs.
"I never said I'd play fair Corcoran" Sue said calmly as she sipped her protein shake. Rachel sighed and Mercedes cocked her head to the side. Even though Rachel had told her about Sue's confrontation in the washroom, it was still hard to believe
"All of my gymnasts are in no condition to do anything besides take Tylenol and rest for a week" Mercedes nodded in the background
"Ya, they have more bruises then a Dalmatian has spots" Mercedes piped in once she realized Sue wouldn't murder them
"Nah, you see I trained them Corcoran and Jones, I trained them very well. They'll be up and at 'em by Thursday"
"But today's Wednesday" Mercedes said
"Exactly" Sue winked
"That's absurd" Rachel argued
"You baby them Corcoran" Sue said with a wave of her hand "There's a reason why I won all these trophies" Sue turned around in her chair and traced the top of a tall gold trophy with the words #1 State Champion 2011.
"Ya, we'll see" Rachel said before storming out of the room. However before she could do her infamous 'diva storm out' she bashed into Becky who was just entering the office. Mercedes took a step back as Becky stormed past both of them. Rachel was the unlucky one and Becky literally pushed past her
"Watch it Yentl" Becky spat as the freshmans stormed out. Rachel however was too busy running ideas through her mind to be insulted
I'll show her, we'll win at the next gymnastic competition...when I find out when the next one is
Rachel and Mercedes made a pit stop in the girl locker room and when she entered the gym she handed out tensor bandages and ice packs before standing in front of her gymnasts again
"Girls, whatever you do, do not I repeat not strain yourself at all! I will personally murder you slowly if you do" There was silence and then the girls started laughing
"YOU!" Paris laughed and even Quinn snickered a bit. Santana tittered quietly because she was still trying to get on Rachel's good side. Rachel huffed and Mercedes stood up on the bleachers and cupped her hands around her mouth
"STUFF IT ETTHAN!" Mercedes yelled and Paris shut up instantly
"Guys" Rachel said much to calmly for the situation "I need you in mint condition to-"
"What are we, coins?" Leona Owen, another Cheerio/gymnast asked. Rachel shook her head as the giggles started up again
"GUYS!" Mercedes yelled again, her voice more shrill this time though. Everyone made they're giggles a little quieter and Rachel sighed. She took the whistle from her pocket and blew it three times, making all the girls flinch.
"Look, Sue is going to be working you to the bone if her trophy's in her office are any indication about how much she loves winning she'll be working you to the bone. Therefore I need you guys to get a lot of rest so you can help me win something"
"Why is winning so important?" Santana asked from the bleachers
"It proves something," Quinn answered for Rachel. "Cheerio's wouldn't be so popular if we didn't win something or like 5 titles"
"Exactly" Rachel nodded before clapping her hands "Okay, everyone that has the ability to bend their legs stand up" Only Quinn stood up "GUYS!" Rachel yelled and 5 people practically jumped out of their seat. Rachel smiled as she saw Santana wobble a little but stand up along with Quinn. It was nice to have her sister on her side for once, Noah however...the football team was still going strong and Noah and Karofksy seamed to be leading the pack. Karofksy shortened his suspension due to there being no proof he actually threatened to kill Kurt. Rachel was outraged and went into a hissy fit scaring Russell a little but Kurt assured her he loved Dalton and he didn't want to our Karofksy. Sometimes he was too nice for his own good
The music started playing, courtesy of Quinn, and Rachel started leading stretches to the able bodied girls. She had a plan to win and show everyone that she was made of...and maybe get revenge on Karofksy since Kurt can't. Ya, she needed to make a list
