Sorry guys, I've been not feeling good so I didn't even start this until today. Blah. But enough of that. And yes, the answer to my contest was Tobuscus Adventures: Canadian Adventures...or whatever it's called, I'm tired okay? Also, sorry EpicDiamondSword...your cameo is kind of weird. Sorry hehe, I kind of played it for laughs. Ugh, I'm gonna sleep now. BYE EVERYONE.
I went home that night to sit down on my couch only to hear Meiko barge in loudly right after me.
"I'M HERE." She yells, and I cover my ears in annoyance. All day I had heard my paparazzi yell my name to the point my ears bled. All I want is a second to quiet down.
"That's great to know." I say sarcastically. "Should I scream it from the rooftops? Would that appease you, oh great Meiko?"
"I wouldn't mind it, my little jester Miku." Meiko replies, a smirk painting her face. "By the way, I found these in our mail box. We have fan mail."
"Excuse me?" I don't think I heard that correct. Maybe my ears are still blood-filled. "Fan mail? Really?"
"Yup." Meiko pulls a couple letters out from her purse and hands them to me. "It seems that you're very popular. I got some too though."
"Cool." I say, sliding my finger nail across the top and opening it. I pulled out a…pink letter with sparkles on it as well as hearts. Oh good…
HELLO!
Oh, already off to a great start…
My name is EpicDiamondSword, or just Epic. Oh please, I wouldn't tell you my real name. Anyway, you are totes awesome! I, like, totes ship you with that Luka girl! CUTEEE!
Oh man…jeez, okay…I'm gonna stop reading that one now…
I picked up the other letter, afraid it would be the same scary thing. Hopefully not…
Thank Kamisama, this is not like the other one. Instead it's not pink and way more formal looking. Good.
Hello there, Hatsune Miku. My name is Whisper6636. Let me just say you are an amazing singer and think you're very talented! I also believe you should release your song, World is Mine, as soon as possible! I positively love it! Again, I send my regards.
Aw! How nice. "So what do yours say Meiko?" I ask her, looking over at her.
"Well," Meiko throws one of her letters down on the ground and sighs. "That one was basically about how the person wanted to write a lemon about me."
"EW." I squeal like a little girl as I try not to think about what that would say. "Stupid creepy fandom."
"Yeah, they are weird." She replies, sighing and picking up the next letter. "I forgot to say…Kaito said today that he wants to get back with me."
I feel my heart sink deep into my chest and force myself to smile. "Oh…well then…"
"Yep." Meiko smiles as she talks, I guess from just thinking about the blue-haired wonder. "He is still so into me. Especially after the concert." She whispers the next part, but I know she says it loud enough for me to hear intentionally. "We are so in love again."
Oh Meiko, how I do hate you so much sometimes… "T-That's great…That's perfect."
I sigh as I think of Kaito. He was just so…so made for me it seemed. We both loved music and seemed to spark near one another. Not to mention we both had blue hair; which totally means something, I'm sure of it. I only wish Kaito would just tell me…
(Kaito's POV)
I walk into my house (or my regular house that isn't in another country.) and sigh. I had to stay a bit after school in order to wipe all the lip stick kisses that adorned my cheeks. It was awful.
"Welcome home, Kaito-sama."
"Hey Carly." I greet the American maid and hand her my coat. "Anything new?"
Carly was a girl who came to Tokyo from America a couple months ago, trying to make it big. Of course, when she first arrived she knew barely any Japanese. So she was left on the streets homeless. In a vain attempt to look good, my parents took her in and announced to the other businesses that they would start their industry in America as well. But Akaito had known better and informed me that they were only doing this as a stunt act. It's pretty low.
"Oh, no." She says, neatly folding the coat. Her skin had becoming less tan since she'd come here I noticed. "Nothing ever happens around here. It's rather boring. But I'm fine with that."
"Cool." I reply, tighten my scarf around my neck. "…You coping well?"
Carly twitches as I ask her that. "Y-Yes, I am fine…I just miss him…"
Akaito had been Carly's best friend. He taught her almost all the Japanese she knows and helped her out with our cultural differences. He took her shopping, but swore he and her weren't a thing. I did not believe it.
"Sorry, I just wanted to know." I know I've pulled at her little heart strings by asking her that, but I needed to know. "Anyway, you sure there is no…new problems."
Carly moved her blonde hair out of her eyes and bit her lip. "Ugh, I didn't wanna say this…but your family is reluctant about you being the heir to the family now."
I scowl at that. Why would my parents care? After all, I was the second child. The child no one cared about. "Well when I do become the leader of my company, I'll show them what an amazing business man I am."
"That's not the point Kaito-sama." Carly wrings her hands, and out of experience I know that isn't a good sign. "They don't WANT you as the head of the Shion company…"
"AS I said," I say coldly, "I'll show them. My parents might not care or believe in me, but once I take center stage, I'm sure they will believe in me."
The blonde maid nods and sighs. "Well, Kaito-sama, I recommend just taking a nice relaxing hour on the couch right now. You look beat."
"Yeah, that sounds nice." I say, nodding at her. I put my hands in my pockets and reached for Akaito's comfort scarf. Huh, that was werid…I didn't feel it…I always keep it in this pocket.
Wait…..
