Vivian:"And now with paint and other things from the human world we can preserve it to make it last even longer."

Vivian :"But even so, we still try our best to keep the trees alive."

Me:"These have to be the largest trees I've ever seen."

Vivian:"They form the entire basis of our city, we live in houses made from them, and we make furniture to sell out of their wood."

Phoebe:"It also has some old custom made armor and a few other odds and ends."

Phoebe: "The thing is gardevoirs usually don't like to wear armor because it can interfere with their powers, same goes for gallades."

Phoebe:"So around 200 years ago the armor was made, highly disliked by the city guards of that time, and almost immediately discontinued."

A few minutes later, after navigating a matrix of wooden bridges and houses, we arrived at a large wooden building, supported by wooden struts on the side of a large tree.

Phoebe opened the door and led me inside. The inside was very dark, a couple of torches were by the door, but they had burned out long ago.

Phoebe:"Hmm, I guess dad never put electric lights in here."

Phoebe:"Nobody ever comes here anyway."

Phoebe :"You wouldn't happen to have HellBlade with you?"

Me: "Um I do actually."

I took Hellblade's pokeball out of my pocket, clicked the button and tossed it on the floor.

HellBlade:"Doom?"

Phoebe:"Hey Hellblade, can you light this torch for us?"

She held the torch up to him, and he gently breathed fire onto it, engulfing it in flames and lighting it once again."

She lit all the other torches in the building, providing a dim but useable light.

Old swords were mounted on the walls, there were also a few old pistols, rifles and machineguns in military style crates.

Me:"That's quite a lot of guns."

That made sense actually, not every human has a machinegun. You could even see red "R"marks on a few, signifying they did infact belong to team rocket at some point.

Phoebe: "I doubt most of them still work."

I picked one of the machine guns up, it was heavy, and a little rusty. Looking like a bizzare cross between an ak47 and a vintage tommy gun. I pulled the bolt back only to discover it was loaded, a shell came out, making a clanging noise as it fell to the ground.

Me:"Hmm, they're loaded."

I pulled the clip out.

Phoebe:"Yeah, be careful with it."

The brass shells were no longer shiny, and the copper coated points were starting to corrode. I put the clip back in and put the gun back in the crate.

Me: "You know, your father should probably sell these if they aren't using them, make some money."

Phoebe: "He would but they technically belong to the city, and the machineguns are actually illegal."

Phoebe:"In fact most of them are illegal because they belonged to criminals at some point."

Phoebe:"You see what happened is that the city was attacked, and then after the battle all the poacher's weapons were scavenged and stored here."

Phoebe: "Occasionally they were used against poachers, but not very often."

Phoebe:"Nobody even knows this place exist, not even the pokemon rangers, only a few of the guards, my parents, Rath, and me."

Phoebe: "Most of them just think it's an old house. My father never lets anyone live here, and it's located far enough off the usual paths that no one has any real reason to walk by this place."

Phoebe: "Anyway, see, here's that armor I was talking about earlier."

It looked like a set medieval style iron armor, painted green with some pretty brass trim, but was very old, and starting to rust. It was a fairly small set, obviously meant for a gallade, the bizzare looking helmet gave it away. It also had been used, the chest plate, which was made mostly of cast iron, had several scratches and dents where bullets had hit it, but failed to penetrate.

Me:"So the gallades actually wore this?"

Phoebe:"A really long time ago."

Phoebe:"My father said originally there were 20 fulls sets of armor made for the king, who was my great grandfather, by a small circle of talented gardevoir blacksmiths."

Phoebe:"It was enough for all the Gallades currently on guard at that time."

Phoebe:"But like I said, it fell out of favor quickly."

Phoebe:"In fact it was only used once when poachers attacked."

Phoebe:"It would protect the gallades from bullets, but the weight made it hard for them to move and attack, as well as weakening their powers."

Phoebe:"So after that attack was stopped, it was quickly abandoned and most of the armor sets were cut up, melted down, and made into other things."

Phoebe:"Now only four of them are left."

Phoebe:"The one here on display, two more stored in this building."

Phoebe:"And another one that my father sold to a museum in hearthome to make some money for the city."

Me:"You sure know a lot about your own history."

Phoebe:"Well...I'm the princess, I had to learn."

Phoebe:"My mom taught me everything and I spent a lot of time studying things like this because my mom made me do a report on the history of the city."

Me:"Really?"

Phoebe:"Mhm."

Phoebe:" I also had to do one on the history of HeartHome too."

Phoebe:"That was hard."

Phoebe:"Learning about humans for the first time."

Me: "Okayyy."

Me: "Well um, have any other place to show me?"

Phoebe:"No not really, I just thought you would like to see some cool guns."

Me:"Awe...sweety."

I kissed her.

Me:"It was nice."

Phoebe:"Good."

Phoebe:"Well um, let's go check on Nina, make sure she's doing ok."

Me:"Allright."

We left the armory, putting the torches out before we left the building, and we headed back to the palace, climbed down half a million stairs to ground floor, and looked around for Nina.

She was playing with an even large group of kids now, the same three ralts from before, as well as about five more ralts and 3 older kirlias. Though counting them was a challenge because they kept teleporting around.

Phoebe:"Nina?"

Nina:"Mommy?"

She came over to us, while the other children continued to play.

Phoebe: "Are you having fun?"

-cutely- Nina:"Mhm."

Phoebe:"Making some friends?"

Nina:"Yeah.."

Phoebe:"Good."

-worried- Nina:"I don't want to go yet."

Phoebe:"Well that's ok, you can stay outside and play a little more."

Nina:"Ok."

Phoebe:"We just wanted to come by and make sure everything was working out for you."

Nina:"Ok."

Nina hugged Phoebe, then she hugged me.

Nina:"I love you mommy and daddy."

Phoebe: "I love you too sweety."

Me:"I love you too."

Phoebe:"Now you can keep playing with your friends allright?"

Nina:"Ok."

Phoebe:"We'll come back to pick you up in a little while."

Nina:"Ok."

Phoebe: "Don't play too rough ok?"

Nina:"Ok."

Phoebe:"And listen to Serena."

Nina:"Ok."

Phoebe:"Now come on Cj let's go."

Me:"Ok."

Me:" Where're we going?"

Phoebe:" Um...I don't know, just somewhere."

Me: "Ok."

Phoebe:"Maybe we'll go see what Cionna's up to."

Me:"Do you know where she lives?"

Phoebe:"No."

We went back into the palace, and started climbing up the stairs again..ugh..so many stairs.

Phoebe :"But dad would know."

We got back to the main floor to find Cionna and Vivian in the living room, Torch was absent, which was strange.

Phoebe:"Oh hi Cionna..."

Cionna:"Hi Phoebe."

Phoebe:"Where's Torch?"

Vivian:"Oh, Rath decided to take him to Hearthome with your father."

Phoebe:"What's dad doing in Hearthome city today?"

Vivian:"Oh...I don't know, probably looking for more ideas of ways to improve the city."

Cionna:"I thought it would nice to have some time alone."

Phoebe:"Oh?"

Cionna:"But now I just miss Torch."

Phoebe:"Awe...well that's ok."

Cionna:"I'm worried about him."

Phoebe:"That just means you're a good mother."

Cionna:"Really?"

It didn't take me long to realize she stole that from me...awe well, atleast it was being put to good use.

Phoebe:"Yeah..of course."

Cionna:"Awe..thanks Phoebe."

Phoebe:"It's allright."

Phoebe:"We're going to be sisters, you know?"

Cionna :"Yeah...I guess so."'

Vivian:"It is so."

Vivian:"We still have to make arrangements for the wedding though."

Vivian: "And we'll have to get a wedding dress made for you, and get you all spiffed up."

Vivian:"And we'll have to keep Rath from seeing you for a week or so."

Phoebe:"How are we going to do that?"

Vivian:"I don't know."

Cionna:"I still get to see Torch right?"

Vivian:"Of course."

Vivian:"But you know you're marrying the prince, so your wedding is going to have to follow tradition, like Phoebe's."

Phoebe:"Awe...mom."

Vivian:"Well it's true."

Vivian:"Anyway, we'll get it all worked out, it will be ok."

Vivian:"We have a lot more time to plan than we did with Phoebe's."

Vivian:"And Phoebe still had a great wedding."

Phoebe:"Mhm."

Vivian:"So you have nothing to worry about dear."

Cionna:"Phoebe, do you think Rath really loves me?"

Phoebe:"I don't know Cionna, with him it's hard to tell."

Phoebe:"But I'm sure if he wants to marry you, he's doing it for the right reasons."

Phoebe:"Don't worry about it Cionna, things will turn out ok."

Cionna:"Ok..."

Cionna:"So where's Nina?"

Phoebe:"Oh..she's outside, playing with some other kids."

Cionna:"Oh...ok then."

Cionna: "She seems really nice..."

Phoebe:"Well...she's a very sweet little girl."

Phoebe:"But she's had it rough."

Almost litteraly.

Cionna:"Really?"

Phoebe: "Yeah, but Cj and I are raising her now and she's much better off with us."

Vivian:"Trust me Cionna, you don't want to know what that poor girl has went through."

Phoebe:"You know?"

Vivian:"Unfortunately, I've seen."

Phoebe:

Vivian:"But that only means she was destined to be part of this family."

Cionna:"Why what happened?"

Vivian:"Like I said, it's terrible and you don't want to know."

Vivian: "Unfortunately it's even worse than you and Cj..."

Phoebe:"Oh arceus...you know about that?"

-sarcastically- Me:"Oh...great...she knows..."

Vivian:"Yes...but I'm not going to tell anyone."

Cionna:"Good, because that was so long ago, and I really don't want Rath to find out."

Phoebe:"Yeah...mom...I was just trying to be nice."

Vivian: "I know, that's why I'm not making a big deal of it."

Vivian:"But Phoebe, you need to learn this as a lesson, I know you thought your heart was in the right place back then, but now look."

Vivian:" All of you regret that that event ever took place."

Phoebe:"-sighs- I know."

Phoebe: "But mom, these visions you have? Can't you drone them out or something."

Vivian:"No...unfortunately."

Vivian:"I can't control what I see and what I can't see either."

Vivian:"Although I don't get visions of stuff like that very often."

Vivian:"And until I met you Cionna, I was always wondering who that girl was that I saw."

-nervously- Cionna:"Hehehe.."

Phoebe:"Can we please stop talking about it now?"

Vivian:"Allright, as long as you have all learned your lessons."

-somewhat nervous and annoyed- Phoebe:"Of course we have, we've never done...a thing...like that since then."

Vivian:"Ok then let's change the subject."

Phoebe:"Ok...how are things going with dad?"

Vivian:"Good, you know, your father and I are always close."

Phoebe:"Good."

Phoebe:"Well um...-sighs- I'm bored."

Phoebe:"Are you bored Cj?"

Me:"You know it."

Phoebe: "hehe."

Vivian:"Well I guess I have to start making lunch soon."

Phoebe:"Ok."

Vivian:"If we're going to have the whole family over again."

Phoebe:"Seems like we will."

Phoebe:"You want me to go get Nina so she can help you?"

Vivian: "No..it's allright, let her play."

Phoebe:"Ok."

Vivian: "She needs to spend some time with other children."

Phoebe:"Ok mom."

Phoebe: "But I never got too."

Vivian:"Oh...you did to, we let you play with the guard's children."

Phoebe:"I never got to play outside."

Vivian:"Sweety, I've told you before, you're the princess, it's tradition that you stay inside with very few people allowed to see you."

Phoebe:"Oh...ok."

She hugged me.

Phoebe: "Atleast everything worked out and I met the best husband ever."

Me:"Oh...honey..."

Phoebe:"hehehe."

We kissed.

Vivian:"Oh you two are so close."

Phoebe:"Mhm."

Vivian:"Hopefully Cionna and Rath will be like you someday."

Cionna:"Hopefully."

Vivian:"So...Cionna, do you know anything about cooking?"

Cionna: "Um...uhhhhhhh."

Vivian:"It's allright come on, I can teach you."

Cionna:"Ok."

Both Cionna and Vivian went into the kitchen, leaving just Phoebe and me in the living room.

Phoebe:"Do you think Cionna and Rath will ever be as close as us?"

Me:"I don't know, I mean, we are pretty close."

Phoebe:" Oh, I'm glad you think so."

Me:"And why is that love?"

Phoebe: "Because I think so too."

Me:"Oh...I thought you might be playing another one of your tricks."

Phoebe:"Oh Cj...I'm done with that."

Me:"You are?"

Phoebe:"Mhm."

Me:"Ok..."

-cutely- Phoebe:"Hehehe."

Phoebe:"Do you want to watch tv for a little bit?"

Me:"Uh sure, I guess we could."

Phoebe:"Yeah."

She turned on the tv and we sat beside eachother on the couch, it didn't take for me to have my arm around her and both of us were snuggling like usual.

Phoebe:"Hehehe...Cj..."

Phoebe: "You know? I'm really happy right now..."

Me: "You are?"

Phoebe: "Mhm."

Me: "Good."

A few minutes later William, Rath, and Torch came in.

Vivian:"Oh good, you're back."

Cionna:"Torch!"

-cutely, like a baby- Torch:"Momma."

Cionna forgot what she was doing, and took Torch out of Rath's arms.

Cionna:"I missed you so much."

Cionna :"Did you have a good time?"

-cutely, like a baby- Torch:"I did Momma...I missed you too."

Rath:"Did you miss me?"

Cionna:"Of course, I missed both of you."

Vivian:" I hope you will be staying for lunch, I made extra food for you."

Rath:"Oh...well in that case I guess we will mom."

Vivian:"Good."

William:"So when is lunch going to be?"

Vivian:"It's almost done cooking."

William:"Ok then."

A few minutes later, Phoebe left to go get Nina and bring her back for lunch. Just like last night, we all sat at the table and had a nice peaceful lunch. Since Rath and Cionna were here, the opportunity was taken to discuss their wedding. Torch was placed into the gardevoirian equivalent of a high-chair, so he could sit at the table and eat too. The meal was pretty typical, more tauros meat, apparently the city had it's own farm and butcher, and a puree of berries of various kinds collected from the forrest.

William:"You know it wasn't long ago when people here would hunt smaller pokemon and slaughter them for meat."

Me:"Really?"

William:"Yeah...mostly it was bidoofs or starlys, but they basically would take whatever they could find."

William:"But then one day the rangers introduced us to this tauros pokemon, and said we could raise them to slaughter instead, on the condition that we left the little pokemon alone."

William:"So we took that deal, and it worked out fine."

William:"Although I still crave some roast biddoof on ocasion."

Phoebe:"Dad..."

William:"What?"

Me:"She has a biddoof."

William:"Oh really?"

Phoebe:"Cj..."

Me:"Well ok it's a bibarel."

William:"Bibarels taste even better."

Phoebe: "Cj stop."

Me:"Oh honey, we're not going to cook Mouser...I'm just joking around."

William:"Of course not...we never harmed pokemon that had trainers."

Nina:"I wonder what mouser would taste like."

Phoebe:" Nina don't get any ideas."

Nina:"-groans-"

Vivian:"So Nina did you have fun outside?"

Nina:"Mhm."

Vivian:"Good...you know your mother never had the opportunity.."

Nina:"I know."

Rath: "So uh...dad when do you think we should have the wedding?"

William: "I don't know, I have pretty busy schedule this week...so..maybe sometime next week."

Rath: "Ok..."

Cionna:"It's allright Rath, it can wait."

Cionna:"Oh..Torch..."

Phoebe:"Hehehehe...awe..."

Torch had food smeared all over his face...it was really berry juice, but it looked a lot like blood.

Vivian: "Oh dear...here's a rag.."

She handed a small rag to CIonna.

Cionna:"Thankyou."

Cionna cleaned him up a little bit. Like any child he made a little bit of a fuss as she wiped the goo of his face.

Cionna: "There..."

-cutely, like a baby, fussily- Torch:"Momma, don't do that."

Cionna:"Well then don't get food all over yourself."

-cutely,like a baby- Torch :"But momma."

Cionna:"No buts."

Phoebe: "Awe...how cute."

Lunch soon ended, we took Nina back outside to play some more, while Cionna and Rath talked to William and Vivian about their wedding.

-on the way down-

Phoebe:"So Cj, with their wedding being next week, you don't mind if we stay here a few more days?"

Me:"Nah..it will be allright."

Phoebe: "Ok, good."

Nina lagged behind, taking a few seconds to look out each window as we went down the stairs.

Phoebe:"Come along Nina let's go find your friends again."

Nina:"Ok mom."

We finally got to the ground floor and left the building, it didn't take long to find the group of children Nina was playing with earlier, she went ahead and joined them, and then Phoebe and I headed back up all those stairs. Nothing really interesting happened the rest of the day, we went back out to get Nina at sunset, afterwhich we had dinner and she stayed inside for the rest of the day.

A few days passed, and the next week came, Phoebe's parents were really busy, getting things ready for Rath and Cionna's wedding, which was to be on Thursday. Nina was spending a lot of time outside, playing with her new friends, she was really happy here. Anyway, it was tuesday, just two days before the wedding, Rath and William were in Hearthome, looking for wedding rings, while Vivian and Cionna were at the local Tailor's, to get a wedding dress made for Cionna. The entire city was busy getting ready for the wedding. Phoebe and I were in the living room of the palace, watching over Torch while his parents were busy, this was one of the few days here where Nina decided to stay inside, just to play with the baby. Torch was really reluctant to stay with us at first, as he didn't know either of us very well, but it didn't take long for him to come out of his shell, mostly thanks to Nina. They were playing with her dolls on the floor together which admitedly looked pretty cute. Then Phoebe decided to try to talk me into having our own baby once again.

Phoebe: "See how well behaved Torch is?"

Me:"Yeah...I guess."

Phoebe:"He doesn't cry, he's not annoying, he just plays quietly with Nina."

Me:"So what's your point?"

Phoebe:"Gardevoir children are a lot better behaved than human children."

Me:"All gardevoir children?"

Me:"How do I know Torch isn't just very well behaved for his age?"

Phoebe :"Well...um..."

Me:"Look honey...I.."

I was interupted by Torch, who was cutely tugging on Phoebe's dress.

-cutely, like a baby- Torch:"Um...Aunt Weebly."

Phoebe:"Yes sweety?"

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "When mommy going come back?"

Phoebe: "Oh...in just a while,

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "How long is that?"

Phoebe:"Um...I don't really know."

Phoebe: "Look sweety, your mommy and daddy are going to be really busy this week, because they're getting married."

Phoebe:"Do you understand?"

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "No..."

Phoebe:"It means your mom and dad love eachother very much and decided they want to stay together forever."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "Oh...ok."

He crawled back over to Nina and they continued to play. While Phoebe and I continued our conversation.

Me:"Ok...honey, look, I know you want a baby, but isn't Nina enough for now?"

Phoebe:"Yeah, but look how happy she is playing with Torch..."

Me: "Honey..now is just not the time...ok?"

Me: "We're still getting accustomed to Nina.."

Phoebe: "-sighs- fine."

Nina:"What?"

Me: "Oh nothing sweetheart, we're just talking."

-cutely-Nina:"Ok."

Me: "To be honest Phoebe, I'm just really glad things are working out well with Nina."

Me:"We're giving her the opportunity to live a somewhat normal life, and she's better off than she's ever been."

Phoebe: "Mhm."

Me: "So please, understand that I want to put off having our own child right now."

Me:"Because, well, Nina is our own child now."

Phoebe:"Awe...Cj..."

She kissed me.

A few moments later, Rath and William returned.

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "Daddy, is back!"

Torch crawled over to Rath, genuinely excited his father had returned.

Rath: "Oh hi little buddy."

Rath picked him up and they hugged.

Rath: "Is Cionna back yet?"

Phoebe:"No, mom and her are still at the tailor's."

Rath: "Oh..."

Phoebe: "Did you find some nice rings?"

Rath: "Of course, you want to see?"

William :"For all it's worth she better like it, it cost a fortune."

Phoebe:"Hehe..."

He gently set Torch down as William handed him a small case, which he opened it up.

Phoebe:"Awe...so pretty."

Rath: "Do you think she'll like it?"

Phoebe:"Of course, why wouldn't she?"

Rath: "You want to see little buddy?"

He showed the ring to Torch, who reached for it, trying to take it out of the case.

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "It's shiny... but what's the glass part?"

He thought the diamond was glass.

William:"Hehe..that's not glass."

Rath: "No you can't touch, we can't risk losing it before the wedding."

William took the case.

William: "We'll have to keep it somewhere safe."

William:"But let's wait until Cionna gets back, to make sure she likes it."

Rath:"Ok."

Phoebe:"Wait, you got two of them right?"

William:"Yep."

Rath: "I decided to wear mine."

Phoebe: "Oh...ok."

He put his own ring back in the case with the other one.

William:"You know tomorrow we're going to have to keep you two separated."

Rath: "-sighs- I know."

William:"Just like we did with those two."

Rath:"Has Torch been good?"

Me: "Yeah, he's a really quiet little thing."

Rath:"He can be a bit shy sometimes."

Phoebe: "He just spent the last few hours playing with Nina."

Rath:"Oh really?"

Phoebe:"Mhm, she's been really good with him."

Rath:"Well that's good."

Phoebe: "Nina, come over here."

Nina: "Ok mom."

Nina came up and sat by us on the couch.

Nina: "Hi uncle Rath."

Rath:"Hello."

Torch crawled over to Nina.

Phoebe:"Awe...he wants you to hold him."

Nina:" Really?"

Phoebe: "Go ahead and pick him up, but be gentle."

Nina: "Ok, come here Torch."

She picked him up and sat him on her lap.

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "Hehehe...Weeeee."

William: "It has been quite awhile since we've had a baby in the family."

Phoebe:"Mhm."

Rath: "Are you going to babysit him again tomorrow?"

Phoebe:" Yeah...of course, we'll even keep an eye on him during the wedding if you want."

Rath: "Good."

Phoebe :"He seems to get along really well with Nina, so it shouldn't be a problem."

Phoebe: "Right Cj?"

Me: "Yeah...sure."

Phoebe: "If Nina doesn't mind staying here to play with him."

Nina:"Oh mom, of course I don't mind, look how cute he is."

-cutely- Phoebe: "Yeah...he's just a little cutey.."

Phoebe tickled him, and he giggled a little bit.

Me:"Hehehe."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "When mommy going to come back?"

Phoebe:"Oh in just while..."

Torch seemed to be pretty attached to Cionna, and he was obviously very concerned about her. Cionna finally returned an hour later, with Vivian carrying her wedding dress inside a large, flat box.

Rath:"Oh hi Cionna."

They kissed as she walked through the door.

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "Mommy!"

Cionna:"Oh...how's my little baby boy?"

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "Good."

Cionna:"Good."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "I missed you."

Cionna:"Awe...I missed you too."

Cionna picked him up out of Nina's arms and kissed him.

Rath:"I missed you too sweety."

CIonna:"Oh Rath I missed you too."

Vivian:"Well you know tommorrow we're going to have to keep you two separated."

Cionna:"Awe...how come?"

Vivian:"It's tradition."

Vivian:"It's very bad luck for the bride and groom to see eachother before the wedding."

Cionna:"But then who's going to look after Torch?"

William:"Cj and Phoebe have volunteered."

Cionna: "Oh...ok."

Rath:" If that's allright with you honey."

Cionna:"Yeah...it's fine."

Rath: "Good."

Cionna:" He had a good time with you right? He didn't cry or anything?"

Phoebe:"Nope, he just played quietly with Nina."

Cionna: "Oh...ok good."

Cionna: "He normally gets upset if I'm not around."

Phoebe:"Well he did ask about when you'd be back a few times."

Cionna: "Oh...ok."

Cionna :"Well I'm back now my little baby boy."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "I love you momma."

Cionna: "I love you too."

Vivian: "So Cionna, I think you should stay at the palace tomorrow, so you can stay with Torch, and Rath, you know you need to stay away."

Rath: "-sighs- I know."

Vivian:"And then the wedding will be the morning after."

Rath: "Hey Cionna I have something to show you."

Cionna: "What?"

Rath:"Hey dad where did you put the case?"

William: "Oh it's right here."

He handed the case to Rath."

Rath: "Here Cionna, look at these."

Cionna: "What? What are they?"

Vivian:"Oh Cionna, they're your wedding rings."

Cionna:"Okkaayyy."

Vivian :"You never heard of wedding rings before?"

Cionna: "Um...no."

Vivian: "You and Rath wear them, and then everyone knows you're married."

Cionna: "Oh...ok."

Phoebe: "See Cionna, Cj and I have wedding rings too."

Phoebe: "But ours are black."

Cionna: "Oh...ok."

Phoebe: "See you wear them like this."

Cionna: "Oh...I see."

Cionna:"I get it."

Cionna :"It's so sweet."

Rath:"So you're ok with the rings then?"

Cionna:"Mhm."

Rath: "Good."

Cionna :"Can I wear mine now?"

Vivian: "No, you have to wait till the wedding, and then you'll both wear them."

Cionna: "Oh...okaay."

Vivian:"William and I have wedding rings too."

Cionna:"Ok."

Vivian:"Most married couples do."

Phoebe :"Awe..this reminds me of that time you snuck out and got those rings for us Cj."

Me: "Hehehe...that was a long time ago."

Phoebe:" Mhm..."

The rest of the day went by pretty quickly, the Cionna and Torch stayed the night, while Rath went back to his own house which was somewhat nearby. The next day Nina went back outside to play again, while Phoebe and I, as well as several other gardevoir, started to get things ready for the wedding, traditionally held in front of the large waterfall on the southern border of the city. The wedding was going to be held early the next morning, with William once again serving as the priest, things were going well. Rath was away with some of the other royal guards, while Cionna stayed in the palace with Torch. William and Vivian went to the city to order a cake. Anyway, after a long day of preparation, we all went to bed early, because the wedding was going to be early in the morning. And Phoebe was planning to get up even earlier than that to help get Cionna ready.

-in bed, sometime around sunset on wednesday.-

Phoebe :"I can't believe my big brother is getting married tomorrow."

Me:"Yeah."

Phoebe:"Oh Cj I'm still so happy for him."

Me: "I am too."

Phoebe: "Thankyou for letting us stay for the wedding."

Me:"Oh honey, it's really no problem."

Me: "Besides, it's been a really nice visit you know?"

Phoebe: "Yeah, it has."

Me:"I think we'll stay for the wedding tomorrow, maybe even stay for the dance afterwards, and then we'll find somewhere else to go."

Phoebe:"Ok.."

Phoebe:" You know we still have a lot of time before the league."

Me:"I know."

Phoebe :"Maybe we could go home?"

Me: "Maybe, the only problem with that is it would be hard to keep tabs on what's going on in this world."

Me:"What if team rocket decides to do something crazy again? You know they have atleast two more armadas of blimps somewhere."

Phoebe :"They do?"

Me: "Yeah, their commander said the one that attacked Saffron was squad gamma, that means that somewhere, there has to be an alpha and beta."

Phoebe: "Do you think James knows that?"

Me:"I'm sure he does...he probably just can't find where the heck they come from."

Phoebe: "Yeah, I think you're right."

Me:"I mean I'm not even sure where they all came from."

Me:"Blimps are slow, and a massive attack like that would have to be launched days in advance."

Phoebe: "Maybe they teleported?"

Me: "Maybe, either that or the fleet was nearby."

Me: "Possibly high up in the air where nobody could see them."

Phoebe :"Well...Cj, we should get to sleep, -yawns- it's going to be a busy day tomorrow."

Me:"Yeah."

Me:"Goodnight my love."

Phoebe: "Goodnight."

We kissed.

We had a hard time getting to sleep at first, as we could hear Torch crying in the adjacent room, we later found out he was upset because he hadn't seen his father all day.

-crying loudly- Torch: "Where dadda?, is he ok? Why can't I see him?"

Cionna: "Torch...daddy is ok, we just can't see him right now."

-crying loudly- Torch: "Whyyyyy?"

The next day, the entire city was up before sunrise. William went over to Rath's to help him get ready, Phoebe and Vivian were up on the top floor, getting Cionna ready, and Nina and I were left watching Torch in the living room. Once again, Nina was playing nicely with him, making my job fairly easy. He was also fairly tired from throwing a tantrum last night, making my job even easier. Though he was still a little sad that he couldn't see his father. The poor guy didn't seem to understand what was going on, then again, he was just a baby. Though on the other hand, the fact that he felt really close to Rath and looked at him as his father, was a good sign.

Anyway, things were pretty quiet for an hour or so, then Phoebe came down the stairs, looking very beautiful, and wearing her original dress. She also dressed Nina in her original dress as well, so I merely assumed she was trying to be traditional.

Me:"So honey what's going on?"

Phoebe: "Oh..Cionna's coming down."

Me: "Oh?"

Me:"Did you make her look really pretty?"

-cutely- Phoebe: "Mhm."

-jokingly- Phoebe: "You better not get jealous..."

Me: "Why would I? When I have you?"

-cutely- Phoebe:"Awe...good answer."

With Vivian's help, Cionna slowly made it down the stairs and into the living room. Wearing a very elegant and beautiful wedding dress.

Cionna:"So, how do I look?"

Phoebe:"It's allright Cj you can answer."

Me:"Oh...um great...a lot like Phoebe did at our wedding."

Vivian:"Well, it is a similiar dress."

Phoebe:"We also brushed out her hair and did her nails..hehe."

Me: "hehehe.."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "Momma, you look funny."

Cionna: "Awe...Torch, you don't like mommy's dress?"

Nina:"I like it, I think you look like a princess."

-muttering- Phoebe: "She'll believe Cionna's a princess, but not me."

Me: "Oh honey, relax, besides, isn't Cionna technically a princess now anyway?"

Phoebe:"Um...I don't know, maybe."

Vivian:"Of course she is."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch:"Momma, are we gon see dadda now?"

Cionna: "-sighs- Torch, not this again."

Vivian: "You will in a little while Torch, just wait."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch:"Okaay."

Vivian:"Come on every one, let's head downstairs."

Phoebe:"Ok."

Vivian:"Phoebe you carry Torch."

Phoebe: "Ok mom, come here Torch I'll carry you."

Torch looked towards Cionna, a little bit scared.

-cutely, like a baby, unsure- Torch:"Um...momma?"

Cionna:"It's allright Torch, you can trust her."

With that, Torch let Phoebe hold him, and we all proceeded down the stairs. With Cionna going first. This part took awhile, as Cionna's dress made it hard for her to traverse stairs.

Anyway, several minutes later we got to the waterfall, where Rath and William were already waiting at the alter, dressed for the occasion, with a large crowd of gardevoirs and gallades looking on.

Vivian:"Ok Cionna, this is were you walk up to the altar."

Cionna: "Um...ok."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch:"There dadda, I see dadda."

He almost leaped out of Phoebe's arms.

Phoebe :"No...you stay here."

-somewhat dissapointed- Torch:"But...dadda."

Phoebe: "You can see him after the wedding."

Nina :"It's allright Torch."

Cionna: "Hehe..."

Vivian: "Go on Cionna."

Cionna: "Ok."

Cionna proceeded down the aisle, as the rest of us took places in the crowd, a choir of gardevoir were singing pretty music in their native language, stopping only when Cionna reached the altar.

Me: "What does that song mean anyway?"

Me:"It's sounds pretty."

Phoebe :"It's basically about love, and all the wonderful things it entails."

Phoebe: "It's very hard to translate to human language actually."

Me: "Oh...ok."

Phoebe: "I'll have to show you sometime, in a dream or something."

Me: "That sounds fun."

Phoebe: "Oh...it will be."

She kissed me.

William began to speak, so everyone quieted down and took seats.

William: "As you all know, we are gathered here today, to celebrate and validate the marriage of my son, Prince Rath, and Cionna, a young mother who came to the city, not too long ago."

William:"Now I know, what most of you are thinking, they have not been together long."

William:"But you all know, and believe, that they have the potential to be very close, as well as potentially, your next king and queen of the city."

William:"And if you do not agree feel free to stand now, in objection to this marriage."

William:"You will not be punished for doing so."

Nobody stood up, everyone was in support of this marriage.

William:"Cionna also is the mother of a young boy, a young ralts who's never had a father around."

William: "And Rath, as you know, kindly chose to accept him as his own."

William:"Which I think shows just how much our prince has changed."

William: "Now as you know, this is a very important marriage, as this means that Cionna will be your next queen, after my lovely wife and I are gone."

William :"And of course, this also means that young Torch shall be your king after they are gone."

William :"Now personally, I never thought I would be here, to be honest."

William:"I never thought I would see my son get married."

William: "But, now the time has come."

William: "And I don't think I could be more proud."

Rath:"Awe...dad."

-in the crowd while Rath and Cionna were going over their vows-

-quietly worried- Phoebe: "Um Cj...?"

-quietly-Me:"Yeah?"

-quietly worried- Phoebe: "Where's Torch?"

-quietly- Nina:"Mom?"

-quietly, worried- Me:"I thought you were holding him?"

-quietly- Nina:"Um mom?"

Nina tugged her arm.

-quietly, worried- Phoebe:"I set him on the chair because he kept fussing and now he's not there anymore."

- A little loud- Nina:"Mom!"

-quietly worried-Phoebe: "What sweety, quiet down."

Nina:"Why is Torch up there?"

Phoebe:"Huh?"

Phoebe:"-sighs-Oh Arceus."

Me: "Oh...that's where he is."

Torch, despite being very small, and nearly unable to walk, had hobbled all the way through the crowd and onto the altar. He fell down alot along the way, but somehow he managed to make it there and he cutely spent his first steps walking up to his parents, determined to see them.

Phoebe :"Awe..."

William:"Oh my..."

Rath: "Oh...hi little buddy."

Cionna :"Torch? You walked all the way up here?"

-cutely- Phoebe: "Awe..."

William: "Yes, well, if you haven't seen the little prince yet, here he is now."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch:"I founded you dada."

Rath: "Yes...you did...great job buddy."

He picked him up and the little guy hugged him

That was probably the cutest thing I've ever seen..the crowd unanimously awed in agreement.

Phoebe slipped through the crowd and went up onto the altar as well to collect Torch.

Phoebe: "Torch come on now, so your parents can get married."

Rath: "It's allright Phoebe, he can stay up here."

Phoebe:"Are you sure?"

Rath: "Yeah. It's ok."

Phoebe:"Ok."

Phoebe returned to me, and the wedding continued.

William: "Well, that was, a little unexpected."

William:"I can also assure you that that was the first time I've ever seen Torch walk."

The crowd awed again, then William continued with the wedding. Rath whispered something to him.

William: "Well um, here's an idea, since Torch is up here, perhaps he'd like to present his parents with their rings."

Rath set Torch down, and William handed him the case with the rings.

Torch opened the case, but was unsure what to do next.

Rath:"Ok buddy, you give the one on the left to me, and the one on the right to your mom."

Torch took both rings out of the case. And cutely tried to give his father the wrong one.

Rath:"No, you give the other one to me."

He handed Rath his ring, and he slipped it on. And then he gave the other one to Cionna,

Rath helped Cionna slip hers on and the wedding continued.

Rath: "Does it feel too tight or...?"

Cionna: "No..it's fine."

Rath: "Ok good."

Rath: "We can always get it adjusted if needed."

Cionna:"Ok."

William: "Let these rings be the symbol of this glorious union."

William:"And now, as you all know, it is time to finalize this union."

William:"I now pronounce you husband and wife, you may kiss."

They kissed, Rath was slightly reluctant at first, perhaps still thinking of Sollana, so Cionna took the initiative and they kissed. Phoebe tapped me on the shoulder, while the crowd cheered.

Me:"Yes hon...?"

Out of nowhere she kissed me.

-cutely- Phoebe: "hehehe, I love you Cj."

Me: "Awe sweety, I love you too."

Then Nina hugged both of us.

Nina: "I love both of you."

Me:"Awe...Nina..."

Phoebe: "We love you too."

Phoebe: "Hehe."

Me:"-sighs-."

After the wedding, the crowd dispersed, as everyone started to return to the city. We met up with Vivian and William, as Rath and Cionna toured the city, as tradition. William was carrying Torch, although he quickly handed him to Vivian, as they teleported up the water fall. Phoebe took Nina's hand, as well as mine, and teleported us up the waterfall too, and we all went back to the palace together.

Vivian:"Awe that was so sweet, letting Torch present the rings."

William:"Well, it was Rath's idea."

William: "I just went with it, I have to admit I wasn't expecting the little guy to come up on the stage."

Phoebe:"I was really worried, I thought I lost him."

Phoebe: "And then I saw the little guy on the altar and I was thinking 'Arceus, what will happen now?' "

Me: "Well, atleast it turned out ok."

Vivian: "Yeah, it was so cute...hehe."

Phoebe: "Yeah..."

Phoebe:"Come on Cj, even you have to admit it was cute."

Me: "Yeah, you're right, it was cute."

Nina: "What about me?"

Phoebe: "What about you?"

Nina: "Am I cute?"

Me:"Oh of course you are sweetheart."

Nina :"Good."

Vivian: "So Phoebe are you going to leave right away, or wait a little while?"

Phoebe :"Um, I think we'll pack up and leave sometime this afternoon."

Vivian :"Oh..ok then, good."

Phoebe :"Why?"

Vivian:"Oh you'll see."

We made it back to the pallace, everyone was returning to their homes, so the bridge system was fairly crowded. Rath and Cionna returned to the palace a few hours later, it was only about 11:00 am.

Vivian: "Oh look, what a lovely couple."

Torch:"Momma...dada...you're back."

Rath: "Of course we are."

Cionna:" Well um thanks for taking care of him Phoebe."

-slightly nervous- Phoebe: "Eheh...yeah..welll."

Cionna:"It's ok."

Phoebe: "So are you two going to go on a honeymoon or what?"

Cionna: "I don't know, I shouldn't leave Torch for that long, he'd freak out."

Phoebe: "Well why don't you just take him with you?"

Cionna: "I don't know."

Rath: "It's allright Cionna, we can bring him along."

Cionna:" Um ok."

Rath:"But where would we go anyway?"

Cionna: "I don't know."

Phoebe:"I would recomend Cinnabar Island, but it's a little far away."

William: "Well um I got you some tickets to the resort area for three days."

Rath: "What? No way."

William:"Yes way..."

Phoebe:"Why didn't you get us something when we got married?"

William: "I did...I bought tickets for the four of you."

Me:"What?"

Phoebe: "You did?"

William:"Yep.., consider it a belated wedding gift."

Phoebe: "Awe...thanks daddy."

Rath: "Yeah...um...thanks."

Rath: "What's the resort area?"

Me: "It's like a vacation place in the Sinnoh battle zone."

Phoebe: "Can we go Cj?"

Me: "Of course sweety."

Phoebe:"But what about Nina?"

Vivian:"We'll look after her and Torch while you're gone."

Cionna: "But we can't leave Torch, he'll get worried."

Phoebe :"Well maybe Nina can help with that."

Cionna :"What do you mean?"

Phoebe:"She does get along really well with Torch, and she was able to keep him quiet."

Cionna: "Oh...ok."

Phoebe:"Nina you don't mind staying with your grandparents for awhile do you?"

Nina: "Um...no...it's ok mom."

Phoebe: "Ok."

William: "You better start packing up, you all have a flight to catch."

Me:"What time does it leave?"

William: "In about an hour and a half."

Me: "Oh..."

Rath: "But what about the festivities?"

William:"They can wait until you return."

Rath:"Um...ok."

Cionna:"Torch sweety can you come here for a second?"

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "Mama?"

She picked him up.

Cionna:"Listen sweety, you're mommy and daddy are going to go for awhile ok, but we'll be back, so don't get worried ok."

Rath: "Yeah, you need to be strong buddy."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "How long you gonna be gone?"

Cionna: "Just a few days, your grandparents will take care of you."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "You're going to be back?"

Cionna:"Of course...I would never leave you."

Cionna: "I love you very much my little baby."

-cutely, like a baby- Torch: "I love you too momma, and dada too."

Rath: "I love you."

They kissed him, and handed him to Vivian.

Me:"Well um, I guess we should get packed up."

Phoebe: "Yeah."

Phoebe:"And head to the airport."

Me: "Mhm."

Cionna: "What should we pack?"

Phoebe: "Oh...I'll help you."

Cionna: "Ok.."

Phoebe :"Cj, go get our stuff packed up."

Me:"Uh...ok."

Phoebe went to help Rath and Cionna pack, Cionna didn't have much to pack and Rath had never traveled outside of the HeartHome Area.

In Cionna's house.

Phoebe: "Oh...Cionna, that's the only dress you have?"

Phoebe :"Besides your wedding dress?"

Cionna: "Well um...yeah."

Rath:"How are we supposed to take the tv with us if it won't fit in the suitcase?"

Phoebe:" Oh Rath, you not supposed to take the tv with you."

Rath: "Oh."

Rath:"But what if I want to watch tv?"

Phoebe: "There will be tvs at the resort."

Rath: "Ok..."

Rath:"What about the light bulbs? What if they accidently break inside the case?"

Phoebe:"They will have lightbulbs over there too."

Rath:"Are you sure?"

Phoebe:"Yes I'm sure."

Rath: "Then what are we supposed to take?"

Phoebe:"Clothes, and personel hygeine products."

Rath:"Oh."

Phoebe:"Maybe a camera if you have one."

Rath:"Um...what's a camera?"

Phoebe :"Nevermind."

Meanwhile, I got all our stuff packed up. Though I couldn't take it to the car, because there was no way I could get down the waterfall, and I didn't think Nina had the experience yet to teleport me down. So I waited for Phoebe to return, which happened just a few minutes later.

Me:"Um hi honey."

She looked kind of annoyed.

Me:"What's wrong?"

Phoebe:"Nothing it's ok."

Me:"Ok."

Phoebe:"Did you get everything packed up?"

Me: "Yeah, everything is packed."

Phoebe:"Ok good."

Me:"What's wrong."

Phoebe:"Nothing it's just, Rath doesn't know how to pack."

Me:"Hehe..ok."

Phoebe: "He thought he was supposed to bring the tv with him."

Me:"Hehehe."

Me:"He's never been out of the city before has he?"

Phoebe:"Nope..I don't think he has."

Rath:" Um are we taking your car or the truck?"

Phoebe:"We'll take mine, the city needs the truck."

Rath: "Ok."

Phoebe:"Nina?"

Nina:"Yes mom?"

Phoebe:"We love you."

Nina:"I love you too."

Phoebe: "Now be a good girl for grandma ok?"

Nina:"Ok."

Phoebe:"We'll be back in a few days."

She kissed her.

Me: "Goodbye sweetheart, I love you."

I kissed her too.

Nina:"Goodbye daddy."

Me: "Try to take care of Torch ok? Make sure he doesn't get upset."

Nina:"Ok...I will."

Phoebe:"Goodbye mom, bye dad."

William:"Goodbye."

Vivian :"See you in 3 days."

Rath:"Bye."

Cionna:"Goodbye."

All four of us left the city and got into the car, with Rath and Cionna riding in the back.

Rath:"So um..what's with the guns?"

Phoebe:"Oh..we use them on team rocket sometimes."

Rath: "Oh.."

Cionna :"You two really haven't changed at all have you?"

Phoebe:" No...not too much I guess."

Cionna:" Hehe."

The long drive passed by quickly, as we told Rath and Cionna about our recent adventures. Anyway, a while later we arrived at the airport, and were heading inside to get our tickets and get on the plane.

Rath: "You know, I really never Dad would do something like this."

Phoebe:"Yeah me neither."

Phoebe: "When he first said it I was kind of jealous because I though he bought tickets for you two."

Rath: "That's what I thought too."

Phoebe: "So um, neither of you have flown before have you?"

Rath: "Nope."

Cionna:"Nope."

Phoebe:"Great."

We both thought of Nina at that point.

Me: "Wait Cionna, if you've never flown before how did you get to sinnoh?"

Cionna:"Well um I hitchhiked."

Phoebe: "Really?"

Cionna:"Yeah, it's amazing how many people are willing to help out a single mother and her child."

Rath:"Well you're not single anymore."

Cionna: "I know."

Cionna: "People here are so nice."

Phoebe: "Not all of them, just most."

Me:"Yeah, I think for everyone that is nice, there's another that's just completely evil."

Phoebe:"Yep."

Rath: "Like team rocket?"

Me: "Mhm."

Rath: "Don't they know who you are and come after you?"

Rath: "I mean, since you messed with them several times?"

Phoebe: "Yeah, but they don't know I'm the princess, and they don't know where we are."

Rath: "Oh...well that's good, if they knew you were the princess they could go after the city."

Me: "So that's why you want to keep it a secret."

Phoebe: "Yep..."

Me: "Hmm..it all makes sense now."

Me:"Hehehe."

Me:"Except for why you kept it a secret from me for so long..."

Phoebe:"Well...ummm."

Me:" It's allright."

Phoebe:"Awe...Cj."

Phoebe:"Hehehe."

We got on the plane, and a few moments later it was taxing out on the runway. Rath and Cionna's seats were directly across from ours, on the opposite side of the plane. It was a fairly small plane, a little twin engined jet with just 20 seats. I guess it would be similiar to a learjet except it was very fat and stubby looking. Like someone took the front fuselage off of a cargo plane and stuck a learjet's wings to it, with oversized engines. Strangely, it wasn't operated by an airline, but by the resort area itself. Despite its bizzare and fairly ugly exterior, the interior of the plane was quite luxurious, sporting leather seats with cupholders and wood trim, and a large flatscreen tv which retracted from the roof. Also, similiar to a cargo plane, instread of a normal door, it had a ramp that lowered from the back, which is what we walked up to enter the plane.

Cionna:"I just hope Torch will be ok."

Phoebe:"I'm sure he'll be fine."

Phoebe:"You might want to hold on to something, the plane is about to take off."

Cionna:"Oh ok."

Phoebe:"You too Rath."

Rath: "Ok."

The plane took off, unlike Nina, Rath and Cionna quickly adjusted, eventually we landed at a small airport in the resort area. There were a few more of the ugly little jets here, to bring in people from different airports around the Sinnoh Region, one was parked at the terminal unloading passengers, another was taxing out onto the runway, about to take off, and another was sitting inside an open hangar, being inspected. Anyway, the plane taxied to the terminal, and the little ramp went down. The pilot told us we had arrived, and to enjoy our stay, we gathered our suitcases and got off the plane, the ground crew directed us to a taxi on a nearby road, we got in, and the taxi tool us to the hotel we would be staying in. The taxi was a Devon Master Sedan modified to be autonomous, you had to input the destination on a small touch screen, from a list of various places around the resort, and then the car drove itself to that destination. The taxis were a complimentary service provided by the resort area.

Phoebe:"Um there's no driver."

Me:"Or steering wheel for that matter."

Cionna:"Isn't it supposed to be moving?"

AutoPilot:"Please select destination on the screen, the car will begin to move once a destination is selected,all doors are closed, and everyone is wearing their seatbelt."

Cionna: "Um..."

Phoebe:"I guess it means this screen?"

Me:"I would think so."

Phoebe: "Let's see, spa...golf course... waterpark...marina...hotel."

Phoebe: "Let's go to the hotel."

She pressed the button.

Phoebe:"Rath, you have to wear your seatbelt."

Rath: "Oh...sorry."

He put his seatbelt on, and the car slowly began to move forward, we saw several other taxis on the road on the way to the hotel. Anyway, the resort area seemed to be a fairly run of the mill tourist place, somewhat similiar to Cinnabar, but a lot smaller. Phoebe and I had our own room, and Rath and Cionna had theirs. Like the strange jets, the hotel rooms were very nicely appointed, with large holographic tvs, memory foam beds and pillows, and a hot tub in the bathroom, it was probably the most luxurious place we had ever stayed. As for the resort itself, it had many things to see and do, a water park, golf course, a spa, there was even a place to rent boats and take them out on the water.

Rath:"I can't believe this place is even nicer than the palace."

Phoebe:"Many places are nicer than the palace Rath, though I'm not sure Cj and I have ever stayed in a place this nice."

Me:"No..I don't think we have."

Cionna:" I like it."

Phoebe:"hehe..I would hope so."

Phoebe:"Allright, this is our room, you two get the one across from ours."

Phoebe:"So now that we're here what do you want to do?"

Me:"I don't know."

Phoebe:"It's funny isn't it, we just got back from vacation, now we're on vacation again in a different region."

Me:"Yep."

Me:" Well um...the taxi's screen said there was a spa, golf course, water park, and lots of other things."

Phoebe: "Yeah, but which one should we go to first?"

Me:"I don't know."

Rath:"I'm not really sure either."

Me:"I would also guess you could get into some pretty awesome pokemon battles here."

Phoebe: "Yeah probably, you saw the airport, people come here from all around the Sinnoh Region, and maybe even internationally."

Me:"Yep."
