"Orihime are you here?"

"I am in the kitchen Ino!" Looking over her shoulder as Ino and her now three year old son came in, Orihime smiled. "What brings you here today Ino?"

Smiling as she sat Shikako down, Ino watched as he ran over to the dog that Naruto and Orihime had. "Well Shikamaru had to help Naruto with the meeting this year with the other kage so I figured I would bring Shikako over and spend the day with you." Going to stand next to her, Ino winked at her. "I especially don't want to miss you having your twins."

Laughing as she made herself a plate of food, Orihime looked down at her overly huge belly. "I know I want you there too. I still can't believe that it took me three years to get pregnant. And I was even more shocked when I learned it was twins."

Following her to the table, Ino pulled Shikako up on her lap as she sighed. "So you really not going to have someone tell you what you are having? What about names? I mean you are due any day now what are you going to do about that?"

With a small laugh, Orihime took a bite of food. Once she swallowed she laid a hand on her stomach. "We have talked about it. Minato, Kushina and Sora were all obvious names that we thought about. But neither one of us felt right about it so we went looking everywhere for names. We finally settled on four of them."

"Four?"

Winking at her Orihime nodded. "Two boy names, one as a favorite, and the same with girl names."

Giving her a glare as she stopped talking Ino bounced her son. "So are you going to tell me what they are or am I going to have to pry them out of you?"

Laughing as she took a drink of tea, Orihime looked down at her stomach. "It is just that I promised Naruto I wouldn't tell anyone. Once they are born he wants to do an official announcement where everyone will learn their names at the same time. Along with what I have." Giggling as she smiled at her, Orihime winked. "You will get to know before anyone else seeing as you are going to be there with me and leave Shikako with his daddy right?"

"You better believe it." Ino then looked down at her little boy as she laughed again. "But I do hope that it goes fast and smooth for both our sakes. Shikamaru, he tries but for some reason Shikako just doesn't listen to him at all. It is like he refuses. But is a perfect little boy for me."

"Probably because he already knows that mommy means business." Orihime then sighed as she went back to eating. She couldn't believe how many new children were there now. Neji and Tenten had a daughter they named Keiko who was three just like Shiako. She had her mother's hair and natural talent with weapons, but she also had her father's Byakugan and a natural with it as well.

Then there was Shikako who was three. He looked exactly like his father, but had Ino's aqua colored eyes. Lee and Sakura had twins as well that they named Hana and Haru. Hana had her father's black hair and her mother's green eyes. Haru also had his father's black hair, and he had black eyes, but they were shaped and looked like his mother's eyes. And Sakura just let everyone know that she was pregnant again! And finally, Choji and Risa were about six months pregnant with a little boy.

"Earth to Orihime!"

Shaking her head as she looked up with wide eyes, Orihime blinked then smiled to see Tatsuki and Sai there as well. They had just gotten married not long ago. While she knew that Tatsuki wanted children, she didn't know if they were trying or not.

Finally smiling she let her head fall to the side again. "Hey Tatsuki! Sai! What are you two doing here?"

Smiling as he sat next to his wife, Sai closed his eyes. "Actually Naruto asked us if we would come sit with you while he and Shikamaru went to the meeting with the other kage."

Laughing Orihime sighed. "He probably wants to make sure if it happens he knows about it. But he used his father's jutsu, he will know." Seeing the slightly confused looks, Orihime reached in her pocket and pulled a kunai. "Naruto put the same teleportation jutsu on this kuni as his father had other kunai. When I throw it he will know it and it will teleport him right to wherever I throw it. But I am happy that he is worried about me too."

"Least he shows he cares like that." Tatsuki then glared at Sai as she crossed her arms then turned her face away from him. "This one doesn't know what it means to care I don't think."

With a smile at Sai's blinking and confused look, Ino laughed. "It isn't that he doesn't know what it means, he does. And he does care. But he grew up being trained by a sadistic jerk who told him feelings were a burden and that he shouldn't let them in. He has come along way but he is still learning."

Rubbing her belly, Orihime winked at her. "And Tatsuki, it can't be all that bad with Sai or you wouldn't have been with him for the last two years and married him a few months ago."

"Oh can it will ya Orihime."

Laughing again as Tatsuki dropped her head, Orihime slipped the kuni back into her pocket. This is what she looked forward too every day. Spending time with those she loved, and evenings with Naruto. She knew he could come in really late, and a few times he never came home at all. But she didn't have to worry about what he was doing or who it was with. She would just make him something to eat and take it to him. But he promised her the first two weeks after she gave birth, he would be there to help her and would do all his paperwork and Hokage duties from home for a while.

Reaching up to get her cup of tea, Orihime froze when she felt a cramp in her belly. When it went away, she sighed as she lifted her tea. But as she was bringing it to her mouth she flinched and dropped it to the table as she closed an eye. "Oh man…"

Looking up, Ino gasped. She knew that look. "Tatsuki here take Shikako to his father for me and then meet us at the hospital." She then all but threw her son into Tatsuki's arms as she rushed around the table to Orihime. "Come on let's get you going."

As the pain left, Orihime looked around at the worried and serious faces. "It's alright Ino I don't think it is that. I promise."

Shaking her head Ino gently pulled her to her feet and headed for the door with Tatsuki and Sai behind them. "Don't give me that. I know that look. It doesn't always just hit and then go away. You are going into labor."

Just as they left the house and got down the steps, Orihime sighed. "Alright if it will make you feel better then…" But then Orihime grabbed Ino's arm as her other arm went around her stomach as a huge pain ripped through her stomach. "I give…you're right…" She then reached in her pocket with closed eyes and pulled the kunai. "This hurts. I won't be able to make it!" She then threw it on the ground a few feet away."

"How are things with Orihime Naruto?"

Smiling at Gaara, Naruto laughed. "Great. She is due any day now. She is taking it just fine but I am scared to death about it." Hearing the scoff behind him, Naruto turned a glare on Shikamaru. "Don't scoff at me Shikamaru. You were calm and collected until she went into labor. Then Ino had to threaten to castrate you to make you calm down you flipped out so bad."

Flinching, Shikamaru then dropped his head. "Come on Naruto don't go there."

"In any event." Mei smiled as she crossed her arms and leaned backwards. "It is good that the two of you are getting along good. With her abilities, and yours, I can't wait to see what these children are going to be able to do as they grow."

"I know I can't." Naruto then sighed as he leaned back in his chair. "I think I am just making myself nervous knowing that she is due any day now and I don't know when it is going to happen."

Blinking Gaara let his head fall to the side. "As Kazekage, I know that I did not have very much free time on my own. I had to make sure that I was doing as little as possible and appointing others so I would not miss Hikaru's birth. How are you still…."

"A jutsu I learned that was my dads. Flying Thunder God. It is a teleportation jutsu. He actually used it with my mother when she became pregnant with me. He weakened the seal that my mother had on her just enough to work the jutsu into the seal. That way if he needed too, he could use that to always get back to my mom. I did the same kinda thing with Orihime. About a month ago I gave her a kunai that…."

Gasping everyone flinched when Naruto just vanished. Gaara's eyes looked up to Shikamaru as he smiled. "Shikamaru?"

"He put the same jutsu on a kunai that he gave to Orihime. When she goes into labor, she throws it and it automatically teleports him to her. I would say that is what happened." Turning to head to the door, Shikamaru laughed as he waved a hand over his head. "Tomorrow we will finish the meeting at Naruto's house."

Glaring at him, Onoki crossed his arms. "You are Naruto's right hand man Shikamaru. You know everything that he does. You can finish this meeting."

Laughing as he looked over his shoulder just before he shut the door Shikamaru shook his head side to side. "Nope. My wife will be right there with Orihime when she gives birth, just like she was Ino. And Tatsuki will want to be there too. I have a three year old I have to watch."

Blinking when he suddenly was at his house, Naruto tensed. "Why am I here?" But then hearing the pain filled groan, Naruto flinched and turned to see Orihime half way down to her knees in pain. "Orihime!"

Looking up at him as Naruto rushed to her side, Orihime smiled through the pain as she held one eye closed. "I think it is time to see what we are going to have."

Lifting her, Naruto nodded to Ino. "Take Shikako to….."

"I am here."

Nodding, Naruto let Tatsuki and Ino grab his clothes then he was gone and on his way to the hospital.

Smiling, Shikamaru lifted his son, he nodded to Sai. "Come on. You can help chase this scamp."
