LOVE HURTS

CHAPTER 38

Eve began to growl viciously. "Garth doesn't love me anymore!" Lilly screamed.
"I saw him cheating on me!"

"Maybe I should teach him a lesson." Eve growled.

Lilly stood up and using all of her willpower, stopped herself from crying. "No mom, let me do it." Lilly said, with extreme, darkness and hate in her voice.
She dried her tears and left.
-P.O.V. SWITCH-
Humphrey fell over on to the ground. Blood stained his fur, from where Nicky had scratched him with her claws. Ignoring the pain, he forced himself up, only for Kylee to knock him back to the ground, but Humphrey caught himself, landing hard on his feet. He was nearly exhausted.

He let out a loud shout before charging Kylee, only to be knocked aside by Heater.

Kylee smirked. "If you want to become an alpha, you have to be aware of your surroundings at all times." She said slowly cantering towards him.

Nicky, Heather and Zoe surrounded him, making him feel off edge.

Kylee pounced at him, but he jumped up at the last second. Only to be knocked aside by Nicky.

Humphrey was exhausted and severely injured. All four of them jumped him at once, clawing and scratching.

Humphrey lost it. Unleashing all his anger, he knocked them off of him and viciously attacks back.

-5 minutes later-

Humphrey shouted angrily as he charged Nicky.

This was it; if he could beat Nicky he would pass the test.

Kate knew this as well, as she watched with anticipation; she had seen what Nicky was capable of and was beginning to worry about Humphrey.

Despite the position she was in, Nicky remained calm. Which gave her a tremendous edge over Humphrey.

Humphrey pounced Nicky, only to be stuck to the gut by Nicky's massive paw.

A shockwave burst through the air when Nicky's paw made contact with Humphrey's gut. Humphrey fell over on the ground.

The pain was intense, he eyed up at Nicky, who was standing over him, smiling.

It was over he had lost.

Humphrey's mind went black as he had lost consciousness.
