I must say you Mortals have an interesting flare for arrogance in wanting a child you abandoned on a cold doorstep just to wait until 11 later years so you can give him a letter laced with multiple enchantments telling him to attend your school of witches and wizardry to cast second rate spells and offer advancements to those who are judged by their bloodlines instead of their worthless…

To be blunt I would rather send him to wander the multiverse helping people than attend your lowly academy of third rate magi and just to show how bad I want to keep him I way one of those world including he's been at recently dealt with a mortal who used his own wife to power a weapon that only his neglected son could use and more to the point the lacing his letter with compliance and loyalty enchantments to attend your school. In short he dealt with poor excuse for a mortal very wickedly for sending a letter to his summoner with the word "Come" written on it

The only plus was that he was surrounded by three women and three teenaged girls who he helped out by porting them to a new universe after said world started it own World ending event only using limited power …

There was also a purge in the Ministry of Magic of anyone with the Death Eater tattoo by the new Supreme Mugwump of the ICW after Dumbledore was removed for his part in the injustice of Sirius Black who wasn't the betrayer of the potters and after clearing his name denounced the ministry's current administration and their House that let him to rot before relocating to Japan which was a massive blow to gringotts since the Black Vaults were relocated and his properties in Britain were relocated as well including a house they couldn't remember that was used by due to being under a new Fidelius Charm being cast by Sirius before he disappeared to japan.

It would be later that Cornelius Fudge was sacked from office after a no confidence vote which made things easier for Amelia Bones who took over as the new Minster of magic and harder for the purebloods with her incharge.

Urd asked already knowing Dumbledore description and that of the young lady which she knew as Nyphodora Tonks who was assigned by Amelia Bones incase Dumbledork tried a fast one. but that was quickly interrupted by the roar of an engine

"Finally you removed the nargles from the engine and we'll we be able to take me to the Masaki shrine to meet Mihoshi and visit Washu's lab again." Luna said dreamingly

"For the last time Luna Washu doesn't you anywhere near her lab again for pushing buttons nor does Ryoko for calling that cute rabbit thing a three horned five eyed Snorlak whatyumacallet an capturing her in a net" said Skuld remembering how many times she had to apologize for Luna who was her personal assistant."

"At least that little imp didn't try to poach Hermione." Urd said hugging her apprentice close.

"I pity that Tenchi guy for not choosing one of those ladies yet but at least you met your girlfriend there."

"Indeed you have Harry" said a young girl dressed in a form fitting kimono who had a brown furry Cat/rabbit hybrid on top of head who quickly jumped off and turned into a little girl and ran to hug him.

In Alternate universe version of Japan one Tom Marvolo Riddle aka Voldemort now age 17 was on a bus with those one who survived a full scale Inferi epidemic with his death eaters now among the casualties when they appeared in local high school finding out thier wands no longer worked and found out by sheer luck Brennan Schulter a Bulgarian who joined the death eaters discovered by sheer luck only before he was attacked from behind and eaten like the others.

Using wandless bombardas and any curse they could think of to do damage he made it to the bus of muggles and even unknowingly saved a few while remembering the wicked words of the Mudblood who cursed him into this situation.

Flash back

"May you end up in a world were Blood purity would mean nothing to the damned" Hermoine granger said before appearing in a japanese school courtyard of inferi who as muggles made their way to a bus.

'Curse that mudblood brat because the words were rightfully spoken the inferi have no use for blood purity only flesh.' Voldemort or Tom Riddle now assessing the situation as he thought to himself as he was now trapped in a new world where the inferi run around in the muggle world unchecked and his powers worked differently than his own world.

One saving grace about being on a bus full of muggles was that he sat near a sadistic young muggle named Miku Yuuki who impressed him by using wandless magic to blow seven of them up without using a word and reveled in it... reminding him a Bellatrix Lestrange cruelty.

Oh he would have fun molding this girl to her liking perhaps remake this world in his image being the power behind the throne and not like that fool Koichi Shido who was getting on his nerves demanding him to teach him how to use magic.

One would think he would have gotten the hint after seeing his blond monkey he tricked into bulling him into compliance teleported off the bus, It was then Tom remembered the words of a muggle book he once read...

In the land of the blind the one eyed man is king and that would be him.

However in his case in world of muggles among the world of undead he would be the Wizard that is king.

"It was a same Dumbledore wasn't sent here like us I would have enjoyed seeing him suffer." Tom said with a smirk at the memory

"Who is this Dumbledore you speak of Riddle-Sempai?" asked Miku Yuuki asked in english looking at him strangely.

"Someone I hope to suffer my young apprentice." said Tom "Now repeat after me Lumios"

As the inside of the bus gave a small flash as was heading toward the Tokonosu district they never saw Albus Dumbledore being dumped onto a rooftop by Daimakaichō Hild after questioning his reasons before from the spot on the roof she placed him and vanished marveling before the Old wizard would learn first hand at how brutal the mortal mind of manga and anime could be not to mention didn't want what passed as counterpart or the Almighty's to know of her intrusion as she granted young Riddle a wish for Dumbledore to suffer since it was the least he could ruining young wizard's life.

Riddle would never know that she put a fill added extras to Hermione's spell by restoring his soul to it full state and give him full use of magic without the stick before returing back to the temple and ask young Granger if she considered changing careers after seeing her handywork with that spell.

Because it had possibilities along with the fact Ms Granger girl would become one heck of a Demon should she accept her offer.
