They really, really shouldn't be doing this, Rose thinks, as she turns the lock and grabs his hand, bolting up the stairs to the lofted second floor, because she's going to get fired, because her boss could be back at any minute, because she's not entirely sure the store is empty of customers.
Her mind is blank, though, as soon as her back hits the cushions of an old couch and his mouth latches onto her neck, and his hand creeps up her shirt.
"Rose Tyler," he says, panting hot into her ear and tilting his hips just so as her legs lock around his waist. "This - ugh - is the most appallingly organized - ah - I've never seen such awful - oh - I demand compensation. "
