I do not any of the characters or the ideas created by Tite Kubo, however my OC and original storyline belong to me.

This is my first Bleach fic, so PLEASE REVIEW!

I ORIGINALLY POSTED THIS CHAPTER LAST NIGHT BUT I DIDN'T LIKE THE ANGLE IT WAS TAKING SO I REWROTE THE SECOND PART! SO THIS IS THE OFFICIAL CHAPTER!

Thank you Windblade67 for your review. Yes to your question, as it's easier if Delilah introduces herself to them now so that when they come across each other in the future their relationships can either become closer or become distant.

Once Delilah had finished her glass of water and swallowed her last mouthful of her sandwich, she eyed the sliding doors located on the other side of the room and without much hesitation, she rushed forward and before she knew it, she was out in the fresh air and away from the many eyes which had been watching her for the past twenty minutes. She soon found herself in the side garden and she wondered if her daddy and Gin would soon turn up or would she have to face Jūshirō forever dictating her future as she knew that souls lived for many, many years.

It was only after ten minutes that she realised that she was not alone, as she felt an unfamiliar spiritual pressure very close to her being. And as she scanned the nearby bushes and other plants, she promptly came across another soul or more specifically from her white haori, a soul reaper captain.

She remained very still as she saw this captain throwing punches at what appeared to be pure air. At first Delilah considered laughing at the scene, but it was not long after on her right hand that she noticed what appeared to be a gold plated finger guard.

Yet she quickly changed her mind when she heard what seemed to be nearly silent whispers coming from it and she rapidly recalled the time when her daddy and Gin had demonstrated their zanpakutos to her. And then much to her surprise, she deduced that this must have been hers.

It's a little weak for a captain's zanpakuto, isn't it?

Delilah continued to watch this incredibly young captain, with her short navy black hair, slim short figure which would seemingly snap if one wasn't too careful, whilst attempting to recall everything which she had been taught about that particular woman, and soon it all came flooding back.

She's the captain who took over from my godmother…but the role is too big a job for her to handle.

It was not long after that this captain stopped her aimless air punching and whipped her entire body around to face her. There was no resentment or extreme curiosity in those dark eyes of hers, but there was one emotion there, one which Delilah did not recognise, and that was of pity.

Unlike the other two captains, she found herself approaching this woman and swiftly offering her hand with a confident smile upon her face.

"Hello there, my name is Delilah"

The captain continued to stare at her, most likely trying to assess whether she was a worthy adversary or merely the accessory of some noble clan. And it was soon enough that her hand was meet with the captain's and she responded in a monotone voice.

"Greetings, I am Soifon, the captain of the second division"

Even though by that time, Delilah had figured out who she was, she smiled and respond:

"It is very nice to meet you captain Soifon"

From the bored expression on this woman's face, she knew that Soifon probably didn't think much about her and she would most likely only take notice of her if she ever learnt that Yoroichi was none other then her godmother.

….

After fifteen minutes of awkward conversation, they were suddenly interrupted by the door being opened up further and the arrival of what appeared to be another captain. He was quite short and he had spiky white hair with turquoise coloured eyes. And it was within a few minutes that Delilah remembered who exactly he was:

"Hello Captain Hitsugaya"

Yet the young captain had seemingly not heard her, as his attention turned towards the female captain and his face turned into a scowl:

"Captain Soifon you know a lot better then to allow a baby soul to be out in the cold so late at night"

Then there came the silence and the female captain was now glaring at the younger captain, but before instead of responding, she breathed in and hurried back into the compound effectively leaving the two of them all alone.

It was not long after that Delilah began to feel incredibly uncomfortable with this boy captain as she was gradually remembering that he had been the last person she had seen before conveniently blacking out and waking up in that weird pod. Sure she had been scared when she had woken up, but for some reason or another, she was sure that she would be able to trust that eccentric captain.

"How have you been Delilah?" he finally asked her.

Considering that this was the very same captain who had taken her from her mother on the day that he mother had perished, she was still rather weary to trust him.

"Fine…everything is fine" she replied very quickly.

Tōshirō looked at her with a hardened face and eyed her almost as if he wanted to catch her out of lying, but fortunately he changed the subject.

"Some of the other captains and I have already gone to the dining room to eat and since neither Shunsui nor your father are around at the moment, I was thinking that you should join us"

Delilah had considered saying no especially since stuffing her face with sandwiches had taken the hunger away. But with both the look of his face and the possibility of meeting other captains, she nodded and reentered the compound once more.

And it was at that moment that she realised that the parlour was now empty and she was rather confused as to where all the guests had disappeared to.

"Most of the captains have headed over to the pond with Shunsui and your father whilst the others are eating"

Delilah was rather irritated that Tōshirō had repeated himself almost treating her like an ignorant brat who needed to be told things over and over again. Much like Jūshirō seemingly wanting to hide her away from others for fear of losing her (even though he had technically already lost her to both her daddy and Gin"

"Delilah…Delilah…"

She blinked once and then twice and realised that he was waving his hand in front of her face and she looked at him annoyed.

"Let's go then" she finally said ignoring any of the sideways glances he was giving her.

So Delilah had now meet Soifon and Tōsen. Unlike the other captains she didn't seem to feel as comfortable with these two and hopefully they will become closer in the future. Delilah has also seen Tōshirō after so many years and she is still a little unwilling to trust him especially since he was the one who knocked her out when she was hysterical after her mother's death and practically handed her over to Jūshirō on a silver platter. Maybe the two of them can get over the initial misunderstanding and become friends or perhaps Tōshirō will always remain faithful to Jūshirō and not get involved.

I HOPE YOU ENJOYED THIS CHAPTER AND PLEASE REVIEW TO KEEP ME MOTIVATED!

Until next time!
