AN: I'm so so so so so so so so so so sorry guys! I've been so busy and tired and never having time to do anything that I haven't been UTD on any of my stories! It's just that I've been trying to be financially stable and working to the bone trying to get all my bills paid off. Anyway, let's continue on to the chapter since you've waited months for this! Enjoy!
Evelynne released the tension of her shut eyelids and gasped as she realized that they were actually in front of the building her mother used to work in. The Marionette raised a brow with satisfaction as he knew that she was bound to easily identify this establishment.
"Bickeys? Why here?" she asked.
"Don't ask me, ask the murderous fool behind this." he replied as he decided to make the first move forward, "Besides, they've added some new upgrades in the pit of this place that I'm sure you'll find startling. Let's go."
Bonnie held Evelynne's hand lightly before staring down at her with a worrisome expression as the puppet walked off inside the building. She noticed his eyes locked onto her and lifted her head as soon as he spoke. "Why is this place important? Do you know it from somewhere?"
"This place was one of my mother's old jobs back before I was even born. She met my father here and was the most nominated employee because everyone liked her."
"Well, I now know why her daughter fits in the same description." he replied with a sweet grin. The canine rolled her eyes and chuckled before the Marionette interrupted them.
"Are the both of you coming or do you expect me to leave you on your own?"
Evelynne glared in his direction but guided Bonnie behind her to follow her footsteps as they both were unaware of their new surroundings. Bonnie had to admit that being out for once in his life felt quite appealing at the brink of his metallic body. The wind felt so odd, yet so good and the nightly abyss reminded him of the night sky he envisioned to gaze at when he felt he wanted to admire something beautiful. As the love of his life continued to pull him towards the front entrance, Evelynne stopped and was surprised to hear Bonnie speak about something she never imagined he would be curious about. It almost made her emotions fill up just thinking about it.
"Is this what it's like being human? Being outside with a sense of fresh air and no worries in the world?"
Evelynne paused before sighing with defeat and taking his hand again, "You'd be surprised at what the meaning of life really is about."
As the front doors of Bickeys shut eerily behind them, they silently stood behind the Marionette who had his back to them, listening for any lurking dangers or threats that could be nearby. Bonnie lightly bonked the top of his head and was satisfied when his eyeballs began to give off a light magenta, luminescent glow. Evelynne's eyes, however, were already glowing the moment she stepped into the darkness. Bonnie oozed with fascination as she didn't seem to notice with her attention still focused on the Marionette.
"The entrance is behind that door. You must go and save your friends."
"And what do you plan on doing?" She asked.
"I, my dear, cannot interfere with your attempt to save the day. You must finish this killer off on your own as I have already been through my killing days. If you want to continue living your life as an animatronic, the only way you can save them and yourself is by killing the Smiths."
Evelynne remained silent before he took a few steps over to her, placing his skeletal fingers on her metallic shoulder. "You always had the potential. Let it out and see how free you will feel." He faded away before she could reply to his comment, leaving her clueless as to what they were going to do now.
"Well...I'm guessing this is up to you now sweetheart."
"It's up to us." she corrected him with a wink of an eye before stepping forward to the door. "Let's go get our family back."
"It's Roxie." Candy replied bluntly.
Freddy was speechless and didn't know what to say in response. Roxie? Evelynne? A monster? Clearly he had no idea what he was talking about as Roxie had been no threat or shown any signs of life before she was taken over. He chuckled in response, leaving the two feline robots both confused and upset.
"Why do you find it amusing? It's not funny at all!" Candy replied angrily, "Clearly you have not seen it to believe it!"
"I find it amusing because Roxie actually happens to be one of our newest members of the pizzeria and ever since she has came, we have never seen her come to life at all. So my fellow feline friend, I have seen to believe."
"No! That's because she was taken to your establishment! You know like how they ship a package right in front of a human's doorstep?! Of course she's not gonna be activated when she's being transported! Someone has to turn her on!"
"Well our friend Mike turned her on and everything seemed fine." Chica added, "We never had any inciden-". She cut herself off when she remembered what had happened back at the pizzeria with Springtrap and before their kidnapping. Freddy also remembered what happened and shivered when he realized that Roxie may have indeed came into the light when she attacked. She was also going to target Mike at the time!
Candy smirked and shook his head amusingly, knowing that he was right all along. It was obvious that they had had an incident with that monster. Nothing else could make an animatronic look that afraid, unless it was a psychopathic freak.
"The looks in your eyes says it all. Clearly, you have seen what the true Roxie really is."
"What does it matter to you anyway?" Freddy glared trying to protect Evelynne's identity, "If there are other animatronics being built, why is Roxie your biggest concern?"
"Excuse me?!" Candy snapped, "DID YOU NOT FORGET THAT I TOLD YOU THAT SHE WAS THE REASON WHY CINDY AND I ARE LIKE THIS! WHY CINDY DOESN'T HAVE A VOICE BOX AND I'M MISSING SOME OF MY INNER PARTS!? SHE'S THEIR JOY OF CREATION! Pretty soon, you guys will be worn out with missing pieces just like us for whatever else they are planning to create here."
"Do you know how to get out of this place? Perhaps if we team up and leave, we can get our lives back and get you back in business." Freddy said. Candy eyeballed him before shaking his head.
"Our place shut down for good. There's no one else who would dare to operate us or bring life back to the building again. We're done for. Thanks for the offer."
"Now clearly," Freddy replied sarcastically with a smirk, "You no longer have hope for yourself. That's why you're rotting here."
"Okay first of all-"
"ENOUGH!" Foxy shouted with annoyance. The room immediately stopped talking and only the swaying of the chains wrapped around him could be heard clinking against one another, "Look...if we want to ever see the light and joy of children's faces ever again or get back to doing what we love we need to work together and get the hell outta here!"
Cindy nodded her head abruptly in agreement. Candy scoffed and rolled his eyes, avoiding to look at her.
"Foxy's right. If we're ever going to continue living, we need to put a stop to these insane human beings and find our way out."
"Fine." Candy growled as he attempted to release his robotic claws from the tip of his left paw, "This shouldn't take very long."

Evelynne sat glumly on the couch watching cartoons in the living room of her grandmother's house while Mirela was in the kitchen cooking dinner and Dianna was in the bedroom attending to the four-day-old newborn baby. After hearing the news of her father's passing, the little girl just felt dead inside. No happy thoughts of ice cream, doggies, or Freddy Fazbear's pizza could make her recover from her loss.
"Evelynne my darling." her grandmother spoke from the kitchen, "Your plate is ready. Come sit at the table jitterbug."
Not wanting to argue, she got up from the sofa and blankly made her way over to the dining table to eat her plate. She felt dissatisfied eating salmon and white rice but I guess it was going to have to do since she hadn't eaten since breakfast.
Mirela came over with a child's fork and placed it alongside her granddaughter's paper plate. Her smile faded when she noticed how distressed Evelynne appeared to be upon the news of Vincent's death. She knew only one thing was going to cheer her up...
She lifted her chin with the gentle touch of her fingertips and smiled at the child when they made eye contact. "Cheer up my dazzling beetle. Things happen for a reason. Someday, you'll be reunited with your father and when that day comes...you will learn your purpose."
Evelynne remained silent and shrugged her shoulders in response before taking bite of her chopped up salmon bits and the flavorful white rice. Mirela stepped back into the heart of her kitchen and sighed with defeat. Dianna then entered the kitchen and was relieved to see her plate, containing asparagus, and immediately sat her way down to chow her food. Evelynne avoided making eye contact with her and continued eating slowly. Her mother took notice and sighed.
"Baby girl, I know you are upset about what happened to daddy but things happen. It's life." Dianna explained.
As her grandmother joined them for dinner, Evelynne stopped eating and sat back in her chair to stare at her plate. Dianna bit her lip and looked to the floor as she didn't know what else she could say to make her daughter in an enlightened mood or to speak to her.
"Don't keep reminding the poor girl of what has happened Dianna. She doesn't need to keep hearing over and over that her father is dead."
"Well mother, she needs to understand that what happened happened and there is nothing we can do about it!"
Evelynne's eyes began to well up with tears as they continued.
"I understand that you just had a baby and you're under some stress right now, but that is no excuse to take it out on your child."
"Clearly you don't know how much this means to me too! You don't think I care?!"
"Not as much as your child. Look at her Dianna, she's grieving. Let her take time to understand that her father is gone."
Evelynne excused herself and ran to her grandmother's room, slamming the door shut right behind her. Dianna sighed with defeat and shook her head while her mother just sat eyeballing her. They didn't dare speak another word to each other until Mirela finally broke the silence.
"I'm going to take a walk."
"At this time of hour? Are you kidding?"
As Mirela took her coat off the rack and put on her best dark heels, she opened the door and frowned at Dianna before taking off. The young mother sat alone at the dinner table, left to think of the negativity she had brought upon herself and her daughter.
Present Day
Evelynne and Bonnie stuck close to one another as they took silent steps down the staircase that would eventually lead them to the one designated place they knew would not be pleasant to get into...and out of.
After walking for a short amount of time reaching the end of the stairs, they were greeted with a large entry-way door made entirely of steel that they soon realized was sealed and locked from the other side. Bonnie tried to pry the handle but wasn't having so much luck. Evelynne watched in silence as he continued trying the best he could to break the door open.
Scratching the back of his ear, Bonnie couldn't figure out how this darn thing opened, "I guess there's no other way."
Evelynne sighed and stepped forward to attempt to succeed in breaking the door. Bonnie watched with disbelief as she used all the strength she could muster to pry off the door handle. He grew worried seeing her eyes slightly turning a bloodshot red until she finally was able to break the door handle and the rest of the door itself. Evelynne felt something wet dazzling from the corner of her eye. With the tip of her finger, she noticed that there was a small amount of blood tearing down from her eye socket.
"Evelynne your eye is bleeding!"
She looked at the drop of blood with silent disbelief. She figured it wasn't anything too worrisome and wiped it away on her chest. "I don't think it's anything to worry about. Come on."
Bonnie was hesitant for a moment and knew that something was indeed going on inside that body. Evelynne stopped and turned her head to face him. "Bonnie, I'm fine. Please...let's just go."
He reached for her wrist, "Evelynne-"
They both stood still as they heard two men talking to one another and coming down the left hallway, a flashlight in hand. Bonnie gasped and knew this was it. There was nowhere to hide.
They were going to die at the hands of the murderer and his accomplices..
There was nowhere to run now.
March 31st, 1987; 3:00 AM
The Marionette stood in silence in front of Vincent's dead body inside the SpringBonnie suit and sighed with defeat. He should still be alive to spend time with his daughter but with him gone and dead for good, he probably would never get to be the true father he was destined to be.
"You know it's not nice to eye the dead in the eye."
The Marionette turned around and was surprised to see the one person he thought he would never experience again come forth to him. He was in such utter disbelief he didn't know what to say.
"M-Mirela! W-What are you doing here?!"
She scoffed, "Oh please, I'm not here for you. I'm here for my granddaughter's sake after you of all paranormal fools I've created messed with my family." Her piercing, green eyes glared into his like a cat eyeballing it's prey. She chuckled warmly as his reaction worsened with fear before she continued, "Even though this poor soul of a man was not fit to be called daddy, I still love Evelynne with all of my heart."
"Yes. A heart that needs to be burned to the stake after what you've done to me!"
She smirked at him as she knelt in front of Vincent's dead body, "Now why would a poor soul like you who killed those he worked with and lie about murder yell at me like I'm the bad guy?"
He didn't reply as he was too busy fuming with rage as he watched her attempt to bring Vincent back to life. "You...killed the woman I loved. The one person who believed in my dreams..."
"I did nothing that killed your precious wife."
"She was with child Mirela! I was to be a father and you took that away from me! You cursed my future and trapped me in this body! You kept your youth by taking her soul and feeding it for yourself!" he yelled.
When she finished with Vincent, she smiled and got back up on her feet to face her enemy. He gulped as she approached him with those eyes piercing a bright green once again.
"That's what happens when you fall for someone like me. You get life consequences." He hollered in pain as she began to squeeze his arm. When he fell to his hands and knees, she scoffed and pinned him down with the heel of her shoe.
"Please...," he choked, "I'll do anything but be this forever."
"Says the guy who's sole dream was to be a puppeteer." she replied before a thought crossed her mind, "Tell you what...I can't keep trying to play old around my family. It drains my supernatural abilities and Dianna doesn't need me anyway. If you can watch over my granddaughter and make sure nothing happens to her, and I mean nothing...I'll grant you your freedom and you'll be set free. Other than that, if something happens to her...you-"
He screamed in agony as her heel nearly broke into his wooden back.
"Will be very sorry."
"I won't let anything happen to her I promise!"
"You better." she said as she released her heel. "I'm not sure when her deadbeat father plans to wake up either but until then, keep an eye on him too and make sure he doesn't get to see his kids ever again."
The Marionette sighed heavily with relief as her footsteps clopped angrily out of the establishment. He looked over towards the SpringBonnie suit and back at the floor before he started to weep with defeat upon the life that was cursed upon him.
Doomed to be inside his own puppet forever...
