Nothing was on TV. No matter how many times Tracey flipped through them there was nothing on. It was currently ten at night and she had put Annabeth to bed a couple hours ago. Bucky was currently out on a mission, coming home tonight actually. Tracey herself had just finished some files for Stark Industries for Pepper. For once she was able to relax and just spend time to herself. She sat on the couch with her legs tucked under her and a mug of tea in hand. However, finding a show to watch was making the relaxing night an annoying night.

She sighed as she took a sip of her tea. She stared at the episode of Storage Wars, her eyes slowly drooping. Maybe I should actually get some sleep… she thought.

She stood up, heading to the kitchen just as the elevator doors opened. Her eyes widened when she saw who walked off. A blood and beaten up Bucky, who smiled weakly at his wife as he dropped his bag on the floor.

"Hey, doll," he greeted.

"Oh my god! Bucky!" Tracey exclaimed, running over to him. "What happened?"

"Don't worry, Tracey," he said, wincing as he slowly sat down on the couch. "Some guy just got me from behind. You should see what I did to him," he said, grinning only to wince as a cut on his cheek stung.

Tracey quickly ran to the bathroom and came back a minute later with a small first aid kit. "Bucky, you're covered in blood," she said, frowning as she pulled out bandages and antiseptic.

"It's not like it's nothing new," he said, waving a hand dismissively before letting it flop back down to hang off the arm of the couch. "You seem me like this all the time. Have you forgotten the time you came to visit me in the hospital?"

"Don't remind me of that," she growled, glancing at him through narrowed eyes. She dabbed some antiseptic on a cut over his eye making Bucky hiss in pain. "And no I haven't seen you like this at all!" she snapped. "This is the first time you've come home bloody and bruised!"

A smile twitched at Bucky's lips as he watched his wife rant and clean the blood off his flesh arm.

"And another thing! Why did you come back like this? You always go to Bruce or the hospital to get yourself fixed!" she said, glaring at her husband.

"Bruce is on vacation with Betty. And I'm too tired to be bothered with doctors and nurses fussing over me," he said rolling his eyes. He smiled up at the blonde. "I'd rather have you fussing over me," he said, taking her hand and kissing her palm.

She pursed her lips and pulled her hand away, going back to dapping at his cuts. "I'm not fussing over you, I'm mad at you," she stated.

Bucky grinned. "You're cute when you're mad, you know that?"

Tracey glared at him, staying silent as she started wrapping gauze around his arm. "I'm not laughing…"

The super soldier smiled and grabbed her, pulling her to him (wincing again when she landed on a wound on his chest). He smiled at her, running a hand over her cheek. "I wasn't expecting you to laugh, darling," he said, kissing her nose. "I just wanted to let you know I thought you were cute." He kissed her on the lips. "I love you, Tracey."

"I love you too, Buck," his wife said, rolling her eyes as she carefully climbed off him. She grabbed the antiseptic again. "Don't think I didn't notice you wince when I landed on your chest. Take your shirt off."

A mischievous grin grew on the metal armed man's face. "Take my shirt off? Well someone's getting excited."

The hacker's face heated up as she glared at her husband. "Shut it, Barnes. If you want me to help you, you better stop with whatever thoughts you have going on in that stupid head of yours."

Bucky gave her a shit eating grin as he – painfully – pulled his shirt off. "Thanks for patching me up, Trace," he said, kissing her cheek as she started cleaning the cuts on his chest.

Tracey nodded as she wrapped the gauze around him. She rolled her eyes when Bucky grabbed her and wrapped his arms around her, forcing her to stop mid wrapping gauze and wrap her arms around him. "You're annoying, you know that?"

"You chose to marry me," he grinned.

"I'll be back," she said, gathering up the first aid supplies. "I'm putting this back, then I'm going to bed. You can do whatever you want," she said, with a yawn.

Bucky chuckled watching as his wife went into the bathroom with the kit. His eyes shifted over to the left. He saw a small figure standing in the dimly lit hall. He smiled as the figure scuttled into the living room.

"Hey, baby girl," Bucky greeted Annabeth as she climbed onto the couch.

"Daddy, you're hurt," she said, looking at the bandages on his arm and chest.

Bucky quickly shook his head. "Don't worry, sweetheart. I'm fine."

"No, Daddy! You're hurt! Let me help you!" She quickly pulled out a toy doctor's kit.

The dad chuckled as he watched his little girl pull out a toy stethoscope. Leave it to Bruce to get her a doctor's kit for kids. The super soldier sat up a little taller in his seat. "Alright, Dr. Annabeth, what do you want me to do."

"Just relax, patient Daddy," she said, putting the stethoscope in her ears and the end of it to her dad's chest. "Breathe," she ordered.

Tracey giggled when she walked back into the living room to see her daughter and husband. "What's going on?" she asked, a smile on her face.

"I'm treating the patient," she said, putting the stethoscope back in the plastic doctor bag and pulling out a tiny hammer. "Let's test your reactions, Daddy!"

"Okay, Dr. Annabeth," he laughed. He looked at his wife as she took a seat next to Annabeth. "Maybe you should give Mommy a check-up too."

"Great idea, Daddy!" the six year old exclaimed. "I'll be right with you, patient Mommy!"

Tracey laughed, kissing Annabeth's head. "Thank you, Dr. Annabeth!"
